First Strike:It is Thursday, May 20th, 2021 and I called a week ago and made a delivery- drop off scheduled for today, Thursday between 2-6pm. Around 4pm I called and spoke to a woman who stated that the “movers” were still heading to me but was stuck in traffic. She stated that they would be there to me before 7pm since the store closes at 7pm.7:30pm no-show. I called twice and the phone just continued to ring. No missed calls or anything from this location about issues with my delivery.I will be calling the store tomorrow and I hope they are ready for one unpleasant phone call. Will keep everyone updated. I’m intrigued to hear their apparent reasoning behind being a no-show.
I hate that I didnt read the reviews before dealing with this store. I filled out the application online the want to be called that didnt happen. When I called it took another two days because the couldnt locate my file. After going to the store before taking possession of the laptop I was clear that the payments have to be on the 1 and the 16th was assured it wouldnt be a problem. I went into the store and made the first payment then before the 1st already ran my card. NO worries i know how to deal with this moving forward,
I love the rent a center I go to. Rac already has great deals, but this store has the best customer service hands down! The people here are fantastic!
I called your store to make sure you had everything in stock, was assured that you did, I came all the way to the store to be told sorry we dont have it in stock, we can charge you now and have it delivered later....all this after waiting almost an hour, this was a horrible experience
Very unprofessional, the store was empty but they did have one bedroom set that I liked and though I was already registered online and paid for delivery I still had to do the whole Paperwork process and left the siore with nothing.
I walked in this morning to purchase some furniture, and the manager was on the phone yelling while making comments about peoples cards declining. After about 10 minutes of this, I approached him and asked if he knew a customer was in the store, and he said no then yelled at his colleague to take her to the back of the store to complete my transaction. I was stunned and felt so uncomfortable that I told the associate I would come back, and the manager said yeah, come back. I thanked the two employees for being so gracious and professional, Carlos and Louis, and walked out. I then went back to get the copies of my drivers license, debit card, and application (which had my social on it) and I asked for corporates phone number. The manager then yelled it out. I asked for his last name and was told I didnt need it...I can assure you that a store who is being ran by someone who demonstrates such lack of professionalism and is disrespectful to their clientele will not have my sale. A formal complaint was made, but I decided to post a review because this should not happen, no matter who you are, and this manager needs to know that as well as anyone who is interested in purchasing furniture here.

Person who answered the phone was extremely rude. I called him and and greeted him and introduced myself and proceeded to ask my question and he cut me off saying i was being rude??? i asked him how he would like me to ask my question he told me to just continue. dry confusing and unprofessional
