I just can’t say enough positive thing about this place. The staff is very friendly and was excellent with my young daughter. The entire experience was enjoyable. They were also very knowledgeable regarding insurance and really worked hard to get us the best available price. Most importantly they made my daughter smile the entire time and were patient and caring. Will continue to shop here !

Great service! My sons last pair of glasses were held together with like 3 layers of glue. We found this place from Google and took a chance. It paid off! Our optician, Shawna was friendly and helpful. I love his new glasses and he is happily wearing them 2 hours after purchase.

I love Eye-mart Express. Unlike other eye-glass establishments in the area, you can have a pair of lenses crafted in as little as thirty-minutes.That being said, I cant morally give this location 5/5 stars because of their optometrist and lack of communication.Firstly, Ive never had a bad experience with the Doctor, but trying to make an appointment with them is like pulling teeth! Honestly, I think Ive called several times after-work to try and obtain an exam and every time I do theyre out for the afternoon. This wouldnt be as much of a problem if they had some form of online appointment-making portal. That being said, you can only call for an appointment at this location, and given that the optometrist is out after around 2:00-3:00pm you may be out of luck.Secondly, simply calling Eye-mart can be a real hassle. I dont blame any of the employees specifically, but it can be irritating to call the establishment over and over again just to try and set-up an appointment.To conclude, I still think this place is great for having your prescription filled (i.e. purchasing frames and/or lenses), but Id steer clear of the optometrist unless your mornings are free (or youre lucky enough to squeeze in the waiting list). I hope things are better in the future.

Kamri was awesome. I am horrible with choosing what looks good as far as glasses go. She was so patient while I tried practically every frame in the store on. She gave me her honest opinion rather than just going to the most expensive pair. The fitting was quick, and both pairs of my glasses were donte in less than a half hour.

While vacationing from Michigan I needed to replace my glasses. I can say I agree totally with all the positive reviews I checked earlier. First, the staff here are fantastic. I was immediately greeted and received full assistance with everything, including checking the prescription I brought with me from home, collecting several frames to choose from, good advice as I narrowed my choices, fitting and scheduling when the new glasses would be ready... everything! And FAST delivery of the free second pair I needed as sun glasses... ready in less than 43 minutes! I highly recommend this store.

Since my last visit, my insurance is no longer accepted there. Lost my glasses on a Sunday had new frames and glass installed same day was thinking the price would have been through the roof however I was surprised it was no more than I would of paid at home. The staff was very friendly and took the time to listen to my needs with the specific lens I require. Not including they carry there own protection plan on the glass and frames for 1 year. First appointment of the day, they make you wait outside until they call you. Arrived a little early and called to let them know (their request) had to leave message no one there. They called back 5 minutes later, took my info, and was told they would call back when ready. Remember 1st appointment of the day, it took another 20 minutes for them to call back. I left! If your not prepared for you first customer of the day, you shouldn’t be scheduling appointments for that time.

I had an eye exam today at this location. I received my prescription and needed help selecting eye glass frames. Tracy S. was the Eyemart professional that assisted me. She handled my insurance paperwork and guided me throught the selection process for the frames. I returned back to this location less than one hour later to pick up both of my eye glass selections after being recieving notification via text that they were ready for pick up. The store was very busy and she was assiting three different customers at once as they were picking up glasses. Tracy definitely went out of her way to satisfy myself and the other customers. I observed exellent customer service and would like her to be recognized for multitasking and a job well done.

They were able to make a very strong RXlenses and fixed a bad situation, and were very pleasant to boot. Was not a customer before, but am from now on. Thank you.

Today I came early so I was sure to be on time and 30 mins after my appt time, they said Id have to wait another 20 mins for a total of an hour past my appt time. Meanwhile, 2 ppl walked in after me and went right in. Ill be sure none of my friends or family go here!

I needed new eyeglasses and was having trouble getting my new prescription filled. I had ordered a pair of safety glasses for work through my employers provider. That prescription took a month to fill! I wasnt going to use them after that, plus their price was extremely high when I was paying for them out of pocket.I did a search for Eyewear in my area and found Eyemart express. Not only were the prices, selection and staff outstanding, they were knowledgeable as well as happy to help me pick out frames and lenses. I received 2 pairs that were different styles and lens shapes for less than half the price of my employers provider offered for a single pair and both pairs were readyin 40 minutes!They also offer A FREE eye exam with purchase. Had I known that previously, I would have gone to Eyemart express to start with and saved the $40 cost of the eye exam from my employers provider.I highly recommend Eyemart express! I will definitely be getting my next exam and prescription from Eyemart express.

Went in for quick question and concern and got no help from the rude old man I was greeted by.

I was needing glasses, I went up 3 lens in my left eye. I called around to several places and none could guarantee same day turn around. I called Eyemart Express and talked with Rachel. She went above and beyond without hesitation. She asked my prescription over the phone to make sure everything was in stock and said they could have them within a hour, it too less, only 15 min. For two pair of glasses to be made. Rachel was excellent and truly was there for the customer. Everyone there seemed very customer driven and I will be using them from now on. I can not Express my gratitude for this business and its amazing employees. Customer for life was made by Rachel and the staff there.

