This was a very easy transaction. I dealt with Jeremiah and David buying a 2018 Toyota Prius Prime. I flew out from Dallas-Fort Worth to buy the car. It was exactly as they described it, they went and took extra pictures, even made sure the car did not have any nasty smells. They had it ready to drive off the lot when I got there, all I had to do was sign the paperwork. Could not be happier with the sale.

They found what we were looking for and took care of everything!! All we had to do was come in and sign and get the keys!! Our car looked so good detailed and full of gas!! Thank you Bob and Ash!! Great place to buy a car!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE - NEVER GOING BACK(short staffed, bad communication, overcharge)Tuesday - I took my vehicle in for diagnostics with my transmission in the morning. Krystal said that as long as I get work done with them, the diagnostics fee would be complementary. I was excited that they would likely waive this fee. I then received two texts from individuals at the service department telling me that they wanted me to reach out to them with any questions and that they would keep me updated with progress. At this point Im thinking what great service.Wednesday - I text Krystal and Anthony (service dept) about any updates with my car. I receive no reply.Thursday - As of noon I had heard nothing about my car so I called to learn that my vehicle was next in line. No follow up call about diagnostics, issues, solutions...nothing for the rest of the day.Friday - I call again to follow up since I hadnt received a call from service. They had diagnosed the issue as the beginning signs of transmission failure. They did not know how long my car would last but told me that it would eventually fail. The total cost you ask...$6800. I chose not to proceed with a transmission swap and instead go with an engine filter install and a fuel injector kit which would supposedly help the car be less jumpy, run smoother, and idle better. Krystal says the fuel injector kit will cost ~$190 and the filter is ~$50. Great. I then ask total out the door cost and she tells me ~$430.Because I opted out of spending $6800 on a new transmission, she had charged me for the complementary diagnostics. WHAT DIAGNOSTICS. I went in saying that my transmission was having issues and their only proposed solution was a new transmission. I opted out of this so they charged me the diagnostic fee.I go to pickup my car and Krystal tells me that my fuel light was on from when they were working on the car and to help the fuel injector flush, I should fill up and drive around a bit. I dropped the car off with at least a half a tank of gas. I was irritated that on top of the awful communication skills and shady diagnostic fee issues, I would now have to spend more money on gas that they had used. I push back but end up paying to get my car and move on. I get in my car and the fuel is literally at 0.Not 1/4 tank, not touching red, it is on ZERO.Worst service experience of my life. Charged ~$400 (including the gas) for them to change a filter, scrub my throttle body, and pour some fluid in my tank. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Fantastic! Even though it was not a new car or even a late model used car, we were treated as if we were V.I.P.s. Everyone was friendly and helpful from test-drive to finishing paperwork. Will recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a car,new or used. I will check with them first when I am in the market for another car. Only regret is can only 5 stars,instead of 10!

Selling overpriced parts by an additional 80-100% market value. Take my car in to get item installed and told that I need to take it back at a later date when the part has been ordered even though I scheduled to have said part installed a week before coming in. Tried to up-sell hard by telling me I needed other services done that I simply did not need. Staff is kind but store practices are ethically questionable.

Dealing with Allen Samuels was the easiest car deal that I have ever done. I live in MS and it was worth the plane fair there. The staff was great and most of all there was no hidden charges. I called last week to schedule for a Saturday appointment due to working during the week to have them inspect my backup camera glitching. Over the phone I provided my number, email address, and issue and we agreed on Saturday at 12pm. I arrive at the location today (Saturday) and the service rep advised me that they tried to call me about them needing to cancel my appointment because they dont do diagnostics on Saturdays, however they didnt have my phone number. I provided them my number upon appointment scheduling and they even had my email on file because I received an appointment reminder. I drove 45 minutes to this location and thankfully had to have my system software updated due to an EMC issue. I asked her to go ahead and do the update which the service lady stated would be only an hour of work. I asked for a loaner but they dont do this for appointments under 3 hours. No worries, I thought... she even offered me a complimentary Lyft. I declined and got my own Uber to eat. I came back two hours later to pick up my car because she never collected my number when I left the keys with her even though she said they didnt have my number. She told me they have not even started on it and have one more car ahead of me. She then stated it would be another 30min-1 hour. So here I have spent 45 min driving here, 2 hours waiting and now 45 minutes home with no work done to my car other than taking it to the back and bringing it back to me. Poor experience and I will take my car to the Oklahoma City Volkswagen going forward.

