My wife and I have taken our vehicles to Weber for years and we wouldn’t trust anybody else. Everyone who works there is professional and just genuinely nice. They treat you more as a friend than a customer. This time James helped me with tires, brakes, and suspension with leveling kit. He took the time to explain all of the options in detail and answered all of my questions with enthusiasm. They finished the job in a timely matter and left me with the truck looking and driving like brand new. I couldn’t be happier!

Ive used Webers for about 10 years on a vintage classic car and on newer cars. The services have ranged from simple tire rotations and oil changes to more sophisticated jobs requiring analysis. Webers has always been thorough and satisfactory. In addition they suggested possible additional problems with an estimate of repair cost, so I can determine if I want the repairs done.

The paid diagnostic service provided a highly detailed online web report and emailed PDF as well as a printout complete with photos and full description of exactly what service is recommended, including clear breakdown of each cost and a car fax report.Highly recommend for diagnosing you vehicle when you need to buy a used vehicle or ensure your vehicle is safe.

When I needed to get my car fixed, Weber automotive helped me very professionally in a way that I can trust. Everything was explained in detail before it was done. They were very helpful and kind helping me get back on the road.

I’ve used Weber multiple times over the past 5 years to service my Jeep and Ford Transit van. They’ve performed a transmission rebuild on my Wrangler, replaced brakes, and even mounted a propane tank on my Transit van which is still holding up strong 4 years later. I trust them to do what’s necessary at a fair price. They are professionals with excellent customer service. I highly recommend them.

Weber went above and beyond what is expected of a repair shop!! I was having a persistent problem with my Camry hybrid system and needed ANOTHER new hybrid battery after having gone through several in a short amount of time. This time it was technically out of warranty and originally installed by an out of state shop, but Weber contacted Napa on my behalf and got the warranty approved anyway. I didn’t pay anything for a part and repair that should cost close to $4,000. They also provided me a loaner car for the 2 weeks it took to process and receive the battery pack, so I didn’t have transportation issues during that time.Also, it’s great they’re intentional about staying up to date with technology and are outfitted to work on hybrid and electrical vehicles (most private service centers aren’t). This gives you way more flexibility than simply resigning yourself to overpaying at the dealership. The service team was very personable and helpful as well. Thank you Weber Automotive!!!

Weber Automatic is by far a great place to do business with. They are not only professional, knowledgeable and friendly but their prices are reasonable. They are always eagar to answer questions and explain the work that is needed immediately and why, but the future deferred estimates pending and their reasons of importance. I am always more than satisfied with their work and feel very welcomed when I arrive. I know that every time I use their service I am going to be treated not only fairly but with genuine friendliness. I would recommend their service to all- they are very reputable.

Put off suspension work. 2015 kia, parts hard to find, but they found them. I could only find one strut in this state and never in pairs. Its my wifes car and would pay any price to keep here safe. The price I paid was well under the dealership. Plus included several other required maintenance that was neglected due to not driving. Oh and Jason is kind of hot.

A couple days before a planned vacation, my car’s radiator blew out due to engine overheating. I had it towed to weber because I’ve had work done from them before. They fixed everything during the week I was gone and made sure my car was ready by the time I returned. I was in contact with one of the mechanics and he kept me in the loop the whole time (thank you James)! Great experience, will be returning.

Being new to the area my wife and I were fortunate to have relatives that have used Weber for many years and highly recommended them. Jason is a professional, straight talking, honest service writer. He handled all of our issues with our Honda and Mercedes. We will definitely make this our go to shop as long as they continue their customer first service.

I am new to the area lived near the Mansfield area always took my car to the dealership since I bought it My husband took his car to Weber automotive for a check engine light problem he was happy with Weber so I needed fluids changed in my vehicle decided to give them a try. I drove my car a couple days later it was cold out so I tried to use my heat it wouldn’t work so I thought it had something to do with the antifreeze being changed I called to complain and they said they were sure it wasn’t related to that I was very upset so it was 15 minutes before they were closing they said bring it right in they’d stay and find out what was going on Jason stayed took my dash/ glove box compartment apart and found the problem an electrical part broken turned it to get heat temporarily and had me bring it back after he got in a new part I would definitely recommend them there honest and will find the problem give them your business you’ll be happy you did

