This is a top quality dealership and service center. I brought my Smart Fortwo for a comprehensive evaluation and service. They took care of everything and provided a detailed report for the work that was needed and completed. Cost was very reasonable and everyone at the dealership was professional and pleasant.

Mercedes Benz of North Olmsted has the best service of any Mercedes dealership around including Lieken and Bedford. You get an appointment much faster than the other dealers, especially with the Mercedes Sprinters. I drive over 20 miles further than the other dealers just to get to North Olmsted for some real SERVICE!!

WARNING FOR TRANSPORT COMPANIES. I DID MY JOB ONTIME AND 0$ FOR RESPONSE NON PAYMENT. WHO ARE BUYING ANY CAR IF THEY WANT TO EXTRA PAY FOR SHIPPING DONT DO THIS. SIMPLE PAY ON DELIVERY. BILL SCHWARK NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL.

Avoid. First time we went in, they tried to charge us $600 for routine maintenance we didnt need as the car had the exact same services completed several months earlier when we bought the car used. Most recently, there was a battery warning going off so we took it in. They charged us $350 for a routine battery replacement. To get to $350, you have to charge the absolute tippy top of the price range for batteries and then also $100 for install. Know how long it takes to change a battery? Five minutes. So apparently these clowns charge $1,200 per hour of labor. Criminals.

Matt was awesome through my whole transaction. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and he made purchasing a car from a distance trough this whole COVID situation a breeze. I could not be more happy with my purchase and the people who helped. I highly recommend them if youre in the market for one of their vehicles.

Stay away from this dealership if you need to fix your car out your pocket!!! Took my 2016 gl63 there for alignment and some other stuff, after I picked it up vehicle was driving down the road and pulling to the right and the wheel was not sitting straight. Turned around and went back. Told that to Cody in service, they turned my vehicle around without changing and shop forman came out to talk to me. He gave me a paper saying that I probably need a new steering rack. He told me that the alignment is spot on. I asked him why is the vehicle is driving and pulling to the right. He told me that there is a very sensitive sensor in the steering rack and thats probably what tells the vehicle to steer to the right when its not working properly. I left the dealership. Parked the vehicle for 2 months and did not drive it. I listed it up for sale, got a client for it but the alignment was still needed to be addressed. I took it to a different shop and gues what. The alignment was off front and back. After the guy did the alignment the vehicle drives like it should!! I went back to the benz dealership and asked for a refund. Service manager told me its not happening.I asked him, is thats the way they treat customers? He told that they did everything right. He talked to me like I was a dog. I went to talk to Matt the manager. I explained to him what happened, he told me that he will look into it and let me know. He called me back same day and told me same thing i herd from others. He said no refund will be given, but he offered me a $100 credit for next service! Lol!! They didnt do the alignment charged me almost $300 and kept telling me that they did it. And thats how they treat their customers!!! I mean customers because I bought a $70k benz from them and my brother and our friends did to which we referred to them! Now I know how they do business and they are no longer are getting my or my familys or friends!!! People need to know what they do so they can decide should they go them or not!!!
