The staff at Sun Auto have always given us accurate estimates for the repairs or service needed prior to doing any work, and have honored the estimate. This auto shop is on the ball. The people receiving your vehicle for service are thorough and caring about your getting the right service. The technicians are knowledgeable and, as of yet, are not the type of mechanic that simply keeps changing parts until they get it right at your expense for their training. I have made two service trips there for two unrelated problems on my Buick Enclave. I have a 24 month warranty on each of the jobs that were performed. I have not used the warranties yet. Oh, and theres free coffee!

I was referred to this auto shop by a family member who has been taken there car here for years. I heard good things about Sun Auto. But it was nothing like what they said. On July 21 my car was supposed to be getting a Dionysus. My car was in this shop for almost a month with no communication at all. I had to call in just to figure out what was going on. Keep getting the same response. “Looking for a part” NO COMMUNICATION on there part. They never keep me updated unless I call them. When I called in on Monday August 16 again me calling they finally gave me a price but it wasn’t guaranteed that they would fix the problem. As a single parent of three I don’t have money to waste especially at this time with COVID. So I had decided to just have my car return to me. I feel that I was not treated as customer. A whole month was wasted with no communication I felt like if they couldn’t fix the problem they should of just told me so I could of look for other options.

Give Chris Stout a raise! When you find an honest mechanic, you’ve got me as a customer FOR LIFE! Adjusted my price because the mechanic didn’t take that long to replace my battery. Honest! Told him my tire was low, he personally filled it for me. Hard working! Thank you Chris and Sun Auto for your honesty!

I talked to someone over the phone about having a wheel stud replaced on my Mazda. He assured me it would take 30 minutes, an hour tops. (Id just finished watching mechanics on YouTube do it in their driveways in 30 minutes on larger vehicles.) Fine. No problem. I just needed it fixed. I was told to bring in my vehicle, and theyd quote an exact price upon looking at it. I went in at the agreed upon time, and a different guy was at the front counter. He never looked at my car and just typed in a computer. He proceeded to tell be its going to take over an hour of labor and that the part is $10. While other places will do this for around $100-140, tops, he quoted $200. If my math is right, thats $120+ per hour for labor for a job that takes half as long as I was quoted. INSANITY. Even worse was the fact that I hobbled down there with said broken stud AND a spare donut on the same wheel to find this out.Maybe its the pink tax? Ha! I love how my quotes at garages are higher than those of my male friends. Though, theyre so much lower over the phone with the EXACT SAME information.HUGE waste of time. There are way better garages who wont bait you over the phone or try to rip you off.*** In response to managements response here:Showing up in person and quoted a different rate was NO different than calling on the phone. NO ONE WENT OUT TO LOOK AT MY CAR.So again, theres no reason for such a huge difference in labor time and price. Also, I dont recall giving anyone my phone number, as there was no reason to, given the huge difference in price and time. I was referred to a different garage who did the work for literally half the price. 😊

Staff is helpful and friendly. They make sure you are taken care of and even call you with updates. It was quite busy so it took a little longer to get my car back, so my only complaint is that you need to open more locations. 😸 You rule!

This has been literally the worst experience I have had with a shop. I first brought my car in for A/C repair… took them longer than expected whatever. I show up to pick up my car and it’s still blowing hot! I asked if they even checked before they done to which they said yes. Fine. I pick up some coolant and it seems to be working fine. Why I had to figure that out…..idk. I didn’t enjoy that experience which I must not have expressed enough bc my partner brought it back here. My car was there for 2 weeks! Everyday I hear tomorrow should be the day…. I finally get my car back. After we spent over thousand dollars for a leak to be fixed and other maintenance we “needed”…… my stick doesn’t work which I know for a fact was fine before it was brought to them. I bring it back and of course they say it wasnt their fault. The cherry on top or all of this? My car is leaking AGAIN!!!! The main thing I asked to be fixed is still happening! I have never felt so used. I’m warning any women out there these people are probably sabotaging cars so customers have to keep coming back. They’ve literally given me no reason to trust them. Now I have pay even more to fix the problem they should’ve in the first place. BEWARE!

