The purchase process was easy and straightforward dealing with MBNO. This was my first time buying a Mercedes and also my first time buying a vehicle from out of state. I had planned to either buy it from MBNO or to visit a local Michigan dealer. They communicated promptly and were there every step of the way. Huge shout out to Julia. When i initially called, i was inquiring about a different vehicle which had already been sold but julia was able to find another available vehicle which is the one i bought quickly while on the phone with me. I had called 6 dealerships already inquiring about available GLBs. Julia was proactive and followed through with quickly checking if the vehicle was available. Shout out to Lo (Lorena) she quickly followed up after julia passed my information to her. I didnt have to wait around for a callback like i did after reaching out to a few other dealers. At the point i had my conversation with LO, i had an appointment with another dealer to view investory at a dealership in michigan but with how quick and responsive LO was in answering all my questions, i decided to move forward with MBNO and Im glad i did. She got everything ready, sent it to their finance guy Andrew and swiftly put the gear in motion in securing my GLB. Shout out to Angela as well. At vehicle pick up, she was very thorough with explaining all the features of the vehicle as she knew this was my first Mercedes. She also followed up a few days later after i had driven home with my new vehicle to make sure i was happy with my car and to make sure my Mercedes me connected services were properly set up. Overall i had a great buyer experience with this dealership. I would definitely go back to this dealership in future when i am ready for my next Mercedes.

This establishment is extremely unprofessional and has dishonest employees. I left a deposit after being interested in one car and was ready to purchase until it came to my attention that they sold the vehicle without my awareness. Not only did they sell it and take my money, they tried making a fool of me by trying to sell me a different car. What kind of business tries to put such a hoax on their customers? They just care about what’s in your wallet save your time if you’re looking for a dealership that will actually be honest and loyal towards you.

