Saw a giant roach walk across the counter and head towards pastries and then the floor and then crawl up the wall right after I placed my order just now. Staff was super nice and refunded me right away but this was the grossest thing I have seen in any place in NYC serving food. Perhaps pest control is needed, roaches prancing around on counter in broad day light would suggest an abundance of them. But again, maybe just bad luck.

Coffee machine broken for over a month. Not a couple days or a week but over a month! How can you run a coffee shop with a broken machine for so long. Ever since they hired a complete new staff this location has been a joke of a coffee shop, even when the machine was working they screw up a regular coffee with milk. I dont know if the company is using a new brew or the workers dont know how to make a simple hot coffee but it tastes like milk and hot water. Prices also vary depending on the worker at the register, not worth the overpriced cost for a bad cup of joe.

Great food and great staff.Super friendly, will definitely be stopping by for another Power Shake.The pricing is great, as well.The shakes are a perfect way to cool down and relax, especially during the summer months.

Joe & The JUICE is an excellent spot for soothing your smoothie sensations. It has a large selection of all types of juices, from energizers to recovery blends of fruits, vegetables and all the power foods that we love and adore. I would recommend this place to anyone on a juice craze and return again.

Id say its your average quick bite and juicing spot. I would say that they have a cool marketing campaign (bags, artwork etc) though.

2 stars because my shake was good and the bathroom was clean, but have to dock some stars because we walked in an hour per closing and the employee said that he was only making shakes and nothing else on the menu because it was an hour before closing.Im sorry, but thats so lazy. If you close at 7, then close at 7. Dont close at 6. And how are you going to have juice in your name but not even serve juice?!

This location is very disappointing. The two young women working there in the mornings are so inexperienced and very rude in dealing with customers. Probably try another location

This place has a Starbucks feel to it. Hip and tastefully decorated. Both times that Ive stopped in, it was busy. The music is loud but the sitting area is comfortable and clean.The juices are tasty but pricey. $9 and change for 12oz.I found the staff to be friendly. He smiled and asked what we would like. Thats all I ask of the servers, just be polite.The bathrooms are kept clean...in the City, its a big plus.

I wish we had one of these upstate, but hands down one of the best club sandwich places Ive been too (even though it was more of a panini). The options are so healthy and tasty, I love the juice and shake choices, and overall the vibe is so cozy and welcoming. Staff is very friendly and energetic, too!

Unnecessarily expensive place. Love the decor and atmosphere but too expensive. Well, its Manhattan I guess. And the guys working there were making way too much noises and singing loud to the radio songs. Also, one of the guys was banging the hanging light fixtures to try to look cool I guess. The songs he was playing had a lot of N words...I understand that some people like those type of songs but its obviously offensive and should not be played at a coffee shop!!!

The juice was fine but it was my first time there so I asked if they had anything with papaya and the person behind the counter just pointed to the board behind them. I can read. Let me know what youd suggest instead of being flippant. Yeesh

This place is amazing, a must come to spot early in the mornings to get my day started off right. And the staff are very friendly too.

Its ok. Its got a few outlets and wifi, quite small compared to other locations. It looks like its been reopened but it was closed for several days by the Health Dept and their online reports show mice which is a little concerning. In an area where its hard to find a location to sit down and work on a laptop its still a solid option.

Came in early this morning. I ordered a ginger and turmeric latte. It was made poorly; warm not hot and I could barely taste the ginger or turmeric. I requested a remake. The counter staff made unprofessional remarks about my request thinking I could not hear them with my headphones on. I heard every word of their crass immaturity. I paid for a poorly made product and I wasnt compensated. Dont patron this location find another. My fave J&J is on 42nd Street...

Stopped in for a coffee and a bite to eat between appointments. Fast and friendly service and a nice atmosphere for me to catch up on emails.

Terrible, rude service - even to a (former) regular.

They make really good smoothe/ juice (not too diluted by too much water which is good). The staff working on Saturdays are very friendly. They even complimented my shirt😆 It is pricy like Starbucks but they have aesthetic interior for me to relax or do homework.

I love this place but its always so cold inside and the music is always way too laud. Its really annoying. You cant even have a conversation over the phone because of it.

Not very good and pretty expensive. I spent $17 on a small juice and sandwich. The juice was good but the chicken in the sandwich was low quality. I sent an email to the company and they refunded half the cost of the sandwich, which was much appreciated.

This wheres a great place to hang out for an hour, and the staff was kind of ok, but the prices are unreasonable. You get something overly sugary for a high price, and I expected more quality. Not an impressive menu. At least WiFi is free.

They have such good juices especially my favorite the past were shake. Also the avacado sandwich is soooooo good.

You pay 10$ for a green juice and if you pay attention, what they do is press the fruit- apple for example- then they add the greens to that juice and blend them like a smoothie. They use very little of what’s expensive and a lot of what’s not. It’s not honest. Good savings for the business owner.

I entered the coffee store, no good morning, no smile, loud explicit hip hop music and one of the employees was sleeping in the back while the other was doing the work. Not what I want to see or hear first thing in the morning.

Great juice, insane prices. Ordered a large, thought they gave me the wrong cup - nope it was a large, for almost $10.

DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED. THE SANDWICHES ARE VERY RICH (ESPECIALLY FOR THE BREAD) AND THE JUICES. AND SO THE PRICE IN THE SAME PARAMETER AS EVERYWHERE IN NEW YORK. HOWEVER, MUCH BETTER THAN MOST
