Honest review - don’t go here. They did a diagnostic. And repaired something they said they were 100% positive would fix the issue. We paid $500. We get the jeep home. It dies in our garage FOR A WEEK. They tell us to tow it ourselves. We hurt help jumping it to get it to the dealer fast. They then proceeded to tell us it was misdiagnosed. And it was an error on their end. And proceeded to charge us an extra $1180 for the original problem. They told us 3 times in the same sitting at the dealership that they made an error. And wouldn’t reimburse us for the $500 for what they fixed . They wouldn’t deduct it from our new charges, or even just charge us for labor since it was their mistake. Instead they slap 10% off for the trouble. We were out a vehicle for close to 2 weeks dealing with this. They never returned our phone calls. We had to drive to opposite ends of town for our jobs and go way north for daycare. We just ask for a little decency. Unfortunate. We did everything we were supposed to, only took our vehicle there for every maintenance. We even referred two groups of friends there, which we just told them not to go. Just terrible

Very disappointing. Called several times. No live person answers. Recording tells you to stay on the line or press zero for operator. Press zero and it keeps starting message over, if you stay on the line same recording repeats itself. Bob Howard is a joke. Starting off with a bad experience and gonna leave with it. I will take my business to a professional dealer. I wonder how many customers Bob Howard loses? As well I will be sure to share my experience with the community, friends, Facebook and more.

My service Advisor never came out to greet me. Another Service person finally came out of his cubicle after I waited 20 minutes for her. He finally checked me in, apologized and told me shed be right with me. After finally being checked in, I waited1 1/2 hours for a scheduled oil change. She kept coming out talking to 2 other White men giving them updates, but never acknowledged me. I texted her and I called her, she NEVER answered! Finally when it was time to pay, she came out. She still never went over what I might need in future, etc. I wont be returning unless I never have to deal with Peggy Jones.

Best experience EVER... Sales guy Zack (newest member of our family) was the most amazing sales guy we have ever had. Got us the deal we wanted on the truck my husband wanted. The finance department rep was Top Notch and very personable. We love feeling like we are important when we do business and Bob Howard definitely made us feel important. Me and my friend went for airbag check for his car. We left the car and waited in the waiting area. They got nice waiting area with comfortable seating, Wi-Fi, refreshments, cell phone charging station and TV. We got our car checked and delivered back in 2 hours. The service was good.

Excellent experience, Ejiro was a great help and made our experience much better. This dealership was kinder and more friendly than the two we went for test drives in Tulsa. If I could do a negative rating, I would. Nothing is worse than being sold a vehicle that breaks down every three hundred miles. Erik (aka) used car sales manager has been nothing but terrible. Bad business. Sorry I ever paid cash for a Maserati off the showroom floor and TRUSTED this dealership for a used one Kalidy Kia is who everyone should do business with. Sabih is an honest man. Visiting the service shop this weekend, was a very pleasant experience! I came in for an oil change, but there was additional work to be done. Peggy set me up me up nicely with a loaner suv, advised me approximately how long the service would take to complete, and was off on way.. Peggy called me at about 2 hours before the shop closed for the day, so I returned the loaner and picked mine up without a single hassle! I highly recommend Bob Howard Buick GMC service shop, as well as Peggy Jones👍🏿

Originally they were very friendly and helpful more so than other dealerships, that is why I decided to give them my bussii. However once that paper was sighned it became a nother issue all together. I paid $12,000.00 cash. I did buy the vehicle as is after The sales manager Mr. Ming kept reassuring me in regards to the vehicle mechanical condition. So just shy of two weeks of driving the vehicle I noticed the front two tires were wore so bad the steel was showing, due to it needing an alignment. I came in and spoke to MingI and he ignored what I said about the alignment and tires, and just asked if I had the tps sensor replaced yet. I contacted once again the same day via text message and was never contacted back. I went and had to pay another $650.00 for two new tires and a alignment. I feel there should have been something that could have been done even if it was just a used tire or two possibly or at least a respectful explanation of some kind.

