Spencer (Owner) is awesome! It was quite busy time for the shop but I needed repair my Little Honda after someone totaled my minivan. Unfortunately for this shop, he gave quote to my minivan damage using his time, but as I said, shop have to release it to the insurance for nothing... then, I showed my little Hondas cosmetic issue, and I explain I needed this for daily use for my family purpose at this moment, to go to church etc, then He finished it for me within the time frame(before the weekend) I wished, and paid just right compensation for it. I recommend this shop to anyone !!

I usually do not post reviews but Fantastic Finishes did an amazing job on my 2018 Jeep Renegade. Spencer was exceptionally professional and took the time to explain everything that needed to be done. Everyone did a fantastic job meeting the deadline as promised and the work done showed they truly cared about my Jeep. Spencer, made all of the arrangements for a rental car and worked with my insurance company to get the ball rolling quickly. Needless to say, excellent quality of work and my car looked brand new when the work was finished. I would definitely recommend this shop. Should I need any work done on any of my vehicles again, this will certainly be the place I will take them.

Someone rear-ended my friends car and her neighbor recommended she take it to Fantastic Finishes. My car was totalled three days prior to her accident so she told me if I paid for the repairs I could keep the car. Spence said the repairs would be completed in about two weeks. I was so happy when he called earlier than expected to let me know the car was ready! The work was completed in a timely and professional manner. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs repairs. My Nissan Altima looked like a brand new car after they were done fixing it. Im so thankful my neighbor suggested Fantastic Finishes to us...their name says it all!

Got rear ended just off the Strip. No apparent damage but wife wanted it checked just in case. Caliber Collision was incompetent the one time we gave them a chance. Wife glanced at the review score here and thought wed bring it here.They seemed cool when we dropped it off. At that point, they DID NOT TELL US that there would be a surcharge for a credit card payment. They have a cool system where you can track the progress of your car in real time and the lady at the desk seemed nice. The location was hard to find on Google Maps but its right next door to where Google thinks it is so no big deal. At this point, theyre getting 4-5 stars.Went to pick it up today and go to pay with my DEBIT CARD (NOT a credit card). They tell me theyre charging a 5% surcharge for paying that way. The lady politely asked me if I wanted to go get cash. I felt ambushed. Who walks around with 370$ in cash anymore? This was a conversation to have with me when I dropped the car off NOT when I went to pick it up. So I just paid it and drove off with a bad taste in my mouth. The bill was 350$ + 5% so 367.50$ Their bill isnt itemized to show that they charged a surcharge or itemized in any other way either. 3 stars.Came home and Googled a few things. The maximum surcharge theyre allowed to charge on a CREDIT CARD is 4%. By law. You can not charge a surcharge on a debit card. The average surcharge that a retail brick-and-mortar business pays when a customer uses a credit card is 1.9 - 2% for Visa. If youre going to charge a surcharge, you have to tell the customer when the transaction begins. You have to itemize that surcharge separately. So that feels slimy and maybe even illegal? 2 stars.So I dug into their 55 reviews as of right now. 3 of the 55 people have the last name Kaghazi, including the owner Spencer Kaghazi. 34 of the 55 people have either one or two reviews. Ill let the reader decide whether any of that seems like review score manipulation. I personally dont believe in coincidence. 1 star.By the way, credit where credit is due. The repair itself, they did a good job and they did it in a reasonable amount of time. 2 stars.

The wife had an incident and dented her brand new car. Had someone come to the house to repair the dent - unsuccessfully. Sent a picture via text and were quoted a price and estimated time. Amazing work, great communication! Ray and the crew go above and beyond. They demanded that my insurance company use OE parts (they originally wanted to use slightly used parts). I had the opportunity not once but twice to get cars fixed at Fantastic Finishes. Both times, the cars were finished on the dates i was told and with great detail! When i inspected the work performed it was above my expectations ( they even showed me old parts) the work was done with great quality. Not only did i use them again, i recommend them to all my networking friends. I even called them when i had tire problems (unrelated to their business and they referred me to someone, called them and got me a 20% discount now how is that for service ! A friend of mine had recommended me to this shop after I rear ended someone and destroyed my front bumper😅 it was my first accident and my first time in an Autobody shop,the staff was very friendly and straight forward, they made sure to help me out and understand the process and on top of it all it was done within the week! My car broke down mid October because I got hit by someone and my insurance company recommended another body shop, but I decided to listen to my friend that recommended me to this Fantastic Finishes Auto body. This is the first time Ive had an accident and the staff was very friendly and helpful! They even gave me a website to look at to see the daily repair. Once I got my car back, it was as good as new! It looked exactly how it did before and the color matching was unbelievable! Hopefully I dont get into an accident again, but if I do, I will definitely be returning here. I highly recommend it to my friends and family.

