I had my jeep serviced today and cant recommend this place enough. Every person I interacted with went the extra mile and the care I received for my jeep was the best Ive ever had. They got to the bottom of longstanding issues and even fixed my broken door handle without me mentioning it. I could have cried when I saw it was fixed. Amazing Customer Service!About a year ago I started bringing my Wrangler here for maintenance, and was blown away by the efficiency and level of service. Jennifer worked with me to scheduled my appointment, and she was there to greet me with a warm hello when I arrived. After the repairs were complete, she was the one to assist me with getting the paperwork completed. Everything was explained to me and the cost was exactly what it should have been. Fast and friendly.This is now the only place I go for oil changes, tire rotations, warranty-work and everything else.Thank you!

Great dealership & excellent service. My 2018 Ram 1500 screen was delaminating and found it was not covered under warranty. The dealership decided to offer a good will claim and got me a replacement for a discount. They had it replaced it under an hour!

EMPLOYEE PRICING IS NO GOOD HERE! Read the following: I called this dealer on July 27th, to get some pricing and information on a vehicle I was interested in. Upon confirming the vehicle was still on the lot I asked the salesman about the price and what it would come out to with my employee discount, that’s when I was told that THEY ARE NOT HONORING EMPLOYEE DISCOUNTS! When I asked why, I was told that there’s only 90 cars on the lot instead of 800 like they usually have and that they’re “not giving the cars away to the employees” and that they’re not “making those deals now because they don’t make enough money on them”. I understand that things are weird right now because of the chip shortage but do they think that it only affects them? How about the employees that are getting their hours and shifts cut because production is slow? We too are feeling it and now on top of that we’re being told our Employee Discount is no good!? Doesn’t seem right to me and very selfish from the dealership.

We purchased a used pickup truck from this dealer, paid big bucks outright, no loan or trade-in involved. Vehicle came with some short term warranty.Within a few days several warning lights came on, independent diagnostic showed some serious issues. Vehicle was brought back for repair under warranty. Total cost: several thousand Dollars – ouch!It took the Service Department 2 days to figure out what was wrong including negotiations with the warranty provider to accept to fix all issues under that warranty. 5 days later one part still not there, after a total of 8 days the vehicle is finally ready to be picked up, all repairs covered under warranty, BUT, and here is our concern: According to the paperwork the vehicle had a diagnostic and total inspection before it was placed on the lot for sale, why have those issues not been noticed during that inspection? I guess you do not really inspect your used vehicle that thorough, but hope the new owner will fix them on his own.Another issue with this dealer is the way they do, respectively do NOT answer their phone. Every single call ends in the voice mail box, and it either takes hours or they do not call back at all. I have seen reviews stating that same problem almost a year ago, and the owner states they have a problem with the phone system. If you have that problem for a year, why don’t you fix your phone system?In the end we hope the vehicle will now run without further problems. I doubt we will come back for service unless there is still something wrong that is covered under that above mentioned warranty.Remember: A happy customer tells his friends about a good experience, an unhappy customer tells the world about a bad experience.Update as of 5-4-2021:I called the GM and had a fair and open conversation. I had the opportunity to mention that on day 34 after the sale we are still waiting for the vehicle title. He promised to get back to me about that. We offered not to have the title mailed but would pick it up in person, since we live nearby. We received a call later that afternoon that the title is ready to be picked up. We noticed that the title had been transferred that same day (5-4-2021). Coincidence?

