My visit is normally good there when I first got there i waited a long time the young lady at the desk was wonderful my adjuster was bobby a woman who was very dry normally I would have a man with great energy a young man came in after me and got service before me I wasnt happy about that at all .to top it off I had to call bobby the next day she never sent the quote to my email til about 2:24 that evening which really frustrated me i decided I didnt want to give them my business so Im taking my car somewhere else to get fixed the service sucked this time I was so unhappy. If I ever had to go back to them I would request a man.. I do my job with great pride to make matters worse I know its her choice but she didnt have on a mask as if Delta isnt out here. Worse experience ever
I was in a hit and run a few days ago and so far they have been very helpful and accomodating
I was the victim of a minor accident and went to Bowditch to have them assess the damage. Clint was assigned to do the assessment. He was honest, personable, and knowledgeable. The facility is well maintained and the staff greeted me promptly and professionally.
Now if anyone can truly write a review about this place as well as Bowditch Quick Lane is me !! I see the professionalism, knowledge, adeptness, and precision on nightly basis. Meaning I have seen pretty much all makes, models and types. The turnaround for getting vehicles done is pretty damn fast. For example, one night I can see anywhere between 6 vehicles + and the next night pretty much empty. So that type of service they provide speaks volumes !! So definitely a top notch place if you need any work done to your vehicle without question !!!!
Bowditch Collision center has my vote today tomorrow and years to come. Clinton exceeded my expectations in every way. From the beginning, he was very straightforward with the repair process. Very personable but still professional. I received updates on the status of my car. It was ready on time!! The ladies at the front desk, Karen and Barbie, were very pleasant and efficient. My drop off and Pick up went super smooth, all paperwork was ready upon my arrivals. In and out within minutes. My front bumper looks brand new!! Showroom floor new!! Clinton really went above and beyond to make sure I was very happy with the service and quality...AND in my opinion thats what separates them from others.
My favorite place is Starbucks
They broke my door lock now I have to take it back there a second time to have them fix something that wasnt broke before they touched it
Poor quality work on a quarter panel on a new camry. Trunk does not align, paint is scratched, interior of our car has grease marks. Took 3 weeks instead of quoted 10 days, cost double what was quoted. Staff was nice, but nothing good to say about this place otherwise.
Due to Covid-19 restraints are everywhere. Thank you to Clinton and his team for making the deadline and getting me my car back after my accident. You all worked hard and it shows!
The service i received from Clinton Pai and Cindy Hoppes was amazing all my needs were met and taken care of. My vehicle looks amazing again and I would recommend everyone I know to go see Clinton or Cindy. Thanks again
Very accommodating and frank discussing work place challenges during the COVID-19 Pandemic.
Took my car to Bowditch Collision Center for repair to my 2007 Ford Focus. Estimate was a breeze. Repair took a little longer, due to the simple fact that there was more damage internally. Great communication by Aaron Frazier, he kept me in the loop on everything that was going on. Awesome work done by the technician Duane Merritt. Check out was a breeze with Aaron Frazier and Savannah Ontiveros at the front desk. Again everything was done in a timely manner and handled very professionally.
Beware of this body shop. By far the worst work that I have ever seen. I will refuse to go to this shop ever again. The car was wreck in a crash. The did not get my car back for about seven weeks. I get my car back with intention of a masterpiece. I inspect the car and see trash in the backseat and in the trunk. About two week later, I warm the car because it is cold that morning. My temperature comes on in the car so I check under the hood and the antifreeze is low. I look under the car and see a visible leak on the ground. I went to the store to get some antifreeze. Three days later, the temperature comes on again. Instantly I call BOWDITCH and speak to JASON. JASON is out of the office. I the shop the next day and JASON is out of the office again. I call to the shop again. I finally get to Jason and he replied to bring the car in on Monday morning at 9. I bring the car in and Jason is busy so I spoke to John. I describe to John the issue with the car. John takes the car and looks at it. About 15 minutes later John pulls the car to side. I walk outside to whats up and John said it was the INTAKE. I looked at him like what! Basically, it wasnt Bowditch responsibility now. I take the car to Big Als and they said it was a radiator leak from the hose. I called to the shop and never could get JASON. It seems if he was avoiding me; pretty much screening my calls. The repair cost my $238.P.S Beware of this shop.
