The BEST place to get a wedding dress!!! I found the dress of my dreams at Olia Zavozina’s studio in Nashville to wear for my wedding at The Estate at Cherokee Dock on August 1, 2020. Olia’s dresses are absolutely gorgeous and unique. Each one is amazingly stunning and I thought at first it would be a hard decision! Olia and her team are so kind, supportive, and knowledgeable and were a huge help when trying on dresses. My mom, both grandmothers and some of my bridesmaids were able to be there to help with selecting a dress. Their studio in Nashville was absolutely beautiful and there were plenty of comfy couches and chairs for everyone to sit. They even served champagne to everyone while we were there! It was such a special occasion that I’ll never forget. I tried on several dresses, but we all knew instantly as soon as I put on “the one.” My mom and I both got tears in our eyes and we knew that it was the perfect dress for me. They also do their own alterations. This is a BIG DEAL because they design the dresses and know how they should fit so there are no mishaps when you get your dress altered. I called on Labor Day of this year taking a chance to see if they were open so I could try on dresses. They weren’t but when Olia found out I was eloping and my wedding was in just a few weeks she opened her store for me, despite not having an appointment and being closed! I found my dream dress in less than an hour and she had it altered for me in 2 weeks! She was a dream to work with and would recommend this business a thousand times!! Love this group of people!

AMAZING customer service. Ava and Rayni were so receptive and shifted so quickly as my sister sifted through different styles and fabrics and honed in on what she was looking for. We ended up finding the absolute perfect dress! They are able to customize and tailor a dress specifically to your needs and are very reasonably priced for the custom and quality. Highly recommend!

The most wonderful experience I could’ve ever imagined!! I had zero clue what I was looking for in a dress, and let Rayni know that. She stepped back while my mom, sisters, & I pulled the gowns we wanted to see, then guided in the most kind, helpful way as I tried them on & realized the parts I loved and parts I didn’t love of each one. The designer will help custom make the dress of your dreams, and Ava led me right to mine!! The rest of the weekend I talked about the experience as much as I did about the dress. 10/10 all around!!

Olia was absolutely amazing !!! I went shopping for my wedding dress with my family, and she asked me so many questions to get the perfect dress. As I was trying on dresses, we asked if we could change certain elements of dresses and she said yes every time! She picked some out for me & I was stuck between two. Finally, we decided to combine both dresses, and it was perfect. I felt so loved & cared for by Olia and her whole team. 10/10 would recommend for every bride !!!

Obviously went to multiple wedding dress shops before I stumbled upon Olia’s amazing shop.When we first arrived we were greeted with champagne and a smile. I was sort of discouraged and hadn’t found anything I loved and thought I was going to have to go with a discounted dress from another store that bullied me into saying I would buy it before the day was over.The staff at Olia’s let me browse, asked a lot of questions and let me try on whatever! I felt very welcomed and wanted here and not rushed. I tried on my dress and was in love.They let me makes payments, customized my dress, has amazing communication and everyone was amazing to work with, I wouldn’t suggest any other of the 30 dress shops after coming here. I cannot say enough nice things about Olia. She’s absolutely wonderful! I was such a difficult bride and couldn’t find “the one” anywhere, and my close friends were becoming frustrated with me. It wasn’t until we found Olia’s shop and all of the amazing dresses she had to offer, each suiting different styles. I found my dress, and she stayed in contact with me during the whole process. My dress shopping experience with her was so easy and stress free. I only have plans of getting married the one time, but if I found that I needed another dress she’d be the only person I’d go through.