I called and texted this dealer to obtain a new key Fob for my dodge, was told several times someone would get back to me......never happened.I have had about 4 dealing with this dealership, not one of them has ever been even close to acceptable.Do yourselves all a favor, FIND ANOTHER DEALERSHIP
Got a great deal on the price of the vehicle - salesman I was dealing with had limited experience, but worked Very Hard to be honest and forthright. Unfortunately he could not overcome the Wizard of Oz (Sales Manager hiding behind the door) who tried to claim a previous Jeep owner $500 rebate for the dealership and told the salesman there was no such rebate. Then the salesman asks me to bring by registration for my current Jeep to the deal? Huh - really? That is when they admitted there was in fact a $500 rebate. If you deal with these people, just make sure you dot all your is and cross all your ts as they with give you a good price, but offer NO help in making sure you get what is coming to you. When I went to finalize the deal and pick up the vehicle -never even saw a Sales Manager or Anyone above the Salesman to thank me for my purchase. Still hiding behind the door I guess?Also, if you are traveling from out of state to buy here and are unfamiliar with the process, expect NO assistance from Anyone there as to how the it works. Finance guy who processed our papers must have had a date as he went through them at light speed and when I asked how transferring everything to my state would be accomplished - he said we are in Ohio and you are in Pennsylvania. Unprofessional at best - hopefully he is not still there if you buy from them.Bottom line - buy there to get a good price, but expect NOTHING else.
Bought used car. $ 8350. Week 1Took in for service. Carbon monoxide in car.Told it was just resin on the engine from their cleaner.Week 3. Smell persists, transmission slip. Ask for more service. Got second opinion at other dealer. They found big problems.Week 4 take in for serviceWeek 5 - car still in service- ask to trade in for new carWeek 6- they offer not even half of what was paid for the car ($3500) in trade-in and the car still isn’t fixed.Avoid at all costs.

I have been buying my vehicles from a Hrnchar owned dealership for over 20 years. I started buying way back in the Strongsville Dodge days and met Paul Hrnchar personally. He even stepped in when we were having some negotiation problems with a salesman. This last time however, was not the same. I called about a used vehicle and scheduled a day to come in and look after work. Met with the greeter and told him about my appointment. He advised the salesman was with another client and would be with me shortly. After a few minutes he greeted me and said he would go get the keys for the vehicle I was interested in. Thats when the problem started. I saw him walk by with the keys, but instead of bringing the vehicle up front, he stopped to converse with two other people in the parking lot. I wouldnt have minded a short chat or greeting but this conversation went on for almost 10 minutes. I was really close to just leaving when he finally pulled it up. While driving the vehicle I noticed severe pulsations from the brakes (rust from sitting on the lot since June.) When I asked about negotiating the price, he seemed rather resistive about it and not what I expected. I will continue to bring my other Jeep vehicle in for service because that department has never let me down. In short I ended up buying at another dealership because of this experience.

Wow, A+++!!! Is all we have to say about our experience at North Olmstead CJDR. We found a specific car online (Purple Dodge Charger) that wasnt available anywhere else. We contacted the dealership via email and eventually text, and was in touch with our salesperson, Luaay. His communication was fast and easy, we had numbers put together and we were very excited to make the 3.5 hour drive down to Ohio to purchase this vehicle. Luaay was great! He made everything so smooth and easy. I usually hate going to buy a vehicle, because of the stress and haggling. Our experience with Luaay was everything but that! Have been going here for years, it’s where I bought my Jeep. They always take great care of me. This past oil change had a small issue, the technician didn’t tighten the radiator cap and a couple days later I had antifreeze in the parking lot. I lost the next days wages and a tow. I called the dealership, showed proof of tow and loss wages and they corrected their wrong, no hassle. We all make mistakes, but they took care of this.I highly recommend this dealership, my sales person, the service department and manager of this Jeep Ram Dodge store

Overall it was a wonderful experience that was very quick (4 hours from start to finish including test driving and walking the car lot to view our options)...the only negative thing I could say is they all seemed to be stuck up snobs.

Drove an hour to find vehicles i was interested in were on two different lots over an hour round-trip for each one to see. Asked if while i was there i could get a trade in value for my vehicle so i could have it so we could complete yhe deal online if needed, refused to value it until contacting my bank to see how much i do or DONT owe on it. Vehicle has a value regardless what is owed on it, not giving out personal info needlessly. Just to note, two other nearby dealers had no issue providing me a trade in value when i took my car into them. Complete waste of time. Its a shame, i had heard this was a good dealer to work with.9/21 UPDATETo clarify, i called the salesperson on Thursday to verify the vehicles we still available and on the lot and was told yes. The salesperson said come anytime Friday or Saturday between 9 and 6. The exact phrase i believe i was told about my trade was we dont operate like that here, we need to know how much you owe before we make an offer. Basically the less i owe, the lower the offer. Yes, i dont have my bank contacted without a pending deal.

