Ill say I dread auto dealerships in general. Bob Howard GMC had the exact truck I was looking for and the salesman (Mark Samson) was excellent. I told him I didnt want to be there all day and I was only there 4 hours from start to finish. They didnt pressure me into making a decision, worked with me on my trade-in offer and even were able to beat my banks interest rate so I financed with them. Overall best experience Ive ever had at a dealership! Mark and his boss were both great!
It was quick and painless buying our new car. Everyone was wonderful from the sales department to the finance people. We got what we thought was a great price for our trade in and for the new vehicle. We would highly recommend our friends to this dealership.
This dealership is horrendous. They wrecked my car as they forgot to tighten my wheel nuts before they took it for a test drive, guess what happened... As a result the wheel came off and destroyed the front quarter panel, battery and electrical on that side of the car. Not to mention the damage caused to the axle etc, its a really long story.Anyway, we enquired if they were reporting the accident as it could affect the trade in value of the vehicle, they said no as they were repairing it in house. Why wouldnt they report it. We asked for some assurance that everything had been repaired correctly, nothing. Their communication about the wreck was nil. I received one vague phone call The day that it happened and then nothing else for 3 weeks. We never received an apology.We picked the car up and didnt even get out of the parking lot when a turn signal failure light turned on, yes ... on the side where they wrecked the car. This not only adversely affects the trade in value, but we are tied to this unscrupulous company to trade in.Would you feel safe knowing this is how they operate and treat their customers?I advise everyone to (pardon the pun) steer clear of these cowboys.

I bought my car from them 5 years ago. Apparently they took upon themselves to cancel my extended warranty a year after I bought without my permission or knowledge. Which brings us to today when the heat stopped working on my car. Now I have no warranty and they wanted to charge me $1700 more than any other mechanic in town. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE OR GET YOUR CAR WORKED ON HERE. I do not even think they took my car apart and really looked at it.

This was a really overall great experience. Hayden was our sales person and was professional and actually listened to what we had to say and what we wanted. We told him the payment we could afford and he got us in a truck that was a little more expensive than we had said, but was also a lot more truck than I thought I was going to be able to afford. Even further, they are taking care of a small cosmetic issue and despite Haydens job being done, (I bought the truck), he has been available to answer any questions I have had and hasnt tried passing me off. Really impressed.

I went in to purchase a new vehicle. When I arrived the vehicles I wanted to test drive were already sold. The salesman helping me found a car that had been recently traded in. I ended up buying this car and I love it.It would have been nice if the website had been up to date with current vehicles in stock. Noone contacted me after I used the chat feature when I asked about a specific vehicle. The overall experience at the dealership ran smoothly and was out of the dealership in about 3 hours.

It’s a bad time to look for a good deal. The guys at Bob Howard were friendly and did everything right. Wasn’t happy with paying over blue book for a car I had to buy, but times are tough for pricing. Finance guy tried very hard to sell extended warranty,.. be prepared. I had a catastrophic engine failure in my 2021 GMC Sierra Denali at 5,000 miles. After a complete let down trying to work with the local GM dealerships here in Lawton, I contacted the dealership where I purchased the vehicle from in Oklahoma City, Bob Howard. The dealership was courteous, caring and extremely helpful in all aspects. I was able to coordinate with the maintenance department to schedule my vehicle drop-off and receive a loaner while it was being repaired. Mr David Hoffman provided excellent customer service throughout the process, he contacted me and provided me with the information I needed to get my vehicle to OKC for repairs. He kept in contact with me via phone and text messages, making sure that everything was in order. I arranged for the vehicle to be dropped off by tow truck and to pick up a loaner. When I arrived at the dealership late that evening, David had left for the evening but Mr Dustin Brown was there and he was aware of the situation and picked up where Mr Hoffman had left off, without missing a beat. He also provided excellent customer services during the transition, while the vehicle was being repaired and after I got the vehicle back. I can honestly say that the services David and Dustin provided (in my opinion) was above and beyond reproach. I would highly recommend this dealership for any services, now and in the future.
3 months to replace a cracked windshield is dangerous and tedious; it took me 11 phone calls over 3 months with 4 different people in Service to finally arrange the replacement AND never once did Bob Howard GMC Service ever call me with an update or any kind of customer service.Also, even though I purchased ALL of the extended Warranties, the window coverage company you sold me claimed the crack was too long (over 6 inches long) and therefore wouldn’t be covered. So it also cost me over $800 out-of-pocket because guess what - cracks continue to grow when you have to wait 1/4 of a year to get it replaced. Such terrible customer service in all directions. And this is not “supply chain problems,” because a better run Dealership would have at least reached out to me once with an update. Never happened.

