I found my dream dress here! I had an afternoon appointment and Lindsay brought exactly the energy I needed after a long day of trying on dresses. She was excited and really made the whole experience a lot of fun. They are one of the only bridal shops in Nashville carrying Martina Liana dresses, which is why I came here. They let you look through the gowns and pull your own dresses which was a huge plus for me.

We had a great experience shopping at White Dresses! Paige created a low-key, friendly atmosphere and was so helpful with tips and pointers. I found one I loved on the first go-round and am so excited!

Stylist showed up 40 minutes late with no apology. Her appearance and personality was unprofessional. Dresses had several dark orange makeup stains and ripped in large areas. Stylist made me feel uncomfortable when I was changing as well and I had to ask her to step out and I would ask for help when needed.

Ella and Paige made trying on wedding dresses so easy! They were my first appointment and made the experience so easy that I cancelled my other appointment and came back a few days later to buy my dress from them!!

We had a great experience dress shopping today! They let you pick your own dresses to try on and then add helpful suggestions when needed. Grace was absolutely so sweet and helpful. Paige was also extremely helpful in giving feedback and guiding the decision process. They gave us space when we needed to discuss our options but were prompt in helping us when needed. They even made time for us to come back and take a second look at the dresses later in the day.

I had THE BEST experience at White Dresses Nashville. They had the best selection of high end dresses. I found my fairytale dress here that exceeded my expectations immensely. The employees were great and had great input. They made me feel special, important, and made my friends and I their number priority! I 15/10 would recommend this place to anyone!!

I’m extremely upset with the way White Dresses treated me this past weekend and would encourage anyone else to save the frustration and disrespect and book elsewhere.I made an appointment to try on wedding dresses on 2/7 and received a confirmation email from White Dresses the same day. The Friday before my 3/4 appointment, I received not one, but two appointment reminders confirming my appointment and providing instructions. Saturday, I was personally emailing back and forth with Leslie regarding my appointment the following weekend. I flew to Nashville from Washington, DC just to try on wedding dresses, my MOH treated me to getting my makeup done that morning, and my friends and family all met at White Dresses and nobody was there. We called the phone number, knocked on the door, emailed the shop, waited 45 minutes...nothing. I was basically in tears because I was looking forward to visiting White Dresses and was so excited to try on dresses with my friends and family (who ALSO traveled from out of state). This put all of us in a bad mood and killed the positive vibes and joy that should have been associated with trying on wedding dresses.I wanted to give White Dresses the benefit of the doubt because I’m a nurse and I know that emergencies happen. I left a voicemail, an email, and tried making another appointment online (which was also instantly confirmed). White Dresses never reached out to me. Not once. I was expecting a sincere apology as maybe my appointment slipped through the cracks or there was a glitch but it’s been over a week and they continue to ignore me. This is unacceptable.If you want to feel devastated, disrespected, and and sit outside knocking on the door for the entirety of your scheduled and confirmed appointment...then White Dresses is for you. If not, take your business to another shop. I ended up being able to go to another bridal store in Nashville same day and finding my dream dress. Every other shop I visited prioritized me and made me feel valued. Don’t waste your time here.

Great shopping experience! My mom and I both loved the store. The staff was friendly and helpful. I have been so pleased with the stores attention to detail. They have been helpful in every step of this process. My gown came in last week and it was AMAZING! Cant say enough about this store. Fantastic place to shop!

The best dress store around! My fiancé went to a ton of stores trying to find her perfect dress and she found exactly that at White dresses. Grace and Paige were extremely helpful and professional in helping us find what we were looking for. Very well run establishment! If we could get married again we would once again get her dress from White dresses.

Dont waste your time, Would not recommend shopping here. We went shopping here for my best friends wedding dress. When we showed up, the assistant stood around and watched us pick out dresses, not even offering to help. Furthermore, after PAYING for a appointment (the only place in Nashville that makes you pay for a wedding dress appointment) she limited the amount of dresses we could try on to 7. The assistant had no comments while trying on dresses and was the least bit helpful as we decided a wedding dress. Finally, the assistant working at the boutique was wearing, (I cant make this one up) a CROPPED sweatshirt, leggings, and running sneakers, this is by far what I imagined would greet me at a high end, luxury wedding dress boutique. Do better!