Wow. Cant believe I got a new truck through text message. It was fast and easy. I was able to deal with a really good salesmen Mike. What a solid dude. Sales person was friendly but not over bearing. I told him what I wanted. I do wish they would let you test drive a car without rising along (only annoying part) maybe its because it was a challenger. Told the sales guy what I wanted to pay and surprisingly it was painless. They didnt try to sell me all those extra care packages either while signing either. Would recommend this place to friends.
I visited North Olmsted CJDR website a few days ago and saw they had a Jeep Wrangler Sahara in stock with the options I was interested in. I submitted on the website to see if it was still available and the salesman contacted me the next day (it was a Sunday). Upon arrival, Mike Gray, my salesman, had all of the paperwork for my Jeep ready to go. After a quick test drive we signed papers, he explained the features of the vehicle and, setup my phone with the vehicles Bluetooth system.We ended up bringing home two vehicles that day. This team has it right. I hate buying cars and I was reminded of it again recently until I found North Olmsted Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. I had been shopping various brands and locations to find someone who made this experience personal, efficient, staying custom orientated while keeping my budget in mind. Lucky for us we met Todd! He was right on with helping me finding the RAM truck I wanted. Their inventory is huge do not be fooled my the smaller lot they have at least 2 overflow lots. They also have the best prices compared to other surrounding dealerships. At one point I asked him to bring me over a truck that was outside my budget he did and tried to steer me into the truck that was in my budget, yes you heard me right he did not try to put me in the higher priced truck. Side note I left with the dream truck and higher priced, totally my choice. Then comes finance the dreaded paperwork in the back of my mind I was thinking this is where it is going to suck. I was wrong Walter was very quick and knowledgeable. I spent less then 20 minutes doing paperwork. Amazing.....Fast forward my daughter turns 16 so last weekend I decided to buy her a car guess where we go, you got it Todd. I left with a new JEEP Compass. I would have never returned or even considered buying another car in less than 30 days without the amazing customer service I received a few weeks before.Service department was great too. We heard squeaking from our truck so while shopping for a new Jeep we took the truck to service and they fit us right in fixed the problem with no delays. Who does that on a Saturday I thought for sure I would be making an appointment. Amazing talking to Mike, super friendly and not a robot personality that I am used to at other places.Thank you for everything Team. Horrible experience. I waited nearly 30 min for someone to finally greet me and there were only four other people in the showroom. They are very short when they talk to you and won’t take you serious. I was dressed nicely but maybe they knew I was only there for the gift card promotion from Jeep? But the sales person had me test drive a Jeep that had electronics that weren’t even activated! I couldn’t even see how anything inside worked. And the person was very quick with what the said and didn’t take me derisively at all. Which I have been wanting a bigger vehicle/SUV but they didn’t care what I said. Also it’s been three months and I have yet to receive any sort of gift card from Jeep/Chrysler in the mail or email. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone – horrible customer service. I will stick with my Acura for now!
This dealership is absolutely outstanding and I will probably never shop for a vehicle anywhere else!!! Mark Brelo and Joe Killiany are a credit to the dealership!!! I am a longtime Jeep owner, but I am also young and had never bought my own vehicle until last year, when I was desperate to replace my dad’s half-dead 1999 Grand Cherokee. Unfortunately the dealership I worked with last year took advantage of me, and I was duped into buying a used 2017 Renegade at a price that was well-over the original MSRP. I was also not given the information I needed to make an informed decision about what I might want or need in my new Jeep. For example, I am currently battling breast cancer, and it has been very difficult to maneuver around with a chemo port and various treatment sites and scars to move the manual drivers seat if I need to. Had I known power seats were available, I would have opted for one, but I was told they were not. After researching to determine what, exactly, I wanted and needed in my next Jeep, I scoured local dealerships and finally found my dream Jeep - a beautiful blue 2020 Renegade High Altitude - at the North Olmsted Jeep dealership. I worked with Mark for the sale and Joe for the financing. Both went above and beyond to help me find a way to finance a new Jeep, especially so soon after purchasing my last vehicle and in spite of medical bills. They were both very patient and willing to work with me to find a monthly payment I was comfortable with. Both of these gentlemen were also extremely professional, but extremely honest - neither tried to sell me any additional packages that I didn’t need, such as rust undercoating or interior scotch-guarding, as the other dealership did. Honestly, the experience I had at the North Olmsted Jeep dealership was unlike any I’ve ever had before! I will absolutely go back to them if and when I am ready for a new Jeep, and I will absolutely recommend this dealership, and especially Mark and Joe, to anyone and everyone I know!!! I haaaate leaving negative reviews but my experiences with the Service Department have been all but pleasant. I purchased my brand new 2018 Jeep Compass in February 2019 and have had to have my vehicle serviced a handful of times for different reasons - but that’s not the problem. The customer service in this department is the worst, I dread bringing my car in here to be serviced. They rarely answer the phone or return calls in a timely fashion because who cares if something is wrong with my vehicle, right? The “procedures” change every time I’m in there (i.e. I’ve always been provided a rental when dropping my vehicle off but today, suddenly the procedure is I need to REQUEST one at the time of scheduling - though I’ve never requested one before; it’s always just been provided to me because it’s in my warranty or whatever), they’re unorganized (telling me one date, scheduling a different date), and most of all, they’re rude. They truly lack great customer service and professionalism skills. I will never purchase another vehicle from here and I don’t recommend anyone else do either. They are GREAT on the sales floor just to get you into a vehicle but everything thereafter goes downhill.
You can buy a vehicle anywhere. And I have. I turn over vehicles every year or two, and Ive bought a lot of cars from a lot of dealerships. Ive learned that what comes after the sale is the most important part of choosing where you buy a vehicle. For that reason, I will always look to North Olmsted CDJR for my future vehicle purchases for as long as I stick with RAMs. In the past 5 years I have owned 2 Ford Trucks and 2 FCA vehicles, all purchased at different dealerships. My experience with the folks in service at North Olmsted CDJR has been above and beyond compared to others, and I didnt even buy my current truck there. But I will buy my next truck there. Finding a mechanic you trust is tough. Finding a dealership service department you trust is like the holy grail of owning a vehicle. I am maybe more knowledgeable than others when it comes to vehicles, but it makes me really uncomfortable when I take my truck into a service department and I feel like I know more about my truck than the people that are supposedly going to be fixing my vehicle. I should not be the expert when Im standing in the service department, and that has been my experience at some other local CDJR dealerships. Based on my personal experience, Im not sure where these negative reviews of the service department are coming from but I guess like anything in life, some people have unreasonable expectations.
What can I say. Compare them to Ed Tomko in their customer service. Not to mention pricing . No comparison that is why their stock is low. They sell!!!Luayy in sales was fantastic. Respectful, patient and personable! GM Kurt is great. Finance guy was awesome. Great job team.
Worst dealership ever I want to test drive the Dodge Charger in the show room I want to purchase that vehicle they said I’m not allowed to test drive it until they run my credit and I’m approved LOL I have to test drive the vehicle before I decide which vehicle I want bad business I took my business somewhere else
Great Staff! Got the exact vehicle I was looking for at the price that I needed to be at. Sales staff were all friendly and knowledgeable and easy to work with. Service department was also great to work with they got my vehicles work done in a timely manner at a price that was better then quotes I got from other shops.
Chris Weber helped my wife and I with a Jeep Grand Cherokee.We reached out to a little over a dozen dealerships and were astounded by the results. Over half of the stores didn’t even respond. Of the half that did, only one addressed any of the concerns laid out in our initial response. That was Chris.I have been in sales the majority of my life, so i appreciate a solid sales associate. It’s tough because making a customer happy and staying in enough control to keep the sale moving in the right direction can often be counter-intuitive. He was professional, but approachable. He was knowledgeable but didn’t overwhelm us with factoids we didn’t care about. He was able to do everything I train my staff to do, but still keep us happy. He’s a pro.Thanks again!