Had a great experience. Mr. Clinton Pai showed great professionalism and had great service and took great care of my car!!
Great staff! Nice damage restoration and customer service!
I visited a year ago for repaire my ford explore. It was gentle and reliable service and repaire. I would like to recommend visit here if you need some repaire for your car and truck.I have really satisty for there service and hospitality!
Great place.
Ive used this facility before for repairs, no issues. In fact last time they finished early and I was so pleased I came back.THIS time.... Everything was fine at first. Then came my expected date of completion (theyve had it 2 weeks at this point, no calls or updates). I get a phone call Friday (day of completion) that it will be done the first of next week.. meaning Monday I guess? So no updates by end of day Monday so I call. The guy in charge of my repairs says itll be done Tuesday, no apologizes or anything for the delay and thats that.Come end of day Tuesday, no update or call so I call again. The guy in charge of my repairs says its not as far along as Id thought, Itll be done Friday. Again, no apologies, no explanation, just an additional week added.Come Friday end of day, no calls no updates, so again I call at 4pm when they close at 6pm. He says hes working on finishing up without offering a completion time or even letting me know if I can expect to pick it up that day. After complaining that its now taken 33% longer than expected with no updates, he tells me to head on down to them to pick up.(How nice, guess I should have just asked for my car back in the first place?)I arrive to pick up my car, looks fine on the outside, so I head in. At this point Im willing to forget it all because, hey whatever I got my car back. While Im waiting in line, the guy who has been in charge of my repairs sees me and waits in line with me making small talk- still no apology or explanation on the wait. He does also make several comments about the reason I was hit was due to the presidential candidate stickers I had on my car. (Ha?)While I was waiting to check-out, there were also two possibly mentally impaired women in the lobby who had just dropped off their car for repairs and were calling around for a rental. They were being a little loud talking amongst themselves and were understandably upset due to just being in an accident and having a hard time getting a rental. At this point, the repair supervisor standing with me starts to make fun of them. He said a few things to me under his breath while they were speaking then joked he was going to give my car to them.It made me uncomfortable and I felt it was unprofessional and disrespectful not only to make fun of customers but to make fun of customers.. to other customers. Finally Im checking out, getting my paperwork, and Im handed a survey. I would have loved to have filled this out honestly however he was not just hovering around me, but literally staring at my responses on the survey, letting my know that 9s are awful and 10s are great. So all in all, non-existent customer service, inaccurate estimates, and inappropriate staff.I suggest some PR training but rest assured I will take my business elsewhere for now on.
I was referred to Bowditch Quicklane on J Clyde from Advanced Auto across the street. I was very leery about going there because I have always taken my car to Firestone Auto for years. But I couldnt drive the car any further so I took a leap of faith and allowed Quicklane to figure out why my car was over heating. I was assisted by Jake the service rep at the counter. He was very prompt, kind and helpful. The cost to repair my car was mighty expensive but everything was well explained and he worked with me as much as he could on pricing. I had to leave my car overnight for repairs. Jake told me about their shuttle service and was happy to know the shuttle could take me home. Awesome service! Bob the driver of shuttle promptly took me home. It was a pleasure riding with him...he has a great personality. He offered to pick me up the next day when my car was ready. Next day, driver was there to pick me up and again a pleasure to ride with him. When it was time to pay for repairs, the girl at the counter was very courteous and helpful. I highly recommend the team at Quicklane for auto repairs. It may be a bit pricey but the service was great and my car was repaired quickly. So it was worth it to me.
For Susan Ziegler: Barbie Bartron Delivered, as promised, {in fact, one day early). My car looks great. Excellent service. Excellent paint match
Thank you guys for all your help with the CSX car!!! Barbie and Savannah thank you for all of your help. Nancy, Courtney and Veronica are very thankful for all that you have done for us.
Beautiful office that doesnt look or feel like a body shop. Staff very nice.
