Wifes 2017 Forester died in the driveway and I had to take here to her appointment. On the way back we stopped at the Service department and requested a loaner, which they did not have but expected by 5:30. We went to chill out and wait a while. She has had 5 or six Subarus. The Service staff was very patient, polite and helpful to get her a loaner. The dead Forester got toed to Service when we got home. It got new battery, updated and serviced. Very pleased with the service department.

I drove a car, made a deal on the car, and was paying for the car when they told me they had sold me the wrong car and the car on which Id made a deal was actually several thousand dollars more. They couldnt get me out of there fast enough. I could sue and win, but whats the point? I wouldnt advise someone else to mess with it. Ill simply never do business with a Bob Moore entity, again.

I want to start off by saying, I LOVE Audis and the salesman that helped us was the most polite and nice person I think I have ever met at a dealership. He let my wife and I drive just about every car they had on the lot and a few of them twice before we decided on one. That being said, everything changed once they went to eval our trade.I waited until I took my car into Lexus before I wrote this review. I would not argue that dealers are always going to low-ball you on your trade, however, besides my Nav unit being out (a big item, I know), my 2007 LS460 is basically mint. I have new interior, car is maintained only by Lexus mechanics and I have all the docs to prove it. However, I was told by the Audi dealer that my car was shot, air suspension = shot, rear tires = shot, NAV = shot (I knew this one), I was luck that it made it from Tulsa to OKC to car shop and of course there are many many miles on the car so I didnt expect to get book for it, but hell $2k for a Lexus maintained LS460?Ok, no hard feeling, thanks for the offer, but I will just keep it...Now that I have had my car in for its checkup, the Lexus mechanic laughed at me when I told them that my air ride suspension was shot, tires bad and the car it lucky to be alive. LS460s rarely have air ride suspension, my tires are halfway through their life and there is really nothing mechanically wrong with the car. I was fairly certain this was the case, but I didnt have my facts together to pose an argument to the Audi dealer about why they are wrong. Regardless, mistakes can be made and I also questioned them on the issues they listed and they assured me they looked everything over and the poor girl was on her last leg and I should trade it in so they could find her a good home in the used car warehouse of hell, lol.Once I decided to keep the trade then the real negotiations began, my wife had never been with me at this stage of the car buying experience, so she was wondering why I was so on edge. Well, the next part is not fun and it is quite exhausting. For starters, we had to wait just over an hour for a finance officer to become available, not sure if this was a tactic or just horrible luck. That really was a pain but we made the trip and we were going to see this thing through, other plans be damned. After going over our finances and realizing that we couldnt come to an agreement, which happens, (other odd details left out here) as well as the negotiation process taking another hour, we were rudely given an OK by the finance guy as he closed our folder and oddly just stared at us, so we took that as the cue that we were done and we got up and left. Now I have dealt with finance people just about every time I have bought a car, so I knew what to expect, however, my wife had never been in that situation before and she was shocked. Her exact words were, I didnt think they were going to let us leave no matter what we said, and once they realized we were not going to be able to come to an agreement, all niceness and cordiality complete left this other humans body, like he was a robot and had to reboot because he failed.I know some ppl will have zero sympathy for my experience, I dont expect any whatsoever. I know that ppl will say, that is just how it works, and I realize that too. I just dont understand why it has to work that way? Why do ppl who are wanting you to spend your hard earned money on the 2nd most expensive thing you will ever buy, treat you like that? I mean, I can understand not being happy that a deal wasnt made, heck, I wasnt happy either, but I would never be rude or undignified to another human over something as silly as a car deal.Take my experience with this place as semi-normal at just about any car dealer. I just hope that you get treated better when you end up shopping around. Thanks to that one guy and this experience, my wife never wants to look at or ever own an Audi. Now I have to try to convince her otherwise while we continue to shop other brands...

