Took my car to 3 Honda Dealership in Cleveland and was offered 3,600, 2,500 and, 700 after loan buyout and Ganley was the lowest. Two individuals I worked with were very short and kept pushing to get a new lease when I simply wanted to sell. Bad experience, Great Lakes Honda had lower prices, better trade in and much better service.
WOW. Absolutely the best automobile service dept. Ive ever experienced. The entire staff was outstanding. My service advisor, Garrett was very knowledgeable, professional, and informative. I will never take my vehicle anywhere else.
Spoke to a salesman about a used vehicle, and then no answer to any of my calls attempting to set up a test drive. The next day I got a call from a second, different sales person, and I spoke to them again about a purchase. We agreed that I could call back shortly thereafter to arrange a time to test drive. After multiple attempts, no response from them either, and the car is still available in their inventory, so its clear they are just ignoring me. Maybe they are better with new cars, but I am taking my money elsewhere, and suggest you do as well.

Be very careful and very detail orientated when dealing with this dealership.Recently purchased a used Honda from the dealership and the car itself is great. But we traded in our old car and we’re lied to from the sales person/finance on how the deal was working out. We were essentially told we would be getting $8500 on our trade in, $6000 of which would go to reducing the cost of the new vehicle. But what actually happened was we only got $6000 total on our trade in. Adding to this issue another dealership made an offer on our old vehicle for $9,000. We were fine with getting $500 less for the convenience of doing it all in one day and getting the car we wanted but not $3,000 less.I’ll take ownership in not catching the issue while signing the final paperwork, I’ll never make this mistake again. It’s still a very bad look on this dealership regardless. When I called to try and see if something could be done, Bob, the sales manager refused to listen to anything other than what was on the sheet of paper. When I asked him why I’d take $3,000 less on a trade in when I could just go sell it to them instead, in an attempt to reason with him, his response was “I don’t know, why did you” So the level of professionalism is less than okay.Our car salesman was Darien Henderson, he was nice to work with but this was clearly some type of miscommunication between him and finance or he just straight up lied to us.Another issue that, was resolved while there, but was also like pulling nails was the taxes. They were going to over charge me for taxes and I had to bring it up three times before they would resolve the issue. Turns out they were using the wrong tax location which would have ended up costing me an additional few hundred dollars.
Ganley Honda was incredibly responsive and didnt play the numbers game. I said what I could put down and they came back with a monthly price instantly. They had specials listed on their site, and they stuck to the pricing of the special, no hidden costs (taxes, title, etc are not hidden costs if youve bought a car before). It was easy, fast, and I never want to go back to the old process again! When I showed up to purchase, I was able to take the car for a ride, we completed the paperwork and off I went! No more spending the day at the dealership!

Went to Honda for a lease and attempted to get information on some deals, but the sales manager, if he even was one, gave us some bad attitude. After attempting to negotiate, which is normally what people do in life, the guy just didnt want to deal with me and got up told me that he didnt want to deal with me and said I cut him off too much. Maybe if they had more experience in the finance world they would be able to handle negotiations better. I would not recommend this place due to poor customer service and little to no room for price negotiation. Go to Bedford they have better deals and sales staff.
Entire experience was a pleasure for me. I contacted the dealership asking for best pricing on a used 2020 Mazda early in the morning. The sales manager, Rob, replied within 30 minutes and within an hour I had placed a $500 deposit on the vehicle. Upon arrival I was greeted by Rob who offered me refreshments and introduced me to sales person, Tiffany. Tiffany showed me the vehicle and preped it for a test drive, the vehicle was in near perfect condition. I did have a question about the car and Tiffany got someone from the service department to answer my question and check if I had any other concerns. Tiffany finalized the deal and worked with me and the finance manager, Kelly to get a better interest rate than the pre-approval I came in with. Kelly went through all the paperwork to finalize the deal, no surprises, and offered to explain each additional add-on coverage they offered. Everyone I worked with was friendly, professional, and excellent at their job. Would recommend 10/10.
Back in 2004 we purchased our first new car from this dealer, a CR-V. In 2011 we purchased a certified used Odyssey. We had a fine experience with both our purchases, but what I cant say enough good things about is their service department.I know that the dealer is the most expensive place to get a car fixed, but honestly, I have not found other shops to be a whole lot cheaper. But best of all is the integrity of this shop and its employees. I never have to be concerned that I am going to be thrown down a rabbit hole of increasing prices on a repair.A shops job is to correctly diagnose and properly fix a problem the first time. If they make an error, they should not waiver from that estimate. If a repair fails, they should fix it. This has been my experience at Ganley Hondas service department every time. The piece of mind I have knowing everything will be completely taken care of and that they stand behind their work is worth me taking my car there every time. The staff is friendly, courteous, and personal. The manager is great, and has stepped in on my behalf with Honda a couple times to help out covering failed parts.I would buy another Honda just to know I could take it here to be serviced. I cant recommend them enough.
Great sales experience, but once I left and chose not to fill out their survey (which they over iterate anything less than perfect is bad) it’s like I didn’t matter. I got 2 reminder phone calls about the survey and that’s it. I’m unable to drive my car because they sat with the plates for 3 weeks before even mailing out the post card saying they were in. Now my tags are expired and they don’t care. Had the title person Shannon seriously tell me I could drive with expired tags even though it’s illegal. I’d never deal with this place again.
While I was alone on a test drive instead of answering my questions about the car the sales person told me about his domestic violence conviction. When I wrote to the manager to say I did not feel comfortable with that he stuck up for the guy and made fun of my credit rating. No professionals work here... especially if youre a woman.
Always excellent and friendly service. The buying experience was seamless and they quickly brought in the color we wanted (we had it the next day!). It’s consistently a great experience coming in for routine service, as the Service Department employees are very pleasant and knowledgeable. I also love the fact that I can get a free car wash whenever I’m in the area. All I have to do is pull into the service garage and they take my car to their car wash!
Took very good care of me and I had to be to work in half a hour and they made it happen and they fixed the problem in one try where other shops had tried 3 times and failed!

