I had a car detailing done and was highly disappointed with the results. The seats did not appear to have been vacuumed or shampooed. I had to clean all of the hard surfaces myself which were cleaned easily by me with a cleaning wipe. I had to vacuum the trunk and seats as there was still debris. I also had to clean the windows. The “detaining” that appeared to have been done was a brief vacuum, sticking an air freshener in the vent, and a cleaning of the car mats. I spent 1.5 hours cleaning the car myself after the alleged detailing. Mark Rusko was prompt in hearing my concerns and passing them to management and I received a 50% refund. The service that was done was not worth even 50% of what I paid, and I will not be recommending Ganley to anyone nor returning for service.

I had purchased my first car here a few months ago, I was very pleased with everything and how helpful they were. When I took the car home and really looked at it I realized the hood had a bunch of little paint chips on it. So we called back and asked if there was anything they could do for us, and we talked to the manager who actually had my whole hood repainted at no cost! I was very happy with everything from Ganley, I highly recommend purchasing a car from here! I will most likely be a lifelong customer now.

Got my car serviced the staff from multiple departments made sure I was okay while I waited had a charging station for my phone and some of the most comfy chairs Ive sat in in a lobby and they did a full service check of my car and were very thorough high satisfied

Bought a Hyundai Tuscon here months ago and have been meaning to leave a review ever since. Great shopping experience with Kyrsten. When we came back to finish up the paperwork, Kyrsten noticed there were some scratches on the car, i noticed after putting down a deposit but didnt bring it up assuming it was too late in the process for them to care - Kyrsten assured me they would take care of them and provided a rental while the work was being done. Ive had 0 issues in the last few months after purchasing the car. Would recommend!

We came here to get out of our truck lease over a year before it ended. Every other dealership we had been too acted like it couldnt be done. Carlo was really awesome. We had a little miscommunication, he thought we wanted a new car, when we were really looking for a used one. He talked us into a new car, the price ended up being just a little more than a used, scratched up one. He and Yasser were both just super helpful and polite. Everyone was quick to stay there after hours to help us get into a better car, and were very thankful! Well definitely come back, best salesmen Ive ever worked with.

I have now purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership. A used 2013 Cadillac ATS in 2016 and I just leased a 2021 VW Atlas this week. Working with Chris Witt is incredibly easy and helpful. We talked ahead of time and he had the vehicles prepped and ready for test drives before I even got there. The staff has always been very respectful and professional. My lease was coming to a close in a few months, and I knew it was time to start looking for the next car. I explored all makes and models of crossover/small SUVs, but after doing loads of research decided on another Tiguan. I contacted almost every VW dealership in Northeast Ohio over a period of two weeks (either in person or email), to compare prices and trade-in offers. I wasn’t getting the deal I wanted and literally gave up after a disheartening experience with dealership tricks at Ganley Bedford VW (I will save that story for a different review). The very next morning I got an email from Evan Shaw at Ganley Westside Imports, quoting transparent and straightforward pricing for a Tiguan, and I thought to myself “I will give it one more try with Ganley Westside Imports.” That evening I drove in after work and met with Ben Stroh (who went above and beyond by staying late to work on my deal) and Carlo Matos (Sales Manager). After working the numbers and negotiating the trade-in, Ben and Carlo gave me the best deal and trade-in value compared to all the other dealerships I had contacted. The decision to buy was a no-brainer at that point. Even after I bought the car, Ben was super helpful and available to answer all my questions. I have already recommended Ganley Westside Imports to friends and family, and told them to ask for Evan, Ben, and Carlo for the best car buying experience possible.