The first time my car was there it was there for a few days spent $2,800 for radiator and more bs to get fixed just to get my car back and in less than 2 days my check engine light came back on. Had took my car back and it was there for over a week with no results. I finally went to get my car because I need it. Very dissatisfied spending money for nothing. Worse car place ever and they really don’t keep in touch with you for updates

In summary our company vehicle has been at this auto mechanic shop for four weeks as of today. We specifically told the manager we needed this vehicle as soon as possible as we utilize it for one of our crucial parts of our company. If they werent able to assist, any customer would appreciate the honesty of being advised that their staff would be behind so we could make other arrangements.Rather than being straight forward we have received a wide variety of responses from we need to locate parts, to the mechanic looking at your vehicle is off, to our mechanic is finishing up another vehicle. Or we truly apologize we will look into this and call you back before we close. We have not received a single call back each time.We continue to check up on this and the latest response we got yesterday was we got the parts in but the mechanic working on your vehicle is finishing up another project, let me see what I can do. This is after being told last Friday that parts were coming this past Monday and our vehicle would be ready this past Tuesday. Today is Saturday and exactly four weeks from the date we dropped it off.On top of having to rent a vehicle and delaying our operations we sadly are experiencing a bad situation with this mechanic shop that weve utilized for over five years for our fleet of company vehicles.

While the service was fine, car was repaired, the people answering the phones are some of the most unprofessional people I have ever had the pleasure of talking to.Asked me whether my car was a Cop car and then had the nerve to tell me there was state of the art FBI tracking equipment in it. Then when I questioned on where they found said equipment, they backtracked and said it was a Joke. One made in extremely bad taste. The technician who repaired my car was excellent, the front desk people were not. Roll the dice, and see what you end up with when you come here. Also what a earlier review said was true. They will overcharge you here.

This is one of the most dishonest places in town I had my wife’s car towed here to have the water pump replaced thaws crooks attempted to charge 630.27 for a 300$ at most kit. Tried to double up on the labor at149$ and charge for 6 hours for a 3.5 hour at most job for a grand total 1772.32. I will be reporting them to the BBB because this is outrageous. I had to pay for another tow to remove my vehicle and have it towed to a more honest establishment. I would not recommend them to anyone I hope the owner reads this so they know what’s going on in here. In the middle of a pandemic at that. Shaking my head

I had an oil-change at Sun auto on Craig Rd everything went fine they even mentioned what great condition the car was in, Not a single drop of oil anywhere they told me until I returned a few weeks later for Spark plugs and Air filter replacement.After a couple hours waiting I received a call with an extensive list of repairs, which I politely declined, They then called back after 20 minutes to pick up the car.I took the car home and parked until the following afternoon and noticed oil leaking even though I was told 3 days prior that they were impressed by lack of leakage anywhere when I took it in for the oil change. They simply toss everything back together carelessly when I declined the repairs they suggested. This my friends is the price of loyalty these days.

Ive used Sun Auto before for my rear brakes & had a great experience. This time was different...Devan at the front desk is exceptional at customer service. He deserves 5 stars.I went in for my front brakes knowing I would need new pads & rotors. They told me I also needed to replace my calibers...my vehicle only has 59k miles! They quoted me $885 after a discount. I asked for just the pads & rotors & was told they couldnt do them without the calibers. I picked up my vehicle & went somewhere else for half the price. And as suspected, the calibers did not need to be replaced.