Im a customer of 5 years. They were supposed to check the AC to see if it was a condenser issue, then fix at no charge if issue was found. I received a text that my car was all set for pickup with detailed notes on my paperwork. They did nothing to fix the AC. They are blaming the issue on a accident from 2 years ago. The car has been there multiple times for service since and no issues were found. All of a sudden blaming on accident. Total waste of my time. Ridiculous!

Tried to lease a vehicle that was advertised as $209 per month. When my sales rep brought out the finance options the price was $450. They are marking vehicles above MSRP….everyone should be very cautious. Not sure how anyone is “getting a good deal” from these guys. Other Honda dealers are not marking up MSRP. Would never buy a vehicle from this automotive group!
Extreme dissatisfaction. Horrible Service. My family recently bought a car from them about 2 weeks ago and then went to buy another yesterday. Towards the close of the deal, Bob, the Sales Manager of Ganley, just walked away from me while I was talking. I was extremely calm and just trying to explain and negotiate my point of view and Bob just gets up and walks away. That was extremely disrespectful and unacceptable. I have never experienced that at any other dealership ever before. I have 4 other uncles, who each own a Honda that live in the vicinity. I will make sure that not a single family member goes to this dealership after the way I was treated.

Ive never had a terrible experience at a Ganley dealer, so regardless of make, Ill probably start there. I bought my second Honda from this dealer recently, and it was a good experience. I knew what I wanted, and they helped me get it. Will return again if another Honda is in my future. (Its likely, quality vehicles are what Im after, regardless of badging)

Terrible! Drove a hour to see a vehicle, called right before coming, confirmed they had the vehicle, then when I got there they were selling it to someone else. This ended up not mattering because the car was not like the pictures, it had scratches inside and out, the interior was damaged, and under the hood looked awful. I had specifically asked about condition inside and out which they described as excellent, aside from some minor imperfections around the wheels. Horrible experience would never purchase a car from them or any other Ganley location.
Amazing! I had the pleasure today of purchasing my first dealership car and first Honda. The entire staff was so friendly and nice. From the time I walked in I was greeted and by the time I was driving off the lot every worker had spoke to me and congratulated me... I mean every single one! Such a great staff. Dan ( I learned theres two) was so sweet and walked me through the entire process and worked with me I even left something in my old car and he was amazing about getting back to me asap to help! I normally do not write reviews; however, I feel like this is needed in order for them to realize how difficult it has been to reach their finance department. I have tried for the past five months to get a hold on one of their fiance team members and still have yet succeed. I have left messages and have called numerous times over and yet no one can seem to be in the office, answer a phone call, nor return a phone call even while leaving a name and a number to call back. Completely ridiculous and unprofessional.

