Hayley was absolutely wonderful... It was my first time trying on wedding dresses and she walked me through the entire process. She did a great job listening to what I liked/disliked and was always one step ahead of me pulling the next dress based on my preferences. I made an appointment with Dress Theory because they carried this civil chic line of dresses. I am having a small wedding so I need something less bridal and more dinner party. We emailed back and forth and I mentioned wanting to really try on a specific dress from the line. They said they didnt have that one but would see what they could do.The day of my appointments comes and I assumed they couldnt get the dress so I had given up thinking Id be able to try it on. I walk in and the dress is hanging on the rack right in front! They had it shipped in and surprised me with it. I actually cried when I tried it in because it was perfect and I couldnt believe they did that for me.This team is the absolute best and was so helpful and encouraging and found the perfect veil to match my dress. I cannot thank them enough for getting my dream dress in for me to try on.

I was a huge fan of the dress theory before buying my wedding dress there! However, because they have such high quality, tasteful dresses, I assumed their dresses would be out of my budget range. I was wrong! I almost cancelled my appointment with them the day before, thinking I would fall in love with something I couldnt afford. After deciding to go, Ali sat down with my Mom and I to talk about what I was looking for and guided us towards several dresses that I loved but that were also within my budget range. She made our experience at The Dress Theory so fun and I really appreciated her honesty and expertise!

Cannot say enough about this bridal shop and the staff!! My experience here was excellent. With my initial appointment I had no idea what to expect as it was my first dress hunt outing. The Dress Theory did not disappoint. The owner was actually the one who helped us and she was lovely all the way through. I came with my mother, future sister-in-law and future mother-in-law. We all picked out dresses for me to try and then the owner picked several based on what I was and wasn’t liking. She knew exactly what she was doing and ended up selecting THE dress for me to try on. I fell in love with it immediately. There was champagne, laughs and never any pressure to purchase.When I came in for my pickup appointment, my dress was even more beautiful than I remembered. Both the girls working were very sweet and helpful! They made me feel even more so that I had made the right decision (if that is even possible haha). I love this shop and the staff. The environment itself is truly magic, and I was in bridal heaven the moment i walked in. All the dresses are INSANE and gorgeously unique! You can tell they strive to carefully handpick every piece that comes into the store so to appeal to all bridal styles. And it SHOWS! I have no doubt any bride could find her dream dress here, regardless of style or size. You won’t feel like just another bride. My consultant Constance was an angel and was able to guide me along this (sometimes stressful) journey with elegance and peace. Never once did I feel rushed, confused, or overwhelmed. She asked all the right questions, and knew exactly what to say through the whole process. Everyone who works there will make the day so special for you. The Dress Theory helped me find my DREAM dress!!

If I could give more stars I would. I had the most personable and special experience here! Not only is the shop adorable, but the dress selections are amazing and the staff makes you feel so comfortable. I traveled all the way from Arkansas and would have traveled even further! I found my dream dress and recommend all brides to at least give dress theory a try!

The staff here was incredibly welcoming and helpful for my appointment on Friday. My experience here was 10x better than any other Bridal gown appointments I have had. You are the only client in the store for your appointment, so your visit is extremely personalized and not rushed. They were never snooty about my price range and when I didnt choose one by the end of my appointment they were still extremely helpful. They even wrote down my top dresses and their information for me in case I wanted to come back.

G is freaking amazing! I went shopping with my maid of honor and mom. Even with such a small group, she made us feel so welcome and had so much fun! She wasnt pushy and let us try on as many things as we wanted. She also made sure they had the Alexandra Grecco dress I initially fell in love with on instagram was there for me to try! She truly wanted to help me find the dream dress. She listened to me, cared about our opinions, and will definitely be recommending dress theory to EVERYONE. Love this place!!!

The Dress Theory was my 3rd or 4th bridal salon to go to while hunting for the perfect dress. Gianna made me feel so good and relaxed. They didnt have the dress I was originally there for (trunk show timing) but we talked about what I liked and she put me in a slip gown by Alexandra Grecco. This was never what I pictured, but I felt at total peace in the dress but also like a queen. We even came back later that day and tired it on again (wasnt planned so props to DT for making that happen). They were so nice every step of the way.I told everyone I knew getting married in Nashville (and even a girl in Seattle) and 2 of my friends got their dresses from DT! Also, it doesnt hurt that the shop itself is a absolute dream.