Bought a 2021 Ram recently and got excately what I wanted with no compromise on my part and at an excellent price. They also gave me a very good trade in on my old truck. Great sales personnel. I went in and I knew what I wanted and the salesman listened to me. He let me know that they had one 3500 close to what I wanted but not exactly so I looked at it it was a crew cab not mega cab. I really wanted a mega cab like the 2006 I currently done. He did some checking and found out they had one coming from the factory the next week he wasnt sure if it had all the options I wanted as he wouldnt have those details until it arrived. When it arrived he called me it was almost a prefect match to what I wanted. The only thing missing was the electric side boards and 5th wheel prep which the dealership was willing to add to the truck for me. I love my new truck and my salesman Patrick was the best salesman Ive ever worked with. That is saying a lot. Im very picky and know excately what I want. I recommend if you are looking for a Ram, Dodge or Jeep you go by and ask for Patrick he will treat you right.

I purchased my tires from this place with a 50k warranty in January 2017. Since then, Ive had to bring in my car FOUR times for a nail in the tire or a slow leak. The nail, of course, were not their doing but to patch the same tire so many times is extreme. Especially with a full coverage warranty. Since Wednesday, August 15th, my front right tire kept going flat once or twice a day. I finally got time to take my car in on August 17th (after airing the tire up first at 7-eleven) and told them what was going on with it. They took it back. 90 minutes later, they told me the back left tire had a nail in it. Then asked me how I wanted to pay for it. I said with my warranty? Apparently, they thought I didnt know I had one. That tire was replaced. I asked them what about the front right tire that keeps deflating every day. They told me that there was nothing they could do for that tire because they couldnt see any physical damage done to it. As it they didnt notice the white ring/crease around the ENTIRE tire. He told me to drop it off when I had time to sit and wait on the tire to show signs of damage. The whole thing was a darn joke! And to think I was going to sell my car to this place. Im VERY unhappy!

This is my first review on anyone’s website, and I want to keep it transparent for those looking for used vehicles during a time when so many are vulnerable. Please use caution when buying any used vehicle but also make sure you know who you are buying from.Bought a used vehicle from Bob Howard, they asked us to come back two weeks after we took it home(2.5 hour drive) to sign more paper work. The turbo went out in the vehicle on the way home. Luckily we bought a warranty. However when Bob Howard had a chance to work with us and the local mechanic, to find the best priced engine and turbo combination, they chose not to. Instead they tried to tell us their engine cost was much lower so they could over charge on the turbo. We haven’t had the car we are making payments on since September 1st, and had to buy another vehicle. They still haven’t made it right, we are thankful for local mechanics who don’t want to see us get screwed over.

I do not recommend ever breaking down and needing these people. I was having car issues driving across state and called from the interstate, was told to come in and they would have my car done in a hour, diagnosing etc. Well we got there and the man said they have no time to even look at my car. They have a white Ford F150 King-Ranch truck listed on their website and another website for $2500 with no problems listed. It has been listed for about 3 weeks now and I pulled the listing up again this morning before we left. We drove way out there from Shawnee just to be told that It had some issues so we sent it to auction. We then asked if they had any other trucks in that price range because we knew they have another one of the same truck listed for $3904 but he said no. He asked about a trade or down payment and we told him no. We want to pay cash and not have any payments. He thought we were going to trade in our paid off truck for some payments or that hed get his hands on our $2500 for a down payment and then have ridiculous monthly payments and forced full coverage insurance. Ha! We dont think so. We will just keep looking!

I’m pretty sure that any five star review here was left by people who work here. First, I was passed between four different people in the ‘purchasing’ phase. Every time you call you are passed to a different person. They ran my credit over ten times. No one in any office or building knows what is going on. Wouldn’t recommend.

