It was the worst brake job I have ever paid for. I saw the name brake masters and had high expectations.immediatly I heard squealing coming from the brakes, several weeks after the brake job I experienced extreme shutter when braking above 40 mph. I pulled off the tire and inspected the brakes. the caliper pins were fused into place having not been lubricated. the lack of lubricant caused excessive heat and the brake rotor to warp. the squealing was caused because they never applied lubricant to the back of the pads. I had to replace everything and pay for the brake job twice because the masters at brake Master cant watch a 10 minute YouTube video on the proper procedure for servicing brakes. zero stars dont go here.

Phenomenal staff. Very professional and walked me through every part of what my car needed. Quick and efficient when delivering on when the car was said to be done. Would highly recommend you get your car looked at here.

I went the this location to do my brakes. I heard great things about this location. A and A Auto on Centennial said I needed new brakes and rotors. Apparently I did not need new brakes. They are perfectly fine. I saved myself $600+ on unnecessary repairs. I highly recommend this location if you need anything done on your vehicle. I am coming back here.

I was recommended this place by Discount Tire after getting replacement tires. They said I was in need of an alignment which they told me if I go and say Discount Tire recommended me, it would only cost $49.99.I arrived on a Tuesday around 12:40 PM and saw only 1 other customer waiting. I talked to Joe, the man behind the counter who said itd be about 20 minutes to bring my vehicle in, and then about 30 minutes to do the alignment. I said I would have no problem waiting.As of this review, 4 other people that came in after me have already had their vehicles done and it is now 2:50 PM, over 2 hours later.Just talked to Joe who said my vehicle is on the rack and after the alignment it should take no more than 30 minutes to complete.Im giving them til 3:15 PM then Im going to take this review from 4 to 2 stars. Quality or not, you dont tell someone who is willing to wait for a brief period of time that something will take less than an hour when it ends up being over 2 hours.Im becoming convinced that this is one of those places where customers that pay full price get priority and anyone getting a discount gets shoved back for over 2 hours.They finished at 3:17 PM, with no I do apologize or To compensate we decided to take off... just a Thanks for your patience. I will not be using again.

Discount Tire recommended that we come here to get our brakes checked as they had been grinding for some time. Nestor had a super busy schedule but was really kind in working us in as we are from out of town and were just on our way out! He was also very honest and fair with us as well, not trying to charge us for more than what was necessary at all. Super great service. Would definitely recommend this shop!!

I had the best experience at Brake Masters. Joe was unbelievably helpful, professional, fair, and honest. I first went there for a tire alignment and then went back for an AC repair. Joe was able to give me the best price possible (which was much better than the other pervious quotes from I got from another mechanic) and he made sure that my car was in tip-top shape. I highly recommend anyone to go visit Joe for their car repair needs. The staff was great and I plan on visiting them again for any of my future car services.

Second time coming here for an oil change. Nestor worked with me on additional work that needed to be done and broke it down for me as cars arent my forte. I understood the work they were going to be doing and the cost.

I called in for brakes and oil change. They were able to schedule me a last minute cancellation appointment and got me right in! All of the guys there were super friendly to me, my 3 year old son, and my fiance. Especially during the long usual wait time. Price was great considering what I had done. I would recommend them and I will definitely be coming back.

Took my truck in for a brake check because they were starting to make noise and stick. I was dreading the costs. They got me right in. Instead of trying to sell me work I didn’t need like most garages, they are honest and said my brakes were in great shape. They took care of the sticking pads and sent me on the way. No more brake noise today. They would get five stars except when I went to pick it up the guy behind the desk wasn’t wearing a mask (we are still in a pandemic with soaring numbers).

Visited BrakeMasters on a Saturday without an appointment for issues with my brakes. I got my car back within 5 hours of dropping it off. They were up front with the pricing prior to completing services, so no surprises when I went to pay. They found issues that Big O had overlooked not once, but twice. And, with a lifetime warranty on pads, I think it was a very reasonable price.

I had an alignment done on my truck. My first visit and it was great. In and out in 45 minutes, my truck drives fantastic. I highly recommend this place.

EPIC SERVICE! Honest! Military Discount 10% Off parts.On the phone I set up a $1300 bill including parts from out of state. Later to be told that the problem was smaller than I thought and didnt require the new parts ordered. My car had already been fixed at a $200 ticket! I know other shops who would not have been so honest! Thank you Jeff, his team, and Break Masters.

