HANDS DOWN the absolute BEST automotive repair shop I have ever been to. Josh and his crew are great. Most importantly, he will NOT rip you off as many shops do in this town. I really cant say enough good things about this place. I have been taking both my cars there for years and have always been very, very happy with their work and their prices. I wouldnt even think about taking my cars elsewhere.

I recently was having issue with my cars electrical system (the fan would continue to run and drain the battery). After calling around, I found Wrench It Auto, and I was immediately interested in their free estimates because it does not seem to be the norm in the Vegas area.After taking a look at my car, I received a call from Josh explaining that the issue I was having with my car may be under recall, so I should check with the dealer first. I was very impressed with his level of honesty because it would mean him getting no money at all for the free inspection he just provided.Unfortunately, my exact car was not covered under the recall, so I did go forward with getting my car fixed at Wrench It. Josh spent some time trying to find the best possible deal for me and was able to fix the problem.I highly recommend Wrench It Auto. Originally from Michigan, I have not had many great encounters with mechanics in the Las Vegas area. This place is different. Josh does what he can to help the customers and sees them as people rather than an opportunity to make a quick dollar.

Wow! I am so glad to have found this place! This is like the old neighborhood mechanic - competent, fair, honest and friendly - Josh genuinely takes good care of his customers. I tried him out on a small job and then took him a much larger project and it was great. He told me what he had found, what could wait until later, and then even found a way to save me over a hundred dollars on one of the repairs - and did I mention he threw in some minor adjustments, just to be nice. Ive been lucky enough to have had a neighborhood mechanic in one of the other places I lived, and for me, there is just nothing like the peace of mind of knowing someplace you can get good work for a good price and not going to get cheated or talked into work you dont need. I saw him with some of his other customers and they all seem to like him, too (must be why all the 5 star reviews), he really seems like a great guy, and he sure runs a good business - HIGHLY recommend - hell be getting all my business from now on!

My car was towed and the towing company (AA Action Towing) ruined my car in the process. I brought it to wrench it because it sounded awful when I drove it and theyve been great, quick, and friendly when I get my oil changed and serviced. They were able to assess the issue and are working with me on getting it taken care of. Caring staff, hard workers, friendly atmosphere and always willing to take a look and help out even when busy for the day. Theyve got customers for life.

Ive been taking all my cars to Josh & Team @ Wrench It for years and have never had a bad experience! Always fair priced and super knowledgeable about all aspects of auto repair, even my classic car. Great place, took my car in and he told me theyll look at it.Couple hours later they called me back in and told me the issue and if the wanted me to have them order the part and how much it will be before i decided to continue or not.Told them the day i could bring it back in and they ordered everything they needed to fix my car. Took it in the day we discussed, he told me it would be done later the same day and once i picked it up paid the exact price he told me it would be.Awesome place and hopefully i dont need to go back but it i do these guys have my loyalty for sure!

Came to Josh a couple of years ago after Walmart busted my window. He did a great job then and after reading the reviews I came in for a catalytic converter code. Turned out it was a much simpler fix, coils and spark plugs! Thank you so much for making this a positive experience. I will return.

Weve been going to Josh at Wrench It for about a year now. I trust him. That means a lot when it comes to car repairs, especially when you are someone who doesnt know a lot about cars. Finally! I’ve been to so many shops in Vegas looking for fair, quality work. ANY chance I get I do my own work, but there are many things I don’t have the time, tools or knowledge to do. I found Wrench it on Yelp and went based on the high reviews. This shop earns their rating!!If you need a good mechanic, go see Josh. I have never recommended any other shop. I have already taken 2 of our vehicles in and recommended Josh to my neighbors.I had some issues on a an 89 Cherokee (it’s been a sentimental project the past 3 years) and Josh told me straight up the first day I met him his shop worked on a lot of older cars and it was no issue. He even took the time to show me the projects he was working on out in the garage.Not only did he fix my issues at a fair price, when we brought one of our daily drivers in for an oil change he gave me a fantastic deal since I was just in with the Jeep.Legit mechanics, honest discussions, fair prices and no BS. I’ll never go to anyone else.By the way I shouldn’t even have to say this but I’m a woman so it’s extra hard to find someone to talk to me straight when it comes to cars. Josh and team did a great job at a great value. They performed 2 repairs for us on 2 different cars this week. We were so impressed with the first job that we brought our other car in too. The first car had a power steering leak that the dealer wanted to charge $1000 to replace the power steering pump. Wrench It repaired the issue rather than replacing the entire pump. The 2nd car has not had AC for a couple of months. The dealer wanted to charge $3000 to replace the compressor. Wrench It was able to do it for $1000. In addition, the dealer charged us over $100 just to perform the diagnostic each issue. Wrench It didnt charge us a diagnostic fee. We will be bringing our vehicles here from now on. All over great experience. Josh almost immediately diagnosed the issue on my car and even took the time to explain it and show me why. He talked through possible routes to repair it and gave me his two cents when I asked for it. The repair was speedy, especially for coming in with no appointment. And the price was super reasonable. No BS and no usual mechanic shenanigans. The whole experience felt honest and genuine. I’ll be taking the car here from now on!

