In a world of e-bikes youll soon realize that all the people that you buying from have no idea how to fix it. They dont even plan to fix it for you, they plan to sell you a warranty the bike is guaranteed for a year but after that you get nothing and nobody knows how to fix it. So I end up down here at this place hoping for a miracle everyone else Ive been to has said theres nothing they could do or you need a new motor these guys took the bike apart and put it back together good as new. I had a E030 code. Which is a communication issue between display and motor. Turned out to be a sensor from the wire rubbing against the spokes. No controller or motor.

Absolutely amazing!!! The shop is small but they repair it on spot if you have time. I left them my bike overnight, so they have more time and they went above and beyond. They fixed everything properly and I’m more than happy. I drove there all the way from NJ but it paid off. I loveeeeeeeee this place,only place you should bring your ebike for any electrical problems,I mean any!I took my bike to literally 6 ebike shops before I came across this place and they were the only ones to figure it out.and fasttttttttttt! I highly recommend this place..
Staff is incredibly knowledgeable and polite. I’ve had other shops quote me for $200-400 for a basic electric issue, they got it done for me in under 20 minutes and charged $25. Very happy with my experience here!

If you have a problem with a mid drive motor for example Tongsheng motor, dont you bother to go here they dont fix this kind of motors, even I called them before to asked them and they do tell me that they fix this kind of motors, when I went there they give me no hope!? they are not E-bike pro technics!!!??? theyre only specializing more in Arrow type bicycle system!? Hub motor specialist!?

If youre in desperate need of a repair then I suggest it. If not go elsewhere. To be fair they are not that expensive for a Manhattan location. It will take a while though and the sidewalk is always crowded.

Wish I could say better. Brought them an electric scooter, about 9 months old with dead motor. They asked me to order replacement motor and controller and they could not repair. They finally (waited a month for this repair) replaced controller taking away speedometer, turn signal and scooter ran 1/3 its prior speed, until, after about 3 miles it died again.

I went to the ebike shop I purchased my ebike from, they told me 2 days and I need a appointment for them to fix my flat, I went here, they didnt have the tire I us (20 inch) but I got one and in 15 min I was riding my bike again, thank you.