They do great work

Took my van in due to an electrical issue that was blowing a fuse that would disable my transmission. It was an intermittent problem that made it difficult to isolate and resolve. The first shop I had it at replaced the fuse, charged me $100 and said good luck. Well luck wasn’t with me that day as a mile down the road the fuse blew again disabling my truck requiring a $100 tow. I knew I had to take it somewhere where they knew what they were doing, which left me with one choice: Weber Automotive. It took a little while to figure out, which was to be expected with an intermittent issue. They didn’t give up til they resolved the issue. Much thanks to Jason and Tony. They were professional, polite & a pleasure to work with. I recommend Weber Automotive to anyone who needs any type of work done. I could go on & on praising them but I think you get the point. Went with them for a tune up on my 1995 chevy van before a cross country road trip - they did a great job at a great price. Kept me informed the whole time they were working on it and never once tried to push any other repairs on to me like most shops will. Needless to say my van purred effortlessly across the states and I will be returning to them for any future work!

I just want to say I was in the waiting room at Weber and a customer came in and was certain they needed a part, Im not a car guy so Im not sure what it was. The owner was there and instead of selling him the part he went out and tested this part and showed him it was only a loose wire. He told the customer it happens all the time on this model car. Saved the client over $100 and talked himself out of a sale. That is why you should always use Weber Automotive.

Went to Weber Automotive for an issue with my blower fan that another mechanic could not figure it out. Weber diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem. Very professional and fair pricing. Good communication and follow up as well. I highly recommend.

Great people and great service. I always appreciate how quickly they are able to get me scheduled. I needed tires...ordered in the morning, delivered in the afternoon, scheduled me for 4:00, installed and aligned and oil changed by 5:00. One day, my dashboard started alarming me that my Hood was open. When I brought it to Weber, it had been looked at by another shop with less expertise in the field. Unfortunately, they disconnected a cable and Weber wasnt able to pop the hood open at all due to their mistake. Long story short, they tried to find a workaround for hours to get it open & kept me informed the whole way.I was floored when they went above & beyond to talk to a body shop that worked on my car after an accident back in July. They were able to find a way to open my hood and get the work covered under warranty. Suffice it to say I was so nervous about this whole ordeal, and Weber made things easy. They replaced my hood latch that included the broken sensor. Beyond that - they are actually continuing communications with the body shop to try & get me a reimbursement through insurance. After investigating, they informed me this is probably a delayed result from my accident. What life savers!I am SO grateful to Weber and their amazing team for the fast fix, communication, and continued effort. I will NEVER take my car anywhere else!

The service at Weber Automotive is fantastic! They were really honest and helpful, and Id like to especially thank Mary and Jason for all their kindness. Im very happy I decided to get my car fixed here, and I will definitely be coming back here next time I experience any car troubles.

Let me begin this by saying that Weber Automotive did, eventually, fix my car. However, I have never experienced such terrible customer service before a place like this. I brought my car in during March due to a cylinder misfire. It took one week for Weber to contact me regarding the main issue with my car. I then proceeded to wait weeks for them to fix my car, all while having to borrow one of my parents cars since Im not old enough to rent a vehicle. Weber informed me about their rental cars well into the repair process, but after they found out that I’m not old enough to rent one for insurance reasons, the offer was never made again. My car is a foreign-made car, and I understand that it takes time to remove the parts of the car in order to clean and repair the cylinder. However, every time I would call for an update (after a long period of no communication), I was told they were working on it, or, if no progress had been made, there were emergencies that kept coming up. Sometimes I was unable to connect with my service advisor Jason, and was told that I would get a call back that never came. I was not looking for daily updates, but I would much rather hear that there were no new updates from someone than just assume everything was business as usual” when I heard nothing.When Weber finally fixed the first issue with the cylinder (cleaning and resealing), Weber told me they had to replace the exhaust valve, and raised the quote substantially from what I was initially quoted (the new quote was now approximately $3500). I waited weeks to finally be told that they were close to putting everything back together. When they did reassemble my vehicle, they put it together incorrectly, causing another three weeks of waiting for my car to be returned. This is something that Weber admitted fault but never apologized for. When my car was finally fixed in June, I was shocked to find that the final price was even higher than the last quote (now $4300). When asked why, I was told that Weber had to perform additional service not in the initial quote. Weber also recharged my air conditioner and replaced the oil, and then charged me for these services I did not request. I understand that these are services that needed to be done, but they and the prices for them were never mentioned. Every single time I contacted Weber, I was assured that the ~$3500 quote I was given had not changed. This was not the case in the end. In hindsight, I should have received a quote in writing rather than over the phone, but I felt that I could trust a place that promotes Honest and Fair Auto Repair in their title. In total, I waited thirteen weeks for my car to be fixed, putting strain on my family for borrowing their car. I have never experienced such awful service from a company. I would be extremely cautious about taking a car there ever again, because nothing about this place seems “honest” or “fair.”