Brought vehicle hear twice for same problem they did not want to fix it because I did not buy from them. Coolant was dangerously low in brand new vehicle topped it off both times I went here said they could not find leak and take to dealer that I bought it from. Horrible service department very dishonest will not service vehicles that were not bought from them but also did the same thing with a Chrysler 200 that I did buy from them couldn’t find problem after taking in 3 times. As soon as warranty was up magically found problem and price to fix was outrageous I would never deal with this unethical service department nor would I buy from them steer clear.
Had a lease through them and went there about 1 month before Covid-19 to discuss my options since I had only 5 months left. The saleswoman was very short and seemed to be not interested in discussing my options. She told me to call her when I made more payments.We got down to 2 payments and called her to discuss my options again. She told us that the car we were interested was not even made anymore (which it is). She was again very short and was not willing to work with us at all.Now it has been a month and I went to another dodge, Ram dealership because no on qould help me out.
Terrible! No one even answers phone (Always same girls voice suggesting you leave a msg). I didn’t call to leave a msg I called to talk to someone in sales. Started calling at 1230 and it’s after 3 pm can’t even reach anyone. Worst ever telephone customer service. You think someone could at least answer the phone during business hours. I guess I’ll call another dealership that wants to sell a truck.
Took my daughters car in because we were having problems with the car not starting. The service department told me nothing was wrong with my car and there’s nothing they can do. I told them my daughter drives the car and I didn’t feel comfortable having her drive a car that is unreliable and will not start until they looked at the car.so She told me make an appointment and will get you in a couple weeks. What great customer service. I ended up taking the car to another service station and the car did have a problem. It was a bad cell in the battery. Do you really want to trust these people with your family. I know I don’t know anymore

