My brand new Fisher & Paykel gas oven is beautiful. My husband and I consider ourselves amateur chefs. We just finished an entire remodel of our home, cannot wait to use this new oven. BUT IT IS LEAKING GAS INTERNALLY, THE FLAMES WILL NOT STAY LIT, THE LIST GOES ON AND ON. No one will help us or provide any service. I have seen a lot in my short adult life, but the absolute lack of care and concern and attention with this problem is possibly the most abhorrent treatment I have ever experienced. I need a phone call and someone to come to my home immediately. I am a pretty patient guy, long fuse. However I have reached my wits end here. Call me, please.

The customer service and repair at this company is god awful. Save your money and buy a wolf, sub-zero or anything other than Fisher-Paykel. We have a brand new fridge that is 4 mos old and it’s broken 3 times and nobody here at company knows how to fix it or cares to. It’s been a really awful experience all around.

My 4th year with a Fisher & Paykel stove and refrigerator, not one problem, refrigerator maintains the cold well as well as the freezer, the stove has not broken down once, would buy again.

What an amazing experience I had today at the Fisher & Paykel Showroom in NYC today! I have been hooked on gas cooking, but I learned today that induction cooks magnificently. Even more impressive is that the kitchen doesnt get warm while you cook and clean up is a snap! Anyone with an electric cooktop or electric range looking for an upgrade should take serious look at their products. The refrigerators are sleek and stunning as well. Sending a big thanks to Briana and her team for letting me demo induction. Literally, I am sold!

The customer support/service in the NYC area is horrible. Keep this in mind if you are considering their products. We need our ice maker repaired, and first technician couldnt/didnt fix it, and we have been getting the run around ever since despite having been charged for the visit. They are extremely unorganized, do not reply when they say they will, and generally dont seem to care about customer satisfaction.

This is a gorgeous showroom! Fisher and Paykel is the new zealand-based company that sells appliances that fit really well into tight spaces like we have a New York City. They also sell appliances for not tight spaces but more of us living small spaces here. They sell a really cool narrow refrigerator and a dishwasher thats a drawer. If you visit the showroom you can see their new space that is a specifically for small New York City kitchens.They also host demos that you can sign up for to see how the appliances work.

Great showroom with some awesome ideas. They have modern as well as professional style appliances for any time of design. Make sure to go during one of the cooking events!

All Chefs in New York and around the world would enjoy the benefit of exploring the showroom of the latest kitchen appliances in the industry. It is a lovely showroom guaranteed to spark inspiration.

Called them twice and went to see them in person. Was told 3 times their 24’’ dishwasher would fit inside a Standart Ikea 24’’ cabinet. I never thought there would be an issue . Fisher Paykal sells globally and Ikea has standard sizing world wide and both companies sell massive volume. Dishwasher arrived . Did not fit . It cost me over $500 to have the cabinet that was installed taken apart and and custom refitted for dishwasher. A waste of time and money. Called fisher paykal and spoke to manager for over 20 min. She said she would call me back and sort something out for me. Never happened even after I rang them a few days later I got NO response. Very very disappointed.

Expect to spend one hour on hold with their parts dept. just to purchase and replace the refrigerator water filter.

Wonderful showroom. Very helpful in planning my kitchen.
