Fabulous experience! I worked with both a senior salesperson and a more junior person to purchase a counter-top coffee machine. Even though this was a small purchase by Mieles standards, you would think I was fitting out an entirely new kitchen. I received so much personal service -- from training on how to use the new machine to a break on the price because I ended up buying the store display. And when it came time to delivering the unit, the staff was more than willing to load it into my career. I would recommend the Miele sales team in New York to anyone. The “experience” was terrible. First the phone was never answered yet they are appointment only. Then we tried their web site to schedule an appointment only to be asked to continue to call. After we finally got there Michael met us. It feels like he didn’t even care. He didn’t want to talk to us and the whole conversation was we asked each question and he answered with a few words. He didn’t even want to show us around to see their products. When we left he said he would send email about a few models that would work for us but he never did. Even worse he gave us price information that is way off about their own products. Michael should be fired for doing such a poor job.