We have been loyal customers for quite some time ....years to be more accurate the service WAS Dependable fast and now something has changed. Neither the had mechanics or management is delivering service that I depend on. They had my vehicle for more than 5 days without one word.! Before that they caledl to say it was ready and as soon as I got in the car was shuttering and had to be left again! If I had I not said anything they would have let me drive away with the car not fixed .I received a call it is a catalytic converter. after twice paying the magic price of around $1,800 and waiting 5 days to hear anything at all .. nothing was said as to why it took 5 days to tell me its a catalytic converter . When we began the work on the car it was one of the first codes I am not a mechanic but they should have advised as to the seriousness of the function of a catalytic converter it threw the code for it initially then went out the second time and supposedly was back . All this translates to me and my husband hemorrhaging money but being left without a vehicle running . I do not like Bryans demeanor I felt because I was female he was not friendly and talked over me still is a professional he knows how to speak to customers even though he is delivering information they may not want to hear Devon is cool as well . I just feel mishandled this time and feel that loyal customers should be treated better a call within 24 to 48 hours regarding your car is not a lot to ask and even if a customer refuses something making sure theyre educated as to what that means for their vehicle is an added Plus. I feel that a seasoned mechanic team would have known that and led with that instead of opting to repair many ismaller ssues ..I needed the major ones fixed to turn off engine light so I could get smogged I paid 1800 both times and was told they still need 1400 for the catalytic converter to be fixed Im very unhappy about the service. I think they just tried to make money because I never complain and get regular service on my vehicles but this is not how you reward loyalty. I know when I have been duped ...they should have advised and requested the catalytic converter to be fixed first it is a huge issue and then work backwards now I am out of 3600 and still cant drive my car or get it registered... not happy. Phil was pleasant but no explanations were given about the 5-day wait to even contact or why the car was given back the first time if the catalytic converter is failing. I had a second vehicle that I requested specifically to have brake pads only the tech Brian several times ignored my requests and stated over the top of me we will take a look and see whats going on when I clearly stated all my brotherI wants is brake PADS because the car had been checked. No metal grinding(rotors) just random squealimg. Was told I needed full rotors and when I asked for the pictures for my brother they never came . I believe that by declining the full brake service something inappropriate occurred and I suddenly have a brake light on and brake fluid coming out of my vehicle that was not an issue prior to going in. Now I need service to the vehicle and a new mechanic shop. Im very disappointed that I have to look for somewhere else they were conveniently located

I went in for a routine oil change, and Devin took excellent care of me at the front desk. I was delighted with the service received—no BS UPSELLING.I will return if I ever need something fixed on my car that I cant do myself because of the service he gave me alone.

Every time I come here it’s a great experience. Chris was extremely helpful and very nice. He’s was an angel in disguise when I went to get my front breaks fixed. I will continue to come get my car fixed here when need be.

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a mechanic shop in Vegas !Sadly an $800 water pump job is now costing me over $6k to get a new engine. The manager lied on multiple occasions assuring me that my water pump was installed and they were currently putting it back together. They told me my water pump would be fixed the same day I brought it in and then after 3 days of the car sitting In the shop i finally went down there in person to find out that they didnt even order the water pump. I asked to have my car put back together so I can take it to another shop that will fix it. They put it back together surprisingly too fast and when I brought it to a new shop they told me that my piston rods have been damaged and the timing chain was not installed properly . . . This company should pack up all of their tools, close their doors, and take their horrible service back to Arizona!

My wife went in on a Wednesday didn’t get our car back till the following Tuesday had no type of communication with my wife about the part coming in late or anything. Then the check engine light came back on had a faster turn around but after getting it checked out and worked on, the check engine light came back on in less than a day, and my wife and I are just dissatisfied with the service, and the problem of my check engine light has not been resolved we will not be coming back.

It took them 3 weeks to repair it waiting for a part from another state, and in the end I had another problem, they called me 3 times to tell me that the car was ready but I did not have to rent a car all that time. and finally on the second day when they delivered me the car the tire had no air had a nail and I did not have that problem. horrible service i will never go back there.

With Covis, me & the wife have become quite the mechanic team tackling everything from the radiator to oil pan gaskets. Well, the valve cover gaskets kinda terrified me. Granted, once all the components arebout of the way, its a snap. BUT something about disconnecting those different lines & hoses & leaving the inner engine ecposed intimidated me enough to call in a professional.To be fair, Ive known Chris Stout a while. Hes honest to a T. You might not want to hear what he has to say, but its 100% the truth every time.These guys went above & beyond. They caught a couple things I missed & didnt gouge me. There are shady shops everywhere in this town, but Sun & Chris Stout took care of me!