I used this location before and had a good experience.Today not so much. I found the glasses that I wanted to get and I sat down in the girl asked if I had insurance. When I gave her the name of the insurance she tried to log in to determine my coverage. She couldnt log in. I told her I could log in and tell her what the coverage is were but that wasnt good enough. So she called the insurance company and ask them to fax to her the coverages. We waited for over 30 minutes with no facts. So I said I can tell you what the coverage is our Im looking at it right here on my phone. That was not good enough. I offered to show her my phone. That was not good enough finally after another 15 minutes she went over and call them again. I believe the fax machine. I do not know why she could not have gotten verbal call Bridge from the insurance company and placed my order. It is absolutely ridiculous that I am leaving here 2 hours after my appointment with no order for glasses. Finding somewhere else to fill my prescription.

First day of vacation I had a little to many drinks and lost my glasses in the ocean! I called a few eye doctors in the area but they werent able to fill my prescription same day. This place is awesome! The first day on our beach vacation my daughter lost her glasses in the ocean. She can’t see great without them, so we came to Eyemart. We had her eye perscriptions faxed to them and they had her in new glasses and a pair of prescription sunglasses in less than an hour. The prices were so amazing. Im sooooo happy I chose Eyemart. My frames broke and I thought I needed a new pair of glasses. Not so. Vinney was able to find a frame my lenses fit into. Long story short, 15 minutes and $50.00 later I was on my way.

I really like this place! Everyone here is extremely nice and helpful!! It was a little chaotic at first because ppl weren’t listening for their names when called and then complained when they were skipped, but it all worked out! I was completely shocked on the price of my glasses. VERY VERY AFFORDABLE! I saved roughly $90 on 2 pairs (frames and lenses). Also, their eye exams start at $79 or you can bring in your script from your eye doctor. I HIGHLY recommend this place/location. Also, the salesman that helped me, Mr. Vinny was very nice and funny, extremely helpful! The best part, (besides the price) was that my glasses only took 15min to complete, but that was because my lenses were in stock. 15 minutes y’all! So if you want to get glasses, go here!!!

Everything was great on my first visit to the Eyemart in Myrtle Beach. I was waited on immediately, and wanted to try a pair of progressive lenses. I had been thinking about trying these lenses but at the prices I was seeing I didnt. Until I saw a TV ad for Eyemart. The price was so low that if I didnt like the progressive I wasnt out a couple of hundred dollars. Well, the consultant was very nice and in about 10 minutes my order was taken. I may add that the selection of frames for this price point ($30) was very good. I left the store and was told I would be texted when the glasses were ready. To my surprise my glasses were ready in 18 minutes. My first thought was 18 minutes?? I hoped for the best. Since I never had progressive glasses I waited till I got home to try them out. The first thing I noticed is that everything was clearer than the glasses I had bought at another eye care store. Bottom line is that I love the new progressive lenses and the price was much lower than I had seen at other stores. I will get back for a second pair soon Thank you Eyemart Express

He was very helpful and had a sense of humor which actually made looking for glasses fun. He worked out a quote that matched my needs. He explained which frames would be the best options for progressive glasses with transitions as well as which frames would work for progressive sunglasses. I would recommend this store to everyone!! I forgot to pack my glasses for the holiday and only had contacts. I needed a pair of glasses quickly and did not want to spend a lot of money. This place was amazing and the folks that work there could not have been nicer. My only complaint is that I now realize how much I have probably been over paying for my glasses at home. I ended up buying two pairs and still paid hundreds (yes hundreds) less than one pair at home.

They havean optometrist in the same building, although she is not an Eyemart employee, she is very caring and good at her job. The price of my eye exam was even reasonable. Both pair of my new glasses were made to my specific needs and wishes at a great price for less than one and a half hours. I can see and I look fantastic in both pairs. Thank You Eyemart Express.

Terrible customer service. Tried to schedule an eye exam. Phoned the direct to doctor number 3 times and no one would pick up. Then called the Eyemart store direct and they transferred me over to the doctors line. Again no one picked up! Called back again and they wanted to refer me to WalMart....really!! I already bought a pair of glasses here and needed to buy a year supply of Toric contacts... not now.

I came here frantically after losing my glasses in the ocean and worked with Dawn. I had my eye doctor fax my prescription over as I live in Ohio. I came in with a dress over my swimsuit and sand still in my hair and I didn’t smell the best either. Dawn treated me as if she didn’t even notice. She helped me find some pricing that worked for me. I was absolutely thrilled with my experience. We were out of town and my 9 year old grandson’s glasses were broken, one of the side arms were broken off. We went to EyeMart and they had two pairs of glasses ready in an hour. We could not have received better service. Vinnie took good care of us and my grandson was so proud of his new glasses.