They were knowledgeable about their profession but it took 2hrs for them to inspect my brakes to tell me there was little they could do about the grinding noise.

Stay away from this shop!!! These guys will mess your car up and be in denial after they admit to it. The biggest mistake is trusting these guys with my muscle car that they purposely/negligently tried to ruin. Do not leave your car here overnight! Parts magically disappear!! Jeff, Nestor, Rich, David, and Dennis are the so called mechanic you will deal with. They will lie and bill you about services they so called did!! Complete scammers!!!

I thought this place was wonderful. They did a very thorough and complete inspection on my whole car. I only came in for a brake check so that was cool. They werent pushy at all and the whole check was free. After I get paid I will definitely be coming in. Also the whole staff was SUPER friendly. I had my 3 kids that Im a part time live in nanny for, and the manager gave them cookies he had made.

They did a good job changing my brakes however the next time I had my tires looked at I was informed one of my lug nut studs was stripped, wouldn’t recommend going here since it’ll cost $100 or more to fix now.

Rich is an honest man and will take care of any repairs. Definitely will be going back for any car needs. Would definitely recommend!

Great shop with good, honest guys. Didnt feel like I was getting the shaft. Everything was quoted and laid out and my total at the end matched my quote. Fast work and my cars brakes feel great. No mushiness or sounds. Its not harder to push the pedal. Absolutely perfect work and will definitely be bringing my car back there next time.

After going to three different places for brakes I walked away feeling like I got a fair shake.The manager was super cool cannot remember his name but I got an honest estimate for once. They just wanted to do what I asked and did not try and pull crazy up selling or pitching overpriced warrantiesThere was no high pressure sales and they called when the job was done and that was it.Based on this after having so many other places tell me I needed new rotors ( on my nearly brand new car ) Brake Masters gave me none of that nonsense.I will return hopefully anyone reading this gets a similar experience.

I got quoted a very low price for a very small job. Showed up and it was a little busy so it took a little longer than I thought it should have. So I thought for sure there was absolutely no way they were going to honor the same low price they quoted. But sure enough, they absolutely did, and they still inspected the vehicle and let me know of other areas of concern like every other shop does. These guys were straight shooters and did a good job. I will definitely consider going back for future assistance.

This is the first time coming to Break Masters #192. I was given a quote before any of the work was completed. My car had an oil leak which they physically showed me. I went to Brake Masters today because another mechanic shop told me I needed brakes, they said I had 10% brakes left on the front and back pads and said I needed to get brakes pretty quick. So today I went to Brake Masters and Jeff & John took care of my Suburban right away. Not only did they get my truck up in the air in 10 minutes but they found that I have 50% brakes left on the back and 30% on my front brakes. I love when you can go somewhere, especially a mechanic and you get nothing but honesty. I will definitely be returning to them when I do need brakes. Ladys I totally recommend this place to women. After pep boys told me I needed back brakes I took it here because I had some issues with pep boys. So they looked at the back brakes and explained everything to me. Turns out I didnt need back brakes yet and pep boys was just trying to get money from me. These guys have totally won my business. They are honest and buget frendly. You wont get it for free but they arent going to kill you either. If you need work on your car. I recommend taking it here.

They never try toUpsell you services you dont need, unlike Goodyear across the street. They have always fixed my issues for a decent price. They are not the cheapest in town. Ive been to just brakes and have had to have my brakes redone in a year. Not at Brake Masters. Excellent service and brakes.

Full of doodoo! Took my car in for breaks $300 later my car is squeaking and making noise its never made before and they claim they didnt do anything. I would sue them if filling a court claim didnt cost as much as my back breaks and I had the money because now I have to drive to L.A for a mechanic I can actually trust!!! Over and over again they claim they rotate the tires when I get an oil change and I catch them lying every time because I mark the tires. I check my truck out before I leave. One time they forgot to put the oil fill cap back on. Every time I go there I wonder if Im going to get ripped off or deceived. I change my own oil now and trust a guy at Circle of Friends auto to do the big stuff like timing belt replacement.

Ive always driven by them, I never had a reason to stop there until today. I read some of the reviews on here and they were spot on. They are a non-commission shop, very honest and they dont sell you things you dont need. Ernie and his guys are awesome and they dont do only brakes. They do everything but tires. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing a estimate or work done on their vehicle in the North Vegas/Craig area.