White dresses hasn’t had any reviews in 2 months and all of a sudden there are five five star reviews within an hour. This is also why they had the five star reviews two months ago. Obviously not a quality shop and also unfortunately being dishonest about the performance of their store.

The boutique had a great selection of wedding dresses. I tried on several gowns before deciding that the first gown I put on was perfect. I have only good things to say about this boutique. If you are looking for a wedding dress, dont miss going to White Dresses to look for your dress. Love this shop!

This was my favorite place I shopped at for my bridal gown. The staff was so friendly and sweet! Kara was my consultant and she was amazing! The gown I selected was beautiful. We had an amazing experience and found my daughters dream dress. The staff was so helpful and supportive. They also let us have private moments to decide and enjoy the experience! The fee for the appt did not deter us in fact we appreciated being in the shop without other brides! I would highly recommend making an appt!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would.I used to walk by their storefront everyday when I lived in Germantown, and wanted to support a neighborhood business, especially after the tornado and everything going on with COVID.I received a confirmation email from them the day prior to my appointment, and called them twice on the way there to confirm and tell them I was on my way, but no one answered. When we showed up, they had no record of me in their system there despite me receiving notice 24 hours beforehand. They said it must have kicked me out of the system because I didn’t pay my $30 appointment fee and someone should have tried to get ahold of me beforehand that week to confirm the appointment and process the payment (no missed calls or voicemails from them).After I left, they called me back twice and texted me 15 minutes later telling me I could come back because someone else’s appointment ended and that they could fit me in before 12.If you want to be made to feel devastated and insignificant when you’re going to drop thousands of dollars on one of the most important days of your life, then by all means, this is the place for you.I called a handful of other shops around Nashville afterwards to explain the situation with White Dresses to see if anyone could get me in last minute, and every other boutique was nothing but extremely understanding and accommodating. I ended up purchasing a designer gown that same day elsewhere.

Had an appointment scheduled with White Dresses for 2 months and 3 days before, they decided to call me and let me know there would be a charge to keep my already confirmed appointment. We even spoke 2 days prior about my style and what I was looking for and getting a dress sent to Nashville from their Birmingham store...no charge was ever mentioned until 3 days prior. Even went back to check my emails, their website and it says nothing about a charge for your first appointment. Lots of other wedding dress shops in Nashville where you can browse for free. Taking my money and enjoying my journey for the perfect dress elsewhere.Be ready to pay $32 to even go in...appointment charge does not even go towards the cost of your dress.

Fantastic bridal store! I loved everything about this shop. Their selection of wedding dresses was amazing! I found a gorgeous Martina Liana gown that was amazing. The staff was so knowledgable about the designer and really put me at ease in ordering a gown with customizations. The gown came back perfect! Every change I had requested for my gown was perfect! I am so excited to wear it at my wedding. I would recommend giving this shop a visit if you are looking for a unique gown that fits your personality!

An absolute JOKE of an establishment. If 0 stars were an option, I would have done that. These people have no clue what they are doing. She blows smoke acting like she can make your dreams come true and she totally bombs the vision she promises. Dont waste your time coming here. I was lucky enough to have an awesome seamstress elsewhere who custom made me my dream dress for half the price. White Dresses doesnt deserve a penny of your money, nor to be anywhere near the most special day of your life!

My first appointment experience was great. I found my dress and ordered it the same day. After I had purchased my dress, I was extremely disappointed with the customer service. I ordered an extremely expensive dress which I then even customized, as well as a designer veil. When my dress came in, it was not the right size and I spent hundreds of dollars having it altered. I went to pick up my veil only to find out that White Dresses had ordered me the wrong one. At that point, it was too late to re-order and I had my veil customized by my alterations company. All in all, my alterations company made my dress and veil the way I had imagined it. I do not recommend White Dresses to anyone, family or friends.

Ella and Kara were amazing to work with!! So sweet, intentional, and knowledgeable about their dresses and with other wedding planning advice. They made the experience so comfortable and special, and helped me find THE MOST PERFECT DRESS! I highly recommend White Dresses. They had so many stunning dresses and styles, and were such a sweet part of the planning experience:)

I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Ella and the crew at White Dresses. I am a first time bride at 50 who is super analytical and picky. Ella was amazing, giving me details about the dresses and their designer, sharing her personal stories and allowing me and my friends to be ourselves during our appointment. I went to other shops where it just felt like they wanted to sell me a dress. Ella wanted me to have an experience with no pressure by the way and I did. I wanted something particular as far as my dress went and she made it happen. My dress looked exactly like I wanted. They also recommended a fantastic seamstress. I couldnt have been more pleased with the entire experience.