Best auto service ever! This is the second time we have taken our vehicle to Sun Auto Service and again we were completely satisfied. Our Caravan was leaking transmission fluid and they fit us in the morning we called. We thought our CarMax warranty had expired but Richard went above and beyond to get our service covered saving us hundreds of dollars. Also, we thought we needed an oil change because it had been 4 months since the last oil change. After looking at the vehicle he told us we didnt need an oil change. What auto service place has ever talked you out of a service? This is a very honest and trustworthy company. I will continue to take my business to Sun Auto Service. 3 weeks ago: Shady,shady,shady!!!!! I can only speak for the location in North Las Vegas on Craig. My engine light came on and my husband did a self diagnostic as he has the machine. Called to get an estimate as it was the electrical. Was advised to bring it in in order to receive a quote. Quote was $1200+,picked the car up a few days later to then have an issue with my A/C. Called to make them aware and once again...there response was just bring it in. They called to say it will be $900+ to fix it. Being we were going into colder days I refuse service and figured I can just wait until needed as he advise it wouldnt affect anything else in the car. Not even a month later my engine light comes on we repeat the previous to find out its the exact same thing however; this time my car just cut off while driving. Called to let them know its the exact same problem they previously fixed and was advised it will be $300+ just to look at the surrounding area of the problem before they can confirm the problem. Car reacted the exact same, diagnostic codes were the exact same. Its all about money $$$ as they probably never fixed it the first time. Ive spent a total $4,100 on car repairs from them and my car is still not working. There was zero consideration of me being a repeat customer, them not fixing my car properly or my complaint of them gouging for more money vs. Trying their very best to ensure customer satisfaction. I can understand if Im now bring it in for something different not even close to the initial problem but its the exact same problem, the electrical!Update to Owner Response: My information would not be in your Database as my husband originally took it in and his info was left on the profile. I have already spoken to Management during these ordeals; Kevin, Devin, and a few others Daniel, Charles and an Adam. No one was eagered to help or provide customer service in representation of the company during that time. Now that theres a review posted, theres some concern! I have since taken my car to the dealership who has my car running like a gem for way less then what I was gouged for and has provided me with a 2year warranty on all parts and labor. You all should be ashamed of yourselves taking advantage of people as times are already tough and I didnt have that kind of money just laying around to give towards lack of work to end up with and unworking car. I will NEVER return and or recommend Sun Auto to anyone not even an enemy as no one should ever have to experience this.

I finally found a trustworthy mechanic shop! I have used this location for my last 5-6 oil changes. I shopped around for premium oil changes and this location has the best price in town.Most recently I used Sun Auto for brakes and was really happy with the price, the warranty and set labor price. Their customer service has also been consistently great each time Ive called or came in person. Highly recommend these folks to my family and friends 👍

Overall Quality of service to the car is 4 stars but need to deduct 2 stars from poor customer service. Please beware dont leave anything in the car or the back seat. They will say that they have no reason to be there and if its lost they will not responsible for it. And they will blame you instead.

This place is great and pricing has been reasonable. Always friendly, my husband and I have been getting oil changes here for almost 2 years.

Took the car in for oil change and coolant level light. Repairs for coolant tank and oil change came out to just under 700.00. After leaving and using the car 1 day the service engine light came on which wasnt on before. Took it back and the said it was a hose that needed to be replaced also but they did fix it. No additional cost.I gave them a chance to make it right and they did. Cant ask for more than that.

If youre busy say youre busy but dont keep my car for 24 hours and still have never even looked at it when I come back the next day.

Absolutely awesome place. Well taken care of. Just got an oil change and the gentleman went ahead and did a pint inspection as well. Tony was well thorough with the inspection. Highly recommend.

We were not happy with the service but Kevin the Manager called us and made it right. Took the car back and they fixed the issue at no cost to us, which was nice. Its rare to find an auto shop thats 100% honest. This is the only shop I will bring my 97 f-150 with over 300k on the dash. They do great work, will never sell unnecessary services, and only make recommendations based on what is actually needed. Their price point is the same or better than other shops Ive seen, and never any hidden fees. I highly recommend this shop for both the knowledgeable and less experienced car owners alike.

Brought in my car for an A/C inspection. Already had an idea what was wrong, but I thought Id leave it to the professionals to decide what needed to be done. After waiting about hour. They determined it was leaking, due to a front-end accident that happened about 4 years ago which resulted in damaging my compressor and moreover my condenser. However, at the end of my visit they told me that it had no refrigerant; said that they took it out. Didnt expect that for an A/c inspection, but in a way I didnt mind. Frankly, I was going to do that anyway when I receive my new condenser, it was a happy extra service or so I thought. Turns out when I came home it was still full of refrigerant . So that kinda bothered me. I expect honest feedback and nothing less. That mistake costed a 5 star review and made me question in whether if what they said was partially true....*EDIT*Brought my car to another shop, who works with hybrid vehicles and said that no leaks were detected! Imagine that...even invited me to look over my car with him and explained everything in detail and patience . Said that the actual problem lies with the Hybrid battery itself and needed a new one. Which made total sense since the compressor is electric and roughly costed me the same as what these guys were charging me. Had them install a new one and my problems went away. Almost lost $1k for something that wasnt the problem. Thats enough for me to say that Ill not be coming here for future repairs.