I’ve been in the car business for over 25 years and purchased thousands of cars and this was beyond the worst experience. Made a purchase on a Mercedes-Benz G-Class, everything was set and done and the only thing left was to pick my vehicle up. Halfway there, (mind you I’m driving and coming all the way from New York which is a 7 plus hour drive) I contacted Mr. Youssef who I previously had multiple encouraging conversations with to let him I know I would be arriving and instantly I felt the energy change over the phone. He was stuttering and trying to find the words that the car was no longer available and would happily refund my money. Flabbergasted and confused, I was trying to question what do you mean? how is something I’ve already purchased in full and signed for no longer available. We had multiple recent interactions and failed to mention any of this. He then tried the switch and bait trick into something that wasn’t even remotely close to the model I made the purchase for. His customer attentive care voice was gone as he started being really rude and disrespectful. He’s lucky I didn’t continue to make the trip to Mercedes-Benz of North Olmsted to confront him to make a scene.
Unfortunately, I never caught his name, but I stopped into the service department to make an appointment due to a check engine light. Upon hearing the circumstances surrounding the situation, he went straight out to the car to check something. Turns out something hadn’t been attached correctly during a recent service at another shop. He corrected it, cleared out the codes and I was on my way as good as new. Thank you so much for saving me a lot of frustration and probably money too. I’ll be back for my next scheduled service in a year or so! He really made my day.
From the moment you enter the dealership you feel welcomed. From the lovely receptionist at the door to the tons of salesman ready to assist you with anything you’d like. Fresh coffee is brewed and given to each customer and the showroom is absolutely stunning! Matt Youssef, the general manager of the dealership is amazing at what he does. He went above and beyond for us and had our vehicle detailed and delivered within a day of arrival from Mercedes Benz! I was also fortunate enough to meet the owner and his family and they were also extremely hospitable and go above and beyond for their customers and employees. The sales people experience was great before I had to return the car and financials and used cars location mad my experience bad, but because few people mistakes that are in different locations, I can’t leave 5 stars. When I returned my lease car, they could not remove my license plates and told me that they will mail it to me. They never mailed to me and after I called them 10 times to find out where it is and they just said we lost it. Then, they were supposed to send me check for $4.5k back for the money I put down upfront after 4 weeks of my returning car. This check was never sent, it has been 3 months, 4 longs calls, them telling me the check is sent overnight and I still has not receive it.
After the electronics in my Smart were bricked by a locksmith attempting to program a key, they were able to diagnose and replace the necessary modules and parts to get my Smart up and running again. Sean was quick to respond to inquiries and offered great customer service. John did a great job repairing my car and I’m very happy to have it back, up and running like new.
The customer service was great until I made my down payment. Once they received my money, the communication slowed down to almost nonexistent. I’m an out of state customer and my experience has been a nightmare. I made the purchase 12/29/20 and I still DON’T HAVE MY CAR!!!!!! I was given the runaround from the dealership about when the car would ship. Instead of telling me from the beginning things would be delayed because of the holidays, I was repeatedly promised that it would be shipped the next day. It finally shipped on Monday 1/4/21 and the general manager told me it would be delivered in 36-48 hours, it is now Friday 1/8/21 and my car has been “broken down” somewhere in southern GA or northern FL since Wednesday. The delivery truck’s drive shaft broke and the cars can’t be loaded on or off the truck. The delivery service won’t accept my calls and barely texts me back. I now have no estimated date of when I will get my car. I work out of town and am visiting home for just the weekend. This is the most frustrating experience I have ever had! I would never except such sub par service from the luxury brand Mercedes Benz. I don’t know how this dealership operates in person, but I would STRONGLY discourage anyone to buy from long distance! I am beyond frustrated!Update... I received “pictures” of the broken drive shaft on the delivery truck, and when I checked the time stamp, the pictures were from November 24, 2020!!!! I told the transport manager, he he told me that was not true, and that my phone, “added that date”... I am not aware of how to “add” a false time stamp to a picture. And, how would I benefit from this anyway? All I want is the car I purchased!!! I thought the customer is always right, but customer service is obviously not a priority for this dealership! DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP IF YOU ACTUALLY EXPECT TO RECEIVE THE VEHICLE YOU PURCHASE!
I would never recommend this dealership. I would particularly avoid Don Laporte. He is the most unprofessional and insulting salesperson I have met. I buy seven to eight highline or exotic cars a year I have never walkedaway from a deal so ANGRY.******If you are considering their 2018 S63 STOCK m6841 (VIN WDDUG8JBXJA367937) Selenite Grey - be aware that the MMR price as of today 8/21/2020 is $95,400. Wholesale is 90-91K. Retail is 113,500 which is quite the spread but not unusual for a car like this. The dealer says they own it for $107K. I was offered the car at $108K plus shipping to my house in Florida yesterday 8/22/2020. I submitted an offer @ 100K and they were insulted because I was educated on this vehicle and changed their offer to me @ $110K instead.Let me be clear - I am not upset that I did not buy the car especially at the overpriced offer. I am upset because Mr. Laporte stated that I should move on and that I was not acting like an adult.***If you ever want to know the wholesale prices for a car sold at this dealership feel free to contact me. I dont want anyone else to feel as violated and as taken advantage of as I felt today***
The reason for my service appointment was to have my recalled airbag replaced. It worked out well because we needed to get a replacement quote for our poorly manufactured seat. I would like to compliment the customer service employees that welcomed me and helped me; they were very friendly and polite. Although, when picking up my vehicle there was a greasy residue on the dash from when the mechanics replaced the airbag. This is not the first time Ive received my vehicle in a less clean state then we would expect from a Mercedes dealership.

Took my car in to fix my rims that was a mistake very shady untrustworthy personnel. They did such a horrible job on my rims that I had to take my car back up there to try and repair the terrible job they did on my rims the managers there can careless about their product. My rims are $1200.00 each they offered me a refund of $360.00 dollars ! I do not recommend this place at all they do not stand behind their brand at all
I have been a customer at Mercedes Benz of North Olmsted for about 6 years. Their service is outstanding. I recently had my car in to have the battery checked out. Not only did they fix the battery issue, but they also noticed 2 other small items which they addressed at no charge. When I picked up my car it had been cleaned inside and out, and they had it running with heated seats and steering wheel on. I wouldn’t want to work with any other dealership.
This dealer really delivered on all aspects of the experience. They were very accommodating when it came to my requests for info and test drives. Then once I had made my decision they made the delivery of the car very memorable. They handled the logistics of a long distance sale well ( I’m from Chicago) special thanks to my sales consultant Matt and the tech Erik who took care of getting the car ready before I arrived.