The staff at Bob Moore Subaru consistently delivers a positive customer experience. I have purchased and leased vehicles from this location and have nothing but good things to say. The Finance department was accommodating and easy to work with. Service on both vehicles has been consistently high quality, efficient, and effective without upselling unnecessary expenses.
I asked the sales guy to give me two weeks. He spam called me starting 3 days later. They also try to offer vehicles with colors and features you dont want instead of listening to customers.I got a Subaru repaired here last year and they didnt do all the work the first time and their detail job was just a vacuum and wash that they charged insurance $250 for.

If you live a few hours away from this dealership I don’t recommend you buying a car from them reason being it’s super hard to get in contact with your finance person. My finance person was Chris Johnson he would never get back to me would leave me on read on text messages and wouldn’t ever answer calls just for a simple yes or no question. I would’ve gone up there if it was a small drive but in my case it was 2 hours and couldn’t easily go up there. They are super nice and good at offering drinks etc. and at selling you the the car but once it’s sold it’s a lost case and your on your own basically if you have a question. Don’t get me wrong the car is great that I got but the service after words with the business is not good. Luckily after calling and calling and several text messages 3 days later our Dealer Aaron was able to help us but it was also hard getting an actual conversation on a call for other questions I had.
I 100% recommend Bob Moore Porsche. I’ve bought from another Porsche dealership and this was night and day. They have a friendly, accommodating, professional and enjoyable sales team. My experience was excellent. I will be buying with them in the future.

I have had an absolutely terrible experience with the service department here.Let me start by saying, my range rover had a fuel pump that needed to be replaced. First hand they never even looked up my extended warranty and tried making us lay out of pocket for everything. They also told us there was no problems with my fuel pump.... that we needed to start with a new battery which was over $400 later. When they said they didnt fix the problem they in turn decided to listen to us and say yes it is the fuel pump. Needless to say it took them FIVE WEEKS TO FIX MY CAR. THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME A RENTAL. Multiple phone calls, voice mails, and still I had to keep the contact to figure out what was going on withmy vehicle. 2 insurance payments were made along with a car note for a car I didnt even get to drive or have a rental for.On to the best part. A WEEK after getting my car back, what do you know ITS HAVING WORSE ISSUES coming from the engine now.I dont even want to take my car back to them to be fixed because as they have quoted they STILL dont have ANY RENTALS or know a time frame for how long it will take to fix my car.This has been absolutely ridiculous.I 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

They asked for 4 days to find the car I wanted. Since they didnt have any I- That 4 days ended yesterday on Saturday. They found me a absolutely, beautiful 2013 Toyota Avalon. Dark grey. Leather, sunroof, POWER, ALL electric....... you want a good used car GO. To. a high end dealership used card department you will be glad you Sikh?
As a follow-up to a previous post....these guys forgot to get us to sign paperwork on a car we traded....after several emails and not a single call, they wanted us to sign a power of attorney via email. The emails sent to me for the request did not contain a single complete sentence. My 8 year old writes better emails than these guys. After denying their request, they did send a driver to my location with the original docs to sign. No power of attorney was signed.

Bob Moore Subaru Service is very easy to use. I had an oil change done and dropped off my car before work. The staff are always friendly and helpful. When I picked my car up after work the service had been completed and my car had been washed.

Bob Moore is pretty solid at the Edmond location. I havent had too many issues with these guys theyre pretty up front most of the times. I would suggest doing your research on any repairs that you need so you will know whats going on when you get there and they wont give you a bunch of items or service you do not need.
I have had nothing but great detailed help here. All faces are consistent & friendly in service. First of all, I was referred here by another dealerships service team due to that dealerships lack of due diligence to help me after purchasing from them. That alone speaks volume about both places! I choose to drive my vehicle over 300 miles to be serviced/repaired here so it ensures me its done correctly.

They have very nice cars. When the man finally came out he looked at us funny like we couldnt afford the car but we shrugged that off like oh well they not getting my money. But there prices are high anyways.
Dealer was to move my radar detector from old vehicle to the new one. Salesman (Isaiah) lost hardware and manager (Ricky) thought it would be ok to deliver the car with radar detector attached with a tie wrap. Speaks volumes to what they consider quality. Go elsewhere.

