As someone without good credit Ive had several bad experiences trying to buy a good low mile Car. From start to finish Conner explained the terms, price of vehicle, and what we would get on my trade in, and upon signing everything was exactly as promised. Bought a truck from thunder city had it for six months at 400.00 a month plus down payment. But this place is a scam Darby financial owns the lot you pay on the car for while then they find excuses to repo or shut of car left me and my daughter stranded. Paid little over 6000.00 on truck. Then repo it. Payments were currant. Brother experiencing same experience.

Scam they have they own financial company I had car for about 6 months I put 3000 down and had payments of 204 every two weeks I called and talked to the same lady from Darby that’s always rude on phone and told her my check was short that I would have both payments the following Monday will I wake up and they repoed my “their car” when I said I can make both payments and tow fee she said no there bumper damage and that’s they property and asset so they have a right to keep it don’t come they will make easy for you to leave just for your deposit and they will take a 16,000 car over a 400.00 payment not even 60 days late

My little sister needed some help in a hurry and Jay was super helpful (and patient) in helping answer her very demanding questions. We were not able to make a purchase this time due to some personal issues but will certainly be checking in with Thunder City the next time we need a vehicle! Thank you for treating us so great! Horrible experience purchased a 2014 GMC Yukon from and I have nothing but problems with the dealership the employees do not communicate with each others nobody knows whats going I would send my payment in and then they would shut the truck off. They always confuse us with some lady named Sally and Sally never pays her bills but we take the blame for it. All of there computers are messed up or they dont bother to use them. whatever the situation is its very unprofessional and I would not recommend using this dealership

Wow warning!!! I couldn’t believe the way I was treated at this place I couldn’t get a price when I asked and found out the financing rate for everyone is 21%. The salesman or owner he said he was both kept avoiding the question about the price when I finally got the price it was almost double the amount that the same car is sold for at other dealerships.
