Great customer service. Went to get some information about headphones today and the lady who was stocking them was both knowledgeable and personable, really helped me decide which pair to get. Honestly one of the better interactions Ive had with a sales associate in a while.
This place is a great electrics 🔌 stores! Best Buy is obviously the place to go when looking for tech 💻 and electrics ⚡ at an affordable cost. The spot is one of their larger stores in NYC 🗽. Ordering online 🖥️ and picking up at the store 🏪 is so easy! Definitely check their website for deals 🏷️! I wish I came here more often!

I hadn’t stepped into a Best Buy in YEARS but I needed a camera. Rosa helped me for over an hour. I am so thankful for her knowledge, insight and patience. I am so happy that ROSA was there to assist me - I know that my experience would not have been as satisfying if she was not there (and probably would have walked out with a different product)! If you need a camera, make sure you head to the Best Buy in Union Square and talk to Rosa!

I have gone to this best buy a few times since its located near my job. Customer service is none existing. I dont know if its the way I look (thats what I often feel), or maybe Im just hideous. Last time I went to buy a phone and the manager told me I couldnt do it with out a plan. I have done it before. If you thought my card was fraudulent just say that. Work on your customer service.
Best Buy kinda stinks now.So many employees but yet no ones ever around to help.Shelves were sparsely stocked and options were few.This location used to be 24 hours but unfortunately its got regular business hours now too.New York should retire its tagline since its become like every other city that definitely sleeps.

Generally good staff and service but they tend to be low on stock of most standard electronic devices. I’m going to Amazon more & more for solutions. Maybe another location would be better but this is the closest for me.

The Best Buy in Union Square was very helpful, efficient and courteous. I was in and out...had to look for a VGA to HDMI adapter. The associate was very knowledgeable, new where the item was, and provided insight on the item too. Should of got his name.

Open space with plenty of products on display, but with inattentive service and absence of restroom for customers. People work there seem to enjoy chatting with one another instead of interacting with customers. Was completely ignored by the people working there during my 45-minute stay there. Was also surprised to hear that restrooms are no longer available for customers in store.

I mean, you order something Friday and it says either pick up tomorrow or ship it by Tuesday, and so you say fine in busy ship it. Options are get it Saturday (tomorrow) Monday or Tuesday for free. So, great, free is good. Then they email you Monday that it shipped and it will arrive next Monday. Not Tuesday at all. What kind of dumb lie is that?

It has a pretty good selection, and the staff are really good. I wasnt too fond of how expensive things were though. It was almost $40 for a small cable that I needed, so that was kind of annoying. Otherwise a pretty good store.
Horrible customer service !!! Do not go here. Employees are paid to chat with each other rather than helping customers. They were also arrogant to me and incompetent in answering questions about the product that Im looking for. Please please please, avoid going to best buy if you can!!!

Bes Buy is a good place to buy electronics. They have the iPod Pro cheaper than the Apple store or the Apple Website. Some times you are lucky and get a good service. For me, today, was a mix. I talked to three store representatives. The first one, answered one of my questions and then he left to do nothing, I saw him talking with a co-worker and lot of people, including me, trying to find information about the Appeal prices at the Apple department inside the store. We all were lost looking around and four representative were at the cashier talking. Then I approved to them and asked for help, but to a different store representative and I got the service I was expecting. Good guy, very polite, professional and caring about customers. Then I went to the place the representative told me to get the Air Buds Pro. The check out counter. I was waiting and the representative behind the desk asked me to go to the other counter, I already knew that the Air Buds were behind her, but I went to the next counter. When I asked to the representative behind the second counter that I want to uy a pair of Air Buds PRO, she was no happy about it because the Air Buds Pro were in the other side, another representative realized that she wasnt happy and offered to bring the Air Buds Pro to her, I was talking to her and she was glued to her cell phone. Then I asked her if she was there, she didnt get it. I told her, are you here, with me, the customer. She understood what I was trying to say and she put the cell phone away, no happy, but after that, despite she wasnt happy, she behaved professionally, no smiling at all and with we are not friend face, but effective and doing her job. Anyway, I cant wait to test my new Air Bud Pro.

The Best Buy on 14th is AWESOMELY RUN store. One of the Managers Igor was a pleasure the way he ran his team and the way he conducted his business..Alot Best Buys are practicing,social distancing by saying you didnt buy that item at this Best Buy!!!!,BUT NOT HERE THE WORK NOT PASSING THE BUCK.
Store doesnt have much stock. In addition, the culture is sharkish. For example Everytime I go there they almost push you to get add ons and protection plans to the point that you want to just cus them out . They dont understand that no means no. They dont ask you just once or twice theyre insane. Its better to get your either online or if you do go in the store make sure you go to the checkout line instead of the specificied registers. They go hard with the sales pitching. Hard but unprofessional.
The Union Square Best Buy location clean, the sales associates are very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind.Very rarely do I have problems finding products and in a few cases the sales associate placed an order online to be shipped to my home.So in my humble opinion this is a great store.

They have a huge selection. 2 starts because employees dont know the difference between 4k uhd and native 4k... if your going to work in a section dont pretend that you know what your talking about unless you know what your talking about... employees have little knowledge of what there selling.. except the gamers thats different...

The customer lady was too rude. When you asked her questions,, she replied back to you with rudeness. One time when I asked her about the remote for the TV, she took all her time before answering g me.
For a while i stop visiting this store since customer service was poor. I could hardly talk to anyone in the computer department. Either some staff are busy in the checkout and some are busy chatting to other staffs.This time i visited the camera department to see some good deals on Canon cameras. They have all if bot most entery level to professional DSLR cameras of different brands like Olympus, Panasonic, Sony, Fijic, Canon & Nikon cameras.The item i was looking for was there but this christmas time (it was actually after Christmas and before New Year), it didn’t have a sale or good prices points compared to other stores.To my surprise the lady at the camera department was very welcoming, asked me if i have questions or if she can be of help. I hope customer service are accross the store now.

Horrendous service. Came in knowing exactly what I needed to buy, store was completely empty with basically no customers. Took over 30 minutes for me to get one item out of a case, and check out. Ridiculous.

Very helpful staff. Went in looking for a controller to use on my pc, not knowing what really works. Many stocking employees so I was a little lost and Taylor(I think that’s what his name was, sorry!) asked if I needed help. I explained what I was looking for and he showed me the controllers that would work except they were all sold out on the shelf. He said he would double check in the back, a minute later he came with the controller I needed. He even rang me up at the gaming register, so no line or wait! Wonderful customer service, THANK YOU TAYLOR!

Terrible! Went there today and asked for help multiple times and no one bothered. All they simply did was point towards the direction the item MAY BE found. The store is incredibly large, so yeah that helps a hell of a lot. Won’t bother going there ever again. I will take myself to the 23rd location, where they’re actually helpful.

Ordered a Surface Pro from this Beat Buy for pickup. I rarely buy electronics from stores, but the price was unbeatable and I could pick it up the same day.The order was ready in fifteen minutes. I walked over and met the friendly staff member at the pick-up counter. She helped me out and everything went smoothly.Still wondering what the deal was with the cat lamp though...

This is my favorite Best Buy. Went in to buy a new laptop and had a million questions. I was helped by Nicole one day, and Phillip the next day when I came in to make an exchange. They were both extremely helpful and honest, and I am very happy with my final purchases thanks to them.