Out of all our car buying experiences, this was by far the most pleasant one. Our sales guy Erik made our search for the right car fun! He was very knowledgeable about the different models and helped us find the right car for our budget. Another saleman Aldo helped us learn all the features of the car before we left the dealership and helped us get all the features set up to our preferences. Recently had my GMC YUkon serviced at BH service center. My service manager (Chad Dear) was very courteous and professional. I needed to wait on my vehicle and he told me up front that it would take about 1 h 45 m to complete. It was completed in 1 h 15 m including replacing at tire. I will definitely have my vehicle serviced here in the future.
Went in for a scheduled oil change and ended up having additional work done per their request. They quoted me an hour and a half wait for the additional service and it ended up being double that. Four total hours in a waiting room. They weren’t proactive about updating me either. When I contacted them to see how much longer, I was told 15-20 minutes and it ended up being double that, too. I have no problem waiting, I understand service takes time. Perhaps revise your model for anticipating wait times and be more proactive about letting customers know. They also screwed up the billing and hounded me for the next day with multiple phone calls to make up the difference. Overall pretty poor service. Unless you’re under warranty and have to go here, go literally anywhere else.
I took my GMC Sierra in for its first service. I made an appointment online. I did not have to wait. My service advisor David was very courteous and knowledgeable. The service did not take very long and I waited in a quiet and clean lounge. It was a good experience.
This was probably the best customer service I have received in years! They took care of my issue while I was on vacation and had me back in business quickly! Dustin Brown kept me in the loop even when there was a problem getting the part but still delivered on time! He is amazing!
Our salesman was excellent and treated us very well. Our issues started when we returned to get the car detailed and the windows tinted. The detail woman did not wash our car properly nor did she detail the inside of the car properly. I asked her why she did not vacuum the car properly and under the floor mats like she should and her response was that they did not pay her to clean under the mats on a new car delivery. We had shown up at our appointment time on time and they did not detail the car for several hours. My family and I were at the dealer for more than four hours to get a detail and to get the windows tinted. Our salesman did what he could to help make our family comfortable but with 3 small kids that amount of time was not acceptable. When we finally got our car back it had been damaged and scratched on the passenger side of the console. Our salesman and the sales manager came to look at the issue along with the detailer who stated she had not had her vacuum in the passenger front seat area. The sales manager tried to clean the area but I told him several times it was scratched. He finally admitted that it was and that he was sorry for this. He gave us what he stated was a 100.00 worth of cleaning products and said he had an interior guy who would use some spray paint later to touch up this area. When I said this would not work he said that he would not replace the console due to cost. The sales manger repeatedly said this is common with the use of the car that it get scratched in this area and that I really should not be worried about. I stated that I had not damaged or scratched the car and therefore the issue was his to fix. I did not get any satisfaction on the matter and as I live in another part of the stated I have not returned to get the issue resolved as I do not want anyone using spray paint on my 60k car. I kept calling the dealer asking for my documents in order to get my tags done on time. I finally spoke with the sales manager who stated he apologized but they were not able to get my financing for the rate of 8.99 percent as discussed, rather it would be for 11.24 percent. He stated that since we had had so many issues already that he had lowered the price of the car in order for my payments to stay the same, repeatedly telling me I needed to sign new documents as this was a better deal and pressured me to sign right away. I told him that I would not sign anything without seeing the first purchase contract and the second proposed contract and discussed the new terms with my wife. He obliged and emailed them both to me. He sent a driver with the documents to my home and I signed them. I have still yet to receive another temporary tag or documents to purchase a permanent tag even though I have contacted the sales manager multiple times. Futhermore my trade has not been paid off like our contract stated it would be and I continue to make payments without any answers.
Everything went well until final paperwork and they tried to sneak in a $7500 fee. I understand low supply high demand but in discussing price/final numbers they never mentioned a thing then acted appalled I questioned it and told them it seemed underhanded at the way they do business. 10/10 do NOT recommend.

Both Mark Samson, Doss, and the sales manager were willing to work with us on pricing to get the vehicle to where it was in our price point. Finance department was good in explaining financial options and advised extended warranty, dent & windshield coverage, ResistAll coverage and GAP coverage would transfer from our previous vehicle since it was bought at a sister Bob Howard dealership.
Chad was awesome, I had a crazy situation with my new GMC and I didn’t even get the car from Bob howard, and they took care of me. It’s crazy times for getting parts, and I had to wait a while but they were patient with me and got me rolling.
Service staff has been nice and friendly, but I would not go here for an oil change unless you want to spend 2-4 hours waiting on your vehicle. I dropped off my truck for service, went to run a few errands and came back 2 hours later and my vehicle had not even been taken back yet. I was told they do not do your vehicle “as a first priority” when you drop it off for service. I have also had grease stains on my driver seat both times I have been. They made it right with me by discounting the service, so that is why it is two stars.