This was my first time leasing a new car and getting a Volkswagen. Matt Geraci helped us out and knew exactly what he was talking about. Matt knows Volkswagen like the back of his hand. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. It’s difficult going into a dealership and finding people who you can trust and don’t push you. Everyone I met during this process was kind and patient. Things to note before I go Into my review.- I am 3 time return customer.- Never missed a single car payment- I have Brought plenty of business to this dealershipI leased a 2017 Génesis. Personally loved the vehicle but after 3 years of not missing a payment. New management did not stand by previously agreed upon terms. While we tried to come to an agreement on the final lease disposition fee. After speaking to both their financial branch and to the lease management person, both entities would not help and just point fingers at each other. While we were in discussions they sent my account to collection as a “Missed payment”. They speak of loyalty and customer service but when it counts after years of being a responsible paying customer they stick it right to you for all of about $150. You have been warned.

The title clerk at Ganley messed up the paperwork for my 2021 crosstrek. On the memorandum title the dealership sent it has my co-buyers name and not mine.. but I am the buyer according to all other signatures.. After the temp tags expired we got new plates (obviously) and the registration is registered only to my co-buyer. We have argued with the BMV multiple weeks now about how to address the issue and sadly we have to deal with the issue the clerk caused. I was originally excited for this vehicle but now Im wishing I would have purchased elsewhere. It looks like I may have to trade in my car to fix your mistake. What a shame

This dealer sold me an absolute junker. They shined it up greased the wheels and sold me a used clunker that I have had to put thousands into the car and hid a no warranty clause in the paperwork that I didn’t see until going back and looking into the paperwork. Watch out for this dealership they will do anything for a sale and not take care of you after you leave the lot. Tail light warranty at its best!

Absolutely came through in a pinch. Check engine light was flashing and they looked at it right away. Provided me a loaner and was very helpful. Try them, you will not be disappointed. My Santa Fe runs like it is brand new. I will be back, their very actions when I needed them most while other Hyundai dealers could care less has earned my repeat business. A couple days we went to this dealership looking to trade in our minivan for a Honda Pilot for my mom. We were immediately greeted by Amanda who took care of us. She did a fantastic job. She helped us get a nice offer for our trade in and really helped us on getting a good price for the car. Not only that but we had 3 other employees there help us trying to make this deal happen. They each came to us looking to make this deal possible and each of them did a great job. We felt welcomed and KNEW we walked out of there with a great deal. If you need a great deal come to this place and if you can, talk to Amanda. She really did a great job taking care of us and helped us get my mom into a new Honda Pilot☺️

I had my 2017 Volkswagen GTI serviced at the Ganley Westside Imports VW dealership on 9/7/2018. This was routine maintenance and involved only a simple oil change. After the service was completed, I drove a few miles back to my home in Olmsted Falls. I needed to stop and grab something. I got back in my vehicle and proceeded towards Westlake. When I reached Center Ridge and Crocker Rd. my car began to billow smoke. I pulled over, turned off the engine and opened the motor compartment. There was oil all over the left side of the motor and the engine was still billowing smoke. It was after dealership business hours so I had to have the car towed back to the dealership. I went back to the dealership on Saturday 9/8/2018. The dealership provided a loaner vehicle to use while vehicle was being repaired.This is where things get interesting. As I said, I had a service issue with my vehicle that required I be setup with a loaner vehicle (2018 VW Tiguan). The dealership agreed to let me drive this vehicle to Pennsylvania because the issue with my vehicle was their fault. My mom joined me on this trip to Pennsylvania. Before heading off to Pittsburgh with my mom we stopped to get a bite to eat. She is considering purchasing a Tiguan so she wanted to look around the vehicle. She noticed a jar with a green lid in the center console. The minute she opened the center console we began to smell Marijuana. We found a jar with Marijuana hidden inside the compartment. Just a reminder, this is not my vehicle it is the loaner the dealership provided to me.Given the fact that I was headed to PA (crossing state lines) this is very unsettling. This car was clearly not checked before being loaned out to me. I took detailed pictures and called/emailed the service advisor I was working with at the time. I let her know I was disposing of this item to avoid legal trouble. She understood. As if this wasnt troublesome enough, after the first phone conversation with the dealership, I did some more searching and found a scale in the car which was cover in Marijuana. Being caught with a scale in the state of Ohio (and Pennsylvania) is felony charge. Crossing state lines with a jar of Marijuana will get you a felony as well. This is beyond anything I have experienced in my life.I have had multiple meetings with management at the dealership over the past few days. They dont seem to understand gravity to what has happened here. To be honest, I feel many of the managers I spoke with are indifferent about this situation which is extremely disappointing. This routine trip to PA could have left me with a felony and my life in shambles had I not discovered the illegal items. You should not have to worry about such things when using a loaner vehicle from a dealership. I will never do business with this dealership again.