I bought my car here and get it serviced here. Its so easy to make an appointment, and everyone is very focused on making sure you are well attended to. Obviously, they take precautions for covid, but normally they provide snacks and a kids play area. Currently, there are comfortable, but spaced out, chairs in the waiting area, and signs letting you know that someone will assist you if you need water or anything. I always feel like I am the complete focus of their attention, which is really nice. The location is also really convenient, right off 480.
Some issues came about with my car, but Ed Stein made sure the situation was fixed. Great guy awesome at getting back to me as soon as possible.
Genuinely a great car buying process. The sales associate, Jacob Witkiewicz, was truly a pleasure to work with. He was friendly, knowledgeable and made the process incredibly easy and fast by working with me over the phone before even going in to the dealership. I’ve leased many cars before from different dealerships and this was by far the smoothest/most painless process yet.
Today, I came to trade a car in, Rod assisted the used car manager Dave because he was busy buying used cars on an online auction. He mentioned he was annoyed by that and asked us if it was still raining outside, which we remarked that it was. We did not have the exact mileage of the car, which he had to retrieve even though I offered to grab it from him. Needless to say we had an offer from 7 months prior at a reasonable amount and we were trying to see if we could receive a better offer as the vehicle only had an additional 2,000 more miles than the last appraisal. After waiting around 10 minutes we received an offer from Dave for a lesser amount compared to the previous. Rod insisted that there is no market for used cars right now, which seems fabricated because used car sales have been on the rise. I understand they are trying to increase their gains and get a higher return. However, I stressed from the beginning that I am on a limited income being a disabled veteran. It is unfortunate that they would not actually try and help. Additionally, whoever ran the report typed in the incorrect mileage. It is sad that the used car sales manager did not even attempt to come and talk to their customer, even after calling earlier to which he noted he was available all day. I do not recommend this dealership nor will I return for future business.
I went in to test drive a Honda Civic this week. The Sales Consultant, Andrew, had the car for my test drive waiting for me. After test driving Andrew was so patient going through paperwork, and explaining all of the details. Geno put together the numbers for my lease while Andrew personally put gas in and took it to be detailed. Andrew and Geno were both so great about not only explaining, but also making me feel comfortable with the whole process. I felt no pressure and was overly satisfied with the experience from start to finish. This was by far a 5 star experience and highly recommend them.
Now I understand that you guys got the sale after two horrible visits to your dealership, but I don’t think it is wise to leave your customer without the registration and the plates, and the sales rep without mentioning names ( next complaint I will definitely mention his name) doesn’t respond back to the calls or the text .We bought the car on March 27th, you guys were supposed to send us the plates and the registration, now it is may 14th and nothing yet, this is frustrating. I understand you guys are “the biggest Honda dealer in the country “ but the this kind of service I grantee you will not be for much longer.It is simple we need the registration and the plates, if you can’t provide them I will make sure I complain to Honda and the BBB.

Do yourself a favor and go to the Toyota dealership down the road. It’s the second time I haven’t been treated well by Ganley Honda. They lost my business last time for ten years, I decided to try again and they lost it for life.They offered me 37% less on my trade in than Toyota down the street did (over a $4000 difference). They said a couple of surface scratches on a 6 year old car in NE Ohio warranted the price reduction. I asked them for a better number on the trade in or purchase price to see what we could work out, and they immediately came back with the same number to “talk more about it” after we had already discussed at length. They also held onto my keys and I had to ask SIX TIMES for my car keys, which every time they went to get my keys magically the sales manager returned sans keys to “talk more”.Toyota came in with their best price immediately on the purchase price and trade in. I was treated with dignity, respect and integrity at Toyota which was refreshing after catching Ganley in several lies and playing the game with them for nearly 5 hours.Walked out with what I wanted out of my trade (and more) and a car for less than I wanted to pay after being listened to and heard, instead of argued with, combatted and unheard.

