I’m giving Luxe 2 stars because I don’t know what the bridal experience is like inside the shop, because I never got to go inside. I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment and waited outside for about 10 minutes before calling. I was very kind on the phone and willing to wait for Niya to arrive, but she quickly shut me down saying that there was no 2:45 appointment in her books and that it would take her 20 minutes to get there which wouldn’t work because it would run into the next bride’s appointment. I attached a photo of my confirmation that I did, in fact, have a 2:45. I understand scheduling, but your mistake, Niya, is not my problem. I feel as though the next bride could have been contacted, or my appointment could have been a few minutes short. I drove from out of the way and out of my day, and my appointment was dismissed, so I don’t really have interest in rescheduling. It’s unfortunate because the shop seems very cute and the dress designers it has are really great.

I have had the BEST experience working with Niya at LUXE. She is so kind, patient, and helpful through the entire process of finding a gown, to picking accessories, to scheduling alterations etc. I also found that LUXEs selection of gowns was much more diverse and unique than other bridal boutiques in Nashville. For my own gown, Niya was able to talk with the designer as I was at my appointment to see if the custom changes I wanted were possible. The designer sent over a sketch right then to Niya so I could have a good vision of what it would look like. It was so nice that Niya had such a personal relationship with the designer so we could buy the gown stress free knowing the changes were possible and that it would look cohesive. I am so excited to show off this gown in a few short months and am so beyond grateful for all LUXE has done to make this time special, even in the mist of a pandemic!

My fiancee went here today to shop for her bridal gown for our wedding. Mye, her consultant, was 15 mins. late due to car problems. Which is understandable. When her appointment started Mye asked my fiancee her budget and she told her and Mye quipped, Our dresses start at least $2,000. Did you not see that on the website? She also gave almost no direction or excitement to the occasion the entire time. This is important because this is a bridal shop. Women come here because they have fallen in love and want to find the perfect dress for their special day. Mye advised my fiancee that if she wanted a dress that she would have to make a decision this week since her wedding is in June which made my fiancee feel very nervous since she emphasized that it wouldnt matter what bridal shop that she visited she would have the same issue. Myes service and curtness was so antithetical to what my fiancee had dreamed her dress shopping experience to be like, she ended up crying about it, and after seeing her crying Mye asked what she can do and apologized to my fiancee if she felt rushed but at this point it was too late because my fiancee was politely told that her next appointment had arrived, insinuating to my fiance that she needed to leave soon. Overall, everyone deserves a positive dress shopping experience, regardless of what their budget is.

While I did not end up purchasing a dress here I wanted to leave a review about my wonderful experience at the shop. First, I felt very safe with the COVID precautions the shop is taking. Niya was wonderful during the appointment as I changed my mind about the style of dress I wanted to try--she quickly switched gears and curated so many gorgeous dresses to try on. The dress selection is wonderful. Niya was patient and I did not feel pushed or pressured. Great experience and would highly recommend everyone making an appointment here.

Love! Love! Love! Mye was so detailed on explaining the process! From the cost to shipping timeframe to the difference between street sizing and bridal sizing! Listen! Just start at Luxe Bridal! Everywhere else is a waste of time! I ended up saying Yes to the first I tried on! These ladies are the bomb!

The service was awful. The girl helping us was very rude and did not listen to a word I said. At one point she asked me if I wore a size 12 when I actually wear a size 2. After I told her that she made the comment that it was because of my breast size she assumed that number. I was horrified. It was completely unprofessional.

I just picked up the gown I ordered from here. It is AMAZING! Everything is ready to go. Niya made sure my dress was perfect on me! I cant wait. Highly suggest this place for your wedding gown, they really know what they are doing!
