Most professional and courteous auto service Ive used. They were upfront and clear on the work to be done and offered suggestions on what could be combined on my visit and what could be put off for a later time.There was a very angry woman ahead of me who wanted her service faster than what was agreed to. Since I tend to be a bit unreasonable at times it was good to know that these guys could remained calm, and professional as they explained the process and defused the stressful situation.I have recommended them to several folks in my community.

George was da bomb.....I walk in at 743am and my truck was in the rack to be serviced at 750am for an oil change.My truck was returned 30 minutes later and confirmed that I have a very good truck.I WILL BE returning to him to have all of my service done at his location.

It is frustrating to deal with some mechanics. It’s either a great experience or awful. My experience with this mechanic shop was mixed. I went for an ac discharge and was given prompt, good service, at a reasonable price. When I called to get it recharged I was given double the price and some attitude about how I had to have my system discharged. Before I could explain that I already had the system discharged, he hung up on me with a derogatory comment about our conversation. Customer service is hugely important to me. It’s up to you if you bring your car, I and my vehicle will steer clear.

I highly recommend this business! I took my car there because it is close to my house, for a smog certificate to register it. I found out it needed a catalytic converter and all 5 motor mounts! The price was out of my financial ability, and I have a low credit score and no credit cards. I am on Social Security with not much extra. so George set me up with special financing. It was so easy and he was kind enough to walk me through the process. I picked my car up yesterday and found out he had done a tune up checked all my fluids, and a complete 100000 mile checkup! So nice not to have all that vibration anymore. Thank you George for going the extra mile for me.

Worst customer service. The Manager at the front desk is rude. He makes it seem like they are the only repair shop and treats you with no customer service. Dude if you hate your job, quit & look for something different. Dont waste your time go somewhere else. IDIOT needs to realize that customers keep your doors open. They are scammers. You bring in your vehicle for something minor and then they tell you that you need replace every part with a hefty price tag.

Scammers! If i could give -1 star, Id gladly do that. Avoid at all costs! Thousands of dollars for nothing. The worst customer service and the worst mechanical services! The manager is awful! Look up their BBB rating - it is an F!!! I came to fix one tiny problem and appeared the whole car was jacked and no diagnostics were able to determine the cause. Avoid!!! Dont go there!!! If I could give negative stars I would. Took my car here for a smog check, gas tank was full. They had my car pretty much all day, stated it passed. When I got the car back it was at half a tank. They basically stole something from me! Or used my car as their own personal vehicle. Something shady is up with this place and I’ll never trust them with another one of my vehicles again.***Update*** after leaving this review the manager called us and cussed us out for it!! So be prepared when you’re honest in a review, they’ll use your information to harass you.

The guys here were /are awesome. On my way to work this morning my check battery light came on. I kind of already knew what needed to be fixed/replaced. So I called a place close to my job, and they quoted me a really high price to fix the issue.  So I called AA Auto close to my house, and they would not even give me a quote or estimate, so I called this AA Auto and asked for a quote/estimate.  They were able to give me an estimate and they were able to get me in the same day. I left work early and got there a few hours before they closed, Unfortunately my easy fix took longer then expected,  but all the guys were super nice and kept giving me updates on how it was going. They even stayed a few minutes after to get my car put back together so I could get my car back the same day.I would definitely recommend them and will be going back to them for  any other car issues, that I cant fix or dont have time to fix.

Im getting the 30, 60, 90,000 MI work done on it. Theyre going to change radiator fluid do the oil any of the fluids. Im also going to get the air conditioner recharged. They took me in very quickly.

I used to go to the aa auto closer to my house, until they changed management 3 times and I started finding rags and things left undone under my hood. avoid the one on centennial by circle k. The angry manager there will not do work same day and try to overcharge you for a halfway done job.This AA auto hooked me up BIG time. George and Ron were both helpful and explained everything my van needed thoroughly. They also checked everything under my hood and fixed everything the other aa auto screwed up. Also my van was done earlier than they said it would be and they test drove it.If you need any work done at a fair price, rest assured theyll do it right the first time and not screw you over.

Came in for a smog check. There was a technical difficulty going on due to the wind being strong. The crew explained and apologized about the situation, I appreciated the courtesy. (Update 4/5/21) I was offered a free oil change on my next visit by an associate who no longer works there. I was told the info would be saved on my account. Upon claiming my oil change, I was told their system was new and accounts were deleted. They have no knowledge of the free offer and wont honor it. Im in attempts of calling Corporate regarding this.

