Had my Crosstrek oil changed with a couple days ago. About an hour later I smelt burning oil coming through my vents. Checked under the hood to see oil collected in my oil filter reservoir area and oil splattered throughout the inside of my hood. The positive battery cable cover was not secured back on the terminal either. I called the shop and spoke to my Service guy Chris and he promised to email me so I could send the pictures to him and so he could schedule a detail/cleaning of my car but he never followed up. Last oil change there the tech didn’t secure my oil drain plug properly and I was leaking oil and had to dump a bunch of oil into the engine and rush back to the dealership. This service department has got some serious issues to resolve- top to bottom. Very sloppy and careless work with lack of follow up. The sloppiness could have cost me a new engine. Seriously looking into different service source for future work.

My service advisor Thomas is wonderful. He came out to greet me as soon as I arrived for my oil change. When I showed him the problem I was having with the passenger window, he explained what the problem was and quickly reset it so it worked again. He always is cordial and polite and makes sure I am a satisfied customer. Also, the waiting area at the dealership is clean and roomy enough to allow social distancing. I highly recommend Casey Subaru!

This was my first experience with this dealership. I took my Outback in for an issue with a window switch, turned out that it just needed to be reprogrammed. These guys could have charged me to replace the switch and I would have been none the wiser, but instead, they corrected the issue in less than 2 minutes and told me to β€œhave a great evening”. I asked if there was any charge, and was told β€œno sir, just remember us for any future needs”. I damn sure will!!! Thank you!

Purchased a used Tacoma from this dealership in April. Buying the truck was ok. Finance guy was very pushy with extended warranty so I purchased it. Was told if I changed my mind in 60 days they would refund amount of warranty to Lien holder, 40 days later I canceled it and paperwork was never sent in for it to be canceled. So I am stuck with a warranty after paying out of pocket to repair several things on the truck thinking they had canceled it as they said. They will lie and tell you what you want to hear to not have to put In any extra work. It has been 3 weeks since I called and made note of the warranty not being canceled and still no one has followed up.

I went in for a part recallβ€”under warranty, of course. I arrived a few minutes late but was immediately checked in and shown to the very comfortable waiting area. I can’t recommend the Casey Subaru service ream enough. After having just moved to the area I had to get some quick service done from a mishandled repair in another state. This team was more than accommodating and quickly diagnosed the actual problem. A short time later my trusty old Forester was back on the road and better than ever. They even saved me money from the originally quoted estimate. I’m happy to continue servicing my Subaru here for the duration of my time in VA. Thanks again!

Great experience! Felix was informative with the 21 Forester I was interested in buying. Very relaxed environment and everyone was friendly, not pushy like some dealerships can be. Felix showed me and explained alot of the features the Forester had and even some safety features that arent discussed in the manual. We purchased a 2021 Subaru Forester Sport at Casey Subaru. The entire experience was seamless and smooth. We started the process on August 5th. A deposit to hold a incoming model we wanted.All application financing was completed on line prior to car coming in. We used their online purchase process. When the Forester came in we simply set a time, came in and completed the purchase and drive her home. We worked with Nathan. He took the time to complete a thorough review of vehicle operations,explanation of services Casey included lifetime oil changes, inspections etc..He is most personable and easy to work with. We just felt good about the whole process.

I made a 0900 appointment for inspection, oil change, and tire rotation for my Casey 20 Outback a couple days in advance. When I arrived early (0845), they took my car immediately. The CSR verified the work to be done, and immediately summoned the Service Writer (Lee) to address some concerns I had. All work was satisfactorily completed at 1009a. This included a Courtesy Multipoint Vehicle Inspection, Subaru Active Walk-Around and even cleaning the inside cabin! With Caseys Oil Change for Life and Safety Inspection for Life the bill amounted to $28 out the door! We were provided a detailed written invoice for all work performed, and a Multi-Point Vehicle Inspection Checklist for our records. We are COMPLETELY satisfied with Caseys buying experience and vehicle service! Thank you Casey Subaru Sales/Service Team! We highly recommend the Casey Auto Group for all of your vehicle needs!