I have my car serviced at this dealership for all repairs. There is great comfort in knowing the job is done correctly and never needing to return and have it done again. The service department is very professional and the pricing is the same at secondary so call discount repair shops. Wendy my service advisor is the best I have ever dealt with for service. Never pushes service and is compassionate when funds are short. This Honda Dealership rates tops in the area. If you drive a Honda this is the place for service. After all no one want to be on the side of the road calling a tow service this time of year.
Visited here twice looking to purchase a new vehicle. Waited over 20 minutes both times. Nobody seems eager to help. Was asked twice this most recent time if they could find someone to assist us...we said yes, and nobody came back either time. Well find a different Honda dealership that believes in customer service.
I was 9 months pregnant, expecting baby any day, when we had battery trouble with our 2019 Honda Odyssey. Immediately,my husband called Ganley Honda and expressed our situation and asked if we could get in immediately. The service dept was amazing and told us to come in right away, so we did. Michael Landino was our service advisor. Rarely do I write reviews, but the professionalism, urgency and just concern for our situation that was shown by Michael, made it important for me to write this. We had the absolute best experience with him and the service department. We are thankful for the customer service that we received and just wanted to make note of it!
Someone reach out to me about my title so I can get plates I was gave the wrong information it’s been 3 months I need my title. A dealership can be fined for that if it goes to long. No one called me and informed me I had to call. When this is fixed I’ll fix my review. I’m actually nice but this is 100 percent ridiculous.
Inquired about a lease online, explained what we had in trade, what we wanted to spend, and clicked we would prefer to be contacted by email or text. Ganley phoned instead. We agreed to stop in to show the trade in, scheduled an appointment with Andrew for Friday At 4:30pm. He asked if we would be okay with him putting some numbers together before we got there, we said sure. He said if we couldnt make the appointment to call or text. WE were there as scheduled but Andrew was not! The sales manager popped over with an obviously inexperienced salesman who did not explain anything about the cars we test drove. Ultimately he proposed an offer which was so far off of what we told them we wanted in the first place it was insulting. The salesperson just stared at us when we said the monthly price was way too much. He could not explain why and did not offer any other options. Thankfully, we went to a different Honda Dealer who not only listened to what we wanted, explained all the features of the car we looked at, washed the car before we test drove it, gave us more for our trade, and offered a much nicer model Honda, for about $100 less per month! After all the paperwork was done, our salesman stayed late to make sure our phone was hooked up and we understood where everything was before we drove off. Ganley was unprofessional and clearly didnt want our business. Lucky for us, there was another Honda dealer, only a short drive farther, who was happy to help & we will be a repeat customer there instead. Do your homework, dont settle, not all Honda dealers are the same!
These guys are the best. I had been trying to buy a civic si for months. Every other dealer out there would advertise prices but when you called they would mark it thousands of dollars. When I contacted Ganley there were no ridiculous add on costs. They were very friendly and went above and beyond to assure me. When I went in I was in and out in only 30 minutes. I have been looking for a car for about 6 months now. I went all over the place and all of the sales staff were so pushy and making me feel anxious. Finally I went the Ganley Honda in North Olmsted. It was the best experience I have ever had at ANY car dealership. Jacob Witkiewicz was my salesperson and was 10/10 on everything. He was so genuine and extremely helpful. Kelly, unfortunately I dont know her last name but she helped with the finances. She was so helpful with any questions I had and really kind. The last Honda employee I talked with was Jeff. He helped me with learning the electronics part - with inside the car. He was super impeccable. The following day I had a couple of questions and I asked Jeff and he responded in a timely fashion. Overall, Ganley Honda in North Olmsted was the best experience I have ever had. Everyone who is interested in buying a Honda (or other used cars) definitely stop in and check vehicles out. + the employees are fantastic!

I purchased a vehicle for my spouse around the 2019 holidays. My salesman, Mike, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Even though I had multiple questions Mike remained professional and took the time out to explain to me in detail everything I wanted to know. Recently we had some issues with the car but luckily it was under warranty. The service department was prompt and courteous. I wish I would have gotten a name. I will definitely recommend this car dealership. It feels great knowing that even when there is an issue, Ganley will always put their customers first.

I called Ganley Honda and explained the situation, they were extremely professional and reimbursed me for the repairs without any headache. They stood behind their vehicle and I cant be more satisfied with my experience and purchase. The car has been perfect since and the dealer who fixed it said there are no other issues and its in great shape! Im so glad I didnt buy this car from a used car lot or private and instead went with a reputable dealer. I highly recommend Ganley Honda and will be shopping here in the future.

I just leased a car with Ganely Honda and the process was very smooth and easy. When I had questions even a month after my lease they were very attentive and followed up until any issues were resolved.They also have a wide selection of cars which make the process that much better!
This dealership seems to be great at a glance but in my experience they are shady in the way that they go about their business. They really push the fact that they would like surveys and reviews about your experience until you have a bad one. After they know it’s been an unpleasant experience they conveniently don’t send you the survey. I would recommend trying another Honda dealership.

There was an atmosphere of integrity, calm, and kindness (which I’ve never experienced at car dealerships before).I went to get my newer Honda serviced when the window wouldn’t roll up. James was the only Honda service center person in the greater Cleveland area that would add me on for a same day appointment. It turned out being an easy fix. About ten minutes after I arrived I was driving out of there with a fixed window, no charge! Even though this isn’t the closest Honda service location, it’s certainly the only one I’m going to from now on.Thanks James!

