I forgot to take before pictures but my bumper was hanging off on the drivers side and it was damaged pretty bad. It was basically carved up, dented, and it was only a matter of time before it got worse from from driving with it like so. Before going to Pro Auto Body, I got a quote from LMS and it was ridiculously high. They used a computer to basically determine the parts I may or may not need, and the amount of time on each phase. Crazy...I was not going to Gerber because they were too expensive and I wasnt using insurance.I took my car to Pablo for a quote and I left there assured he was the one to fix it. He simply looked at my car with me and explained exactly how he was going to fix along with how long. He fixed the bumper and even took care of all the minor chips and scrapes from years of driving. You wouldnt even know the car was damaged at the bumper, its amazing. Did it in 2 and a half days for $480. Thats more than HALF the other quotes I received. Going back to have more small work done and telling everyone I know to go his way.

I also got a ceramide coating he has on special for 30 dollars. ***I will not mention the name of my insurance or the shop they recommended because I dont want give them publicity. All the 1~2 star reviews says it all about other body shops.***My vehicle got in a minor accident where I was able to drive to and from work. I took it to a shop the insurance company recommend prior to this one. The other car shop (they were atrocious) took 3 days to do an estimate, tore down our vehicle, then made un-drivable so they could call it a total loss. The costs of the damages were not worth the expense.So then we turned to this reliable body shop that we used for many years and fixed our vehicles in a timely matter without fail. This shop fixed the mistakes, cleaned up the trash, and wiped off the marking from the other shop that toredown my vehicle. Pro Auto Body LLC made the car run even better than ever.Pro Auto Body LLC gives you a bang for your buck. It is honest and trustworty, other places may try to overestimate and rip you off. We barely paid 2000 dollars for what was estimated to be OVER 9,000 (dollars in damages)!

I had to get a door handle replaced and the handle I bought was after market made in China... The plastic piece was very flimsy but Pablo was very patient and he found a way to transfer a piece from the broken handle so it would be stronger... he was definitely patient and I don’t think anybody else would have went the extra mile like he did... the price was reasonable and the overall experience was great... definitely recommend this shop

Best auto body shop Ive been to by far! I went to service king collision and they quoted me at $750 for a bumper replacement for a small bumper puncture. I talked to Pablo and he repaired the area, making it look better than new for $150. Quality work, highly recommend this place!!

PtoAuto Body saved us time and money when we brought in our van that had been rear ended. The bumper and back end was smashed. Pablo showed empathy towards me and my husband when we arrived in totally frustration and disappointment with the insurance company as well as other circumstances regarding the repairs. He explained what he could do and estimated the amount of time and money. He was right on point! We picked the van up the day he had estimated and saved hundreds. The van looks like factory repaired. That was a joke one guy offer $60 and that was the hardest code to find then another guy from the same place came and said it would $90 to find the problem plus several days to fix the problem. I WENT ACROSS THE STREET AND they FIX it IN ONE HOUR with the same codes that was stated

Let me start by saying that Pablo is a class act! He walked me thru the whole process, he was supportive and wry professional! After all the drama of having my brand new car hit in the front and then the fallowing morning I experienced a hit and run to the back, so to put it lightly the whole situation was pretty traumatic. i went into 6 places and I talked to at least 10 places to see if I could get some answers, since this was my first insurance claim and I had no idea how to do it... majority of the time I felt like I had to go home, take my makeup off put on a ball cap and put my boy clothes on to get some of these shops to even listen to me, let alone feel reassured that they would do the job I was looking for!!!! BUT I knew the moment I talked to Pablo I would be fine, and thats an understatement Pablo answered my questions before I even asked them, he then made my car look better than when I bought it brand new 3 months before!!!!! I had gotten into a fender bender and my insurance let me pick a body shop. I chose Professional Auto body based on reviews and location. I dropped my truck off to Pablo and he was kind enough to give me a ride to the car rental place. He took care of everything. Spoke with the Estimater and the Adjuster, put in for amendments to the estimate when he knew more was needed to do the job right and kept me informed. Not to mention my Ford F250 looks great! Cant even tell I had a fender bender.