Prior to blowing out my tire I had Christmas and car repairs that had depleted all of my savings and then I have a tire go out on the turnpike and I fear the worst that I’m going to be end up paying for a new tire possibly a new rim there was also damage to my wheel well. I was for front with them telling them the budgetI was working with and I was pleasantly surprised that this didn’t even come close to the budget I had set forth. Their superior quality service and knowledge of parts accessories and my vehicle was off the chart. What is priceless is good people that are trustworthy honest and loyal to their customers. I will come back to them anytime I can based on the strength of this first impression with the satisfaction in customer Service & Quick quality work that I received.

Ive used a number of repair shops over the years. I never felt like I was ever getting great service. I also never felt like I could trust the repair shop. I never spoke to the same people and never felt like there was any kind of consistency in the level of service and price. That all changed when I met the team at Weber Auto! I know that when I take my vehicles to Weber Auto they will give me the straight scoop. I will get my repair done right the first time and at the right price. I trust Weber Auto and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality repair work.

Would recommend Weber Automotive. Recommended by my sister and her husband. They have done 2 major repairs on our truck and the price seems fair and the quality of their work is good. My only complaint is both times the work took longer than expected - 3+ days but they did offer us a loaner vehicle for no extra charge. I also agree with previous post that they dont try to sell you something that you dont need. Also their inspections seem thorough, not just a quick glance to see if your fluids are topped off. I have 235,000 miles on my truck and I count on Webers to keep it going strong.

I first started with Bryan Weber 7 years ago with just an oil change. Since then, Ive been taking my cars to Bryan and Tony ever since including my 1995 Chevy Z28, which Bryan did an engine rebuild and took it from 275 hp to 650hp. The new shop is very nice and everyone there treats you like family. I highly recommend Weber Automotive for all your auto repair needs.

My oil change was done here at Weber automotive. This is a very professional establishment. The job was done and I was able to drive away knowing I had clean oil.

They did some some engine work on my 01 Impala, replacing the upper and lower intake manifold gaskets, everything was repaired quickly and correctly. The price was reasonable for the work being completed. During the repair the mechanic texted me pictures of other items of concern so I could see what he was talking about and asked me if I would like those fixed as well. I was also traveling while the repair was being done and they let me keep the car on their lot for several days after the repair was completed until I returned home.

A friend told me about Webers 4 years ago. My first visit cost me $90 and saved me a bundle compared to what a dealer want $1300 for a job that was not needed. Later I bought 4 new tires there and have taken my car only there for repairs every since. They take you in on time, do only what needs repairs, check out your car to see if everything else is OK, price is right, employees are competent and friendly and as you can probably tell---I recommend Webers highly. Only one small problem, their new service station is further from my house. But I will gladly travel that far for their excellent personal friendly service

I had an appointment for a front end alignment on my 65 Dart. Everything went timely and the work was done perfectly. The technicians are professional and friendly. The shop is spotless.

I have used Weber Automotive for a variety of things including when my car was damaged in a car accident. they handled the mechanical issues and the body issues. they gave me a loaner car to use and the service and communication was outstanding.

Beware, this place charges you 60.00 just to look at your car, and give you a estimate! They call it a inspection, nothing but a rip off....go somewhere else to have you car looked at for a free estimate and then make your decision....ONCE AGAIN RIP OFF!!!

I had my car repaired this week at Weber Automotive and I am very pleased with the work. The engine was running poorly. I also thought that maybe I needed the transmission flushed as it sometimes would not shift right.The car did need a new coil pack which solved both problems; no need for the transmission flush.The quality of service you will receive here is top notch. If they say it needs to be done...it does! You can depend on Weber Automotive to treat you fairly!

I have been bringing my cars to Weber Automotive for about 10 years. They have helped me to keep a 93 Pontiac Sunfire, 05 Mercury Montego and now a 08 Honda Element reliably running on a budget. I passed my Montego down to my daughter and its still running with over 260,000 miles on it! Dealing with car repairs is always the worse and even though I love Weber Automotive, its always a tough pill to swallow when you have to pay for unexpected repairs and deal with the inconvenience but the team at Weber Automotive makes it so much more tolerable - they are all friendly, professional, offer a loaner car to minimize the inconvenience and are extremely transparent and up-front about all costs you can expect. I have a classic 1971 Corvette, it needed a front end alignment, new front tires. Took the car to Webers, told them whenever you get around to doing the work is ok with me. They mounted the tires, did the alignment, and also found the shifter needed some attention as it was a little sloppy and a little hard the shift. They took their time, replace some of the bushings in the shifter, tightened it up, adjusted it, and the car shifts perfectly, runs straight as an arrow down the road. I could not be happier. It does not matter if your car is a classic or an everyday driver. Webers will take the same care and pride in their work.