About a month ago I went to this location for an oil change. It was okay service, but when I went to check out, they said that I did not have any brakes at all. They freaked me out. They wanted $600+ to replace my brakes and rotors. I went to brake masters for a second opinion. They said my brakes were perfectly fine. Why do you do this? I really do not know. Apparently, they are known to scare women about their brakes for some extra cash. I will never come back to this location.

Dont go in this location. I already had a bad experience here before but I try to give this location another chance today since its really close to where I live but they failed me all the time. They always have a bad service. The person in the front desk should not be working that position. He is so rude. He doesnt have a customer service manners and doesnt have a good communication skills.I asked if I can get a smog test done. All he said was we are not doing smog test. I had to ask why. He added that the guy that does it is not there. I politely asked if he can check their other locations if they have someone that could do it. He rudely answered NO! We are not affiliated with them! We run things differently!So I went to the one on Craig and Losee instead. They are much nicer and have a better customer service. The lady in the front desk listened to my concerns. They are fast as well. My car got ready in no time.

The gentleman who initially checked me in was awesome but unfortunately the mechanic that I had give me the feel that he was trying to get over on ME. The mechanic I had to deal with was very rude refuse to work on my car because I could not afford something they were stating I needed done, come to find out I did not need what they were stating done to my car I will never go back there again nor will I refer anyone there.

I went in yesterday April 3, 2020 for a smog it was 1 1/2 hour wait which didnt bother me. Theres was no sitting inside which is understandable due to social distancing so I informed the desk clerk I would be sitting in my car til they were ready for my car. The technician come out and open the door and just get in which startled me in which I informed him of but he just carried on, didnt say I apologize or anything. No big deal. I understand their also a auto shop but I took my car for a smog nothing else so there was no need to look under my hood or nothing else, that bothered me a little but still no big deal because I was watching them the whole time, however when they were done with my car and I get in my car to leave and discovered there were things missing. Now that made me anger. That is very unprofessional and disgusting. I took my car in for a service and to be violated in that manner is ridiculous. They took items like hand sanitize and some things like which is probably not a big deal but to take something out of someones property who trusted you to do your job is very disgusting. I will definitely never go back nor recommend anyone to go there. If you go there I wont leave nothing of value or anything in your vehicle because it may come up missing.

Went in for a smog check this morning since its down the street from me. I told the employee I wanted a synthetic oil change and a smog check. He told me how much it was and I decided just to do the smog check. Im assuming hes the owner told me he cant do a smog check unless I get the oil change. Why wouldnt you have a smog technician there on Saturday which is usually the busiest day? So I left and went down the street to a different location. $10 for a smog check no issues no problem. DONT GO TO THE ONE ON LOSEE AND CENTENNIAL. They are shady. Ill never go there again. You lost my business.

Ive gone here twice, once for a smog check which was fast and simple and the second time oh boy. An oil change where they tried to tell me there was so much wrong with the vehicle. They told me that the air conditioning until was leaking, which I just used was working wonderfully and it was condensation, the brakes were rusting, I didnt see any rust and had to do a hard brake earlier that week, and that the transmission was broken, they didnt move the bumper or anything to see if it was broken. When I told them I would talk to my guy about it and they got aggressive about me getting it fixed with them and not going to my guy Ive been going to for years. The guy asked me You dont trust me? I just met this worker and that was the biggest red flag.I was talking to another lady before this and they soon started telling her that not only was she out of oil but had other serious thing on her vehicle. I told her to get a second opinion because her vehicle was a recent model and more or less warned her this place was a money grab and not a garage that looked out for their customers. These guys are taking advantage of unwitting customers mainly women to take more money from them without there being anything wrong with their vehicle.To anyone looking for a cheap and close location to their homes go elsewhere. These people are not looking out for you only their pockets. Cheaper is never better if you have to pay more for problems that dont exist.

They were not very informative on my vehicle I took it in for a smog and they tried to sell me brakes. I will probably not be returning here again. One of the people that was working now was not wearing a mask correctly. Maybe he just forgot.

The owner is a CROOK. He charges $9.99 for smog testing to trap you into his shop so he can tell you that your car has a major issue that needs fixing immediately. Then he mocks you when you tell him you will have your regular mechanic check it first. He told me my rear brakes were completely gone two days ago. The Toyota dealer told me my brakes were fine this morning and werent even close to needing replacement. Read other reviews for this shop to hear similar stories. AVOID THIS CROOK and pay another smog tester a few more bucks.