Unlike almost every other salesman, he didn’t pressure me or push me at all. He took the time to explain the car in intricate detail. He kept me updated through the process when I decided that was the car I was choosing. Great car and purchase price. However, I wasn’t told the BMW was a grey market vehicle from Canada and that it didn’t qualify for the BMW extended warranty. The ad in Auto Trader indicated the car was equipped with a garage door transmitter and it didn’t. The car came with one key FOB (normally they come with 2), no charger and the sale’s agent couldn’t find the original window sticker.

This will be our new standard for defining an exceptional customer experience. We were traveling from California to Boston and hit a storm heading into Ohio. My wife’s car was having trouble holding the road and we realized she needed new tires. We found this Mercedes dealership and they had the special size tires we needed and squeezed us right in for the service. Everyone at the dealership was great. We had our dogs with us and they didn’t phase anyone. Kevin was our service coordinator and he went above and beyond what is expected. In addition to getting us right in, he made sure we were comfortable and when we realized we wouldn’t be able to make our scheduled stop that night, he hopped on the phone and helped us find a local hotel that would take dogs, and recommended a place to eat. North Olmsted is fortunate to have a dealership of this quality serving the community.
So...Can I be honest? A lot of times when even walking into a store as a young African American I am looked at strangely and made to feel a bit uncomfortable. This is especially true when I am in a high-end establishment. I’m assuming it’s because I don’t look like I belong.However, when I came here from the time I walked in the door until the time I was handed my keys I was made to feel so comfortable and appreciated. Matt was great and the process was incredibly easy. I wasn’t left in the car lot all day and I didn’t have tons of paperwork to fill out. They put me in the car I wanted and didn’t try to sell me just anything. They made me feel like they were working for me, which is more than I can say about many car lots in Cleveland. I received follow up calls to check in and make sure I was doing well. I really felt cared for. I will be a forever Mercedes-Benz costumer because of my experience here. The worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership was with Mercedes Benz of North Olmsted thanks to Matt Youssef. He is the meaning of unprofessionalism. He gives Mercedes Benz the worst reputation. Long story short I’d rather walk than buy a car from here. Never will I do business with them nor will I refer a single person.
I firmly believe this is the best Mercedes Benz dealership in America. I didn’t think it was possible to get a better Service than the prior dealerships I built rapport with over the past 7 years. I’ve been to California, Illinois, Indiana and Michigan Mercedes Benz dealership. North Olmsted is definitely my favorite. I called at the last minute to have my transmission serviced considering all other dealerships were booked. North Olmsted Mercedes Benz dealership was able to service my 2015 c300. I will definitely continue business with them and when it’s time to upgrade I will definitely go out of my way just to do business with them. They’re extremely professional. They work with a sense of urgency.
I am very pleased with MBZNO Service Department. I recently took my car in to be serviced. Kevin Wagner and his team took excellent care of me. I received a full detailed report on everything that was going on with my car. Kevin was very upfront about the details of the repairs. I received a loaner car until the repairs on my car were complete. Kevin and his team were very accommodating. My husband is disabled and we needed a SUV for his accessibility. I informed Mr. Wagner that I would not be able to pick up my vehicle due to my work schedule and he arranged a drop off for me. When the driver dropped my vehicle off at my job I immediately noticed that the vehicle had been cleaned and lightly detailed. The repairs were taken care of and Kevin contacted me often to let me know of any updates with my car and was always available to answer all of my questions and concerns. I am very grateful because he helped give me peace of mind in a very stressful situation. Kevins diligence, patience, honesty and integrity is really appreciated. I would recommend MBZO to anyone looking to receive quality repair service and great customer service experience.
I had a great experience at Mercedes-Benz. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I was terrified of the whole process of buying a car to the point of feeling sick, but as soon as I meet with Tommy (my bomb, car salesman), that fear started easing. I mean going to a high end dealer like Mercedes-Benz for a used Elantra I thought I would feel like I wasn’t as important, but they never made me feel that way. Plus, I got an awesome deal, better then on the other lots I had looked at for the same model Car, and it had less miles then the others. I will be going back to them again, no doubt.

