The gentleman who assisted me with picking out my glasses was a tremendous help and a pleasure to work with. The women who called to set up my appointment for pickup was rude as heck, as was the one who answered when I called back to change my pickup day. Glad she added in to have a blessed day in her sarcastic tone before she hung up. Your associates need some customer service training. I will be picking my glasses up and that will be the last time I step foot in there

Tried to set up an appointment, the lady who answered was so rude and un willing to help. She actually, sighed when I requested an appointment. Dont bother with this place. Completely unprofessional.

I had the pleasure of having Carleen T. assist me in finding 3 new pairs of frames. She was extremely professional, friendly, and courteous. Due to Covid, I was not able to touch any of the frames on display. She patiently waited and helped me choose new frames. Carli is an asset to Walmart Vision Center on Seaboard St. She also went through what each pair would cost and told me about a current special which saved me money. I would highly recommend having Carli help you. She is amazing.

So easy for me to make the appointment. Entire staff was very friendly to me. Very professional the entire time. Then when it came time to pay for my new lenses and sunglasses, Wendy went above and beyond to make sure i got the best deal possible to go along with my insurance. 10/10 fully recommend getting your next eye exam here

Rude and completely unwilling to help. They deserve - stars. I cut a contact and they refused to sell me a replacement because all I had was an electronic copy of my prescription and not a paper version.

Keenya was so rude and awful. Not entirely sure what’s wrong with the staff here, but she was rude to the Doctor from next door and the assistant. She also took a HUGE sigh, looked at me and muttered the options for my glasses, she seemed completely bored and when I called her out on her rudeness, her demeanor changed real quick. Definitely not comingback here

The optometrist was very personable during my eye exam. I had just started a medication for rheumatoid arthritis that can cause retinal detachment and other eye problems. He eased my fears and was just a genuinely nice and informative.Also when I came to pick up my prescription glasses, they fitted two additional older pair for me that I had not purchased from them free of charge.

Very unpleasant visit ! The lady upfront is very rude. I came in to ask about eye exam and a mistake in my bill. They didn’t take my insurance in mind the first time and charged me full price visit instead . Poor customer service skills . Lady was literally screaming at me like I did something wrong . I wish I filmed her on my camera. I am a teacher and I was never been so disrespected in doctors offices . I do not recommend and I will never come back ! What a shame !

Just filed a complaint with the BBB for this owner/doctor that couldnt be bothered with correcting a blatant error in writing my Rx, that cost me the price of a pair of contacts TWICE!! Numerous emails/phone calls unanswered, a Rx that was so far off, was ridiculous! My next stop is the licensing board. You cant treat people like that and expect to be successful!

Not Happy. I bought new prescription glasses from this store 2 days ago and I have writing on the part of the lens you look through saying 20H. I am told this is from the manufacture and is supposed to be on the lens? My Wife has worn glasses for over 30 years and never had writing on her lens, Is this something new? I am also having a problem with the bifocal lens part of the glasses. The bifocal section is too low. I was told I can order another pair of glasses for $100. So it must be my fault the bifocal part of the lens is too low?

Unpleasant. Besides having to wait for 2 Walmart employees who were having some kind of spat with the doctor, I purchased an extra exam that had to be done at the local Samsclub which is where the machine for the exam was located. They told me all I had to do was walk into Samsclub eye exam office and they will do the test immediately. I did go to Sams and the office tech/secretary preformed the test on my eyes and told me I would be called within a week. Its been about 3 weeks, and Ive called them at least 5 times and get the run around each time. Just another way to rip off another $25 .

I called to get a PD measurement due to my husband needing a left lens replacement due it shattering, and they refused to give the measurement to me. We paid very well for the service, and the glasses... NEVER WILL RETURN HERE.
