The place has fresh food and that why I go there

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING THAT DOESNT HAVE A PRICE ON IT went in to buy cookies that said $3.99 on the sign and was told it was $8 at register. i told them that wasn’t what the sign said and showed her the sign and she begrudgingly gave me the cookies for the right price. i had went in two weeks prior to buy a brownie and was told at the register it was $2. i pulled out a $10 bill and she said actually it’s $4. prices are arbitrary and they’re just waiting to scam college students. disgusted this place exists and can continue conducting their business in such an unethical manner. will never step foot in this over priced thievery of a store again and to any student—trader joe’s is cheaper and worth the walk instead of this place.

A staple for residents and NYU students this market has everything you need... And some things you didnt know you needed. I am particularly fond of their breakfasts. If in the area, great value for dollar for breakfast or lunch

Fast and tasty food to go near Washington Square Park and NYU.They have plenty supplies and the staff is quite friendly, specially with University crowd. They open late. And they have seasonal products.Clean in a fast pace part of the city.

Great neighborhood market! Usually I expect to pay more for the convenient location, but the produce is well priced even compared to bigger NYC grocery stores.

This is a good corner store if you realize you forgot to get something at the grocery store or want a quick snack. They have prepared food, fresh produce, beer, and a conglomeration of pantry items. I personally think it’s a little overpriced, but you are paying for the convenience of having it be right around the corner.

The Space Market is a cross between a supermarket and a convenience store. It has a deli counter, hot food self-service, fresh fruit & vegetables, cheeses, cookies, nuts, ice cream, bottled beverages, and an aisle of household basics. An NYU ID gets you a discount in the hot food. Checking out is efficient and fast.

24 hours a day, produce, basic and specialty food items. Decent food bar. Beer, but no more cigarettes. The sandwiches are good but they roll back their hours when nyu goes home which is disappointing

Nice place for cofee fruit and sandwiches. It’s clean friendly atmosphere things are organized. Clean bathroom.

Place is overpriced and the service is bad.

This was a while ago, but incidents like this can never be forgotten: when I was shopping here, I heard somebody whisper a racial slur. I turned around and found two female employees giggling and pointing fingers at an old Asian couple who were quietly minding their own business. I stared at these employees until they noticed me and grew silent. I left and never returned to this place. People like this disgust me.

Great place to grab food when on the go. Would not eat from the food bar- it remains open and seems unsanitary

Yes, you will pay higher prices here. However, the convience of this place is just too easy to pass up.Example: Beer (hey, Im in collegeSpace Market: $26 for Coors Light 18pkKMart: $15Space Market is two blocks from Goddard, and 10 blocks from KMart. When I have time I go to KMart, but for late night beer runs and munchies, this place is a haven.

Awful place for sandwiches, and the staff made sandwiches is very impatient and kind of rude.

Great Deli Sandwich selection but the hot bar is very expensive, unless youre getting sushi. Workers are usually very brusk and not very friendly.

Try the buffet lunch on tuesdays!

In the deli Space Market you will be able to buy your food and drink to go. They have hot food buffet and salads. You also have sandwiches. It is the perfect store to buy your picnic and take it to Washington Square Park.
