Caliber did a fantastic job with my minivan repair after I was caught up in a 4 car pileup on I-64. Angel constantly kept me in the loop and was great about walking me through the process. The repair was paid for by another drivers insurance and Caliber handled all of the details for me making it really easy on my side. They even replaced the 3rd party towing hitch Id installed that was severely damaged in the accident. (If you look closely at the photos you can see the old, damaged one and the replacement they found.) I was told Juan, Rob, Joey, and Kevin all worked on the vehicle so a shout out to those guys for doing a really good job! Very professional, very courteous. Id highly recommend them.

Great company to deal with for your Vehicle needs. Friendly, professional service. My Sonata was hit and damaged on 4/28 and was supposed to be completed on 5/29. They completed a week early and I got my car back today. Right before Memorial weekend. They also kept me informed and updated with weekly text alerts on the repair status. It looks like my Car was never hit. Done to perfection. I highly recommend them. Wont be going anywhere else if I ever need service in the future. 2 thumbs up.

Josh did a fantastic job. My Corolla looks fantastic. They even fixed it three days sooner than the original quote. I am a retail Manager so I know great customer service when I see it. I would highly recommend anyone who needs to have body work done, go see them. The office staff was also friendly and had all of the necessary insurance papers ready for me to sign when I arrived. Right off the bat Alex and the whole team at caliber set the bar extremely high. When I walked in they stressed the importance they had placed on cleanliness and sanitation of the whole work area. After dropping off the car the communication level was great as I received updates every step of the way. When I got the car back (several days early) it was even cleaner than before the accident. The professionalism, cleanliness, communication and friendly environment at caliber is going to be very hard to beat. I felt like the care they took of me and my vehicle was equivalent to if they had been working on their own personal vehicle. You can be confident when you drop off at caliber that you will be taken care of.

My car was hit in September of 2019 and the drivers side door/mirror was damaged quite badly. Took it to Caliber Collision based on a recommendation from my insurance company. They made quick work of the damage and I cant even tell there was an accident. Color matching is perfect and everything looks/works just like it did before the accident. Awesome shop to get your vehicle repaired after a collision. my wife and I were in a minor collision with another vehicle and from the time the shop called me to set up a drop off time to the time I was called and informed my vehicle was Ready for pick up we had a great experience from the service to the actual repair. I stopped by for an estimate for minor scratch repair. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The same shop had repaired my 05 Toyota Tacoma from a deer accident a year ago. Higher Quality work and lower prices than the other shops in town.

Give them 3 stars. Went got my car fixed from there. They replace everything but when they went to paint it they forgot to do the door Jams of the car. Than tried to give me some bs excuse on why they didn’t do it even though they knew they where suppose to. So now I have to reschedule a time to drop car off so they can than try to paint match to fix the problem. Probably was better off taking it to shuttle to get fixed. Will add pics later to show what I’m talking about.

On the worst day of my life I came to Caliber Collision. I had just totaled my car on my husbands birthday while my toddler had an ear infection! Angel Chapman was my adjuster and did everything she could to help me and tried to get the car fixed. She went above and beyond with customer service, professionalism and kindness. Even though the insurance company ended up totalling my car I felt at ease and secure with Caliber and Angel and I will use them in the future for all my auto repair needs.

Excellent service from the very first moment I walked in. Rachel, Josh and the entire team that worked on my truck were nothing but GREAT! Work performed was PERFECT, got me back on track ahead of schedule!

Paint was distorted & didnt match, repair parts were not aligned and the process was terrible. Not a good experience.

My car was in an accident and the gentlemen (Josh and Alex) at Caliber Collision in Newport News were very helpful answering questions for me to make the best decision on course of action as well as helping with logistics as the car was totaled hours away from home.

Paint didnt match the rest of the car, didn’t notice in the shade and as time goes on it’s sticks out more.and they left a scratch unpainted that was from the damage and put a clear coat on top of it. D

They’re amazing. Someone hit my car and after they were done it was like it never happened. I wouldn’t trust my car with anyone else.

A step above all the other collision shops. They were very professional and friendly and kept me posted every step of the way through email, and phone calls. Because I could not make it back to the shop, they even deliver my repaired car to my home. For me they are the best in the business.

Used this location when it was Skips and loved the quality of work and the friendly staff. The change in ownership hasnt changed either of these. Angel was my point of contact at Caliber. Ask for her and you wont be disappointed.

As someone who has never dealt with a car crash before, I found the process to be very confusing. However, once I found Caliber Collision in Newport News, things became exponentially easier. My car was involved in a pile-up, and the trunk had caved inward from impact. Caliber Collision promised that they would have the car finished within two weeks. To my surprise, Caliber Collision was able to complete the work half a week early! I am completely happy with the outcome of the work. Hopefully I will not need any more body work, but in the event that I do need it, I know to come back here.

Had a great experience with Red and his team. From the first phone call I recieved after filing a claim through State Farm, to the cleaning and detailing after the repair, the team was attentive and professional. Red called me regularly to update me on progress and see if I had any concerns. When the job was complete, everything was gone over with me, and all of my questions were answered. I have absolutley no complaints, and would recommend this location of Caliber to anyone. I think my car looks better than when I bought it!