On October 28th I dropped my 2017 Honda Pilot. We had some issues with communication between the insurance company and Bowditch which extended the time at the shop. On Thursday November 14th my wife picked up the vehicle and did not take a good look at the work. I inspected the vehicle as soon as she got home. We had loose molding, paint did not match and broken wind deflector and loose parts. On Friday I took it back in. The manager and Jamal came out and said they did not do a quality check. Today November 22nd my wife picks up the vehicle and to our surprise more damaged parts where installed. Now they are ordering new parts and said they would come to my home and make the repairs. Please do your homework and use a reliable professional shop. I will never return to this shop.
Got in an accident, was told my vehicle would be ready on 12/5, completion date was changed 7 times!!!!!! wasnt ready until 12/21. arranged for a ride 6 different times to go pick it up. when it was finally ready, Barbie calls me near the end of the day, when I didnt have time to go pick it up. this was on a Fri, and of course their not open on the weekend, Mon was Xmas eve, closed again. So didnt get to pick it up until 12/26. been without my vehicle for almost a month and a half!!!!! this place is a joke and I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone and I will DEFINITELY NEVER take another vehicle back there!!!! And found a big scratch on the side of my vehicle that wasnt there before!!!
I first was so excited to finally get my vehicle back and even though the estimated date that I would get my car back was 5:30 the day before, I was not worried because my insurance had given me a rental. I walk in and the people are so pleasant ask me to do a quick survey and I proceed to give them kudos on being so nice. I go to put my belongings in my car and see that my car is dirty (my pearl white BMW) I then open the car and it has not been vacuumed either. I turn my car on and see no gas is in the car which didnt alarm me because I had the car there for a punctured gas tank! I was explained that $10 was put in the tank so I would have to put some gas in the car because it was on e. I drive to the nearest gas station fill my car up and turn my car on AND MY GAS NEEDLE DOES NOT MOVE. Now I am angry because I now have to get another rental car take my car back again when all of this should have been fixed in the beginning instead of just resetting my check engine light. On a plus side Sandra was nice.
The person doing the estimation was great, good communication. The repair was spotless, no issues looks like new.My only problem with the collision center is they need to work on their customer service.
Got my car back when promised and the workmanship was perfect. Looks brand new.
Joey was great in the whole repair process. He answered all of our questions and handled everything dealing with the insurance. They finished the work ahead of schedule and it looked good as new. Im glad I chose Bowditch to repair my 2014 Corolla. They did an excellent job.
The service advisor kept us well informed through the process. The repairs were not done correctly. It took four attempts to make the vehicle look brand new. A month for a new bumper but now it looks the way a new car should.
From start to finish, the team was friendly, professional, and efficient. Savannah Ontiveros was great on the phone and in person, Barbie Bartron did a thorough, timely estimate, and Duane Merritt and his team did a super job with the repairs...looks brand new!!! USAA has great reason to trust Bowditch Collision, as do I! Thank you!
They are very good with communication. Giving you status of your vehicle throw text messages.. With out me having to call..
Took my vehicle for an oil change on 8/1 got it back 10/12. They forgot to put the oil in. They agreed to replace the motor. This took more then 5 weeks. No calls no communication. Finally got it back, scratches, steering not working right and running rough. They said the rough idle would be ok and it just might need fluid. They had it back 2 days latter. This time they replaced the coil for the rough idle. Got it back the next time I had it for a few more days and noticed an oil leak and the engine light was on with a horrible noise. The mechanic did not put the valve cover gasket on right. Back to the shop to replace gasket and say the noise was coverter, not our problem. Went to pick it up and dirty more scratches and coolant leaking. They kept it a few more days fixed leak but not scratches. Called Bowditch to speak to owner, he never called. Yesterday Went to use the a.c. no air coming out, again they said not my problem. Went to Bowditch spoke to service manager he said he wasnt doing anything else for me. He stood up and said take me to court.I had none of these problems,( I have not listed everything wrong) before my oil change.Very bad business.
