I will never go to this place ever again or will I recommend it to anyone. They are NOT friendly and the gentlemen at the front desk is very rude. They had my car almost a week and never got in touch with me to inform me they were not going to be fixing my car. I paid my deductible up front in cash and when I want my deductible refunded to me all I get is the run around and a horrible attitude from staff. Very bad company very bad service.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, let’s start from the beginning. I was in an auto accident where the front of my vehicle was damaged somewhat extensively but nothing mechanical, only cosmetic. Gerber replaced the front end bumper and driver side quarter panel, and drivers headlight and grille. They also had to paint quite a bit. So after I received my vehicle for the first time there was a significant amount of issues already, they left sand-marks all over the front of my hood and there were nicks in the brand new bumper and quarter panel they just put on, also put the wrong bow tie on my vehicle, then after picking up the second time there is an annoying rattle in the front end while driving between 30-80 MPH, Gerber didn’t want to take the time to raise the vehicle up to find the issue and then after bringing it back a 3rd time for correction the general manger just refused to work on the vehicle until I took it somewhere else to identify the issue and then he would decide if it was gerbers screw up. The vehicle is a 2018 with less then 6,000 miles that was in IMMACULATE condition prior to the accident and they never returned it to that condition. I’m aware that gerber is recommened as one of their express shops by geico car insurance because that was how I got stuck with them. Word of advice. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. Go elsewhere and thank me later.