White Dresses was the first appointment I made to look for my dress and it also was the last! I had such a great experience that I ended up canceling the other appointments I had afterwards and bought my dress the same day. I knew somewhat of what I was looking for given that I was having a winter wedding and Kara and Ella helped me to narrow down my selection of dresses all while making the process incredibly special and fun. Their selection is incredible and the best part is that it was manageable. I never felt overwhelmed with too many options. I ended up choosing the first Anne Barge dress I put on and they helped me to completely customize my gown, letting me change each and every aspect of it, until it fit my vision! The follow-up visits were equally as special as the first and I have relied on their advice and guidance throughout the process even into alterations and beyond.

Kara the owner was absolutely amazing! She was very patient and helped pick out some amazing dresses for me to try on! We went for the Hayley Paige trunk show. I tried on a dress that I fell in LOVEEEEEE with and the trunk show ended that day and she was supposed to send the dresses back the next day. She held the dress for 2 days so my grandmother could see the dress! She also stayed late after closing to do the fitting and the paperwork so we could order the dress.. She was absolutely amazing! Super sweet and friendly! I would recommend this bridal boutique to anyone I know!

Five stars is not enough for Kara and her crew!As someone who has worn hundreds of dresses for pageants and special events, I didnt think I would ever feel like a bride.I visited White Dresses in Nashville for a Hayley Paige trunk show. Communication and scheduling were professional and organized. They had already set aside the specific dresses I had wanted to see in person.The shop? Intimate and cozy. You try on dresses in a private room with a big couch - my mom, mother in law, and MOH had plenty of room. You stand on a pedestal while you are helped into each gown. Clips and hooks are used so that you can help visual what the gown would look like if it was custom made for you | exactly your size.When I was stuck between two they happily helped me get back into them both several more times - adding veils and special pieces to help me make my decision.I felt no pressure or financial distress. Stop looking everywhere else. This is your store!!

Had such an amazing experience at White Dresses! Both Kara and Ella took their time with me and listened to exactly what I was looking for when shopping for my dress. Once I found the one, they went above and beyond to calm any nerves I had about getting my dress during the pandemic. I would highly recommend them!

If I could give zero stars I would. Honestly you can figure out all you need to know about a place by how they make you feel, and White Dresses made me feel like I didn’t matter.I went to try on dresses last weekend at 3 different places. White Dresses was, by far, my worst experience. Actually the only bad experience I have had! For starters, the person working behaved unprofessionally, was unprofessionally dressed (a crop top sweatshirt and yoga pants), and not observing COVID protocols. At every other appointment I went to that day the staff was there to assist me every step of the way. At White Dresses, if I wanted help I had to ask, but even then I felt like I was made to feel as if I was an inconvenience for asking a question.I pulled all of my own dresses from the racks and the person assisting me added no help other than to zip me into my dresses. We asked for the WiFi password so we could FaceTime my mother and aunt who live out of town and the staff member didn’t know it and didn’t even try to find it for us (minor detail in the grand scheme but there was an attitude exuded when we were taking up a few min to FaceTime my mom). She stood in silence as I tried on dresses, not once offering up a comment or helpful suggestion. It was so awkward it was obvious even to my family members who were on FaceTime.Once I was in a dress she was standing with my next dress waiting for me to be done. I felt so rushed and it very much felt like she had Saturday night plans waiting for her. We had an appointment booked for 1.5 hrs and I was done in 30 minutes. I was incredibly sad leaving my appointment bc White Dresses had several of the brands I wanted to try on, but it was such a bad experience that after I tried on a few I wanted to leave as badly as she wanted me to be gone.My friend also wrote a review today and was met with defensiveness from the owner. I assume I will receive the same unprofessional behavior in response to this post. If there is any question as to if you want to go here, just read the owners comments to complaints and see how many 1 Star reviews there are (it’s obvious many of the 5 star reviews are fake based on the fact that like 5 in a row all came in after my friend wrote a review earlier today).

The ladies at this salon are AMAZING! I felt welcomed from the second I walked into the door. It is a smaller store but it is so intimate and the focus is really all on the bride as there is only one changing room. If you are a new bride or a bride in general go to this salon and you will not be disappointed. I had been to a few different boutiques before I found this one and the dresses here are beyond GORGEOUS! I am happy that I was able to say yes to the dress at this store!