Someone run a red light and hit my, so I went there to fix my car, I will say they know what they are doing and I was happy with the results.

I had the side of my car damaged and was very lucky to find this great shop. The work was done in a timely manner, the work on the body was immaculate, and they even detailed the interior.Driving around with the outside and inside of my car looking terrible wasnt an enjoyable feeling. When I saw my car in the condition they returned it in I almost shed a tear, it was like I was on an episode of Pimp My Ride.

They took my fenders off and all my front end to restore, they do match color paint nice and clean, they make sure to leave everything as brand new after all the hard work they did, highly recommended, definitely I’ll comeback whenever something need to be done!!

My insurance company recommended me to this shop for my car with severe damage they put on the estimate to use after market parts. The guys their did me a huge favor and recommended to use new ones and on top of that they gave me LIFETIME warranty. I would not hessate to use this shop they are fantastic! And their name says it all!

The man Spencer was so not professional he was rude yelling at me and claim he was helping me.how then claim he was GONNAGive me some money fix stuff on my car I dont believe he fixed and on top of that never showed me all this other stuff he said he was fixing then was worried about the money I got back on my claim I would not recommen nobody for this place of Spencer say he gonna make some money and you 2 run

I LOVE FANTASTIC FINNISHES!!!First thing I was so suprised to see how I was treated as if I were VIP and not like another file in on their to do list. They genuinely care about making sure I was a very happy customer, which they did! I will always recommend them to anyone. They truly did a wonderful job on the paint and bodywork. Not only that, they went above and beyond as far as customer service goes! I could not have possibly been more impressed with the services they provided me.

I would have gave them all 5 stars but like the insurance company said they are not organize they told them that my Vehicle would be ready on Nov 30 but it wasn’t they failed to call them to let them know that they had to order a Sensor as well as the Supplement so due to that they told me they wasn’t going to cover my rental because they failed to do their apart make a long story short she felt bad for me so she said she will cover the rental but not my bank fees so I called the body shop to let them know what she said I told the owner it’s not my fault so why should I have to be stuck with all these Overdraft fees mind you my bank is charging me $2.50 a day because of this he told me to go to court and sue him and hung up in my face that’s is not business like how could he leave me stuck with this when I’m not the one who failed to call the insurance company to Get the rental extended so know I’m stuck with these bank fees I wouldn’t Recommend them to anybody if you would’ve contacted the insurance company and told them The correct date as well faxed or emailed the supplement over you failed to do your job so they charged my bank account because your business was not organized telling the insurance company the wrong date my vehicle was going to be ready so yes you are responsible for the overdraft fees because you failed To communicate properly with the insurance company if you would have Communicated with the insurance company and did your job right the renal car people wouldn’t of hit my account I got pictures to prove you’re in the wrong just like the insurance company said your company is very unorganized she felt bad for me so she pay for the rental but not my overdraft fee And I didn’t spend anything I show proof that money was sitting in my account my insurance company drafted money out my account and I came with that money the next day 200 so if I spent it I would of came days later but I came the very next day with money in hand so miss me with the blaming me your company was Not organized that’s why Michael quit

I have been referring my trusted clients to these guys for years. My brother had his car painted by them and I have never seen them do bad work until they got to my car. The first time i went to pick it up from being painted, it was ok, but not ok enough for the price i was paying. It had bad blending and fisheyes in the paint. Then i went back to pick it up and there was a dent in the roof and scratches on the door. I wanted to cry and was literrally sick for the remainder of the day. The chrome above the rear door was literally hanging on for dear life. The paint that was supposed to match looked brown next to the factory black. The weather stripping around the windshield is destroyed. Half of the hood is a clear reflection the other half is wavy. What were they thinking???? Mark said he would take care of it but then call be 5 days later I get a call from Kevin saying that they are not responsible for it and to pay for the shaddy work they had done. I would really have to HATE someone to recommend these guys ever again. BEWARE!!!!

Very professional and high quality of work

This has been the worst repair shop in Las Vegas. I brought my car there working and picked up the car in pieces, motor was taking apart and thrown in my trunk, motor blew after they did not correctly repair my radiator, and left it with no fluids.They also stole my change, AUX cord, and my chargers. PLEASE DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR CAR!!! PLEASE PICK ANOTHER PLACE!! You have ever been warned to not go here!

This has been one of the worst shops in Las Vegas first of all I had to take my truck to get repaired because I was in a car accident .Micheal told me they were supposed to have it for 5 days and it was BS they had it for 16 days then to top it off they gave me my truck back worse then what it was then when I asked him why didnt they fix it the right way he was giving me the run arounds and attitude ... I DO NOT ADVISE ANY ONE TO TAKE THERE CARS TO FANTASTIC FINISHES INC, IT IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!
