My daughter and I visited The Bride Room on a Friday afternoon. It was our second appointment of the day after a very disappointing very first ever bridal dress shopping experience. When we entered the store we were the only appointment at the time and Lee greeted us soon after we walked in and immediately asked my daughter all about her wedding and wanted to see her ring and did and said ALL the things we had hoped that our first experience would have been like. Instead, we experienced it all with this appointment! I can’t say enough good things about Lee and Rachel! They made trying on wedding dresses everything that a bride to be and a mother of the bride to be would hope for and more! They were patient and kind and very professional. They were able to help my daughter see a vision of what the dress of her dreams would look like and made her feel confident enough in that vision to say Yes to the dress!! There was no pressure at all to purchase that day although we felt so good about it that we did! I highly recommend The Bride Room!!

I cant say enough amazing things about The Bride Room! I traveled to 6 salons between Nashville and Birmingham, trying on every dress under the sun, and my best experience was at The Bride Room. The girls felt like friends from the very beginning and were patient and kind as I kept returning to try on the same dress. And I mean over and over :) After saying yes to my Romona Keveza, we scheduled accessory appointments and fittings. Again, they were so kind and accommodating, never pushy and always providing honest opinions. You can tell they love their work and do it for the love of the industry and the relationships. Im so happy I chose The Bride Room!

Rachel and Lee were absolutely incredible!! They both made us feel like close friends and the most comfortable. Both of them went above and beyond for my sister and our group. Shopping at the Bride Room was an incredible experience. I worked with the shop owner Rachel. Rachel began the appointment by asking me a few questions about my style and what I envisioned for my wedding day. After glancing at a few photos from my Pinterest board she began pulling gowns and let me look around a pick a few from the collection as well. As it was my first bridal appointment Rachel pulled a selection of styles for me to try on. Each dress I tried on was gorgeous even if it was not my style. Her ability to make each dress look like it was made for me with just a few clips was artful. She was also amazing working with my family who was Facetiming into the appointment! After trying on a hand full of gowns I returned to a couple that I loved the most. Rachel let me take my time walking through the salon and trying different head pieces. There was no pressure at all leaving the appointment without making a decision. I ended up going with the very first dress Rachel pulled for me that captured all the elements I was looking for. The Bride room made the process such a joy! I Highly Recommend this shop!

Incredible experience with the store manager Jessica. I searched high and low both in Dallas, TX with my mother and here in Nashville were I currently reside, and this was by far the most wonderful experience we had of the over 10 bridal salons we went to. Jessica listened to exactly what I wanted and did not try to push me into anything other than my exact request. The collection here at The Bride Room is both unique and classic. The whole experience from trying on dresses to ordering my dress and finally picking it up was a dream, and the most fun and least stressful part of my wedding planning. Thank you Jessica! I had such an amazing experience at the Bride Room! I walked in and was instantly greeted. I showed Rachel a picture of an idea I had in mind for a dress, but I was really open to trying on anything. Rachel pulled so many gowns that she thought I would like, and she was right on! She helped me try on the different gowns, and made me feel so comfortable. I fell in love with the second gown I tried on, and she was so patient, kind, and complimentary. She even let me keep putting the second gown on after trying on others. I just went and picked up my gown, and fell in love with it all over again. I highly recommend any bride to go to the Bride Room! They were so kind and helpful and had so many beautiful gowns to choose from.

I purchased my wedding dress at The Bride Room for my June 2016 wedding and had an amazing experience! I wasnt sure what kind of dress I wanted and the girls were incredibly helpful with narrowing down my options; I ended up choosing a dress that I may have never pulled myself but their keen eye obviously knew what would look best! I came in a couple of times to try on the dress before making my final decision and they were so flexible with my schedule which was amazing because I was planning from out of town. Working with The Bride Room was definitely a highlight of my wedding planning experience - I wish I could go back and do it all over again!

I purchased my wedding dress from them in February and had an awesome experience! The belt I added to my dress ended up being too small when it came in and they happily replaced it for me. I would highly recommend going here.

The Bride Room was wonderful! I stopped in one morning to just check out the store, and they allowed me to try on a couple dresses since they had a short opening. They fit me into an open appointment that same afternoon, and I ended up purchasing the first dress I tried on! The store is super cute, and has a beautiful selection of gowns. The girls that helped were awesome, super helpful, and kept in touch while my dress was being ordered and shipped. I would definitely recommend visiting here!!

I was incredibly indecisive and returned to the Bride Room several times with different friends and relatives and the staff was friendly, patient and supportive every single time. They have a wide selection and I worked with Rachel, who was very knowledgeable, and eventually purchased my wedding gown and veil with her collaboration. They also gave me lots of direction for alterations and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Highly recommend!