Recently purchased a 2012 Acura from Bob Moore and was assured that the vehicle was in “great” condition, that their mechanics had inspected the vehicle and their were no mechanical issues. With less than 1,000 miles of driving and the vehicle requires over $2,000.00 worth of repairs including brakes, struts, shocks and tires. Bob Moore’s manager Anthony was contacted and agreed to replace the tires and brakes at cost. The problem was that their “cost” was double that of Firestone. Bob Moore sold a defective vehicle and then tried to remedy the problem by over charging me to have them fix the dangerous car they sold in the first place. We were promised a safe, reliable vehicle that I could transport my son and disabled mother in and instead I got got a car that is a hazard to operate and very expensive to repair. My husband travels out of town weekly for work and a dependable vehicle used for under 50 miles a week of commuting to work and school was important, especially when paying for a higher priced “dependable” car. Bob Moore advertises a higher level of service and signs off “respectfully, Bob Moore.” Their willingness to sell faulty vehicles and not stand behind their product is not very respectful. I could not in good conscience rate them with even one star.
Just be aware that you are dealing with 3 different sales people...the first contact is the guy/gal that helps you pick out the car and test drive, second is the finance officer he is the shark he is the best salesperson they have (he will kill you on interest rates, ever point counts and lastly the upgrade sales person...do you want clear coat paint warranty, mats etc...never go in there and give them a monthly amount you can pay...only negotiate the interest and the cost of the car with all the rebates or discount...

Bob Moore agreed to inspect the car and address any issues found. Upon identifying the problems James agreed to repair/replace the problems at our convenience. Special thanks to Kyle in the service department who was very helpful and accommodating. Bob Moore has redeemed themselves in my opinion and I would not hesitate to purchase a vehicle with them again.

I will always love Bob Moore I think its the best place to purchase any automobile that will be my next purchase in 3 more months I will go back and get the car I wanted yes David Stanley got my money for 6 months but I will get my car back will be loaned at any place I want because I will have 6 months proof of payment is a ridiculous mix up that David Stanley got me into but Bob Moore was just as bad David Stanley actually rescued me from Bob Moore after they gave me a car for 3 weeks and said I was all approved I had got my insurance and everything had to pay high dollar being an Uber driver so it just was ridiculous how they took my car after 3 weeks and said that their financing did not go through so I ended up getting so many offers and I hit David Stanley and they are the ones that got it so quick and wrapped it up so quick before I could get to the Dodge place that they actually kind of finagled me into some things but it will not happen again these things happen and you must watch make sure your loans are all the way through before you count the bird in the hand as we know one in the hand is worth two in the bush this is how this ended up but I still came out on top I have a brand new 2018 car an Uber job payments made on it for 3 months now and I will be purchasing wherever I want I dont know about Bob Moore Im a give him a second chance may not

I called Bob Moore and I was at prehensive about going in because my credit is so bad. I went on the internet and found the car that I wanted and I sent a request for more information. After I sent the request for more information I got an email from a lady telling me to call and so I did. She convinced me to come in telling me that they have over 30 lenders that they work with and I should come in. So I came in was greeted when I first walked in the door.when I was given the name to ask for Michael Gibson. He came directly to me greeted me and directing me to my salesmen which was Blane. Long story short salesman got me in car that I wanted for the price I wanted. They never even mentioned how bad my credit was.

I had a horrible experience at Bob Moore Land Rover and I would NOT recommend it to anyone. Not only did they treat my husband and I disrespectfully, when we gave them a second chance at the used car we were looking at they never called back a second time. I am convinced it had everything to do with the amount of money that I was going to spend or should I say NOT SPEND!!!! Words can not explain how humiliated they have made us feel.
Disappointing. We waited for Rob had him called twice and he never showed to help us purchase a suv so s left and will take our business where we are appreciated. I think it as cause we dont look like the type of people they wanted to serve.