On the north side of town doing some errands and needed an oil change I thought.. but then realized it was just a tire rotation.Bob Howard Toyota was in the right place at the right time. (Never been here before)I made an appointment the night before and arrived @ 845 am to a smiling and cheerful Amy- service advisor. She got me taken care of and let me know the expected wait time. I went and toured the lot and also had a yummy complimentary donut from the waiting area that also had complimentary bottles of water. The TV was plenty large and spacious.I sat out in the front commons area and struck up great conversation with Tony Tran (I think his name was)We chatted about my car situation and he really informed me of several options I will ponder on... Realistically he made feel pretty comfortable if I decide to do business soon.I truly appreciate Amy informing me on the process during the service and Tony for his conversation. This dealership is blessed to have these two on staff! I contacted Brett Goodner, General Manager of Bob Howard Honda, on April 9, 2020 to speak with him about a concern I had about a warranty I purchased from Financial Director, Dustin Bradford. (Concern: Dustin gave information to me about the coverage of a warranty leading me purchase the warranty. The company of the warranty confirmed the information given to me is false.) After confirming who I was to Brett and asking what he could do about my concern, he responded “Nothing. I am not going to do anything for you. I don’t want any of your business. Go somewhere else and tell them to deal with it!” I was shocked and asked him why he made those statements. He told me it was the prior review that I wrote and no one has given the dealership a one-star review in his 19 years of working there. Brett then brought up the experience of when I purchased my vehicle and took it to service. I confirmed to him experiences where I tried to address concerns and was given false information and mistreated; also, how staff members of Bob Howard Honda have told me of “manipulative ways” of the dealership. He continued to yell that he does not want by business and he does not care that I spent over $29,000.00 for a Honda Civic at this dealership. Brett told me that my business did not mean anything. I told Brett the only reason I contacted him is because I have tried to contact the Finance Department several times to discuss this, which came to no avail, attempting to take the warranty off at the dealership having management in Finance telling me I could not cancel the warranties. That is why I contacted the company of the warranty and contacted Brett. I told Brett that my warranty may be voided if I were to take my vehicle to another dealership since I bought the warranty through Bob Howard Honda dealership. Brett stated that he did not care and I should take my business somewhere else. I told him I would write a review about the way he and staff members treated me. He laughed then said “do it!” Then Brett hung up on me.Brett Goodner and staff members of Bob Howard Honda, including management, made a lot of unethical comments confirming that he does not value me as a guest. Many individuals have been disrespected and treated unfairly at this dealership as it shows through their reviews. I would recommend other Honda dealerships before Bob Howard Honda!

Took our 2018 Ram truck in for a low coolant light. Also, checked the recommendation of a 60K mile maintenance for $595 (which they did not do). Well we got a call back from Bill saying the low coolant was an easy fix, just a bad radiator cap ($100). Anyway $1400 later and we pick up our truck, no more low coolant light for the first few miles but then it came back on. We have spent $80 in 1 week on antifreeze (getting worse). So we take the truck back in, made an appointment Tuesday and today is Thursday. We called and were told there isn’t a Technician there today...maybe tomorrow. This place is a joke. You have a HUGE auto mall and only 1 technician. I’ve bought many cars from this place but will be rethinking my next purchase for sure.

They offer a vehicle online but say its at a different location, then on top they say that they have to charge a 1600 delivery fee then say they cant negotiate price because its at a different location even though they are offering it on their own website ! We just bought a used CR-V with cash. The sales girl, Nicole, was friendly. The problem for us is not only did they hardly come down on price, asking above blue book value, but didnt say the car had body damage (minor) on CarGurus prior to us traveling there. Then we were told the car would be detail cleaned. It was filthy with dirt and leaves. When we got home I checked the hood for a clean engine area and found no sign of it being cleaned. I text Nicole and she tells me on used cars they only wash the outside and vacuum! Really?? Very disappointed with Bob Howard! My parents always bought from them. I expected better attention on this car. Used or not, wheres customer service???