From start to finish the process could not have been any easier or gone more smoothly. I walked in not knowing exactly what I wanted. Joe steered me towards a couple of options, I test drove them and made my decision. The whole process from the minute I walked in the door until I signed papers took under 3 hours! Who knew purchasing a car could be so painless? When my vehicle arrived, Steve spent over 2 hours explaining all the bells, horns and whistles and assured me he wouldnt let me leave until I was comfortable . BEWARE INTERNET BUYERS.First of all, I would like to say that the preowned Porsche that I purchased from MB of North Olmsted has been extremely great mechanically over the past 10 months. It drives as well as expected of a Porsche and I have absolutely no complaints about this.But, when I received the car by a Transport company, I was very disappointed that the car had several 100’s of deep scratches on it that were not visible using the flashy high intensity showroom lights and parking lot paint and bodywork on the driver’s door that I see daily. I paid MBNO good cash money for the vehicle and expected more when purchasing from a major franchise dealer with great ratings.The Transport company listed the scratches on the pick-up and delivery sheet, so I know management saw them also. It saddens me every time that I get close to the vehicle to see its physical paint condition. It took me a while to write this, but I want my internet buyers to think twice and not trust the eyes of MB of Olmsted Preowned Managers. This car should have been only sold to local buyers.I have surely learned my lesson on purchasing expensive pre-owned vehicles without personally putting an eye on them myself.Thanks!
I recently bought the GLE 53 AMG brand in December 2020, within two weeks after having the vehicle the battery died in my driveway. It being a brand new vehicle I couldnt understand why this even happened. I was able to have the dealership transport via flatbed. They had my vehicle for about 3-4wks but I had to call to see what was going on with my vehicle If I didnt call I didnt know, they were saying it was the wrong battery voltage for the vehicle. Ok I accepted that and have not had any issue since. But its the customer service that I feel slighted on..I chose not to renew my lease in my local town/city because of the customer service but I chose this dealership 80 miles away because I heard sooo much about their customer service I havent been impressed yet by their overwhelming support for new customers. I recently text the service department manager Sean on May 5th to express a concern Im recently having with the vehicle, Im getting a Jerky type feel when I accelerate or even when I put it in gear. I just want to make sure there is nothing else wrong with the vehicle. It is now the 10th of May & I havent heard anything back from them..now Im looking to taking it to another site to get it checked out. I just feel like Im working harder as a customer to make sure my vehicle is up to par.
The waiting room with a little coffee shop and a place to get your nails manicured while you wait for your car to get serviced ... are my absolute favorite!! Makes your time fly by. Not to mention being able to watch other peoples reactions when the black sheet and big red bow come off to reveal their new car!

Worst Dealership/Worst business I have ever dealt with- Have VP of Operations on recording stating that they dont have to warranty any agreement or warranty of services. He was was swarmy and very discriminatory. MBUSA and MBFinancial both have multiple complaints against the dealership and him and are bending over backwards to help correct their bad business practices. Walked out of the dealership called Audi was already approved, the sales person delivered it to my house an hour later.

My husband and I enjoyed working with Matthew Martin. He was very knowledgeable and patient with helping us find the right Mercedes fit. This is our 3rd Mercedes. Good buying experience for a used car. Car was clean and ready when I arrived to pick it up. Staff was friendly and helpful, definitely worth going to again. Only thing keeping this from a 5 star review is I am still waiting on the second key for the car or have it replaced.