Pam Bonness and the lovely service ladies were fantastic! One was named Jenn the other I’m sorry I don’t remember. Great customer service! I expressed my frustration I had finding a dealership who’d honor my warranty as I bought it from another dealer prior to moving. They provided nothing but respect and kindness! They made everything so swift smooth and easy. And let me just say I LOVE seeing women working at a dealership! It’s empowering and they did a great job. Ed Tomko dealership was awful! Come here if you want it done right! I had my appointment made, came in, got my rental, and my car completed same day post a 23 point check and rear brakes repaired. They even wiped down the inside of my car! Love love love!
Unfortunately after five years after purchasing from this dealership i’m writing this review waiting and see if there’s anything got better but No, the service department have never been able to fix anything except one thing. they have wasted my time many occasions. As I have another issue this time with my vehicle engine my warranty is about to expire .And they don’t even have an opening until next month after it expire to take the vehicle in to have it looked at .
My husband and I just purchased a 2018 JEEP Wrangler Sahara today. My dealings with Nick & Walter were exceptionally well. Everything from the start went very smooth and the staff was very nice. The service department (especially Jennifer) was very helpful. The 3 stars is literally for them. The sales department is the complete opposite. You can walk around the lot for a while and never be greeted. Very disappointing
Fantastic experience!! I was looking to purchase a Jeep Wrangler. I found the one I wanted here. Its 3 hours from my home. My husband contacted Anthony who worked the entire deal out via email and over the phone. Matt took care of all the finance paperwork ahead of time. We drove up, the car was detailed and ready to go. I’ve brought both my Jeeps to the service department for basic service, warranty recalls, and a bad speaker that needed to be replaced. My first Jeep.......the steering wheel was shaking, which I now know was caused by snow that built up on the rim. Despite properly diagnosing it over the phone, Bill had me bring it in the same day and looked it over to make sure it wasn’t something else. Most recently, I worked with Frank to replace a bad speaker that was very difficult to hear, but noticeable to me as the primary driver of the car. I’m not one to leave many reviews, good or bad, but in both instances, Bill and Frank in particular and the whole team in general treated me like I was the only customer they had. Can’t say enough about how good theyve been to me. While I didn’t get my Jeep from this location, rest assured that will change solely because of their outstanding customer service, when I’m ready for a new one.

