So grateful for this service! By the time my daughter and I got settled into our hotel room, it was almost 10:00 at night. Too late for most restaurants and we didnt want fast food. What a treat to have fresh produce (beautifully picked) and other groceries brought right to our hotel! The website was easy to use and there was even someone available to live chat when I had a question. Our delivery was super fast and in perfect order.

I started using MaxDelivery when we went into full shutdown, and the experience is so good I haven’t gone back to in-person grocery shopping since. The selection is excellent as is the quality. I’ve been surprised with some of the more exotic things they have which is huge for convenience. I’ve never had an issue with the quality of produce, meat, bread, dairy, or anything for that matter. I wish I had found them before the pandemic. Excellent all around.

MaxDelivery has really been wonderful … I’m not even quite sure *how* they manage to deliver so quickly, It’s practically like magic! I started using the service during pandemic, initially believing that I would stop and go back to regular shopping as things opened up … But I’ve become a big fan and I still continue to use them! I can’t believe how fast the delivery was I ordered four bags of groceries… Meat, produce, snacks everything was fresh organic gluten-free and I didn’t have to pay crazy delivery fees plus They give you a free gift on your first delivery and an extra five dollars off the already $50 off coupon I used so I really saved about 70 bucks my first order and I have one more coupon to use by the end of July… Very excited!

Ordered a pretty large order - and was shocked when it arrived 35 min later with all my items and no incorrect items. Shocking! You do pay a bit of a premium on lots of items compared to other grocery stores, but not outrageously so, and worth the convenience and accuracy in my opinion! If I didn’t need groceries for another few days, I would potentially look for a cheaper option, but the convenience of same-HOUR delivery is unmatched. They also are good in sending coupons / promos to their loyal customers. Definitely using again in the future and definitely recommend - especially if in a pinch.

A new online grocery delivery for NYC. Happy to try them out as they sent me two $50 coupons for the first orders.The navigation on the site is good. Most things are easy to find and they have partnerships with liquor stores and restaurants for a broader selection. Item wise the biggest challenge was the limited grocery selection and quite a number of stock outs limiting choice even more.The biggest challenge I have to sticking with them is the pricing. NYC is a competitive market and their prices arent sustainable once the coupons are gone.The delivery was efficient. She came up stairs and dropped the groceries at our apartment per request. They give you an estimated delivery time which is nice, but they missed it by 10 min. I would suggest giving a window rather than a specific time.

I had no idea how to get my daughter some quick supplies in NYC (I am in another state ) after a bad fall down her apartment building stairs. I quickly found this delivery service and not only did they get her all the medical items I ordered for her very quickly - but also sent her a gift bag of goodies from wonderful local bake shops. They were a few minutes late because the poor delivery guy got a flat tire. He was so apologetic and even called me after the delivery to apologize again. However, overall the service was just excellent. So much better than Instacart or Fresh Direct.All grocery items were nicely packaged, no substitutes, everything I ordered arrived looking fresh and pristine. I highly recommend them. MAX delivery always does a super job - from getting the orders right to delivering within the scheduled time. I used to rely on Instacart but they always had too many substitutes and I had to constant check messages to see if they need my permission to substitute something else. I’ve been using this service for several years, and I like the selection, the availability of organic food, and how easy it is to place an order on the app. I mostly order from my phone. It’s great when you’ve just forgotten a critical ingredient, or when you’re craving something, too. During COVID, it’s been a lifesaver. The fruits and vegetables have been first rate and I love being able to get cheese from Murrays. The site is easy to navigate. Its expensive but so far they have been very reliable. Tried them for the first time today after receiving a promo in the mail. Seriously couldn’t believe how quickly they packed everything and got it to me. I had used instacart, amazon fresh and fresh direct for a while before, but had some not great experiences with damaged items or no replacements- everything with Max delivery was packed so carefully, but without all of the crazy waste. It got to me within an hour of ordering with everything in stock. Definitely worth a try if you get an introductory promo and I’m hoping to stick with them if my orders continue like this!

Ive been using Max Delivery for the entire year of lock down. Theyre very reliable. When I couldnt get groceries for weeks from other deliveries, Max always had lots of delivery times and they are always on time. Sometimes they run out of specific brands/items but I can generally find an equivalent. They take care to package fruit and glass bottled items with bubble wrap to make sure nothing is damaged. Love that I can get some good NY brands here too like Murrays cheese. Two thumbs up for Max!
