I went to 5 stores before I found this place and I’m so glad that I did. They knew exactly what to do and installed it for free. They didn’t give me any bike shop “shop talk” bs. They installed, and explained how and why it was the best thing to do. I insisted on a tip because they were really kind and thorough. It was my boss’s expensive bike so it was important that it was done well. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Please support this business— you won’t be disappointed, and we need more bike shops like this in this city. Thanks guys!

These guys are the best - no frills, honest, quick service for my Cannondale at a good price. Hugo has been building and fixing all types of bikes for 35 years and knows what hes doing and is fully certified. He & Alfonso worked in the two prior bike shops on the street previously and are now opening their own business with one other partner. Stop by for any repairs on the spot on any type of bike, from high end road to delivery bikes and stop wasting your money at other impersonal, overpriced shops.

I really wanted to like this place. Typical repair scam. Original issue was handled, only to have 3 more pop up that were never there. And when I ask why, I’m told “that’s just the way it is”. I wish I never went here, my bike hasn’t been the same since they put their hands on it.

Worth every penny. He said it would be like new and it is even better. Just such a better ride!

GREAT SERVICE! I walked in with a popped inner tube and Hugo took great care of me. He was friendly, knowledgable, and had me in an out within 15 minutes. Unlike any other service ive had at bike shops, which often feel pretentious and judge mental which is not what a customer wants. Hugo gave me some tips on how to keep my bike in optimal shape. GO HERE!!

I stopped by the shop to get my bike serviced and they found out that my breaks were worn down and they replaced them on the spot. They also helped install a child’s bike seat and they were so helpful and friendly. I will definitely go back.