They were very honest and upfront with me with their prices. I went in thinking I needed besides oil change. I needed brakes. But they informed me that no, I dont need brakes at this time. But they did find another issue. And was able to get it covered under my CarMax warranty. I love shops like this where they know theres enough honest business out there that they dont need to try to rip you off.

I came here to get a second opinion from a mechanic who told me I needed $1400 a.c compressor and other things. I called and spoke to Kevin. Kevin stated he’d look at it and found nothing wrong with my compressor. I just had a leak in a hose. I dropped my car off for my appointment and amazing results. They were great.

They seem fairly straightforward. They dont try too hard to sell me stuff I dont need, but they do ask but Im sure they are supposed too. Still good guys. Definitely recommend.

Lately this place has really gone down the gutter. I used to bring my car here for years, BUT I took it for an oil change and they left before I returned(on time) even tho I called to tell them I was OMW. Was left without a car and house keys for the whole weekend (DURING THIS PANDEMIC) AND they didnt even do the full job. 1/10 THIS PLACE SUCKS. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL NO CUSTOMER SERVICE IGNORANT STAFF.

Excellent place to get your car repaired!

I had the transmission on my truck rebuilt there. The truck was in one shop for 2 days before it was transferred to another shop where the work would be done. A week later I get my truck back. I decided to clean the inside before taking it to the car wash and noticed one of my colognes is missing from the glove compartment. I called the store where I first dropped off the truck and was tolled to call the other store because that’s where it spent most of the time. So I called the other store and just had them passing the blame from one another. Really disappointed on the fact on how they just had me calling back and forth and not trying to resolve the issue.

They care. They listen and really try to help.

They give me a free diagnostic of my car and although I didnt have the money to take care of the repairs needed at the time, they were willing to let me leave my vehicle within their garage to keep it safe. Long story short, I had my car repossessed but was able to get it back. When I got it back, it suddenly wouldnt start! It had been just fine before it was taken away. My insurance company recommended Sun Auto and they were amazing right from the beginning! My car had to be towed there after hours and they were so nice about it the next day when I called and told them Id bring them the key and everything. The shop looked super busy but we werent even out the door when they assigned someone to my car and watched them head out to give it its initial diagnosis. It turned out to be the fuel pump and they were so nice, informative about everything, and were able to get it done same day on a busy Saturday! Ive never had such a nice experience at a mechanic and after the last two weeks of a billion calls about my repossessed car, it was nice to talk to people who were actually friendly and caring!!!

They take your money an perform poor service. I brought my 2003 Chevy venture in for an electrical issue. I was told by Ryan it was a harness issue. It would be $1k to perform the repair. They replaced one wire, not harness and upon pick up I still had the issue, Charlie the tech, said I would still need to install a sensor to fix my issued. I had to send my vehicle to the junk yard after they repaired it .They took all my money. I never understood why they said they harness was the issue and then blame it on a sensor. They are a money suck. I would stay away they are not trustwt or worth your time. They will steal you money. DONT TRUST THEM!.

I called sun auto after i had my check engine code read at a separate place. I spoke with tommy and let him know what was going on. He asked me a few questions before inviting me down so they could take a look at my car. I came in and he immediately remembered my name and shook my hand. I ended up leaving my car there as I had a few things to take care of. Tommy called me shortly later to update me on what was wrong with my car. Tommy was concise and polite in making sure I understood and was comfortable with both the charges and the next step. Seth helped me when I came to pick up the car. He was friendly, talking to me both about their company and about my cars make, it being reliable and lasting. Seth and Tommy made a stressful situation much more pleasant to deal with.

This is my story! My 76 year old mother broke down leaving Las Vegas heading home to California. She is a faithful believer in dealerships for repairs, so we had her car towed to AutoNation Toyota on West Sahara. We were given a written estimate for over $2,000, stating that her alternator was no good and her water pump was actively leaking/dripping. A friend recommended Sun Auto, so we had car towed again, now to Sun Auto on W Craig rd. After not charging us to put it on the scope again, since Toyota required us to pay for that part, but instead took Toyotas print out and used it. Saving us additional costs. Then it was confirmed that the water pump was not leaking. Now cutting our bill in half. Sun Auto could have absolutely charged us and we would not have known the difference!! What an absolute rare find in automotive repair, not to be taken advantage of! I cannot recommend them with higher regards!! Great job Sun Auto, particularly Seth!!!