I needed new rear break, oil change and dirty transmission fluid flushed and filled with new. I cant say enough great things about Bryan, Mary, Tony and the crew! Highly recommend for all your car maintenance needs!

Ran over a ladder going 60 mph on 480 (who leaves a ladder on 480? You must have heard that fall off your truck. Seriously.). Ended up cracking my radiator. Everyone at Webers was extremely friendly, and the work was reasonably priced, and they were very flexible with my schedule on when to pick it up. And fast!

If google allowed a rating of zero I would rate zero. Finally someone stepped up to the plate. I agree 110 percent with Chris. For the last couple months i have been so hesitant with writing my response. The first time i took my daughters car to Weber automotive they told me that the car wasnt going to be drivable and it was detrimental and unsafe to drive. for the last couple months my daughter was terrified of driving because of the notes and repairs they left after getting a simple fix. I took my daughters car to a mechanic not far from where i reside and they assured me the car was in good condition and in fact was drivable and safe. This shop down the street from my house fixed only what was necessary to fix. Weber automotive quoted me an enormous amount of money for repairs that werent necessary. Being a single father that takes care of my daughter i found this impossible, my daughter was in tears because she thought i bought her a dangerous car after she graduated. Thank God for the honest auto shops out there. It inst necessary for Weber automotive to scare people in order for there business to strive and make money. What they did wasnt right, and im so glad people are coming foward and revealing how dishonest and expensive this place is. Your better off going to conrads even tho they are expensive atleast they are honest. I find it just suspicious that reviews started coming in right after chris left an honest review. I have been using Weber for about 5 years now. They are in my neighborhood and it was a very convenient location to have my cars serviced. Once I started using them for routine service and developed trust, I started having them do some more complex jobs that I couldnt complete myself. I cant say enough good things about their mechanics, Tony and Pete. These guys are very skilled techs who really know their way around cars. They are both very well educated mechanics who are up on the latest tech in new cars and can also work on older, more rare vehicles. I have seen everything from Mercedes, Audi, BMW to old hot rods and American muscle cars in the shop. They will also work on the normal, mundane stuff that most of us drive on a daily basis. Where these guys really shine is their ability to acutally trouble shoot a problem without throwing parts at it. They are skilled enough to properly diagnose an issue without wasting a lot of your time and money. They are both very honest guys who wont try and sell you a job you dont need. They will suggest things that they think I may need and prioritize the issues. Usually if they make a priority recommendation, I have so much trust in them I will go ahead with the job. I personally feel these guys are two of the best, well rounded mechanics that I have used anywhere. They make Weber Automotive truly a great place to get routine and complex service. I dont want to forget Mary, their service writer and office manager. She is a great lady with fantastic communication skills and a dynamic personality. She is a consumate professional and it always is a pleasure to see her. She really rounds out the operation. Overall I have always been very satisfied with Weber Auto. I have 4 cars and I have been using Weber for about 5 years now, needless to say I see them frequently. We have a long history together and a great relationship. I cant recommend these guys highly enough. I have completely ditched the dealer in favor of Weber, where I know I get treated better in all respects.

Outstanding performance and customer service have repeated 4 times ... open and honest

Evan though I had Two cars under warranty That were inspected for warranty work the Toyota dealer missed it twice .I took one car into Weber Automotive about a year ago and they found a serious problem the dealer missed. I traded that car in and bought a new Highlander . That car had a problem that the Dealer diagnosed as nothing wrong Weber took parts of two days and found the problem . They even doubled checked Toyota Bulletins and found the recall notice .You cant get much better than that .

Its always good to deal with an honest, capable, quality company. Ive known Brian over 20 years, mechanics Joe and Pete for a long time, and always know Im getting first-rate work from knowledgeable mechanics who will explain all work to you.

I am a repeat customer with 3-4 vehicles I bring in. Always knowledgable and fair, with efficient turn around. Plus they have a courtesy vehicle if you need one.

I have had repair services and maintenance on my van and my sons car over the past few months. The service techs are very helpful and their work is of Superior quality. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs or maintenance on their automible.