I took my car here to have some work done before my warranty went out. I specifically asked them to check my fuel pump, supposedly they did and it was fine. They kept my car for 2 days and then when I finally get it back within a week my fuel pump goes out. At this time my warranty is gone and they have collected $2k from my warranty company. Then want to charge $1000 to fix the fuel pump, no thank you. I will take my business elsewhere.

Today I stopped over at AA Auto Care I had three out of four engine mounts missing. I got my car looked at for free, they told me I had two broken mounts and it would cost only 350 to fix, this was amazing. They brought me to the car and showed me whats broken, and how important it was to fix it. They encouraged a second opinion and were very helpful. Definitely one of the best experiences I had with a mechanic. I got it fixed in two hours and my car is back to normal, very helpful mechanics. I am very thankful for AA Auto! Wonderful company, even better mechanics, definitely a five star company!

The worst experience Ive ever had at an automotive establishment and that means a lot from a person who purchased a new car that broke down a block from the car lot.I needed a simple smog check and I walked into the building to be greeted by 3 men with their feet up joking around. I barely made it to the desk when they told me they couldnt do smog tests today. I asked where else I could go for services, they shrugged. I pressed and they told me they dont know anything about their competition. I asked when can I come back? they also dont know.Turns out they have other locations in the same city. How lazy are you to turn away customers when you have another location close by. It was because they didnt want other employees knowing they werent working.Skip this location.Even if they are working on a day you go, I wouldnt trust them with your car.

Great place, under new ownership. The manager there, husk was a delight to work with! I went in to get my brakes repaired and he notified me of more serious repairs. Not only did he beat all the competitors prices, he even called around with me to try to find the lowest price. He warrantied all the work for one year and did a couple extra maintenance items on my vehicle free of charge! Will absolutely be coming back! Highly recommend!

This is the 4th time I have called before hand to confirm theyre doing smog checks, only to drive over there and be told that theyre not.The owner is rude to customers and his employees alike. He says (this time) that his Smog check guy suddenly quit. I dont find that hard to believe.If youre into crass treatment, being told opposite things on phone and in person, being condescended to, and having your time repeatedly wasted, then this place might be for you!Seriously though.. never, under any circumstances, would I go back to this clown shoes excuse for a business.

They gave me an estimate of a 15 minute wait for a diagnosis, i was there for an hour & a half, & the whole time the employees did not acknowledge me not once after they told me 15 minutes. i could see if they had better customer service & at least told me that time would be backed up. i also had something to do, if i was aware that it took that long i would have not let them continue on with the process.

Love these guys. They always take good care of me, take time to explain whats wrong with my vehicle and work with me on prices the best they can. Hutch has been extremely helpful to me every time I go in there. Thanks guys!

I was quoted one price for a repair and then AFTER they already had started working on it, told me it would be more. A lot more. We debated over semantics but the bottom line is, he should have inspected the parts first to make a determination they were the right ones (which they were) and if there was a discrepancy, he couldve simply told me he mis-quoted me and I would have gone elsewhere. The repair seems fine but Im not feeling confident about my experience there. I will say this, they did get me out quickly but the drama I went through, only to pay more made this a 2 Star experience.

The new management at this location is phenomenal Hutch is very respectful and honest. We had to get our fuel pump replaced and had a warranty on it and he fixed it with no problem. Thank you for such great service and honesty

Was calling to ask if they do Diesel smog checks. Before I even finished my sentence he said “we don’t have a technician we are not doing smogs” and then hung up on me. Super rude and they have a huge sign advertising the smog checks.

Gus (the manager) is very friendly and courteous. The whole team takes a positive attitude towards your issue. Sometimes they get very busy and it seems like they forget about you, but I actually spent a little time in the garage with them and they do focus on trying to solve tough issues. Gus will eventually call you when the issue is finally solved, but I myself would like updates when possible

Went to this shop because it was closest to where I live and I needed a smog last minute and Angel was the guy who helped me. He had great customer service skills and even took time to address some of the issues I thought my vehicle was having. I will definitely be recommending this shop to all friends and family.

The manager Hutch is an awesome upright guy. I blew my tire out yesterday and was panicking because I was late picking up a child. He originally was gonna charge to put on my spare but then waived the fee. And even went above and beyond and took me in his personal car to get my child off the school bus. They are amazing caring people. New management is great.

Firstly, polite and friendly receptionist and mechanics. That being said something is “off” with this place. I was quoted $1,200 for their recommended services. I went to a non-chain type of shop and the mechanic clearly showed me what was wrong with my water pump and quoted me a price under $400.

