Weve been working with Sal over the past 10 months on our kitchen remodel. Hes be EXTREMELY flexible and so helpful through the whole process. Truly couldnt say enough good things about him.Our project keeps getting delayed and continuously changing, he is *always* so accommodating and easy going. Honestly, Sal has been the best part of the whole renovation. Wish others in construction were this easy to work with.

I was served by Matthew and the service was absolutely great! Super fast and efficient, very knowledgeable and really friendly. Buying a laptop is confusing but Matthew helped make it very easy for me and answered all my questions. Really happy with the service and would definitely come back just for that!

My wife ordered a mini fridge from this location. She volun-told me to pick it up (which I gladly did :) ).She told me to ask for Silvio who was located upstairs. I have to say, I had one of the best experiences. Her helped me with completing my order and securing the merchandise. He was quick and efficient and it felt that he genuinely cared that I was taken care of. I will definitely work with him in the future for my appliance needs!

Delivery and setup for my new 65 TV was awful. 2 delivery people came and they were in a rush. The store sales person told us they will set it up as they will pickup the damage TV, so it was an exchange.The delivery people open the box, plugged the TV and took a photo as proof the TV turns on. They said they are not to set it up. Left the Tv on the floor and the box and just walked out with the old Tv. I told them please do not put their finger prints on the screen and they said it had a film over the TV that you need to remove. When i checked, there was nothing on the screen, but their fingerprints. Really, this was not a cheap TV, it was one of the newer models OLED more expensive, but it was delivered as if it was cheap. Shame on PC Richard with this service.

It’s been a while since I have gotten this exceptional level of customer care. I went into the Chelsea store looking for a new washer/dryer and did not expect much given my bad experiences with appliance salespeople elsewhere.Lucy G is absolutely wonderful! She is the most patient person and comes with so much professional knowledge that I didn’t even know I needed. Because I was not familiar with the electrical requirements, Lucy explained what they are (clearly better than my high school physics teacher) and recommended a couple of perfect brands for my needs. I had to go back and forth on a few options over a week’s time and Lucy is just the very best! We will be back to pick a new TV and will find Lucy again! You should do the same :)

Went in last week to get a TV for my daughters room she’s decided she wants to start gaming and Stanley helped me out with a sound bar, TV & cool swivel stand for the TV so she could game comfortably. Lucy has been very patient, kind, and helpful with me finding the right pillow. She told me she has about 20 pillows so ask for her when you come here.

So I went to get an Air conditioner for my apartment. As soon as I came in I was greeted by the security guard that was very pleasant and well mannered. He asked me was I looking for something in particular and I said yes, an air conditioner. I know he’s the security guard but he walked me over to the area and gave me a brief description about air conditioners as far as sizing. He made me feel very comfortable in my decision and I bought the unit. I even sent my girlfriend the next day and she bought a unit as well. Hasan I believe that’s his name was a great help!

Id like to share my experiences with Abdullah Bokhari in the Appliances department:I started with purchasing for my own home a washer and dryer. Abdullah walked me through all my currently available options followed by whats coming up on the market including the upgrades being offered by the manufacturers. He gave me a very professional rundown which lead me to select the LG units Ive been using for the past year without any regrets. Since then Ive been recommending to all my residential clients to visit with Abdullah since he keeps up with all latest and greatest. I as an architect have very limited time to do the same indepth research he possesses and offers. 3 more satisfied clients and more to go his way as he makes the experience very easy for all. I have bought many appliances at PC Richards on 23rd street for over 15 years and have always received great customer service from Silvio. I could not get to the store and did my entire transaction with him over the phone. He is always helpful and courteous. The men that delivered the fridge were professional and nice. Not one dent and I live in a walk up.

I purchased a dishwasher here. It broke and of course, was out of warranty. I paid several hundred $$ to get it fixed and 3 months later, its got the same problem. After 3 calls where they repeatedly ask if you want them to call you back - THEY NEVER DID! - I had to call and wait on hold for 40 minutes. Then, they only give you a 10 hour window for the repair appt and dont let you know what 3 hours they might show up in until after 7 p.m. the night before. If that 3 hour window doesnt work for you, then you CANNOT call or text them back. You have to wait until the NEXT DAY! Unbelievable. I will NEVER do business with them again.

I went searching for information on a new TV and Myron was very helpful. Gave me in depth analysis on the different TVs and the best bang for my buck for my price range. He definitely knows his stufff!!!!

I had an excellent experience at PC Richard. The salesman, Abdullah was unusually attentive and helpful in my buying an air conditioner. He was able to listen to my concerns and explain the whole process so I truly understood what I was buying. Our air conditioner stopped working during the peak of New York summer. We worked with Ron Singh who was not only helpful, but managed to get us a new air conditioner delivered the very same day in Manhattan. From phone call to delivery was about three hours. Remarkable customer service and Ron was texting the drivers monitoring its swift delivery. I cannot thank the team at this Chelsea store enough!

Mr. Gaskins was very helpful and friendly to me when I purchased my Television. He explained to me all that it can accomplish and he even was able to show me which 60” I should get that will give me the best bang for my buck, while not trying to just make money off me.
