Had my vehicle repaired here. Customer service was the only bright side. Work was not done properly the first time and had to be redone. Second time the work looked great but was still weeks behind schedule. So..50/50 you may have a better experience

The entire team is compassionate positive and professional. Outstanding customer service, they provided a well written easy to understand estimate for my BMW X1 repair and the work was completed a day early. We bought a car that we knew needed a bit of work done but brought it to Casey because we wanted a trusted dealership to do the work instead of going the cheap route.Unfortunately, this was the most unprofessional, least communicative, and slowest service I have ever received. What we were told would be 3 weeks of work turned into 11 weeks. They forgot I dropped my car off and it sat for 2.5 weeks with no one working on it. Our project overseer and the manager never answered their phones and always took a few days (sometimes a full week) to return my calls. We told them we needed the car done by a certain date or would need a loaner. I had to call the day before but was told it wouldnt be done in time so I reminded them I needed a loaner. They said they set up a rental car for me through enterprise but when I drove all the way across town to get the car, enterprise said no reservation was made. Finally we got a rental car a few days later and I had to drive it for 5 more weeks until the car was finished. Working with Casey was the biggest headache and waste of time. The only positive is that they stuck to their original quote and didnt increase the price as they went.I will avoid taking my car here again.

I had a great experience. My car was leaking water and the VW dealership was unable to locate the leak. Kevin and his team found the leak and also notified me that my car had been in an accident by a previous owner. This location went above and beyond at a fair price.

Some of the worst timing I have ever seen. What should have taken about a week or two took over a month, and it was mostly just cosmetic damage. A fender bender took about 5 weeks to get fixed. Do not use this place. Ridiculously slow service. They delayed my car’s repair over 5 times.

If I could separate reviews for the technicians and the front desk I would!My experience with Sheila and Ron was great they really helped me out when I needed my car back as soon as possible. The customer service team was great and Ron said he would even stay late if I couldnt make it in time to get my car back by the end of the day. Also they were very apologetic about the long wait I had for my vehicle.Now I dont know who the technician was that worked on my vehicle but a simple job that should have taken only a few hours turned into an 8 day job (replacing new grill and fender on 4runner). Giving them the benefit of the doubt for the hurricane that hit and took out power for a day or 2 is understandable but not a whole week. When the job was finally done it looked great, I will give them that. When I turned on the engine my low tire pressure light came on and low and behold I had a nail or metal piece in my R rear tire!I would come back if the technicians had better time management, but I will be taking my tire to get fixed somewhere else!

Went in for work after an accident which is never fun or ideal but honestly couldn’t have been happier with the way my car came out. Looks good as new and it’s 6 years old and they cleaned the interior which I did not expect, super pleased with the outcome Ron was a lot of help and helped me get a loaner and kept me in the loop the whole time!

They have repainted the hood of my car 4 times and have yet to fix the underlying problem.I was told a month ago that they were going to replace the hood. 2 weeks later after not hearing back them I called and found out that the hood had never been ordered.Last week I called to check the status on the hood and was told they had the hood but were now waiting on a rental car which they should have by Friday or Monday at the latest.Well today is Tuesday and I havent heard a peep.Did I mention that after purchasing this Certified Preowned vehicle from Casey Honda I discovered that it had body damage.

Literally the worst place to have your car fixed. What was supposed to be a 5 day job has turned into almost 3 weeks. There is no communication between customer and store. I’ve had to call myself and ask what was going on and every time I called they told me it was going to be another few days before I got my car back. They are slow and unprofessional and I can only hope the work makes up for the long wait and lack of communication.

I took my truck to them to get repainted as it was in dire need of doing so. They kept me informed the entire time, and did some body work that was long overdue as well at way cheaper rates than anyone else I contacted. Im totally satisfied with the new look of my truck and would recommend them to anyone. Specifically I would recommend Red as your estimator. He will give you a good price and get your vehicle looking WAY better than it came to him.

From the time I dropped my car off and had the pleasure of speaking with the front receptionist Sheila who right away took care of me .....to them repairing my 2019 Chevy Equinox from an accident and having it done sooner than anticipated.....to them cleaning the inside and outside of it....was just altogether AMAZING! I was told they would order the parts for my car and they would have them within a week to start repairs. They would call me to let me know when to bring the car in. Got the quote and got the hand shake, oh your military here is a discount written on the paperwork. Sounds good.....well its not a single peep, no call, no text and no email..I have no ideal how good their craftsmanship is but their customer service is now trash with me. I wasted leave base on their timeframe.

