Small mom and pop neighborhood business. Julio is great on advising you on Best repairs for your bike . Although I have to point out that the shop mainly speak Spanish and its a dominant language here . The staff is always great and eager to help you . What they dont have they can order it for you . But do come with an open mind I think there the best bike shop around the neighborhood . So if you want to give them a try, ... Go and help support your local business

I love this place. Julio is always in good disposition to help and he makes sure that he provides the best quality of equipment. Noticed that this bike shop has a new management for around 2 years. Those reviews from over two years do not represent well the service that this bike shop provides now.

I have paid them about 70 dollars here in an efforts to get my bike to shift in a manner that wont have the chain fly off while Im peddling in traffic and potentially have me fall under a bus... And yet my bike is still a hazard. EVERYTIME I take it to Central Park I have to turn around halfway and kick-push my bike to this neighborhood bike shop where they tell me ANOTHER piece is why I wont shift and needs to be replaced (so far its been the cables, chain, oil, derailleurs and the actual shifters) and each time I bring it in they seem to notice something new being the reason why the bike wont shift. They charge a dollar for air and thats the best deal youll find here cuz you wont find technical know-how.

This is my new MTA booth as far as commuting to work. They fix my bike extremely well Everytime. New tires, tubes you name it. Havent had a bad experience after they fix my problem.

Love this bike shop! Came in to have my bike wheels pumped. The gentleman noticed my front wheel was loose and adjusted it immediately for me! Then I asked if they had anything to fix my bike lock carrier because someone had stolen a rubber piece making it nonfunctional. They adjusted a rubber piece on for me free of charge! So thankful for their great service :)

Slow service, opaque pricing, but convenient neighborhood bike store

A couple weeks ago I was biking across town and got a flat tire on a Saturday night. So I headed to Correcaminos, the closest bike store, and the only one that was open.Not only did they fix my tire when they were closed for ceiling renovations, they performed the fix in five minutes and gave me the new tire for $10 instead of $12.Excellent service, excellent people. Go here.

Bad business model. Blame the customer for the workers negligence. I had went in to repair my crank mechanism. The worker suggested just getting a new crank set all together. So i followed him because he should be the expert. He switched out the main crank and not the internal mechanism as i told him i needed. In less then 24hrs the crank set had fallen apart. Leading me to in EMERGENCY going into another bike shop in the bronx where i was at the time the crank set broke on me. Spending an additional amount on-top of the price of getting a NEW CRANK SET AND INSTALLATION. When i went to the bike shop on my way home to let him know of the unfortunate happenings of his workers negligence and to see if we could work a deal out so maybe we could continue business together. Also to Due to the fact he did not tightly secure the crank on the lever so as i was peddling it stripped the inside and by the time i made it to a bike shop the crank was UNREPAIRABLE so i had to buy a whole peddle lever at the bx bike shop. first as i enter at 10pm on the Saturday night (1 day after installing new crank set) and i explain what happened and the cost i had to pay at the other shop. The manager became irate and irrational. Started to yell and speak nasty to me. I suspected it had to do with the alcohol being consumed and the fact his employees did something that cost his business money. Non the less he tried to snatch my bike and take it to the back to inspect if my bike was the cause of this destruction of the new crank i paid for to be installed. He was speaking Spanish as if i don’t know what he was saying cursing me my name and all in a very rude manner. So i said i would NEVER give him my business again. And this is a bike shop i had spend hundreds maybe repairing and replacing parts on my bike. And it really hurt to think he uses an honest business man front to get you in the door to then only treat his customers as nothing but his money machines. This business has no compassion or sense of community. Money hungry people who will only destroy ur bike to further get money from you. The new crank set i bought is orange and now i have to ride around with an orange pedal lever and a silver because they didn’t have orange at the bx shop. All in all Do not trust this shop or its workers

Quick service. Prices OK. Reception and interaction were not very warm, but staff was helpful in explaining my options for fixing my bike.

WORST BIKE SHOP I have ever walked into!!! and I have been in a lot of bike shops throughout my life. STAY AWAY!! Where do I start.The guy here was supposed to fix a flat tire but when I left (also gave the guy a tip) and went up a few blocks the tire was flat again (He didnt fix it) !!! When I came back he said it was my fault, and charged me for another fix. (As he checked it, telling me there was nothing wrong I checked myself and pulled out a piece of glass HE MISSED TWICE WHEN HE CHECKED) On top of that he CHARGED ME for USING THE AIR PUMP!!!!