I took my 2008 van in because of my check engine light was on talk to josh he check it out and found a couple of other things that needed to be taken care of. On top of that he also had my van smog for me very very professional and very reasonable loved the quality and honesty that I received will definitely be going back took my van in at 9 had it back at 3:30. We are so impressed with Josh and his work. He came highly recommended by a trusted friend. He was able to get us in the morning after we called. He quickly contacted us with the diagnosis and cost which seemed very reasonable, and finished before the end of the day as promised. The work was done well, the vehicle was neat when we picked it up. We had a bad thermostat on our diesel truck and he suggested replacing both because most of the cost was to dig into the area and usually if one goes the other might too. We are extremely thankful for that. We actually had a glow plug go bad a few years ago; took the truck to the dealer; asked if they should replace all 7 and they said “No” and charged us a ton to replace one. Less than a month later another plug went bad and we had to pay all the labor costs again to get into it-that time they replaced the rest. It’s so nice to have someone you can trust to give you good advice and do a great job fixing your auto. Josh also helped us get our digital clock reset. We highly recommend WrenchIt and are planning to take our other vehicles there!

When we got there he said no charge. He said the computer needed reset and it took the check engine light off and he did it all for free. Don’t find that everyday in this world. The best place to get any car fixed in Vegas!

Brought my 2008 Jeep Rubicon here. Josh is knowledgeable, attentive, and went way beyond customer service. Long story short, I recently spent thousands $$$ to repair my Jeep (which also included a new $1700 gas tank.) Just got it back, 59 miles later error codes gascap indicator and engine service light acrivate. I wont call out the other auto service center where I previously took my Jeep on this post, but if you want to know the details check my other review from my profile. I do not trust the other service center at all!Josh diagnosed my new problem (which shouldnt have been one since i just had it fixed!), explained the issue, and fixed it. He did not charge me for his time (and theyare busy).PEACE OF MIND and Outstanding service is what you will get at Wrench-it! I found a trustworthy mechanic and shop!

My first visit to Wrench It Auto Repair and the owner Josh was very friendly and professional. I had two serpentine belts replaced and a oil change done. He told me it would take about an hour and a half but they were finished in about 45 minutes. Great service and price. Recommend this place to anyone. Very satisfied.

I originally had given them a 5*, then downgraded to a 3* and now revising to a 1*. Our catalytic convertor was stolen off our truck. Josh replaced it and it was done at a fair price. The check engine light continued to come on. We took it back at least 5 times. Josh replaced the o2 sensors and still the check engine light would come on. After talking with Josh he said it needed different o2 sensors. Nope it doesnt. The catalytic converter was never welded together only clipped. We are having it repaired somewhere else. Its frustrating that we paid for o2 sensors that more than likely werent needed and wasted our time and the shops time. I wish them the best but we wont be returning.

There just simply is not a better car repair shop in Vegas, and beyond. Josh is the most through, honest, fair master mechanic youll find. He goes over and above to satisfy his customers. Highly recommend. Its a blessing doing business there.

We were broken down in Las Vegas on a Friday afternoon and didnt know what to do so my wife remembered that she had a H. S. friend who worked and lived there. She called him and he told us about the garage he went to. Wrench It UP Auto Repair. We had the vehicle towed to the garage and met the owner Josh. He was so... nice and truly cared . We were on our way across 6 states to our final destination which was MIssouri for a early family Thanksgiving. Josh and his mechanics immediately stopped what they were doing and started working on our van. Josh even was willing to come in on Saturday just to help us. Long story short the guys did every thing possible to fix the van. We were able to complete our trip and made it home safely back to Idaho. God Bless Josh and his business. He is a Veteran and truly cares about his customers. Because he wasnt able to repair the van entirely to his satisfaction he didnt charge us for any labor after spending lots and lots of time and effort working on the vehicle. I am a car guy. I understand how they work and can fix most problems. Sometimes you need someone that has a better space and more equipment. I recently relocated to LV from South Carolina on a tight budget. After I arrived I realized I needed wheel bearings replaced, not a job you can do on the road in front of your house. I called around and received many ridiculous quotes. Some around $1,000. I called Josh after seeing his strong reviews. I cant say enough good things. Just comes across as a stand up guy. Car was fixed fast and much cheaper than others.
