Not an honest business model.Purchased juicer through Hurom.ca and when juices stopped working was told that Hurom has no service in Canada and all Canadian customers are treaded as international. All shipping to US service office needs to be pain by me.In the warranty documentation they didn’t mentioned it which is the main legal document provided to customer.Tried to post my negative review feedback on the official Hurom site, but it was deleted.I liked the juicer but when you have issue you feel you wasted 700$

Hands down THE BEST JUICER!!! I absolutely love this machine. With any ingredient, youll get the best-quality juice ever. Its sooo different from the ones you buy at juice stores. You also save a ton of money from juicing your leftover veggies and fruits vs. going out to buy $12/bottle juices. Plus, you can make your own ice cream!! Seriously the best investment ever.

Love Hurom, working fantastically past 2 years and producing daily morning fruity drinks (especially, ABC Juice(Apple, Beat and Carrot) for myself and Celery Juice for my wife and fresh fruit juice for kids) Great taste and Easy Clean. Thanks for inventing the excellent product.

Do not bother to spend your money here. Spoke with 3 different reps and every single one of them made it seem as though they did not want to be bothered. Sent the product back, requested a refund and will gladly blow $500 elsewhere.

The worst customer service people. Don’t waste your money here, they will try their best to not refund you or help you.

Ordered a juicer for a house warming gift and they cancelled my order without telling me because they shipping address and billing address were different. This is the most incompetent excuse for a company that I know of. They never sent me an email or phone call pertaining to the order. They held my money for a week until I called to find out the status of the order just to tell me it was cancelled. This is ridiculous service for an over priced juicer. AVOID at all cost!