Beautiful dresses but small collection. I had gowns picked out from the designers they offer and they didnt have any of the eight I really wanted to try on. I did end up buying my dress here and the staff was very professional and kind, just not the special experience a bride really wants when picking their dress. I wondered if they are too used to people coming and not purchasing a dress after being put into dresses $1,000+ over their budget.

This is a nice shop but it does seem as though many dresses are all a couple of seasons old. Its a good choice if youre having a very traditional Belle Meade wedding. If youre looking for something a little different, try looking elsewhere.

I LOVED getting my wedding gown at The Bride Room! Everyone there is so friendly and I dont feel like just another Bride or a sale. The staff took time to get to know me and my fiance, how we met, how he proposed and details of the wedding. Since I wanted a non-strapless gown the designer selected already had options available to make modifications which allowed me to customize my gown to me! After going to 4 other bridal shops, I knew more what I was looking for and found my perfect dress here! Cant wait to wear it on May 20th, 2017! Highly recommend making an appointment at The Bride Room if you are shopping for your wedding gown!

The Bride Room has the most beautiful collection of dresses from various designers. I loved that there are not too many options to be overwhelming, but just enough to find the perfect dress. Rachel was so helpful in first helping me determine which fit I wanted, then narrowing it down to a designer and finally, my wedding dress. It was an easy experience and I cant thank them enough!

Went here and found a great dress although they are very expensive. Went to the alterations person that they highly recommended and after getting the dress back, I almost cried because it looked completely different on me. Ended up buying a new dress and the bride room would not return the dress or work with me at all. Extremely disappointed. I would not recommend this place at all!

At the end of my appointment, I wanted to think about it and they didnt pressure me to buy. I came back later that day and purchased my dress as well as bridesmaid dresses. Far and away the BEST bridal shopping experience I had. I wasted time at 4 other bridal boutiques before coming to The Bride Room, just feeling OK about my options. Walked into The Bride Room, and within an hour tried on four dresses that I would have been truly happy with! I cannot say too much about The Bride Room and the lovely ladies who work there. I purchased my wedding dress, rehearsal dinner dress, and bridal luncheon dress from them as well as all my bridesmaids dresses and the experience was spectacular. They were excellent about communicating, incredibly helpful in making decisions, and over all understood the style of my wedding and knew what would work well.They have a beautiful selection and went out of their way to bring other dresses into the store that I wanted to see. Came by to look at wedding dresses. Was told we could look but not try any of their dresses because they only had one individual working and they were working with another individual. We werent allowed to pull the dresses down ourselves and apparently incapable of doing it without their assistance. We were from out of town. Out of all the dress shops visited this was the first shop we encountered that refused to allow us to try on dresses as a walk in customer. #theirlossofourmoney

The Bride Room made shopping for my wedding dress such an incredible experience. During my appointment, they were so attentive to my vision for my wedding dress! They made everything so simple and perfect! Im pretty sure that their measurements for my split sized dress from Augusta Jones were spot on because alterations were painless and easy! They also recommended an amazing alterer, DeNean Deangelo! She was incredible and works VERY hard to make your dress perfect! In my opinion The Bride Room is the best shop in Nashville to find a wedding dress!

I LOVED my experience at The Bride Room! The collection of gowns is so gorgeous and special. The service made me feel like royalty and the boutique itself is charming and lovely.My personal experience: I was one of those brides who had a pinterest-dress in mind, but I also wanted to try on every different style just in case. That is where The Bride Room became such a blessing. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Jessica who is obviously an expert (super knowledgeable with keen fashion sense). With each dress I tried on Jessica listened to my concerns and *asked me all the right questions* about how I felt in the dress. I found that to be the singular most helpful thing in making my decision. Long story short…I had been to a total of 6 stores in 2 states and the ONLY dress that made me smile in the mirror and finally feel excited I had found “the one” was my Monique Lhullier gown from The Bride Room. I am seriously so happy/thankful/grateful I made an appointment there and cannot wait to wear my dream dress at my wedding!Side note: My bridesmaids ordered their Amsale Nouvelle dresses from The Bride Room as well. My best friends live all over the country and Jessica streamlined the ordering process and made it really easy for them. I HIGHLY recommend The Bride Room to every bride to be!

My friend went to try on wedding dresses here. THe selection is small and disgustingly dirty! Every dress my friend tried on was filthy. Gross. The help was minimal, she pulled no dresses, had no suggestions and let my friend try on two dresses and leave as if she was grateful that we were done. The upstairs dressing room for bridesmaids dresses has no door and is open to the rest of the store and anyone can walk up at any time while you are changing. Totally disappointing.
