I brought the kettles it was good but it doesnt last me a year. Get it from Crate&barell so disappointed.

Compressor on refrigerator broke just after 2-year warranty expired. So disappointed given the price.

Expensive fridge stopped working just after 2 years and 2 weeks. No customer service at all. No apology for selling me a device that was not properly manufactured. After a check by a technician, he told me that my fridge was loosing cooling gas and this leakage was probably caused by poorly assembled pipes. They dont seem to care about their products and they certainly dont care about their customers.

Terrible customer service! I tried to contact them, after making me waste a lot of time they didnt give me any respond for 3 weeks, then they responded with backorder part excuses saying they have no idea when the part will be in. I have 1 appliances broken after 2 months of used. Way overpriced JUNK!!!!

I wish it were possible to leave a big fat zero. We ordered a set of kitchen appliances from Smeg last November for our new house. The oven won’t light. The fridge won’t come on. We have called, emailed, called again so many times. There are no repair technicians in a 500 mile radius. The company will not even take our calls anymore. Looks like we’re out 9000 bucks. 😡
