Hands down the most capable, caring, incredibly knowledgeable and passionate group of individuals that go above and beyond all expectations. They don’t quit after 5 on Friday, they are there on the weekends, the holidays, I’ve even had questions answered by Dr. Williams while he was on vacation! They never stop caring they never make you feel like you’re just another client….they make you feel like you’re the only client. Whatever your going through, they make time to stop, listen, pay attention to your needs, and figure out a strategy that’s going to prove beneficial for your situation. These guys are more than your run of the mill “eye doctors”….they are the reason I sleep a little better at night, Bc I know no matter the day or time, they are only a phone call away and they’ll be there to answer any question you have. My children, my grandparents, and myself couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. Socastee Eye Clinic is my family and we are all the better for knowing them. I’m forever indebted to this group for their hospitality, kindness, and sincerity and their abundant amount of patience. Appointment needed thorough eye exam be ready to be there for hour plus good doctor

Like the Dr’s very much. The staff are rather impolite with regard timeliness and communication. No one should wait 20-25 minutes past appointment time without an explanation. Then when asked about delay I received a total brush off - “you’ll be seen when I can”. On to a new eye Doctor.

I was an Eye Clinic patient for 2 years. I recently moved, I know I am not going find a practice where you have a father son Optometrist for the price of one in this State. I have never felt more comfortable and more knowledgeable of a my eye exam compared to other eye care facilities. Socastees has the state of the art equipment for a thorough examination. I am truly going to miss Socastee Eye Clinic. I almost would not mind driving 5 hours to remain a patient.

My wife and I recently moved to Myrtle Beach and wanted to establish with an established eye clinic. Our close friends told us about the father and son Dr. Williams and at Socastee Eye Clinic. We went and were delighted with the staff and the professionalism and concern the doctors showed us. State of the Art eye equipment and the knowledge of the results after these tests. Already booked our appointmenst for next year.

Our family has been going to Socastee Eye Clinic for at least 25 years, have never had a bad experience. Even though the staff has changed over the years, Dr Neal and Terri have always been there maintaining the same service, courtesy, friendliness, easy going but very professional throughout the entire office. Now that Dr Ryan is on board, he displays the same professionalism, friendliness, and service. Update equipment and thorough examines, great team! Why would I or anyone else go anywhere else?

This has been the worst experience in my entire life when it comes to exams, glasses, and contact lenses.Too slow, poor service, and very pushy on sales. The employees dont have manners and arent friendly at all. I dont recommend this place at all. I wish I could not give them not even one star.

I spend a good bit of time in MB (6-8 months) every year and found Dr.Neal A Williams to be an excellent doctor . I also think his assistants and office people very professional and courteous. Doctor is very thorough in his examinations and an exceptional people person.

Dr. Dean and staff are a miracle for my daughter. She had gone to so many doctors and a neurologist to figure out why she was getting massive headaches, dizzy spells, fainting, and a hard time going to school.She had eye tests with her pediatrician, even had an eye test with the quick eye doctor. Yet all said her eyes are fine.We finally were referred to Dr. Dean. The first visit he knew exactly what was wrong. He started eye therapy and he prescribed glasses for her.Because of his professionalism and background, he will change my daughters life from daunting days to successful days.I can never thank everyone enough for the new life you are giving my daughter.

I poked my eye on one of my palms and was refered by my regular Dr.to Socastee Eye Clinic. They got me right in and gave me an exam then Dr. Williams looked at it told me what was wrong and fixed me right up. Great staff and great Dr.

Dr Williams and his entire staff are extremely professional, courteous and dedicated to providing the best eye care I have ever encountered. They stayed late to see me after I was hit in the eye with a pickle ball and started to see floaters. It was extremely comforting to be able to be seen on such short notice. Despite it being the end of the day I did not in any way feel rushed and fell I received excellent care.

This was my second checkup appointment with Socastee Eye Clinic since moving to SC. The staff and doctor are very welcoming, attentive, and knowledgeable. The testing equipment is state of the art which instills the confidence one needs during an eye exam. The doctor reviews the tests with you and answers any questions you may have regarding the results. If glasses are needed, a great selection of frames are available on site that makes everything so convenient. My husband and I will continue our eye care with Socastee Eye Clinic.

I was referred to the Clinic by the VA. Best thing that could have happened. Got straightforward advice without sales pitch. Which is why I had left my previous eye clinic. Father -son doesnt matter. The VA has other options now but Im staying here

Dr. Williams is terrific and his staff does a great job of supporting him (efficient, friendly and upbeat). Socastee eye clinic is our GO TO PLACE to maintain our healthy eyes & we have the utmost confidence in them. The only thing I can find to complain about is his wall map is wacky. I think he did it on purpose.

Took a long time to get glasses

I was in for a follow up examination the other day. They are always very thorough in their exam, using a lot of great technology, followed up by a personal exam with the Doctor. We were on vacation and I was experiencing eye complications from the Shingles. The entire staff took great care of my issue and made everything so very easy. I needed to have an eye exam and the VA sent me to Dr. Williams. I have to say that the eyeglasses and contact lenses that he fitted me with are excellent. The amount of sophisticated equipment he used in an eye exam makes the difference. My previously optometrist did not have all of this equipment and, as a result, could not produce the same result. I highly recommend Dr. Williams, and his support staff is outstanding as well.

At the recommendation of several of my co-workers, I switched over to Socastee Eye Clinic about six years ago. It turned out to be one of the best decisions Ive ever made. They have a very friendly staff, to include office personnel, the doctors and their assistants. I highly recommend them for your vision care needs.

My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Neil Williams since 1979. We began to see him when he was a Captain in the Air Force assigned to Myrtle Beach Air Force Base. Our experiences with him since that time have been nothing less than outstanding. T his includes all of his assistants who have always been friendly, courteous, and professional. His son who is in practice with his father seems to be a carbon copy of his father. I have recommended him to a number of my friends in the past years, and I will continue to do so.

I love to joke around sometimes with people and they take it all in stride. Their smiles and conversation are genuine and you feel comfortable around them. Professional people and office and no question goes unanswered. You are important to them.

Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful. We have been with these doctors for about 10 years or longer. Even my brother who lives in Bamburg, SC drives to their office. Our son and daughter in law visit his office in Wilmington and our daughter and grandchild see them. I would and have recommended this group to many othets. All have come away happy.