I dropped my vehicle off yesterday may 1st around 11am yo get the parking break fixed, oil changed, and a state inspection . I called them later that afternoon around 4pm and was told by Earl that a part had to be order and would be there first thing in the morning, shaking my head that i already had to call for my own update. The following morning I give them a call around 9am and still no part, no part until about 10-10 this morning Wednesday may 2. Okay, fine, so I get a call, its now 3:20 in the afternoon stating oil change was done, parking break fixed and that I failed inspection which i knew may happen .I told him to fix the wiper blades and that i would pick it up and get a used more affordable tire and bring it back for reinspection before they close as me and my wife work tomorrow and it will be inconvenient to try and fit it in tomorrow, which i why I dropped it off yesterday and they had my car all day on my day off. I get to the location about 4pm and no car . 430 no caf. It is now 521 and I have been waiting for them to finish wipes blade and write a rejection sticker so i can get my tire fixed and my inspection. But nope thanks to them I have to now carry that over into a 3rd day which i refuse to bring back to them . I will never use them again.
I love the quality and quick service!
Barbie Bartron has great customer service and is very helpful!
I had quicklane do all my state inspection, oil changes, and tires on both vehicles, I have not had any problems until a new assistant manager named Patrick started working there ..... What a rip off artist.... Wanted to charge $290 to change six spark plugs which takes less than 20 minutes.... Ive spent thousands of dollars getting maintenance done here on both my vehicles BUT not any more, taking my business elsewhere from now on......
Took my car to Bowditch quick lane to have transmission replaced. I was told the job take 9 hours to complete.... Why I still dont have my car back??? Been 2 weeks.... No communication
This is an outstanding collision center. They provide excellent professional service and pride themselves on making accident damage dissappear. Thier staff is friendly, resourceful, and professional.
Update: I have been contacted by a top manager who is very concerned about the problems I have listed and has offered to meet in person to correct any outstanding issues.I had to use Bowditch Collision Center because of my insurance. Here are the sequence of events.Tues- I dropped the car off.Frid- I call to see if the car is ready because the quote said it would take 4 days. I am told that the used replacement hoods were in worse shape than the hood I already had on the car. Therefore, they had to order a brand new hood and wait for it to arrive. Ron said it would be ready Mon or Tues.Sun- I get an auto text alert saying the car would be ready by Mon at 8pm.Mon- I called in the afternoon because the shop closes 2 hours before what the text message said. The car is not ready, but will be on Tues.Tues- I called in the afternoon but was told it was not ready, but would be ready the next morning.Wed- I get a call in the afternoon saying the car is ready. When I get home with the car, I find a 5 ft piece of black molding in the back seat. This was a piece from the roof of the car on the side where repairs were made. No explanation was given as to why it was no longer attached to the car.I get to the shop. They wanted me to sign the bill but only gave me Page 2 of 2 without showing me page 1. They also wanted me to sign another paper saying I had received both pages of the bill and that I had inspected the car. I had to ask for Page 1 of 2 and for a minute to actually go see my car first. My opinion:Bowditch missed, by my count, 4 deadlines. Count them, FOUR self-imposed deadlines. They must have assumed Im driving around with a free rental car so they can take their time with the repair. I was not, and it was a huge hassle to share one car during showy weather. If the parts they ordered were wrong and ordering different ones would delay the repair, I should have been told immediately about the delay. NOT at the time I am expecting to pick up the car.I cant imagine too many fields were professionals could be so apathetic about their own deadlines and still be in business. The repair work seems okay. The color matching was not great, but to be expected on a 10 year old red car. I find it unreasonable for them not to tell about the molding from the roof. I realize it may not have been the result of a fault on their part, it simply could have been old and dry rotted. I should have been told about it and not be left to discover it myself after Ive taken delivery of the car.I am giving them 1 star for deplorable service, and one star because the work appears satisfactory.