My Service Advisor at Bob Howard Buick GMC in Edmond, OK was David Hoffman. Nice guy at first, seemed willing to help me out of the gate, but I really don’t feel like this experience was genuine.I went in with a main problem of my hood not latching properly. Very important to note that it would latch, but once popped open it would take an hour to get it shut again. After waiting a couple hours, David comes back to tell me they are finishing up the oil change and have assessed all the issues I presented, including the hood latch. He proceeds to tell me that the technician pulled on the hood release handle and it broke. ANNNDDDD....he’s charging me $395.47 for it on top of the $444.28 to replace the hood latch assembly that I knew needed replacing. What?! The handle wasn’t broken when I came in. He claims it was going to break on whoever touched it next.The rest of his estimate came up to $9,276.81 plus a $39.00 “shop charge.” What did I pay for? The oil change under $50. I spoken to 3 other auto shops since then, every single one says I shouldn’t have to pay for that handle and that if it had been them, they wouldn’t have charged me that. They also say that those parts are dealership only. I think the dealership knows that, and charges a million dollars because they can. I found parts online myself. The handle he’s charging me $395 for is only $48.When I first arrived, David gave me his card and said to text him if I needed anything...that he always answered no matter where he is. I text him. No response. I emailed the GM. No response.Will I be going back to the dealership? No. Will I recommend this dealership to anyone? No. One star.
Made an appointment for an oil change at 3:15PM.. it wasnt complete until after 6:15PM. They finished vehicles without appointments before mine. When I asked about it the guy said, an appointment only guarantees it will get done the same day. Thats news to me! The service staff working tonight was garbage. Place is usually filled with really helpful people with great customer service. Ill be looking for a new dealership to service my GMC.

After carshopping for around 2 weeks I found 3 trucks that Bob Howard had on their lot and went to see them. Despite not looking forward to dealing with car salesman, when I pulled in the guys out front were not overwhelming or pushy. I looked at the trucks and decided on one. The entire process was very easy and non confrontational. Questions were answered and everything was professionally done.The best part is the clear statement of fees charged, $599 on all sales, thats it. All in all a good experience.

I bought a used Dodge Durango from Bob Howard a couple weeks ago. Let me first say that the sales guy I dealt with, Forrest, was friendly and courteous and I enjoyed dealing with him. However, the management was a complete different story. The used car manager, I think his name was Randy or Randell, was extremely rude and disrespectful to my wife. He cut her off and interrupted her repeatedly. He also told us that they couldnt go down on the price at all, however, I found the same vehicle I bought still listed on thier website over a week and a half later with a lower price then what I paid for it. Update: I have had several conversations with the management team at Bob Howard to discuss the issues I dealt with at thier dealership and they treated me very well and respectful. The issues I had originally with them were a series of misunderstandings. They have gone over and above to correct the misunderstandings and to make me happy. The higher management, specifically Kody, has been very understanding and helpful and respectful. He and the General Manager Bobby for me changed my opinion of the dealership with how well they handled these original issues and how well they treated me. With this, I would recommend Bob Howard as a dealership for vehicle shopping to anyone.

This was one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. Dropped my car off at 10 AM on Wednesday didn’t get it back until 11 AM the next day. They tried To get me to add up to $4000 worth of extra repairs. I also told them not to rotate my tires which they did and now my vehicle has a huge vibration when I drive on the highway. I would not recommend taking your GM to the service center.
Luke was extremely helpful and answered everything with great knowledge. Truck was well prepped and cleaned prior to delivery and there was only one issue that wasnt resolved, although they attempted to do so. I will be bring it back in to give them more time to figure out and repair the issue. Overall happy with the experience on both vehicles that we have purchased from Bob Howard.

I arrived a few minutes late (went to Chevrolet first instead of GMC) and got checked in. I asked what the wait was and was told 1.5 hours. I did not leave until 2pm. I was there so long I almost bought a whole other vehicle. I was thinking, surely, Monday morning, later, it should not be bad. WRONG!!! Ill stick with my husbands 7 am game plan.
Sales staff were very friendly and professional. They made every effort to accommodate us. However, finance dept leaves much to be desired. Bought car on August 18th. Returned on Aug 19th to sign new agreement. Was told copies would be in my email first thing in morning. After several failed phone call attempts its now the 27th and I have nothing.
Our salesman Nicholas was awesome! I told him my expectations as soon as I found the car I wanted and he stuck to them. This was my 4th purchase from Bob Howard and it, by far, was my quickest!