I rate Allen Samuels VW 5 stars when it comes to their service department. They are always courteous and very professional when I bring in my car for maintenance and have always done a great job servicing the car. I would recommend this dealer to my friends and family.

I dont usually write reviews but this is one I was very excited to write. I was trying to find a car that fit me and my growing family. I had been to a handful of car lots looking at different cars until I finally decided to make a stop at Allen Samuels . I wasnt exactly sure who to talk to when I arrived but I ran into Domingo Garcia and he helped me right away . He quickly went to find the keys for the car I was wanting to test drive he made it very clear he was the marketing manager but was willing to help in any way possible. He came along on our test drive and told me everything I needed to know about the car . I was very happy with his costumer service and by the end of the test drive I was sure that was the car I wanted. He wrote me up for the car and I was out the door with a new car in less than one hour. I didnt think it would be so simple because many other dealers make it impossible to be understood and always negotiate. Allen Samuels was the complete opposite they were never pushy or made me feel like my opinion didnt matter. I will for sure be returning for any future car purchases.

I contact AS VW near Edmond. Got an appointment, showed up and they got busy. Super efficient from start to finish. Special shout out to Norris E., great customer relations, made my wait quite pleasant.Obviously AS VW will be my go to when I have one of our VWs up in Oklahoma with me.

I recently bought a Volkswagen Tiguan (my first Volkswagen experience) from another dealership. I needed to have the oil changed, so I started researching maintenance for my car. I wanted to make sure I the place I utilized specialized in Volkswagens. I knew Allen Samuels was close to my house, so I used their website to schedule an appointment. Ryan was my service advisor and he did a great job of explaining everything to me. My car needed a software update, but my car was not cooperating that morning and I needed to get to work. Ryan helped me reschedule and explained thoroughly what they had done to my car, how much tread I had left, how my brakes looked, what maintenance I would need done in 10,000 miles, and it was all a fair price!I came back today, software updated easily and they washed my car. I wasn’t expecting that! Their waiting areas are clean and comfortable, every employee I interacted with was friendly and courteous, restrooms are clean, and they provide water and coffee.

Jeremiah was so kind and helpful. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for at a great price! The power was out so things were done a bit differently from the normal way of they process everything. They did not let the loss of power stop them from selling me a car. Things were taken care of quickly and professionally.

I had services performed on my 2018 Passat today.The price was reasonable, and the service staff were efficient and friendly.The sales staff were also friendly without being pushy.Highly recommend.

Went in for an oil change and received an estimate of over 6k because my oil pan had a dent in it supposedly .... they even refused to change the oil because of this supposed dent but changed the filter and tried to charge me for it smh went to VW dealership on NW 39 and received 5star treatment and an oil change they even reset the check engine light and explained that anything could make the check engine light come on. Edmond location is bored and looking to price gouge people not getting my money anymore!

Not sure what kind of show is being ran here but the drop off manager looked like he was methed up. Then the “actual” manager came out irate like they were methed up together, really confusing stuff going on here???? Not what you expect for VW but I will use Tulsa location next time.

Absolutely amazing experience. I was having major mechanical issues with my Tiguan, some caused by a different mechanic. The technicians at Allen Samuels Volkswagen corrected all the problems and at a reasonable price that I could afford.

