Hassle free, some minor problems with a couple of the bikes (we rented 4) but a good deal, via their website, $15 per bike for a half day, more than enough to do Central Park. Short walk from Columbus Circle.

Dont reserve anything here. I dont know what it was before, but the store is closed down now and any online reservation is just stealing your money.