I’m writing this review because I had such a bad experience with this establishment, i ordered a Mercedes-Benz G wagon from this dealership over 15 months ago, They kept giving me the runaround for over 15 months, Finally I get a phone call from one of the sale mangers That my car has arrived, I started my drive to the dealership which is out of my way . Suddenly I get a call from the GM or Vice President by the name of Matt yousef, Who was extremely rude most unprofessional arrogant person I’ve ever Encountered, told me that they’ve sold the car to someone else and gave me a PS story, I told him I was already on my way down from New York . Didn’t even knowledge me . spoke to me in a very rude manner . If the owner gets this hopefully they have a recorded lines, they should look into this this, this guy shouldn’t be working at your establishment, don’t Order anything from the dealership unless you have some kind of privileges, you should take your business elsewhere

Great service, as always. I was able to get an appointment easily and the whole process took less than two hours (Service A). Car was washed and returned to the service bay very quickly.Check in process was a little awkward due to the COVID situation. I was greeted in the service bay and shown to the customer waiting area but it took some time before a service consultant greeted me to let mew know what was going on. A simple Someone will be with you shortly would have let me know what was happening.All in all, that wasnt much of a hardship, given what were all dealing with. I was impressed with the amount of cleaning that was going on while I was there. I felt very comfortable that all the necessary guidelines were being adhered to.
Sales managerThe sale manager has lied multiple times. When confronted about those lies. The response is “ I don’t know if I said that”. Sales manager agreed to fix multiple problems with vehicle at the sale of the vehicle. When vehicle was brought back to have the agreed upon problems fix. He argued about fixing everything that was agreed upon.Service managerWill not call back when vehicle is in service. Called 6 times leaving 6 messages. Multiple days later I get a text finally responding. Again call and will not call back. Considering he is telling me I have $6,500 with of work to be done.Brought the vehicle in to have dent on the hood fixed and nail in my tire. Received a text from the service manager saying hole in the tire had been patched and the dent had been fixed! Great right!Well I didn’t look for the patch on the tire. Figured if the manager said it’s done. It’s done. Thought it was strange the tire pressure light was still on. But he said it’s done. Another day goes by and tire is low. Well now I have to check for the patch. Apparently Mercedes of north Olmsted don’t fix nails in tires. But they will fill the tire back up and then tell you it’s all done!And the dent. Well that dent on the hood that was sent out for a week and a half to be fixed. I showed the dent to the service manager and said that will be fixed with no problem. Get a text saying vehicle dent is fixed and ready to be picked up. I go to get the vehicle. Not only is the dent not fixed. But they created 2 more dents on the hood. Bring out the sales manager that gave me my keys and luckily he saw the dent before I left the vehicle with them. When he saw that they created 2 more dents. “I would not have believed you if I didn’t see it the first time. And don’t worry I’ll give it to the real dent guys.” I did not know what to say.This is the first vehicle I have ever financed from a dealership. I would highly highly highly suggest not buying a vehicle from them. The worst experience.The sprinter van is absolutely fabulous vehicle. But I will never buy or bring my vehicle back to Mercedes in north Olmsted.

Worst experience ever having buying a Mercedes! I never have any problems buying but trusting them to buy from out of state was WRONG! I should have read reviews from other out of state buyers! If you read them, they all say the same thing!! Can not trust them! I put faith into them sending me a car with no problems and I got the opposite! Bill Shwarck should not be the manager there! Very unprofessional AFTER I purchased the car! Steven Aylward was sales rep who said everything is perfect! After reporting issues the first day receiving the car he said “it’s out of my hands”!!!! Bill has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I’m reporting this dealership to headquarters! And want buyers to be aware!! Especially if you are an out of state buyer!!!!!
Mercedes Benz of North Olmsted should be the only allowed MB dealership in the North Eastern Ohio area. I live approximately 45 mins away from the dealership but chose the North Olmsted dealership because my local dealership was completely unprofessional on many levels.I knew the difference between my local dealership and North Olmsted from the moment I called. My local dealership the receptionist and service advisor didnt even give there name. When I called North Olmsted they used there names when picking up the phone and sounded pleasant. I didnt get an attitude, they sounded happy to answer my questions.If you want the luxury experience and to deal with very competent people. Go to North Olmsted.It was a night a day difference from my local Benz Dealer, and North Olmsted. From the level of service, competency from the entire staff, it felt like I was at a luxury dealership and the entire staff at MB of North Olmsted genuinely wanted to be there.My service advisor was Stacy Narovec, she was very clear with her recommendations on work I needed, I felt good about the pricing she gave me, she was professional enough to call me back when she said she would. My local dealer said they were going to call me back, never did I had to call the next dayMy service advisor at my local dealership, couldnt look me in the eyes when she was telling me my bill and it made me feel like I was getting over charged. Dealing with Stacy at North Olmsted, she looked me dead in my eyes when telling me by bill, sounded confident and the techs in the back fixed a hole in my tire for free.Just basic things you would expect from any company.Mercedes Benz of North Olmsted over delivered. They went well over my expectations.I got my car serviced in mid July but even last week I got a follow up call to see how things were going. It wasnt a fake follow up with a sales pitch behind it, it was a genuine follow up.If you have a Mercedes its worth making the drive to North Olmsted to have your car worked on there.Rudi