After having my car slowly start to decelerate, I coasted into an empty parking space on the Bowditch Quick Lane lot. Naturally, I was upset and panicking because I wasn’t sure what was happening with my car. A gentleman came outside and was very nice and tried to assist me with my vehicle. He showed me inside and I began talking to one of the front desk gentlemen. He was very nice (I can’t remember his name) and said that they could run a diagnostic on my truck and call me later in the day. After my boyfriend arrived and asked some question the gentleman told us that he would only charge me $45 instead of the full price for a diagnostic. I explained that I needed an ignition switch lock replacement and offered to show him how to start the truck and he declined and said that the technicians would take care of it. All day I heard nothing (I coasted in around 8:50am) At 3pm, I called and spoke with Venus who said that no one could get my car started and that in order for them to do anything they needed to replace the ignition lock switch, I declined and said that I would come up to the service center and start my truck for them. After getting there and again being completely upset because NO ONE called me all day to say that they couldn’t get the truck started, I kindly started the truck with no problem. The technician (Keith or Kevin) drove it around and came back inside and said he was “pretty sure” that it was my transmission. I asked was that what the diagnostic showed and he said it was never tested but that he was pretty sure. I asked to leave my truck there overnight so that I could make arrangements to have it towed and Venus said that it was fine. I was given a quote for a little over $4300 to replace my transmission and ignition switch lock, AGAIN MY TRUCK WAS NEVER PUT ON THE DIAGNOSTIC MACHINE.Fast forward to the next day, I go in to let Venus know when my truck will be towed out of their parking lot, she then asks me to pay for the diagnostic that was done the day before…I told her that the technician told me that it was never done because he couldn’t get my truck started and she said that she had forgotten to ask me to pay for it the day before. I asked her if there was a report that showed that it was in fact my transmission and she said that she didn’t have the diagnostic report because the techs couldn’t start my truck. My immediate thought was to use choice words with her because she not only told a lie about the diagnostic and asked me to pay for but couldn’t produce a report THAT WAS NEVER DONE!!! These people are LIARS, CHEATERS, AND MANIPULATORS! Nothing was ever checked on my truck, it was simply moved around, I am still without any knowledge of what is going on with my vehicle because of this place.I feel that they tried to take advantage because I was very distraught and crying and needed answers. I don’t care how broken down my vehicle is and this place is so close to my home…I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN! Think twice before going to Bowditch Quick Lane! I hope this reviews saves some people some money even though it is so long! Shame on these people! They have no morals or values! THANKS FOR NOTHING!
Good service! Took my car in for damage done by vandalism!
Fair, honest, and recommend to take your car to have repairs done or body work done.
HORRIBLE, I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO MY WORST ENEMY.1)POOR SERVICE.2)NO HONESTY, THEY TOOK MONEY FROM ME AND MY INSURANCE COMPANY. AND NEVER THOUGHT OF CALLING ME OR GIVING ME BACK MY MONEY UNTIL I ASKED FOR IT AFTER 2 MONTHS3) THEY DID A TERRIBLE JOB DETAILING THE CAR.4) THEY FORGOT TO FIX SOMETHING I PERSONALLY TOLD THEM TO FIX A HEAD OF TIME5)IT TOOK ABOUT THREE WEEKS TO GET MY CARD, AND THE ONLY REASON I GOT IT BACK EARLY WAS BECAUSE I DEMANDED TO TALK TO THE MANAGER.6)MY PHONE CALLS WERE BEING IGNORED, I HAD TO BORROW MY SUPERVISORS PHONE TO CALL THEM IN WHICH THEY ANSWERED.
I am writing this because last time I took my truck in for an oil change it took three hours. I was contacted but nothing was ever compensated. Then my wife took her trailblazer in last week for an oil change and tire rotation and it took them over three hours, that was bad enough but then I get a call from her after she drove it for like approximately ten miles and asked why it would shutter told her not sure she took it back and found that the lug nuts werent tightened all the way down. I call this lack integrity.
Everyone was kind and considerate
Did a outstanding job on my truck
Quick, efficient and polite service.
Prompt service - great customer service
Said I had bad tires, when it was something else making the noise
Great service
Not happy with their work.
Great place to work
Excellent Collision Center.!!!
Great place.
I took my car to get inspected and they had it back on time. I couldnt have asked for a nicer employee either. He knew who I was when I returned and helped with all my questions. Will be returning.
Efficient & friendly!!!!!
Its a car repair shop here, and the staff who work there are very friendly. I also paint my car and clean and repair it in my car.