This bridal shop was amazing!! I got to try on sleeves and veils and completely customize a dress. The materials of the dresses were made very well and they were all so beautiful. The process is super easy and they made you feel so special in there. I was greeted with mimosas and celebrated with champagne when I said yes to my dress!! I worked with Samantha and Rayni and they were absolutely amazing. They worked so well together and were so nice and made me feel like a very special and beautiful bride. My two daughters and I had the most wonderful experience shopping for one of my daughter’s wedding dress. From the moment we walked in it felt so special. Olia herself was there, which was a treat. Both she and Rayni, her stylist, were so friendly and fun to work with, and Olia was so attentive to my daughter’s taste, which at the time wasn’t that well-defined. I cannot say enough about my experience at Olias. Being an out of town bride, I stopped by a few weeks back on the suggestion of my wedding planner simply to try on dresses before doing the big shopping trip with family in Texas and I was quickly impressed at the process, but then after going to other shops I was shocked at how different the experience was in all the right ways! I worked with Raynie and Sam during both of my trips and they were honest, helpful and never pushy. After my first visit I explained I had to go to Texas to shop with family and they were so accommodating. After my Texas shopping trip I called back, told them what I loved about different dresses, booked a one day flight and designed the perfect dress. Raynie and Sam were the perfect team to help me take all of my loves and form them into the dress of my dreams! Im so excited for the final product. I would say it time and time again, go to Olias! Id gone to two other bridal shops and my experiences there were rather unsavory. I was treated like I was shopping for one of the most important days of my life, as any bride should be treated. I came in with my vision of what Id want to wear on my wedding day, I tried on several versions of what I thought I wanted, but I just wasnt feeling them. Absolutely amazing! Olia made me feel very comfortable trying on all different sorts of dresses. I never felt rushed or like they were annoyed with me for not knowing the proper wedding dress terminologies to describe what I liked or didn’t like. She and her team went above and beyond to give me a dress that lit me up and to work with my short timeline. I also think it’s incredible that she designs all of her own dresses. OMG! What an incredible experience! It was like being in a scene like u see in all the great romance movies, but even better! Mary was amazing and made us feel at home for our first visit, she helped the bride (my sister) find dresses that were close the her dream dress, the was patient with us and gave us ideas and told us how they can modify dresses to be exactly what you want. This was our first shop of the day and as we were leaving she told us how u can have a mermaid dress with a princess skirt over. This stuck in our heads as the bride was torn between the 2 styles. After a day of dress shopping we had more of an idea of what was out there and had honed in on exactly what the bride was looking for. By the end of the day I was emailing to get another appointment with Mary. It was a fairy tale day and I wasnt even the bride, but thats how I felt. Olia is lovely and spent time talking with us and helping the bride in and out of dresses. She is the DESIGNER and owner! It was totally a New York experience! Olia was also accompanied by her fiance, the entire shop is welcoming, knowledgeable, accommodating and affordable! The entire party cant wait to get married and go to OZ for their dresses! Mary and Lorelei were absolutely incredible. They made us feel welcome and comfortable as soon as we walked in! They picked out an amazing dress for me, completely opposite of what I had in mind! Great experience. I was with my best friend shopping for her wedding dress. The staff and consultants were so sweet and attentive. They were all very personable and the experience was unique and intimate. You can tell all of the dresses are unique and made with care. It’s even better that the designer is in the store herself and can help you alter or design something new so that the dress is made perfect just for YOU. We had the best experience here! They were so friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in. They made the whole party comfortable. Mary and Lorelei pulled beautiful dresses and we quickly landed on the one I chose in the end. I had a strict budget and they were fantastic with staying within this as well as not making me feel poorly for not spending more (unlike other shops in town). Even so I was able to have parts of my dress custom designed with them letting me know what would be possible within my budget. I ended up going elsewhere since this was my first stop. I don’t even know where to begin! While all of the other dress shops turned me away due to my budget, Olia not only booked me an appointment but genuinely cared and asked detailed questioned on what I was looking for. Olia and her amazing gal team we’re so attentive and caring before I even walked through the door! As soon as I arrived I had such a warm feeling! I was greeted so kindly and there was already 3 gowns ready for me to try on. I was not rushed whatsoever- to try one gown on and then on to the next, I tried each 3 times! She wanted to make sure I was able to try it on when I came in. I can’t express how grateful I am to Olia and her team! She made my unicorn gown come to life! I can’t wait to wear it! We went into Olias boutique yesterday for my friend to try on wedding gowns for her wedding this December. EVERYONE was so amazing, attentive, took the time to learn what she wanted, and she found her dress! Second one she tried on. Every single dress was absolutely stunning...so much so, that we are getting all of our bridesmaids dresses made there too! The beauty and detail of each dress is purely amazing! But the atmosphere was off the charts amazing! I 100% plan on going there to find my dress next! Olia is not just an amazing designer but such a sweet person!

