My engine was over heating I took it to them and parked it in their driveway. I told them it was overheating. They drove it even after telling them it’s overheating and after they witnessed fumes coming out of my hood. I let them replace the engine. They said 1900 for a new engine. I asked for a Japanese engine. “Ok that will be 2100” found out today that Online Japanese engines can fit in a 1992 Toyota Camry. Got hustled for another $200. Leaked ever since I left with that engine. Took back 7 times and their was always another excuse. Today I finally took it to a more honest mechanic. They found that it needed a oil tank gasket, leaking from head gasket, and other thing. It still needs a dye test to determine the exact leak. Owner said from day one “I will have no more problems with the engine”. 7 times I had to go back. Also he didn’t even want to give me a invoice for every time he did work on my car. Most likely that’s illegal. Today Another guy told me me that he was told that his engine would be new too. Turns out for the price he paid it was not new. He had oil leak after getting his engine done too. Stay away.

Went here to get my oil change. They gave me a fair price and did not try to up sale me. This in itself gave me the impression that they want you as a repeat customer. They also recommended a muffler shop to me that gave me a fair price. Good place to do business with.

They have taken great care of two different vehicles for me. Funding a trustworthy mechanic is beyond priceless!!

This was a referral from Mario @ Valvolin on Grand Montecito in Centennial Hills. ThankYou Mario!! First off- my 2008 Nissan Xterra has a NON WORKING AC unit! Right Now?!having to be .IN.THIS.114-116 DEGREE. HEAT.WAS.GOING.TO.KILL.MY.SON.&I SO- I met my (then) mechanic to have my AC unit flushed out (old air & build up out) so that the(previously on back order EVERYWHERE) freon can be put in & my AC would run cold. Well...a leak was discover while waiting for freon..so Mario was honest & told me save your $..I know a place called YOUR AUTO SERVICE on Craig & Valley..it may cost you, but hell get you right. I called near tears as I drove away. Spoke to a guy..I told him the issue, he gave me 2 prices..suggested I come right then or in morning..The heat wouldnt let me stay out any longer..so I was there @7:50am the next morning. (The cost was mortifying- I applied 4 financing) They worked on it for 8 hours..when I came to pick it up-We both sat in my car-with cold air blasting...He said bring it back to me in the morning, I want to get it colder for you..so that you will need a jacket. I drove it home w/NO PROBLEMS...dropped it off next morning... picked it up after work & as I drove away...the air blew so cold..I had to turn it down to the lowest setting!! I came in for an oil change and asked for an estimate to fix an intermittent abs light problem. The lead guy there said he used to own a similar truck and he took note of my worn front end parts . Upper control arms to be exact. The shop owner recommend changing them out and that it would probably fix the problem. It did fix the abs light problem. And I have a new mechanic. Thank goodness I didnt insist that he replace the sensors because the front end parts they recommended fixed it all by itself. Its hard to diagnose car problems. Flat tire easy. Leaking hose, easy. But an ABS light and their first instinct was right. Thank you 😊 my truck and I are happy.

I spent 1600 dollars to have my car fixed and have been there 3 time in the process and same issues have surfaced. Owner stated that he had a 5 star rating and just now realizing that it was one rating... I am highly disappointed with the service of having to keep going to a place for an issue that should have been fixed the first time. Had no problem taking my money... I had other people that needed their cars fixed. I will not be suggesting this inconvenience to anyone else. Having to stop everything and continue this hassle. Engine was smoking and misfiring. Do not take your car here. There were two other people that said the same thing and were very upset. I want my vehicle fixed or my money back. We came to a compromise over the issues.

Best automotive in Vegas. I have had nothing but problems with dealers. Car comes out in need of repair . this shop always helped me in anyway possible. Alex is the man to see Grate guy. Been honest and always under priced.

Amassing service and great prices. I had problems with my air conditioning. I took my car to a big car shop. They told me A/C compressor was bad and it would cost me around $2100. Then I took my car to here. The owner replaced the compressor for around $820. Theyre honest and dont try to push extra non necessary work on you. Its not easy to find mechanics that you trust.

Very pleasant place to get your car fixed on. I shall return!

This is the most upfront and honest shop I have seen in years . Having a automotive background I find Cal and Alex to be no nonsense straight shooters .You wont find better .

BEWARE- SCAM BUSINESSmy little sister brought them a vehicle because it was overheating.The radiator was full of muddy oil & water, they proceeded to replace radiator and flush. Charged her $1000.00 They Claim to be MASTER MECHANICS, yet even though it was OBVIOUS that the truck had a blown head gasket or worse, they continued with radiator job. i received a call from her shortly after they started, at which time i told them to stop the work because it wont help the problem and vehicle is not worth the repairs it REALLY NEEDED. They again stated WE ARE MASTER MECHANICS and we already started removing parts. just as i advised to them, the head is now cracked and she is stranded. I have operated a service based business in town for 27 years, and i have never sold someone something that would not fix the problem just to make a buck.This does not stop here, you will be reported to every authority and review site, including news station.THIS KIND OF BUSINESS PRACTICE NEEDS TO BE STOPPED.