I purchased a car from Ganley Honda 2 weeks ago. My initial experience was pleasant. I had to return today due to some missed signatures on my paperwork. I received a call from a from a guy asking me to come up for missed signatures. I told him I could come on Saturday at 12. He said sounds good. I’ll fill up your tank for you because I see you don’t live close and for the inconvenience. I also made an appt. with the service dept. for 11:30 for an issue I had with the car. When I walked into the service dept. there were 3 men working behind desks. Not one greeted me or acknowledged that I even entered. I just stood there for almost 5 minutes. Eventually another customer enters and he is acknowledged only after that am I even acknowledged. Spoke with someone they told me they’d look at my car, would be about 1 1/2 hours. Went over to the showroom. Waited at the front desk as my appt. was for 12. I stood there for a nice long while nobody greeted or acknowledged me again. A couple walked right past me and a sales rep turned around and asked if they needed help with anything they said no. He then turned back around and acted as if I didn’t exist. Eventually another sales rep asked if I needed help. I told him I had a 12:00 appt. with finance. He said he’d let them know. I sat down and continued to wait eventually the gentleman I was supposed to be meeting with called me and asked if I was still coming, because now it is after 12. I told him I had been there someone was supposed to let him know. Eventually a lady came out with my paperwork but she was slow to get to me because she was playing with another customers dog she did offer me water and pretzels. I filled out my paperwork. And waited about 15 more minutes for my car. Only to discover no gas was put in it.So, basically I got ignored and lied to today. Thanks Ganley Honda :(

I purchased my CRV in 2019 and have been extremely satisfied with all areas of Ganley Honda. I just had my car serviced and detailed, and they did a great job. Hayden handled the service appointment and kept me in the loop as far as price and time of completion. Sent my 17 year old to get her car serviced and to look at a faulty radio on her 2020 Civic with 8,500 miles. They sent her away with no reason why they couldn’t fix her radio. Told her there wasn’t much they could do sorry.I called and told them who I was, that I was the owner, and that I wasn’t very happy with what my 17yo was told. I then asked to speak to the service advisor that gave her this excuse and was put into his voicemail immediately. Only after I called a second time did he answer and told me ironically he was just speaking to the tech and suggested we have a new radio put in.So know I’m here again with the vehicle almost 3 hours now waiting and they now say not sure how much longer nor did they tell me ahead of time how long this would take. The lazy way this was originally handled along with the waste of a day, I’m almost certain to move on. Oh and we own 4 Honda’s.

My mom bought 2020 CR-V with OTD price that mean include tax title and doc, she truly believes this dealer and sign paper work with out look all the number and when she try to registration vehicle they said she have to pay tax because a dealer didn’t pay yet, I still have the email between me and a sale man about OTD Price, I will file a claim with attorney general states and let’s Honda know about this dealer. Be aware