My best friend is getting married and had her wedding dress designed here along with our bridesmaids dresses. They turned out absolutely beautiful and SO detailed with a different unique design for each bridesmaid. The material picked couldnt have been better as it fit perfectly for a Minnesota winter weather. The color, texture, fit is just STUNNING! Olia was there to make sure we were satisfied with how our dresses turned out, and we were provided champagne upon each visit. After looking in several cities for a mother of the bride dress and not finding any that were long enough, I stumbled into her flagship store and immediately knew I was in the right place. Awesome place, the inside is nice, very pretty.. They have different lighting with mirrors to see yourself in which is a nice touch! Staff was awesome and attentive, patient. I was early and they let me go ahead and start my appointment! Narrowed my selection down to 3 gowns and one of the dresses that I loved fit a little tight so I started to talk myself out of it but I was happy that the wedding designer said to give that dress I tried on another try, and they made it less tight and adjusted it differently for me, added a few nice touches to the dress and BOOM that was my dress!! I’m the first in my family to get married, and had little guidance around wedding dress etiquette.When my mom and sister were in town for Christmas, my sister kept urging me that we needed to at least to look at dresses, as my wedding is in May. I finally agreed that we could go look at dress shops in the area. When we went out for a day of shopping, we quickly began to realize that many shops require appointments and we were turned away.After being turned away from a couple shops, we stumbled upon Olia Zavozina! When walking in I didn’t really know what to expect, I thought we’d just browse the racks and see if there was anything that caught our eyes. Olia herself was there, and asked if we wanted to grab a coffee next door, and come back in about 20 minutes. When we got back, we had her full attention as well at Mary’s, our consultant.I tried on a couple styles, not really sure of what I was looking for. My mom finally found the dress of my dreams (I literally dream about this dress!) and it was more perfect than anything I could have imagined!What I later found out is that Olia designs all of the dresses in her shop! When you buy a dress from her, she takes your measurements and makes your dress for you! YOUR. DRESS. IS. CUSTOM. When we started talking about pricing I was floored at how reasonable the price was (to be honest I didn’t really know what to expect, I just figured with all the amazing dresses that I wouldn’t be able to afford any of them). She was having a special when I bought my dress, I think it was 15% off and the cathedral veil was included. She also took off the amount of tax, as my fiancé is in the military. The second fitting and alterations are all included in the cost as well. Her mom is hand stitching the veil to match the bodice of the dress as well. She also didn’t charge me any extra for the short lead time between my order and my wedding. All said and done I paid $2000... SUCH a steal for everything that is included!! Again - YOUR. DRESS. IS. CUSTOM!After ordering my earrings and and shoes online, I wanted to make sure everything matched. I went in today to try on the demo dress again, and again fell in love with this dress all over again.The experience that every girl dreams of when picking out her wedding dress all came true for me at Olia Zavozina. She and her crew are the biggest sweethearts, and she truly wants to make you feel like the most beautiful version of yourself on your special day. If I could give more than five stars I would! Getting married?! This is your place! You won’t regret it!

I had an incredibly uncomfortable experience trying on wedding dresses at this shop. After trying on a few dresses with the salesperson during our scheduled appointment (which had been scheduled weeks in advance), the owner/designer arrived. Then, while I was standing up in front of the mirror with a revealing dress that was not fitted to me, just pinned in the back and unable to wear a bra, 7-8 people (5 of which were men) entered the single room store. The owner/designer had scheduled a meeting at the same time in the same room. Ultimately, a very special, private, vulnerable moment with my mom, sister and best friend was egregiously interrupted by a group of loud strangers, all of which had full access to seeing more of my skin than I am comfortable with. I was so uncomfortable I wanted to leave as quickly as possible. The salesperson apologized for the lack of privacy, however the owner failed to even acknowledge the situation. At the very least, she could have told us this meeting was happening and given us an option to reschedule.

I first went to Olias for my wedding dress. We had such a wonderful experience their! Her staff helped me search for all types of styles I was considering. They were super friendly and down to earth. The materials Olia used were amazing as well. They felt so wonderful on the skin! I would love to have some PJs made by her hahaUltimately, I did not find my dress there but it was by far my favorite dress store to shop in! My entire bridal party loved it as well! I would recommend to EVERYONE looking for a dress. If I ever have the occasion for such an elegant dress again, this would be the first place Id visit.I went back looking for my veil after picking up my dress from alterations. This time, I met the designer, Olia! She was such a sweet woman and so personable. I found a beautiful chapel to cathedral length veil. Typically veils at that length can get $$$$ expensive but Olia had it on the floor as a mark down. It was still a bit pricey so I told her I needed to keep it at $400... shes said DONE! I couldnt believe it!! And she threw in a blusher veil (custom made) FREE! GO SEE THIS WOMAN! 👰🤵👗 #HappyBride

I first saw the Olia Zavozina flagship store while out to lunch nearby. My friend and I had both just gotten engaged, and we were so excited because we could finally look inside a dress shop. The dresses were gorgeous, with lots of customizable details: different silks, laces, pearl or crystal buttons, sashes, etc. This July I knew I wanted to go there to shop for my gown. I came in knowing what details I wanted, and Somer picked out several gowns for me to try on. Its like she knew which dresses would look best for my body type. After I settled on a dress, the other consultant Taylor added cap sleeves made of the same lace - perfect! Then they added a sash made of the same silk as the dress and it really brought it all together. They put a veil in my hair that was trimmed with the same lace as my gown, and I loved it. I felt like they created the perfect combination of everything I wanted. We had champagne to celebrate. They also told my mom and me that they could customize the fabrics they would use when making the gown to meet our budget. If you want a beautiful customized dress and a highly personalized experience, I recommend OIia Zavozina.