Ive veen here a few times for various body work and each time they did a great job. They were very accurate on the estimates and real fast to resolve the problems considering they are a busy shop. I would highly recommend them to you. Kevin Ranger and Red are very personable and knowledgeable experts and you will receive professional advice and service. In my experiences, my car was made perfect. It is a preferred shop by my insurance and my go-to shop hands down. The huge and clean drive-thru garage area is a bonus and you are never outside in the weather while your estimate is being done. Check them out and give them a try...Casey is my choice!

They did an excellent job fixing my vehicle but I also noticed things were stolen from out of my vehicle. So I recommend if you can remember to take items out of your vehicle do so. My jump box was taken from my trunk along with little random things from the inside of my vehicle. I didnt think to remove my jumper box but I notice it was gone just a couple days after picking up my vehicle when I needed to use it.

I went In and asked a valid question. I told one lady that I already got paid from my insurance company but I wanted to get an estimate. Im trying to get estimates because just because the insurance company gives me a certain amount of money, doesnt mean its really going to cost that much (I know from experience) but the lady tells me they go off of what the insurance says. So as Im walking out I hear the other lady laugh like they were making fun of me. I am very upset right now. I cant even do something as simple as ask a valid question. I tried so hard not to get out of character but if youre going to act like children, you need to work at a childs job.

It has been over a week and I am still waiting for a call from the shop manager KEVIN RANGER to address the damage done to my BMW during the purported “repair process”. My car went in for a windshield replacement and chipped hood repair. I left with a “new windshield” that was deeply scratched with sealant residue all over it and on the body of my car. The worst windshield install I have ever seen, and the bottom windshield seal was torn and damaged during that installation. The red leather inside my door panel was scratched like an alley cat drug his nails across it. Unacceptable. Yet I have received no returned call to address these issues in over a week.If you drive a nice/luxury vehicle, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! IT WILL BE DESTROYED AND NO ONE WILL CARE BUT YOU!! YOU WILL HAVE TO TAKE EXTREME MEASURES TO HAVE THE DAMAGE THE SHOP INFLICTED RESOLVED BY THE SHOP!!You have been warned!

I took my car there about 6 weeks ago. They did good body work and cleaned my car, but I noticed certain items were stolen when my car was returned to me. The manager offered to reimburse me but I had to continuously call and contact them to get an update on the stolen items and a resolution. I wont be back again.

I recently got in to a fender bender and had to bring my car here, I’ve never gotten in to a wreck before so I was clueless as to how I would even go about getting my car fixed. I dropped my car off on Tuesday the 5th, and they told me it would be finished on Friday the 15th but they actually got it done on the 12th! Everyone there had a smile on their face and a great attitude. They were truly awesome throughout my whole process. They called me and updated me as the process went on, they never left me out of the loop! Needless to say these guys are great! If you need your vehicle fixed go and see them! You will NOT be disappointed!!

I recently had my 2018 Honda Civic repaired here which they had it for over a month because they claim they was behind on fixing cars. I picked my car up on this pass Monday only to find out that an item from my trunk was stolen now the repair on my car was on the passenger side front bumper and air bag so why were you in my truck? Now you don’t want to take any responsibility for stealing my Onxy speaker you that bad off to have to steal from your customers like really! I advise anyone that takes there car here to be repaired DONT!!

The receptionists at this location are uneducated on the subject of vehicles, but maybe asking them to be knowledgable about the services they provide is asking too much; at least thats how I was made to feel.This issue caused a separate issue of miscommunication and misinterpretations between me and the services being done on my vehicle.When my vehicle was ready for pick up (6 days after the estimated time of service) I was handed a bill with a number far higher than what was originally agreed upon. I had my bill readjusted with the help of my insurance agent and my car was given back to me in spectacular shape (with a few unexpected shiny parts; charged for of course)

So my original completion estimate was Nov 3rd, its the 28th. My car is still in the shop and theyve changed the pick up date 5 times. I showed up on one of the completion dates last week, before Thanksgiving on Wednesday, and Josh told me, Give me 2 more days. Itll be done on Friday and Ill give you a call. So I called 3 days later on Saturday after not hearing anything (we never got updates unless we called), he said, No it wont be done until next week. I never said itd be done Friday. They have the worst customer service Ive ever dealt with. The receptionists dont know whats going on. And I only have one car. its one thing moving it back once for parts, which they did for the third estimate of completion, but Ive had 2 more since then. Last we talked Josh said itd be done tomorrow on Tuesday. Ill keep updating until I get the car.Update: cars not done and they wont give me an estimate of completion. December 7th 2016Update December 13th: I just called Josh told me he didnt know whats going on because the manager took over the car and said hell have the manager give me a call. Its been over 2 months without my car nowUpdate: cars was promised ready before Christmas holiday weekend. So Friday the 23rdUpdate December 26th: still no car but its supposed to be done in an hour....28th December retrieved my car scratches everywhere inside and out stains inside from dirty hands.Worst service of my life
