Nissan of North Olmsted has been very helpful in their service department. Anytime I have to visit service I always try and get Jason Smith as my advisor, he is always very friendly and helpful. Mike DiChiro the service manager is also extremely helpful. If there is any kind of problem during your service he will do whatever he can to make it right and he also has a great crew working for him! Overall I would definitely recommend NON for service! Steve in the sales department is also extremely friendly, I have struck up a conversation with him a couple times when I have been waiting outside while my car was in for service. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to Nissan vehicles and would definitely be my choice in the sales department if I were going to buy another vehicle!

I made my appointment for an oil change on Wednesday 9/8. When I arrive Tom took care of me, I had an 11:30 appointment. I was literally out of there within a half hr to forty minutes. He was so efficient and really sweet. Thank you Tom for your professionalism. BTW I have yet to have a bad experience at this Nissan very good staffing.

The representative that took care of me that day went above and beyond. I was in for routine maintenance when they found damage to the wiring harness. The associate explained why it happens and recommended a product to help in the future. He got me setup with a loaner car and even pulled it into the bay out of pouring rain for me to get in. He ensured the work was done in a very timely manner. For a bad surprise of needed service he made it easy to do business and made me feel better about it.

Best experience I have ever had at a car dealership. Mike Becker was amazing and accommodating. I called to pick out the car I wanted and explained that I had an autistic child so I needed to have paperwork ready to sign so we didnt have to wait with him. We had a persistent noise in the fan when running heat/AC. The vehicle has only 9000 miles so brought it in knowing it is still under warranty. The service team found acorns and debris from mice getting up into the vehicle! This is not covered under warranty, but they were nice enough not to charge us for the service and offer great recommendations for peppermint rodent repellent. Thanks for being so reasonable! I will definitely be back when I need work done.

I scheduled an appointment here after the dealership closer to my home did not answer after several attempts. The clerk that scheduled my appointment was thorough when looking up the recalls on the vehicle and when scheduling. I received text message appointment reminders a few times through out the week also. I dropped my vehicle off with ease, I was called a few hours later once the service was complete, and I returned to pick up my vehicle all without any issues. This service was on a fleet vehicle which I drive for work, I do not own any Nissan products personally but would consider after this experience.

Rob was amazing! He didnt use high pressure sales tatics. He let the product sell itself. He was very knowledgeable about the car and showed me everything I could want to know about it. When I called to purchase the car, he was able to complete most of the process over the phone and this shortened the time needed to be at the dealer. When I had an odd request of holding onto my old car for a week, he made it happen so I could leave happy without worrying about my old car. Thank you for a great experience!

I bought my car about a year ago from this establishment. So, I figured I would go back to have my service done here. I went back to have my car serviced for an oil change and tire rotation. I also let them know about the hood recall I received and I told them about an issue with the right rear shocks. Well, when I returned home my son looked under the hood. The coolant reservoir tank was loose and the windshield wiper fluid cap was off. And the windshield wiper fluid wasnt completely filled. Then they zipped tied were a push fastener was suppose to go.

I was looking for a preowned car for my 20 year-old daughter. I was very specific as to the age of the car, number of miles, and cost below $10,000. I met Mike and he had me work with Rob to find the right car fitting those specifications. I didnt have a lot of choices due to the cost factor, but they found me the perfect car. I bought a 2013 Altima in great condition. It drives beautifully and my daughter and I are very pleased. In fact, I may be borrowing it, too. I also bought a preowned Nissan Rogue a few years back from Nissan of North Olmsted and it is has been my favorite car so far. Thank you for your service!!!

Getting the call from my wife in the middle of the afternoon, broken down on the shoulder of I90 was very scary for me as much as it was for her. The tow truck came within 20 minutes however when the driver dropped my wife and the car off at my home, he informed me that when he arrived to tow the car off of I90, he found gas under the car and all over the road. If the key was on, the fuel pump was pumping gas out and onto the ground. She could have been killed trying to restart the car. I see car fires every year and now my wife was siting in the car on top of a lake of gas, thank god no one threw a cigarette butt as they passed her there waiting.I had the car towed directly to your dealership where they found and repaired the problem caused by a missing clip, no one knows Nissan cars better than your trained professionals. We purchased this car used and do not have much history of its past service however, this is where I will come for all my future needs, including oil changes. This was our first trip to your dealership and it most certainly will not be our last.Your service advisor Brooke was very pleasant, took my information and calmed my fears. Called me once the trouble was found and informed me of the needed repair and estimation of cost. Once I gave her the go ahead, she kept me in the loop and when I could expect to have the wifes Rouge back and fixed. Your technician corrected our problems and gave the car a safety check, we are feeling much comfort now that a real professional addressed the problem.So we go to pick up the car and Im thinking I will need to get it washed and try to rid of the smell of gas only to find it nice and clean free of smells and waiting there for us to drive home. I scheduled a 2:00 apt for an oil change and tire rotation and balancing. I arrived at 1:30 and was told that wasnt a problem, they werent that busy and should be able to get me out pretty quickly. I waited for 2 to 2.5 hours for this service. I had to ask, were is my car and what was taking so long. I ask the receptionist at the check out counter if she had my paper work and could check me out, she stated she did not and could check with the service department employee. I said i will check. I then asked the service employee. he said it had been turned in awhile ago and he was sorry if no one told me. I never left the waiting area, I was visible to all three service dept. intake employees at all times, so i am unclear as to how and why he didnt notify me of the completed job. After all that i went with the employee back to the checkout window and the girl behind the glass said, oh!, here is her paper work. The service guy took the paper work and said he needed to adjust the cost to make up for the issues. I would pay for the oil change and he would deduct the cost of the tire rotation and balancing. The cost went from $69 to $20 for the oil change. I paid and left. After all that i get into my car and leave and notice that my tires are all different psis, and from 29 to 31, I look at my tires and notice that they had not been addressed as i requested. they never rotated them, which will cause uneven balancing and brake issues. I call back to complain and get an explanation. Right then my phone disconnected and I had no cord to charge it until i got home. This is very disappointing. I have never had such poor service and such a waste of my time. Lets get back to better service guys! Please... this is sad.

Had to have my 2019 nissan sentra towed because of a wiring issue. Got to the dealer after 5 pm. Tom took care of me & even found a loaner for me to drive home. I wasnt sure if nissan would get to the car & be able to fix my cars issue. Tom called my around 4:50 pm the next day to let me know my car was fixed. Thought Tom went above & beyond to help me.

After waiting for almost three hours for an oil change, tire rotation, and window guard installation, my car was not washed as requested. Service is notoriously slow. I also asked about a warning that has showed on my dash with pictures of the malfunction warning. I was told it was “probably nothing but if it keeps happening as the Rogue nears 35000 miles, schedule to have us look at it.”

The entire process from start to finish was stellar. Steve Samenuk was an exemplary sales associate and my fiancé and I enjoyed working with him. He was very honest and informative, and did a great job explaining all of the features of my new Rogue. Never in my life have I witnessed a dealership go out of their way with such great customer service: they treat u really good there: inside their waiting room they have a row of tablets for their customers to use and occupy themselves while waiting on their vehicle to be serviced. They also have a small fridge located in their waiting room loaded with a variety of beverages to wet the whistles of their customers. I was very satisfied with my experience: most of all I felt heard and respected when discussing the issues with my car. As a woman Ive been taken advantage of at other reputable dealerships and car stores but this one I didnt get that.
