It’s a tiny place downstairs in a shopping plaza. I usually like Bluestone but this location is used for training I think because my latte is not consistent. Sometimes it’s good and other times it was very bad. Also, there is no milk out and it’s a pain ask for it since the place is so small. I prefer the Madison Ave location.
These guys make a mean cappuccino! I go here a lot and there isnt much space but boy is it worth it! The baristas really know what theyre doing and also know about the ingredients in the food. The avocado toast is so good here too! Definitely gives these guys a try if you like your coffee!
Sleek and cozy place, loved their wide-ranging menu plus healthy food choices. They also offer a variety of Australian inspired coffee. My favourite is their cappuccino! Amazing customer service too.
Miguel is my friend :) he makes the best chai lattes and coffee. Charlie is cool too. Theyre both awesome. Would always go right before work or Id sneak out during work just to see them and get some Joe :p Teas are great too since I had to switch when I became pregnant. I showed them my gratitude by making them poke bowls . Im sure if theyre reading this, they remember the Jenna. The one and only 🤞🏼🤙🏽😁
The people who work here are so incredibly nice! They remembered me and my husband the second time we came here, even though they have a steady string of other people constantly coming through. They have vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options. The toast is absolutely amazing, I had the banana toast and I couldnt get enough of it. My husband had salmon toast the first time and really enjoyed it, and avocado toast the second time. This is definitely worth a stop, even if only to get an amazing cup of coffee.
The food was good quality, tasty and reasonably priced. The staff were polite and friendly. The toilets were nice and clean.
Tried the flat white and Aussie iced latte, both were great!! Really cool space too. Its a bit difficult to find if youve never been there before, but its worth the hunt! Staff were super friendly too, which is definitely a plus.
I’ve been probably 10x...5x the cappuccino was awesome and 5x it was just okay. I’ll still go back, but I’m on the fence. The staff is super nice though. Btw, the shoe shine place across the hall is good too.
Located in the Atrium of the building, there is no dedicated seating specifically for Bluestone. However, there is plenty of open seating around the corner (still inside the building). Try the Aussie Iced Latte if you want to indulge. The woman who took our order was SUPER nice.
I usually go to this place for salmon toast. Sometime its good but not today! The bread was not fresh. I feel it was toasted yesterday and used today. It was hard and chewy. Was not crazy about salmon also. Wanted to go back and return but was busy at work. Not the best start of the day!
I am tea addicted and these guys serve best tea in the area. Hats off
Feel this place kinda slides through on hipster value, rather than merit.Coffee tastes burnt, food is bland but expensive, and the staff are a little to cool be talking to the lay folk who come in.Almost like the owner went to Sheppard’s Bush or Hammersmith and thought, “huh, put ‘Australian’ in front of a generic business and will people go there... why hasnt anyone done this in the US?”Save yourself the money (and use cash — doesn’t except here) by going to a local bodega and getting coffee.Do not recommend.
Quaint place, great service and the food was fresh and tasty. Best sweet potato fries Ive ever had!
One of the best coffees in midtown. Its a hole-in-the-wall kind of shop, but public indoor seating is available just around the corner. Very good service - warm, friendly, and quick.
Hidden in an office building and upon entering you are transported to Australia. Nice rustic interior with pretty good coffee. Ive never had their coffee prior to this visit, but I enjoyed the espresso. Not the best, but still pretty good.
Great tea and coffee. Its in the food court - not a full cafe like other Bluestone Lane locations.
Great coffee and GF snacks. But the best part is the people - its the highlight of my day to come say hey to everyone!
Good food, excellent coffee. Will go back to get my fix. I will also note that it made me feel like I was back in Melbourne xx
Good coffee and easy to miss. Enter the building and go down to the basement behind the elevator bank.
I dont normally leave reviews on things, but this place had wonderful coffee and some of the nicest people I had ever met.
Great coffee! A tip if you aren’t from NYC it’s down stairs!!
Excellent Lattes and fresh coffee. The coffee is ethically sourced and Rainforest Alliance Certified. House Blend is really good, tastes like cocoa and cloves. They also sell a variety of mini bundt cakes, mini loafs, and baked goods like gluten free brownies and chocolate chip cookies. One guilty pleasure, the Avocado Toast. Love this. Addictive. Favorites: Salmon Toast (optional toppings / add ons avail), Almond Butter & Jelly.
Really wonderful find! Tucked in a quiet building with lots of seating in the atrium and of course, wonderful wonderful coffee!
Worth a stop (and an escalator ride down from the Lobby) - delicious Australian coffee!!! I had the best cup of cappuccino, and I dont normally drink coffee.
This one is more like a window than a store, a tiny location on the lower level of an outdated office building. It’s great coffee, though. Note, they do not take cash. Just credit cards.
I find it really hard to find great coffee, close to how it tastes in NZ, but this cafe is pretty good
Fantastic cappuccino, great matcha chocolate chip cookie! One of the best cappuccinos Ive had in the city.
So good! Had avo smash and flat white. I had pretty much a whole avocado smashed on my toast with red pepper flakes and salt.
Good service but the coffee is not strong enough
Closed! South Melbourne coffee but I can’t get any on 16 March 2020
Beautiful place (card only tho)
The dirty chai latte was pretty potent
Staff is great and food with a lot of flavornes
Very good coffee and helpful staff. No cash, only credit cards (and probably electronic payments too)
One of my fav coffee roaster. Their coffee is a little on acidic side but I like it. The people who working there are friendly.
Yummy, high quality. The good stuff.
The lanes were the wrong blue and the wind too blue but the sun shined on the prairie of longivity
Nice to have a real cappuccino.
Best Coffee in Manhattan. Great service
Good coffee... nice place small
Good coffee that youd be happy to drink but its overrated I think and not worthy of the 4.7 average rating on Google.
By far the best coffee in NYC, they have a few locations as well.
5pm closing time, seriously? And they dont accept cash or apple/android pay.
After this, i cant go back to starbux. I smell a problem ))))) loved this coffee.
Best coffee and fantastic food
Loved the coffe and food
Its tucked away inside an office building so its hard to find without asking around.
Gluten free lamingtons
Delicious espressos, great staff!
Best coffee in town !

Always a place to go for special occasions
Great coffee
Its expensive

Smooth and comfortable place, loved their extensive menu plus the choice of healthy food. They also offer a variety of Australian inspired coffee. My favorite is their cappuccino! Amazing customer service too.
Very friendly staff and the drinks taste great. Unfortunately, there is no seating at this location, but there are opportunities to linger in the building itself. Favorite: Beet Latte