Worst customer service and most unprofessional establishment I’ve ever came in contact with in my entire life. I found a car online that I was very interested in purchasing. So much that I put a $5,000 deposit down on the car to hold while I fly in from California. After Tim Costa had been in contact with my father for days telling us that they would take me to my bank the next day in downtown Cleveland (because my bank would be closed at the time I landed) to get a certified check (Navy Federal is not even open in Cleveland to the public the nearest branch is in Kentucky), which I ended up finding out on my own. When I called and spoke to figure out the next move to get the ball moving on this (wire transfer) I spoke with Tim Nabdits who started talking down about his entire team and saying “I’m sick of this, people in this dealership know nothing and giving you false information, if the GM got wind of this he would cancel this deal”. Very aware I flew in from California and already had a deposit down on the car. Also sends a me a text saying that the only way to make this deal happen is a wire transfer. My friend calmed him down and let him know that we would get him the money. Tim Nabdits reaches out to my friend using the term “Cash Money” 3x in a text saying that’s the only way we would be driving the car off the lot. Meanwhile I was still trying to arrange a money transfer with my father and my bank but the apparently the wire transfer person (Katie) is only there until 2pm. My friend kept working on getting the cash just waiting for it to clear. Tim Nabdit’s seemed so on edge that I called my father after speaking with Katie the following day and told him to goto the bank in person and make the wire transfer so we don’t lose the deal. As my dad is in the bank sitting with the teller he receives a phone call from Tim Nabdits saying “deal is off, we don’t want your money or your business”. Meanwhile my friends funds clear the exact same time and he sends him a text basically saying the same thing he disrespectfully said to my father while he was at the bank. Also meanwhile, we had 2 completely different sources of income to fully pay this car off in full and make this transaction run smoothly. I just don’t get how anyone could get away with treating customers like this, especially in a sales business where buyers are what keeps them up and running? Another thing I’ll add is that when I was picked up from the airport to do a test drive back to the dealership, the salesman knew nothing about the car and said “we do Honda’s not Toyota’s” (even though they were selling me a Toyota). And at the dealership we asked to speak with a manager and non were available. I even asked if anyone there could help me with the vehicle once I picked it up and was told that “nobody here knows anything about Toyota’s so I doubt it” I tried to contact the General Manager multiple times during and after this and he has not once answered or called me back. Overall just a terrible scenario of a situation that escalated when it didn’t need to. Also a total waste of time and $. I will surely be contacting higher ups on this one.
Highly recommend this dealer, they made things very simple and quick for me. Worked with me very well to solve a couple of problems I had. Ended up driving out with a beautiful 2017 accord and I’m extremely pleased.
Great buying experience but that’s it. I bought a $30k certified used van. Love it. However when I took it to service they are supposed to check all fluid levels. In both times I was there they never did that. I took my van somewhere else for an oil change and my van was 2 1/2 quarts low on transmission fluid. I drove this van for 15k milked like this. It doesn’t just disappear and no one checked it for me as part of their job. I would never take my car here to be serviced again. I sit out there for over an hour for a job half done. Their mistake could have cost me some serious money.

I acquired a new CR-V touring car. All staff were warm and friendly and welcoming, especially Bob and Bobby. It was a good experience
I stopped by for a car wash today and they were very busy but I was politely greated by a sales person named Andrew. He helped me right away! Im always very impressed by the service I receive at Ganley Honda!
The entire experience was top notch. Id highly recommend Bob H and Ali, they made everything smooth and easy. Ill rave about this experience for quite awhile.
Excellent customer care
John in finance here, is god awful! He will give the least of what you really qualify for and tell you it’s all they can do or tell you and it requires warranty for $1300. I do have bad credit,& the car I wanted he said I couldnt get, & tried to just give me a car with cigarette burns & no ac. Went somewhere else & got a newer Nissan Rogue, don’t get judged on what you can do with this guy. THE SALESMAN TROY LAVELLE IS AMAZING THO! Only reason that there is 1 star 👏🏼Salesmen want you to get the car - finance will try and sneak on you!
Tiah @ Ganley Honda made our car buying experience seamless. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We did not see the usual pushy sales and finance tactics that is normally seen at other dealerships. They went to great lengths to not only get me a deal on my new car but surprised me with a great finance deal as well. All in all a great car buying experience. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Scary non-compliance with covid safety. Only half of employees had masks over their nostrils, and distancing between people was much less than a yard. I saw two employees with masks on their chins; One was picking his nose, one was talking very closely with a colleague. A salesperson with a fully exposed nose spoke to my companion at a distance of 1-2 feet. Tables for waiting customers were visibly dirty.

Im only going to comment on the salesmen who took care of us because they were the class act here. Brady Stang sold my Mom a car. She has not purchased a car in 15 years and this was a big deal! She was nervous and I needed to find someone who would take good care of her. Brady was amazing. He was patient, knowledgeable, thorough, and really listened to what she wanted/needed. He made suggestions and when she decided, he went above and beyond to not only make it happen, but to do it well. He communicated very well with her and treated her with the highest respect. He made sure every detail was addressed and had it all done exactly when he said he would. When he was busy for a bit during pick up, Bobby Ross stepped in and graciously helped him out to keep the process moving forward. He didnt care if it wasnt his customer, he was a team player and kept Moms needs in mind first. These gentleman really stepped up to the plate and I am so very thankful. Their combination of professionalism, humor and knowledge made this a great experience!
I went to Ganley Honda because I needed a car, I will return because of the phenomenal customer service, friendly and knowledgeable staff and for making the process of getting a new car a pleasant one. I worked with Mike Peters, Adel Yahya and Tim (in finance). The team was friendly, honest, and really knew their stuff - they made the entire process pleasant and fun. And I LOVE my new car!!!! Worth noting, outside of the group I was working with, other staff at the store were equally as friendly and checked on me from time to time making sure I was comfortable or if there was anything I needed. A great experience from start to finish!