I have purchased two Passats from this dealership when it was still Edmond VW. Our current 2017 Passat has been a great car. Recently, a rock on the highway caused our windshield to crack. I called around to several places and decided to take it to Allen Samuels since the vehicle has a camera in the windshield as well as a rain sensor. I made an appointment with Allen Samuels to have the windshield replaced. I brought the car in at the appointment time and went for a walk as I was told it would take a couple of hours. About 45 minutes later, I received a call that my old windshield was out but that they had ordered the wrong one to replace it. I walked back and asked for something to drive since I had to go to Moore for an appointment and then a couple other errands before going back home to Guthrie. Despite causing this problem, I was told that there was nothing to drive even though its a car lot with lots of new and used vehicles on the lot as well as multiple rental car agencies in the area. The best they could do was call me a Lyft to which I had no real choice but to agree to if I wanted to get home. Surely a rental car from Enterprise would be cheaper than two long Lyft rides to and from Guthrie. I had to cancel my appointment in Moore and reschedule that for the following day. The next morning, I received a call around 9:30am and was told that my car was done. I told them that Id come pick it up after work. Fortunately, I work from home. Since I had nothing to drive, I called around 2:30 when I got off work and they summoned another Lyft driver for me. I made it down to pick up my car at 3:30pm. I paid for the windshield and was handed the key. When I went out to the car that had been sitting directly in front of the service advisors for six hours at this point, I saw that the rear view mirror was hanging from its wires and the trim pieces had never been installed and were still laying in the front seat. I was then told that theyd have to call the glass guy back to finish the job and that it would take a couple of hours at least. I had to cancel my appointment in Moore yet again and was embarrassed about that. Being on time, professional and completing a job are important to me so when I am missing my obligations over something silly, I find that embarrassing. Apparently these things are losing their importance at Allen Samuels VW. After the glass guy came and left, the windshield was still filthy. It had hand prints all over the inside and outside, grease and there was writing with a marker that had to be scrubbed off. The car itself was dirty as well. They used to give it a quick wash for you when you brought it into Edmond VW. I always thought that was a nice touch and it kept me coming back. If they had done that this time, theyd have seen that the actual job was not complete when they got in the car. The service techs were friendly enough and the dealership is nice. Despite explaining my plight and trying to meet my obligations, they were unwilling to do anything more than call me a Lyft to go home and wait on them to correct their mistake. And to top it all off, the job was done poorly by a glass guy who didnt even finish the job. The salesmen did come around a couple of times to try and convince me to just trade it in for a new car. I explained that they were not making a very strong case for me doing business with Allen Samuels ever again. We love our VW but the service at this place has been on the decline since Allen Samuels VW took over. Its disappointing too since its such a nice new building and its close by for us and we will likely buy another VW in the next couple of years. Just from somewhere else.

Service department is unfriendly. Third time stopping in, and its just not a hospitable experience every time. Maybe Ive been spoiled by other dealers in the past, like the one in Norman that always makes every customer feel like a VIP.

I had taken the vehicle in for scheduled service. Very dissatisfied with their service. They apparently were supposed to have done transmission service. I dont believe they even touched it and charged be for the service. I had to take it to another shop and they had indicated that the transmission fluid was low and was the reason for the noise coming out of the transmission. I will never take my vehicle to the agency again. I had written them an e-mail to voice my concern and they indicated that tI would receive a call back from the advisor and the service manager. Two weeks have passed and have not received a single phone call. That shows how much they dont care about their customers.

Edward Rivera reached out to me after I had sent in my Kelly blue book estimate on my trade. - I had already been shopping at another Volkswagen dealership and had settled on the car but wanted to test drive another make before my purchase. When he reached out, he said to consider him my go to person for that dealership, and that he could get me the best price. I didn’t pay much attention to him because I was set on the car at the other dealership. This story can get long but at the end of the day Edward went above and beyond and they got me the price I wanted.Thanks to you all I have my dream car ❤️

November 2020. The people were all very friendly and professional. The problem was, I filled out all the paperwork from their online site. The financing 3.99%, trade in amount $3000, monthly payment $199, taxes calculated $899. Everything ready for me to come get my new car!! Well...my daughter and I drive 3 1/2hrs to get there, only to find out that didnt know what had happen to my online paperwork! So...THEY began the whole paperwork mess all over again!! Ended up...3hrs later, we finally were headed for the 3 1/2hr drive hm!! Ending up with absolutely nothing I had planned on, from the online info!! Turns out...financing 8.99%, trade in amount $1500, monthly payment $289 and taxes were $1249!! Then, my brakes were bad, battery in BOTH key fobs were about dead, oil maintenance light came on, ect... It took them so long to make things right with the problems I was hving with the car, they had to make me another 30 day temp tag. What a mess!!Hopefully this was an isolated incident!!