Horrible place to go to came in for smog never got my $89 back for my diagnostic now my transmission is gone after they put it through a diagnostic and said everything was all right ...so why my transmission gone all they want is money for things they cant fix...

I’ve taken both of my vehicles for a smog test only because the price was great and it was 2 blocks from my house. Ok any other place I’ve gone to for a smog was just a smog doesn’t matter if it’s at a stand or shop. I will no longer go back to this place as long as the General Manager who claims to be owner or what ever is at this location. Both times after my smog test I was handed 2-3 pages of things that supposedly needed to be fixed. I don’t appreciate that my vehicles were looked over like that without my permission. And then be spoken to like I’m expected to address all these “issues”. My $12 smog almost jumped to over $3,500 repair. Oh and to add I’ve never had a smog test take 30-45mins. Most of places take 10-15 if that for a smog test. So after my last visit this place will no longer have my business. Instead I’ll go down to Craig and Losee to Value Auto Service. Staff and management way friendly. AA manager could use a hard crash course in customer service!!!!!

Called ahead of time and got great customer service and prices matched what I was quoted when I got there. Cost me $24 for an oil change and they even waived the $10 fee for my canister filter. Only four stars cause it took a long time for an oil change

They say they close at 6pm. I came in for a smog check at 546pm and they said they were done for today. What a joke, no wonder they have a 3.4 star rating. I wouldnt count on them for your mechanical needs.

A bunch of scam artists! They failed me for a smog test and suggested a I get a diagnosis to have my problem fixed. After feeling shady about the situation I went to another place right after them and guess what??? My car passed the test!!! ON. THE. SAME EXACT. I used to love this place it was so good, been going here for a year, but apparently theyre under new management. Today i took my car in for an oil change, air in the tires, and for them to look at my brakes. They called me 10 min after i had left to inform me that my air filters are dirty. I told him that they were recently changed then he said well the cabin filter is bent. who ever changed it bent it trying to put it in. I informed him that Ive only ever taken this car to this shop and named their employee that did it. The worker got really irritable and said that that was old management and that hell just look at the records on my car. I waited another hour and they never called me back to tell me that my car is ready. When I called i was left on hold for 15 min until the call dropped. When I went in to pay they didnt go over anything with me like they used to. The guys would take me to the car and go over everything that that theyve done, no such service this time. They didnt even tell me anything about my brakes. Even after i asked all they said it that theyre a little worn down. I got in my car and they didnt even put air in the tires. Went back in and they told me to pull around the side to get some air. Around the side everyone just stared at me and kept expecting someone else to help me, finally someone asked me what i needed. This shop has gone down hill they really need to get the old management back. They dont even balance tires there.

Brought my truck in for a smog and that was it. The Manger came out and said it did not pass he said they needed to do a drive test. After an hour and a half he came back to tell me that it passed but needed a few more things done. I said no to him. I forgot to say when I brought my truck in it did not leak oil when I got home and park it the next day there was oil under it cant prove that they did any thing. When I called the Manger he that the truck had a lot of miles on. Wont go back

I brought my Ford F150 into have a standard oil change and was presented with nearly the exact same sales pitch used in other posts here. Myself having a lack of confidence in just any mechanic I declined, however, my concerns were met when I now find coolant leaking in large quantities under my truck. Sam, did mention my water pump and show slight leakage. My concern is... the location of my water pump is easily accessible and would be easily compromised with just a 1/4 turn of a couple bolts.Im not here to accuse anyone, but it is extremely coincidental that my truck now leaks mass quantities of coolant.One a side note, Purrfect Autos Yelp reviews have jumped from 2 stars to 3 stars. This is mainly because they are spearheading customers to post positive reviews. Your typical, Great Service comments should be dismissed. From what I have learned from my many years in school, is consumers will often tell one or two people of great service, however, negative responses will often be told to far more people. I dont come on Yelp and Google to write reviews, unless I am concerned I have been mistreated.To the owner, I truly hope my mechanic doesnt find that my bolts are loosened and that its simply my gasket and water pump. As for Sam, My brakes were worn (20% to be exact) This wasnt the case. I have the service records that show when they were last serviced and a second opinion showing these in good condition... Very concerning.

They dont have any professional mechanics. This is Perfect Auto Repair, same towel heads ripping people off. They couldnt diagnose their own head up their own ass! They will sell you parts you dont need and overcharge you at the same time. RIP OFFS!