I find that the staff here at Sun Auto Service to be very accommodating, efficient, effective as well as courteous and kind. I took my car for rear differential fluid change and after the fluid was change they were going to take it on a test drive. I told them it doesnt need a test drive for that kind of job and they still took it out. After the test drive, i asked the dude if he felt the lag on the the turbo, he said he did. Obviously you dont need to boost the car after a fluid change. Not really smart to go on a joy ride in front of your customers. Very disgruntled.

Dropped my 2015 Subaru Forester off to have the breaks done. Was told there would be a 30 minute inspection before any service began. This was at 2:15. Received a call at 3:35 and given a diagnosis and quote.Decided to eat at the Ruby Tuesday about an hour later. After eating I drive over to see about my vehicle as I have yet to receive another call and its now 5:20. My car is on the lift and all the wheels are off and I see a mechanic is working.I only live 10 minutes away so I go home, still awaiting a call. At 6:10 I call but the phone just rings. Apparently they closed at 6. When I drive there the business is closed, but I can see my car, which appears to be finished. Luckily I have the day off tomorrow, but it irritates me that they werent professional enough to call me and say they would have to work on my car after hours and keep it overnight.

These guys are very calm for what they do. The overall demeanor of the establishment was lighthearted yet professional. I enjoyed that while i was there. My Cruze received an Oil change in my last visit, and has been purring ever since, it is absolutely wonderful. My drain plug was DRASTICALLY overtightened by a Jiffy Lube but they managed to get it loose without damaging my oil pan. They then replaced the plug with a new one, at no charge! I know, it doesnt cost much, but its the point that matters. They didnt have to, yet they did. Overall, with the price for the service and the service that we received, I will definitely be recommending this place to anyone who asks where to get their vehicle worked on.

They were very upfront about everything, went in a month ago to get my brake pedal checked out and they gave me all the right information. Even told me up front not to drive it due to a safety concern.

Very professional they do try to find anything and everything wrong with your car but when you decline the recommendations they dont over sale you.

Pretty sure if they had a punch card, mine would be full! 😊 My Ford Fiesta has had a few issues lately and they fixed all of them! When they couldnt they referred me to the dealership. Seth and Jesse have a great sense of humor and it was a pleasure to work with them.

Since 2005 or maybe even earlier we had been happy customers of Sun Auto on Craig Road. During that time we spent well over $10,000 on various repairs on our 3 vehicles. Recently we went in for an oil change and needed a tire plugged, which we were going to do at Discount Tire . Sun offered to do at no charge. We let them to save the trip to the tire shop. Shortly after leaving we heard a noise and the tire was flat. The next day at Discount Tire it had to be replaced. They said that improper removal destroyed the tire. We took these findings to Sun the next day and they did cover the $60 for the new tire. However there was no apology. They said, I guess that is what we get for doing someone a favor. Good thing no one was hurt due to the damaged tire. Over the last 6 months their work quality seems to be lacking, for sure their customer service. Now we are left to search for another local repair shop after all these years.

Great place! Have been here several times. Always satisfied. Today, I was short on time. Asked wait time for an oil change. They took me immediately! Cant get better than that!

Fixed my transmission better than Team Ford dealership.

We were having difficulties while in vegas on a road trip and stopped in to get them checked. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure that our van was diagnosed and fixed within 24 hours, and we havent had a problem since. Everyone there seemed so genuine and were more than willing to help us through our extenuating circumstances. Nothing but positive things to say!

OMG I am the happiest person alive today, I was driving looking for a place to get my oil changed, I looked up and there was Sun Auto, where John came to my car as soon as I drove up, now that shocked me I never get that kind of service, he really made my day, we made an appointment for me to come back at 2 oclock and when I got there he was ready to assist me . I have three cars and I will take every one to Sun Auto for repairs, John is the nicest person I have every met while trying to get my car fixed. this man deserves a standing ovation, he know his job and he treated every customer there VERY well, I am sold and a customer for ever. good job JOHN keep being the nice pleasant and helpful man that you are, my truck rides good, and I am a very happy customer.