White Dresses was the absolute best! I went to multiple stores before I had an appt with them. They were so sweet and not pushy. They included my friends and family and helped me create the perfect dress! They were also great through out the following months with giving me updates and setting me up with the best alterations girl. I wouldnt want to buy a wedding dress anywhere else, and you wont either. The intimate exclusive wedding appointment is unique in itself. Even at stores where appointments are required, its hard to beat the exclusivity of having the entire store to yourself during your White Dresses appointment. They have gorgeous dresses in a wide range of prices, and did not pull a single dress over my budget. In fact many (including the one I bought) came in well below it. You will not lack for choices! But the real difference makers in this store are its owners. Ella and Kara - trust me, you will know them by name too and want to be friends with them for a lifetime - are incredibly knowledgeable about all things bridal, and very well connected in the wedding industry. There will be stars in their crown for the amount of patience their job requires and they dealt it out in spades. I never felt pressure. While I am sure they knew the right dress from the beginning, they were helpful and impartial and helped me choose the dress Ill love for a lifetime!

Helped me pick the best dress, and accommodated me as a walk-in a few months later to pick up my veil and headpiece. Great selection of dresses, but not too many that I was overwhelmed. I went back several times to try on the dress for a friend from out of town and we didnt want to leave because we were having so much fun with Kara and Ella. They are knowledgeable and have incredible relationships with designers. Highly recommend to any Nashville brides - not only do they have an incredible selection of dresses, but they have a lot of knowledge about the whole Nashville wedding scene.

This is the place to go if you want something a little different. After finding two options that felt like serious contenders, I tried on the one and had the order put in within minutes. When I felt a little on edge about the accuracy of the measurements taken that first day, they quickly made time for me to come back into the shop to get re-measured. I cant wait for my dress to arrive!

Ella and Kara are fantastic! I first visited in February, & I have now bought my dress, veil, and hair accessories from them. Since its appointment only, Ive never felt like I was competing with anyone for dresses or advise. Dealing with this company was awful and I would highly recommend you spend your money for your special day elsewhere! I waited outside the locked store for each fitting because they were always running late to my appointment and one time was told Kara wouldnt make the appointment because she was upstairs sleeping due to being hungover. I ordered my dress and fell in love with the bolero that I tried on with it at the store. I wanted to order it on the same day as the dress but was encouraged by Ella and Kara to wait... bad mistake. Once the dress came I ordered the bolero and waited and waited. It came in a couple DAYS prior to my wedding date and came long sleeved when it was supposed to be capped sleeves. One of my bridesmaids had to pick it up and fly with it to Maine because I was already there for my wedding. Once I received it in Maine the night before my wedding it was HUGE and hung off me. I was devastated and my favorite part of my dress was now my biggest nightmare. I was now spending my rehearsal dinner night on the phone with Ella and Kara trying to figure out how to get things fixed. After sending them pictures and hiring a seamstress to come to my remote venue I received this text from Ella:Hey!I just tried to call you. If you want to have me talk to the seamstress I can. I will definitely refund the price of the bolero plus the alterations on it but we will have to have a card to refund with.I looked at the pictures and the shoulders are definitely too large. The seamstress here said to lift the shoulders up. The neckline is actually the same made with different lace scallops.If you call me when the seamstress is there I can help. I will refund you the price of the bolero along with paying for the seamstress (her cost).Let me know if there is anything else I can do. I am so sorry for all the stress.And weve been praying the alterations are able to fix it. And praying for you.Twice in that text message and multiple others I was promised the price of the bolero ($500) refunded as well as the seamstress fee ($100) but HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A DIME!!!!They kept stating they needed more pictures and a formal email, which I provided them. Then I was told on 12/9/17 via email your check should be to you tomorrow.When the check never came I reached out to an attorney. Once the attorney got involved they wanted the bolero back!!! The altered, now cleaned and stored in a wedding box bolero, BACK... so they could send it back to the designer to get their money back.... TAKING NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR MISTAKES.THEY WILL LIE, CHEAT AND STEAL FROM YOU. DO NOT LET THEM RUIN YOUR WEDDING DAY BY DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM. Even if you dont have a TERRIBLE experience with them like I did, nothing will be on time or as they tell you.