Sent a car with defected tires!!! Steven Aylward said the car was in excellent condition but apparently not! Now they want me to cover the cost of tires! Worst service ever! Do not recommend! I will be contacting Mercedes headquarters about this dealership!

First annual service call on CLA. New to MB, drove BMWs prior. Everything from scheduling, drop off, loaner and check out were great. I was notified the car was ready but it wasn’t quite ready when I came within the hour. The text to schedule pick up time came in after I already arrived. No big deal; I’d just rather come when it’s ready. Everyone was professional and friendly. Great experience!

Dealt w a sales manager on a car, put deposit down, deposit cleared and he sold the car from out and under me three days later. This is a sleazy operation buyer beware. Bill Schwark and Matt Youseff are clearly non ethical and an embarrassment to the Mercedes brand. Do not shop here.
Mercedes-Benz of North Olmsted is an exceptional dealer that lives up to its staunch reputation. My car buying experience was phenomenal thanks to the wonderful chaps at this dealership. I have purchased from this location once before, and I live in Chicago! I called the dealer on a particular vehicle, and the manager Matthew F. completed the entire transaction over the phone in a few hours, Matthew was previously the finance manager, and it shows, I teach, and I learned a few things from him myself. Had there been enough staff available, I am confident that the car would have been delivered to me, but even with a minimal crew, the experience was nothing short of how a great car buying experience should be. I was greeted at the door my Matthew, who came in early just for me. The car was detailed and even had a bow on it, and after I took it for a spin, Matthew and Corey, the finance manager, finished the transaction quickly and efficiently; whats more, I sensed that they were genuinely happy for me. Matthew made every effort to make sure I got the best deal I could; Steve (who handles delivery and instruction) walked me through everything as it pertained to the delivery of the car, they were all nothing short of professional. This dealer is by far the best dealer I have ever purchased from, and I understand why they are ranked as high as they are. In times of such uncertainty, it is incredibly refreshing to know that kind and helpful people still exist. Even more dishonest than bait and switch. At least then, you still get a car. Mercedes of North Olmsted had a used Mercedes listed for sale. After being assured the car was in pristine condition, I asked them to perform their inspection, but they insisted that I had to commit to buy it and make a deposit before they would inspect it. Im a lawyer, so I knew that I would be entering into a contract to buy it, binding myself and them to go through with the transaction. Since the car had only 30,000 miles and they had already assured me of its condition, I agreed to pay their asking price and gave them the deposit that they requested. Since I live out of state, I also made arrangements for an independent mechanic to perform a pre-purchase inspection. Four days later, and without any further communication, the dealership refunded my deposit and took the car off their website. No explanation. I demanded to know what happened but they would not tell me. All they said was that after they got my deposit, they found that the car had a number of problems so they sold the car on some wholesale lot. They would not tell me the problems, and they certainly did not ask my permission to sell my car somewhere else. In fact I dont even know if they really sold it wholesale or found another buyer, or something else. What I do know is that this is the only dealer Ive ever known who would take a deposit on a car, and then sell it to someone else as if you do not exist. Unbelievable.
Service writer or advisor didnt really care about my issues or concerns. That would be the reason I havent and will not buy another car from this dealership. Since my first purchase from this dealership I have purchased two other Mercedes and definitely not from themthanks to a nonconcerning salesman and now to the service advisor. Good luck on your dealings with this dealership especially on recall issues.

Everything was very organized. My loaner car was ready and very nice. My service was completed snd I was notified by text. Car was washed and I was on my way. The morning coffee while I completed paperwork was a nice touch.