I searched for a Jeep Grand Cherokee for a few weeks and Ganley had one that I was interested in. I reached out and I was met with a persistent but kind sales person who was willing to work with me. I was looking at 2 other Jeeps but Ganley was able to get my payment where I needed it to be. We drove 2 hours away to pickup the Jeep and we were in and out of the Dealership in about an hour. This was the quickest car deal I have ever done! I recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a late model gently used vehicle!!

EDIT: Manager called me and tried to get me to delete my review by offering me a free oil change. Wow, great business practices here clearly.I just bought a brand new 2020 Subaru Crosstrek from this dealership and Nicole was my sales person. She was extremely rude to me and made my first new car buying experience bad. Nicole was unprofessional, condescending, and could not take any responsibility for mistakes or poor communication. The only reason I added the second star is because I love my car, but I just think I should’ve gone elsewhere where sales people respect their customers more. Trying to return a car that was leased ( and yes our lease is up) is like pulling teeth. Get the run around about how busy someone is, but 5 days including a weekend is unacceptable with not returning phone calls. We better not be charged with anything. Dont lease from here unless you want the run around when your lease is up. Our sales person Morgan is extremely unprofessional with our business agreement. Find a different sales person that cares and will call back.

The Express Service for normal preventive maintenance (oil changes, etc) is great. In and out in a bit over an hour (including replacing the battery). The entire staff is friendly and accommodating. I plan to buy another Subaru next year and you can bet if will be from Ganley Westside.

First of all. I purchased a Hyundai from Nick. Nick was fantastic and his efforts deserve nothing but compliments. I drove over an hour, specifically to this dealership based on their inventory displayed on their website. We drove to look at a Subaru. The Subaru salesman was very nice and accommodating. He did not deserve a one star rating either. The person in charge of online inventory management is the one that deserves this poor review. I believe that they are either lazy or downright deceitful. We drove over an hour specifically because they advertised several models with the same trim level so we could accurately make a decision based on in-person experience. The poor salesman in the Subaru department gave the excuse that all of the models (maybe 4) had been sold the previous week and were not available. I refuse to believe that the inventory moves so quickly that they can not manage what they advertise as in stock. We would have preferred to buy from our local dealer. As it turns out, their other department Hyundai had a model that we liked and Nick was helpful in putting my son into a car he loves. I never leave poor reviews, but this bait and switch tactic has happened to me before. It is unacceptable and does nothing but continue the unattractive slimy car dealership stereotype.Furthermore, this review was spurred by an email I received asking for my survey. (Image attached) My initial response would have been to click the first option. Nick was great. The link is not a simple survey. It pops Googles business review for the end user to then give the star rating with option comment. I thought this was weird. After completing my negative review with comment, I went back to my email and curiously clicked the 1 star link in my email. This does not allow a customer to leave a bad review publicly, but sends their internet manager Robert Edwards a personal message. I literally shook my head and had to come back and edit my response to add this extra paragraph.

Bait and switch. Advertise cars that are no longer available to purchase and refuse to honor the dealer discount listed on said car when they attempt to locate another one. Great service, fast work! Only disappointment was the car is 2 1/2 years old and the battery needed replacement. As we know several families with new subaru’s that had the same short battery life, we couldn’t justify purchasing a new battery from Subaru. Never had a battery go bad in less than 4 years, until now .