Thwy never call. Isaac our sales person said to bring it in when we came to get our title but service mgr sent us away no appointment very poor internal communication and we are getting frustrated

We had only begun discussing what vehicles my wife might have an interest in for her next purchase.We both had thought she might get another year in her 2016 euro crossover...Because we had noticed the similarities between the VW Atlas and the Audi Q8...we were intrigued and upon seeing the line up at Allen Samuels on a Saturday afternoon she was inspired.Before the evening was quite through she had made the decision she wanted the first Atlas Cross Sport she had looked at (SEL premium R Line) Pyrite Silver with two tone black and grey interior.These folks at Allen Samuels had already made us feel like family and continued the great experience through with a Super Fantastic deal with her trade in.She was ecstatic! She loves the new ride and a week later were both genuinely happy we traded her car for this absolutely fabulous new Atlas.

Allen Samuels VW has really impressed me and Integrity is the first thing I think of. I went in to buy a new vehicle but purchased a high quality low mile used SUV at half the cost. My salesman Isaac was very helpful and never pressured me to buy new. Then after signing, Mike in finance tells me the next day that he was able to get my financing lower. Who does that? It gets even better, I got home from work today and I had a gift waiting for me from Allen Samuels. I’ve purchased many cars in my time and have never received a token of appreciation afterward. Very well maintained lot. But its new so probably expected. Service was great. Love the no baloney part. Strait to the point. New each car I looked at without resorting to the app. Maybe off 100 dollars or 2 but nothing major. Had great knowledge of the vehicles and there history. I had been looking at the Atlas for a while now, I bought an explorer last year and just wasn’t happy with it. A friend recently bought an Atlas and I got to see it in person and loved it!So I contacted her salesman Alex and told him exactly what I was looking for and he did better!I test drove one and when I came back he had another one ready for me to test drive and he told me, just drive it....it had the dark brown interior I loved but it was interior for the platinum gray exterior and I just wasn’t sure about that. I opened the door and fell in love with it!! It looks so classy!I drove it and said this is it! It had everything I wanted on it and more!Alex went to negotiate for me and he went back and forth until he got me where I wanted to be!He busted his tail for me!Mike in finance was awesome and everything went so smooth, he didn’t try to sell me an extended warranty, he said the car speaks for itself you won’t need one. I placed an order over the phone for a part and payed for it. I was told that it would be ready by 10 am the next day. I left work early to pick up the part and when I arrived I was told the order hadnt been placed yet. This place was unprofessional and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I brought my TDI in to have the timing belt and water pump changed. Poor customer service. Refuses to give out a loaner, and tried to add $100 on top of quote.

Really enjoyed my visit! The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. My oil change was very fast! Didnt even finish a cup of coffee before I was told my car was done. Top notch service! I look forward to seeing you all again at the new store for my next visit.

Great experience buying a new Volkswagen Atlas. Salesman Papa Faye was very helpful and knowledgeable. Had a tour of the dealership during which we were introduced to the service manager who was nice and took time to talk about our new vehicle. We can take our Volkswagen to any dealership for service, but will definitely be brining it back here.

The test drive was great as they basically let me take it where I wanted. They presented their offer very clearly and explained how they had reached their price point. We agreed on a price and made a deal. The finance manager also was very clear in explaining all the details and options available. Consistently disappointed and inconvenienced with Allen Samuels VW as a service center. Their communication is terrible and with constant phone tag. We wait entire days before we are finally able to communicate for status updates or repair authorizations, sometimes having to filter through a few hyperbolic and exaggerated repair recommendations. When they promise a call back soon it means we wont hear from them that day, unless its 4 minutes before close when theyre rushing to leave for the day.When we call to book a bigger service, we ask for loaner availability and for one to be available for us on that day, yet we are always left without a loaner which causes more problems than Lyft can fix. There seems to be no organization or accountability for their loaners.This isnt an isolated event. It has been every visit.

Aaron provided me with great customer service. He helped me find a vehicle in my price range. He did a wonderful job explaining the pros and cons of each vehicle and went above and beyond making sure I was comfortable with my buying decision. He was very honest, and I would highly recommend working with him. This is the first time I’ve had a good experience buying a vehicle.

Customer service was weak sauce especially considering it was not busy. I didnt appreciate the unnecessary attempts to up sell services. In the end they also didnt have a tire I needed so they sent me off on my spare and told me to come back in a week. I went right over to OKC VW where they got me in with out an appointment, got me the tire, gave the car a free inspection fluid check and top off, and a free car wash.