The vehicle we went to purchase was a used Toyota, they definitely dont specialized in used vehicles that arent their specialty.Our salesman felt like he had to have an answer for everything even though he clearly didnt know. Im much better with an I dont know, Ill find out type of answer. #yourmileagemayvery
Service was great, quick and affordable. Came in to have a remote starter system installed on my truck. The staff was super friendly and they didnt try and sell me any extra stuff. Got my truck back much sooner than expected too. I fully recommend the service department. Super easy to deal with.
I dont normally write negative reviews.I walked in on a somewhat slow day to looks at a Challenger . Since I have leased 2 vehicles and my daughter leased 1. But I guess they didnt want my money this time . Totally discussed with this dealership. Outcome.. I went to the next Dodge dealer and left with my shinny new 392 .

Just purchased a 2019 Jeep Cherokee! My sales person Anthony wasA M A Z I N G! He listened to what I wanted, he answered my questions (even when I asked the same thing over and over), he was polite & attentive, we were there about an hour after closing to get my deal closed and he didnt rush me at all! F&I was amazing as well! I will be recommending the store and personnel to friends & hope to come back to buy a Jeep Wrangler in the near future!
I called this dealership and asked what the cash price was on used car they have listed. I was given a call back and the sales person told me that his manager told him the price it what it is, take it or leave it. I didnt expect them to knock off 10 grand, but I also didnt expect to be treated so poorly.
Our salesman turned on the nice guy sales pitch while we were testing out cars but the moment we said were going to need time to think things over he copped an attitude. Really put a bad taste in my mouth. Wouldnt come back here again. The dude needs some anger management..
Great experience. I found this dealership online and saw the great prices. I struck a deal online with Chris Weber, drove 2.5 hours out with my trade and all went very smoothly. The dealership held to their trade value, from my accurate description. In and out in about an hour. No surprises. Great deal. Drove 2.5 hours back home in my new Ram 1500 Laramie. Ill be back!
Picked up my new car today, I am so thankful to Adib for no BS and all his help. I had a horrible experience at another dealer so was nervous but the process was quick, easy, and they explained everything to me. I couldn’t recommend them enough!
We purchased a Chrysler 300 from this dealership. During the process we were treated like customers. Once the purchase took place it became a different story. Within a year of purchase a recall was issued for an engine part. I had the part replaced at the dealership. Two days later I received a phone call from the dealership asking to return and pay a 100.00 charge for service on the replacement part. I promised myself at that point not to do business with this dealer. Im now looking for another vehicle to purchase. I like the inventory at the dealership. I thought Id see if the service had changed. I received a coupon for an oil change. I took the vehicle in with an appointment having been made and the dealership being informed of the discount. I was told I could stay during the oil change. An hour and a half later the vehicle was ready. The coupon wasnt honored due to the paperwork being closed out. Apparently the dealership doesnt realize customers buy more than one car.
Terrible customer service by Maria and the service advisors. New Jeep Wrangler recall has been scheduled for months and still months to go before my Jeep will be repaired. Inexcusable for a repair that causes my vehicle to shake violently all over the roads and is a quick fix. Do not buy or service your vehicle here, be forewarned...To comment on the latest posting about cutting in line, try to honor your responsibilities as a Jeep provider by taking care of customers regardless if they bought the vehicle there or not. Two months for a simple part swap is pathetic, and I was not trying cut in line as you stated. I was simply just trying to understand what your service department does all day??
I have been standing in the parking lot looking at a wrangler I was interested in purchasing. I was never approach by anyone except the porters that rudely told me to move my truck that’s in their way. I asked him later as he walked passed me again if they had any salesmen and he replied with “ they’re probably all busy” and just walked away.