JOE JOE is AWESOME!! It’s not high pressure sales. Extremely friendly and leads you straight. I actually enjoyed the visit. Made new friends and will definitely do business with them for my next vehicle purchase! 5 stars from me and usually I only give 4. But, the customer service is outstanding. I can’t recall the other names.. but, the finance officer was just as nice. Great experience and the Camaro is beautiful!!
Not happy, we drove 3 hours for the truck we wanted and found on the internet. We specifically asked condition of the truck, and no one disclosed any thing. said a ding and couple little scratches. Did not say anything about any previous accidents. Once we arrived decided to purchase we were doing paperwork and they handed us the car fax and never said anything. We saw it showed an accident, when we asked, we were told it was only a minor. After making the purchase and drove home we studied the car fax and found it had been in 2 accidents, never disclosed by the dealer. To top it off before we left they said they couldnt fill it with gas since it was not on their lot, so they put $20 in. We cleaned the truck from top to bottom and even found overspray. We have called the GMC used car manager Brian and he said the GM would call us back, no return call. They should not have even been able to sell this vehicle a market price. Unfortunately, since no one at Bob Howard GMC cares to call us back we will do what is necessary on our side.

They are not even worthy of this one star. On August 3rd bought a vehicle from them that needed a headlight assembly got them to put it in writing they would fix it. As of today August 20th they keep giving me the run around and have not fixed it. This is a safety issue and by State law can not be driven at night. I have heard nothing but lies from them. A headlight should not be this hard to get fixed.
While I am thankful they had the truck we were looking for, I was disappointed when the Rear differential had no grease and after 100 miles started hollowing. When my husband who is a GMC certified mechanic heard the noise, we stopped and checked the fluids to find none. When we brought it back the service department lied and said the fluid level was fine but we could see where they added fluids. They offered nothing to support us and never checked back to make sure we made it back to MN safe. Disappointed to say the least.
Our sales representative was friendly and very helpful! He showed all around at the various styles of vehicles we were looking for and features. The used vehicles prices advertised were pretty locked in but reasonable when comparing price to value. One thing we didn’t discover until later was a loose head restraint. Hopefully they will work with on that as I see it as something that should be seen during inspection and corrected as it is a safety concern. Would have been 5 stars if I didn’t discover that just after driving home after the sale.
Found a 2014 Camaro SS listed on Auto Trader by them and scheduled a test drive a couple days in advance. I get there, from about three hours away, and they tell me that it’s gonna be at least a couple hours because the car is getting new tires and brakes which I can appreciate but I gave them two days notice of when I would be there. They finally bring the car around three hours later and I do my test drive and am notified of minor hail damage and mark on the right front that weren’t listed in the description on Auto Trader. I also noticed myself that the glove box wouldn’t close all the way. The car was also listed for $24,800 until I went to try and negotiate with them and the price suddenly increased to $25,560 which I was told was because of the new tires and brakes which is fine, I guess, but I was there to buy the car for $24,800 as advertised and I didn’t ask them to change those.
I’ve always had a great experience with the service dept. at Bob Howard Buick. Only place I will take my Enclave for an oil change & tire rotation. David Hoffman is my go to guy and always treats me like I’m a VIP.
Gave them 5 stars because no choice above 5.I was traveling back to Delaware from Arizona in my new 2021 Yukon Denali.My yellow check engine light came on in the line for McDonalds and I also noted the odometer read 5700.I called Bob Howard GMC at 0830 from my motel . The website provided a real phone# I got the service department after waiting 20 seconds on hold and I got 2 appointments, one at 0930 and another at 1030 am. I couldn’t pack up in time for 0930 so I took 1030.I met the service manager Carl (with a C)He arranged a check of the engine light a 5000 mile check up, an oil change, replacement of a fuel sensor ( the reason for the check engine light going on) and removed our pet carrier from the rear seat of the car while it was on the lift so our new puppy had a place to sleep safely, and with the help of his mechanics finished the job in less than 3 hrs and got us back on the road.Again Bob Howard Buick GMC gets 6 stars. And the phone answering staff the mechanics, and Carl with a C all get 6.

The attempt to up-sale was very unprofessional. $300 per hour labor charge is plain and simple robbery. The Bob Howard dealership Ive dealt with for years wasnt like this.