Scheduled an appointment for a recall to fix a potentially faulty brake light switch. The staff was courteous and professional. The waiting area was clean, large, with free wifi included. There were coffee, fruit and pastries available.They did a free safety check but did not try to sell me on additional services. The time was about what was projected. Overall, not a bad experience.In four years and 48,000 miles, this was the first time I needed anything other than oil or gas for my 2015 Forester.

In a nutshell: easy going and reliable service and friendly staff. Ive taken my car in now for 2 separate oil changes which had also included getting 2 recalls fixed and a tire rotation. Both times I used the express service where you dont make an appointment. While you have to time this out if youre in a hurry its still handy to have!The only drawback is that they no longer allow for scheduling of service for an oil changes unless you pair that with some other service.At the current time they were updating part of their showroom or waiting area but the temporary setup wasnt bad either. They had some coffee and Dunkin Donuts out with a TV to watch and several comfy chairs.

The only negative about this purchase is that the vehicle does not include remote start unless you pay for the app. It’s a 2019 Forester Sport.... remote start should be automatically included on it.Everything else was and is great!

We leased our first Forester from Waikem in Canton. Now that we live in Sheffield, we considered going back there, but since our son and son in law do business at Ganley, they talked us into trying it. It was a great experience from the minute that Tom Matthews opened the door and welcomed us to the moment we drove our new Forester off the lot.Tom was professional, knowledgeable, and just a great guy to work with. He couldnt have been more helpful. The car we chose had to be located and he kept us informed as to when it would be available. A day or two after getting the car he checked with me to make sure all was good with my new car.We completed the paper work efficiently with a manager who cared that we got the best deal possible. Since we are a retired couple on a fixed income, it was important to work with someone who cared about keeping our payment( which includes a maintenance plan) affordable. Eventually negotiated a fair car price. Service staff generally does a good job. However, this is not a dealership that you can trust long term. Staff is attentive when they believe a deal is possible but goes AWOL after the sale. It took me a month to get them to fix a license plate issue that should have taken only a few days. You can get a decent cat price here, but dont expect good customer service.

I purchased my 2017 Subaru Forester from here last August (nearly a year ago) and have gotten it serviced only by them. Their service is always very quick and thorough. I do wonder if they actually check your air filters though because Ive had them say it needed replaced one time, opted not to, and the next time they said it was good. Also, be sure to ask for one of their reward cards before your 6th oil change. I could have had a free one already if someone had taken the time to give me the punch card the first time I went there.

Went in for an oil change, tire rotation and also a system update. Had a slow leak in one tire needed some inside trim reconnected. Was told it would take about an 1 1/2 hours. It took closer to 3 1/2. Wil kept me updated with the progress. Originally said I would have to come back for the trim, but they discovered that they had one in stock. At the end of process, he said that I should not have had to wait for over 3 hours and then comped the entire repair which was totally unexpected. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Appointment went fine. Takes a long time to get your car scheduled for service. Unless you have a breakdown situation it can take up to one month for an appointment which seems excessive to me.

I very much regret purchasing from this dealership. They absolutely bum-rushed me into buying a 2019 VW Jetta which is a fine car. This is partially my fault as I needed to get a new vehicle quickly, but as I mentioned before, I regret purchasing from this particular VW dealership. The sales manager I worked with is not trustworthy what-so-ever. Told me I had thousands of dollars worth of damage to my previous lease, it ended up being around $200 (I know this because I was billed by VW Credit, who is always going to charge the absolute most). For some odd reason they also had to add $2,000 to my invoice (Im assuming to meet their monthly dealer quota), and assured me I would be receiving a corresponding $2,000 refund check. It has now been almost five weeks, and I still have not received said check. I have contacted the salesman multiple times, and I get the run-around each and every time I ask about this. One week ago today I received a text saying I made them aware My lease return manager should be in touch with you shortly like in the next day about this. One week later, still NO RESPONSE.A simple response is all I am asking for, and 80% of the time, I get no reply. But at this point, I am extremely upset and will never do business with them again. One positive: their finance manager was a nice guy and seemed to be trustworthy.