I had Christopher handle a similar request before Easter. I was completely happy with that service check as well. This means a lot to me as I am a senior citizen who drives to Illinois periodically. I had a positive experience with Lonnie in sales and Holly, who gave me more training and tips on my new purchase. I also appreciate that James and Clayton hooked me up with a free STARLINK upgrade and cargo net. However, I had a negative experience with Courtney in sales. She acted as though she could care less whether or not I bought a car from her. She had a bad attitude and was unhelpful. The main reasons I bought a car from Casey Subaru was because James, the manager, gave me a fair price; Casey is the closest dealer to me; and I like that they give free oil changes and state inspections, along with a lifetime powertrain warranty. However, my car buying experience was not great and I felt pressured to buy extra accessories and an extended warranty. I was also lied to about a couple of things. I left with a yucky feeling because I didn’t know who I could trust, and I was taken aback with how Courtney treated me.

I would have left six stars (just like the Subaru logo) if I could. I purchased a set of four tires here last year while my car was being serviced. Recently, one tire picked up a nail. Since the nail was in a spot where it couldn’t be patched, they had to order a new tire and gave me a loaner car while we waited for the tire to come in (the tires were ordered the first time due to the specific tires I wanted on the car). All was done cleanly, professionally, and at no cost to me. Chris and the others in the Service Department went above and beyond, and I for one appreciated it.

5 stars. Please go here. These people are incredibly kind and are miracle workers. The whole brake assembly on my vehicle was totally shot and then some. They were surprised that I was even driving the thing! My service advisor was Thomas Dobuia (sorry if not spelled correctly) and he explained every thing to me so that I understood what was wrong with the vehicle. He was very kind and very patient with me while my head was spinning with all the work that needed done. There was a nice waiting room stocked with snacks and drinks for guests and Casey Subaru also provides a shuttle service which is awesome. They were very kind to me knowing that we are on a budget and just moved here at the beginning of the year and had knocked off a portion of the bill. Definitely recommend this place. 100/10.

I bought a used Subaru Forester from a used car dealer in Portsmouth and I wanted it to be looked over before I give it to my niece. They checked everything and did the all wheel alignment. I was in for service of my Subaru. 54,000 mile check up. Knew I neededmore windshield washer fluid and oil filter and oil to my car. Learned my alinement was tricky to repair. But was done correctly along with some other minor necessities.I dont know the name of the mechanic. But he was awesome. Now, my car drives so much better on the road, since this maintenance service. Most important feel safe. Also Lee Marshall kept me informed what was needed to be done after inspection; in addition to my requests. I was waiting for them to have a litany of things that need to be replaced but they were completely honest. Price reflects that of a certified technician. Dominic was a true ambassador of customer service! We had originally made an appointment for an oil change but he asked if they could also address the recalls on her car while it was there. The next day we realized the tail gate wasn’t working and come to find out the plug for it hadn’t been pushed in far enough when they addressed the recall for it. When I called Casey, Dominic had the car picked up and a loaner dropped off at my home 40 miles away. My family and I were in VA on vacation on our way to Busch gardens when we had a blow out on the highway I have a 2021 outback limited just bought in April 2021 first time on the road so when the tire blow out I was a bit surprised..so I called for roadside assistance which averted in 20 mins he put the spare on and informed us we cant go over 50 mph we were on a hw. That was 65 mph so my husband Google nearest subaru and it was 0.4 miles away so we headed there it was a lil after 5 so service was closed until Monday my n7sband saw someone coming out that worked in the seeive department and asked for help we were from Philadelphia he asked someone from parts did they have the tire instock and they did and we bought the tire and mr. A great place to purchase a vehicle. However, the small parking lot causes great inconvenience trying to park, test-drive vehicles, or even look at vehicles. You will appreciate the bottom-line approach; no games or gimmicks like other dealers. They take the extra time to explain the vehicle AFTER the sale, unlike other dealers who drop you like a hot potato immediately after the sale. Scheduled service was performed in a timely manner and I was introduced to a new service, i.e. the tire wear device and four-wheel alignment machine.This machine took away the question as to the condition of the tires and alignment, both of which showed that no service was needed at this time. This no-cost state inspection and oil/filter change were performed quickly, plus I was told to return in six months for another oil/filer change as a part of the maintenance program. I did not realize the latter and I will make a note of this.The waiting room had a Keurig machine and supplies which came in handy.

Update: Lisa called first thing the next day and was wonderful in working out the issue and scheduling an appointment for us. She arranged everything, including a loaner car. Outstanding recovery and cudos to Lisa.Weve been trying to schedule a service appointment for my wifes outback for two business days now. Three phone calls led only to voicemail, leave a message and well get back to you. So far not one call back. Today tried online chat, after the initial hello, waited 20 minutes for the agent to come back. Another 20 minutes to give them contact info led to a promise someone would call shortly. Eight hours later (theyre still open) and no call. Unbelievably poor service. Dont trust your car to these guys.
