I have been to this office! First for really cute glasses! Love their stock! The gentleman was extremely helpful! I then made an appointment with the Dr for an eye examination. I love great customer service. This was way more than that. Dr. Eva Merhi is exceptional in her field, and has the best bed side manners that almost are non existent! This is a family owned and operated business! Everyone works well together and is there for their patients! Is so clear. Since my Ophthalmologist is retiring. I had to find someone new. Thank you Optical Gallery for welcoming all people into your practice and speaking their language. The referral for another type of Dr. In my area for non related issues was so thoughtful! Let me start by saying that I am not a fan of going to the eye doctor, that is until I went to Dr. Eva Merhi at Optic Gallery Family Eye Care. Dr. Merhi is so kind, patient and she takes the time to explain and answer all your questions. The entire staff is so friendly and fun. What a great experience!

Don’t waste your time with other optometrist practice. I was blown away by the professionalism and polite service the moment you step a foot inside of the practice. Listened to all my concerns and did an amazing job with the exam. The whole time I felt in good hands. Knowledgeable and caring staff and doctor. Great selection of frames and lenses for any budget. First time visiting them but will not be last. If you need your eye exam done right and to feel you are not just another customer, this is the place. Hard to find doctors in the area that they see us as patients not just as dollar bills. Doctors that actually want to help us. Thank you.

Dr. Eva and her staff are exceptional. They explain all procedures and most importantly, listen to your concerns. Dr. Eva takes time to discuss your exam, your medical history and vision results allowing the patient to feel more engaged in their decisions regarding vision care. The glasses that I received from this office broke Within the first week yes I got the cheapest frames that I could afford however I did get the warranty for them and they would not honor the warranty they still charged me to replace them they cut the lenses to big for the frames which is why they broke in the first place the replacement pair has the same problem and is being held together with superglue because I refuse to go back to this place

Saw Dr. Eva for an eye exam, from the minute you step into this practice, you are met by smile and professionalism, they explain everything to you prior to the exam so you are aware of the cost and what your insurance pays. Dr. Eva is just awesome, for the first time, I get my exam and glasses right from the first time, not only that she does examine your eyes and she is talented doctor. I have worn glasses almost my entire life and I am so pleased I found this Eye Care business. I was impressed with Dr. Eva who didnt mind my questions and very happy with all my new eyeglasses. I found the price very reasonable compared to the last time I had to replace all my glasses (regular, sunglasses, and reading). In addition, my sunglasses were never right from the last time they were replaced in NJ (three times and never correct. Mr. Ortiz (optician) took one look at them and identified the issue immediately. I dont often give a five-star review but this business deserves the rating!

Every single person at this place is incredibly caring. Our daughter had an eye infection and I found them due to location. They were all as concerned as I was about my daughters comfort. They not only got us in immediately, but continued to follow up with us to ensure she is healing. I wish all doctors offices were this pleasant and caring. Excellent. Top notch.

I had a painful eye issue develop during vacation and was struggling to find an eye doctor that could fit me in. From the moment that I talked to the first courteous and professional staff member on the phone, I knew I had lucked out. The women at the front desk greeted us warmly and were wonderful with everyone that walked in. Dr Mehri was patient and knowledgeable; she identified an eye problem that my local doctor had not, in addition to the infection I was suffering from. She took time to answer all of my questions and made numerous recommendations of things I could be doing to protect my eye health. The gentleman working the front of the store graciously helped me obtain my prescription from my personal doctor back home and spent time giving us directions to the pharmacy and to a different one-hour eyeglass facility with my lenses in stock so I could get them asap and get back to enjoying my vacation!! I can’t recommend this practice enough!!!

I’ve been having eye exams since I was 11 and this was the best experience so far. Dr. Merhi’s assistant was so helpful and kind during the initial assessment and I felt like I was in good hands. I could tell she was very knowledgeable and she made me feel very comfortable. For the actual exam Dr. Merhi was just awesome. For some reason eye exams stress me out because I feel like I’m taking a test, but I didn’t feel pressured and I left knowing that she did a very thorough exam. She really took her time with me and didn’t seem rushed like some doctors are. The receptionist and Efraim were very kind and I look forward to another exam at Optic Gallery in a couple of years.

Ive been using this practice for my daughters vision needs for a couple of years now, and they are so good with her. Her sight has improved dramatically with their help and I highly recommend them!

Dr. Eva is absolutely phenomenal! Ive seen her for my issues with eye allergies and also for my eye exam and updated prescription. She always makes sure to answer any questions I have and to understand my needs. And every time I come in, Efraim and staff are so welcoming and friendly, its like visiting family! They have a really extensive selection of frames at lots of different price points and are fantastic at helping you find frames that look great!I also love that they do protective eyewear for sports because I have lots of friends with kids or teens in athletics who have been looking for protective eyewear and I know exactly where to send them!I highly recommend Dr. Eva, Efraim, and their team at Optic Gallery! Theyre the best in sight! :)

Thanks to everyone who recommended Dr. Merhi at Optic Gallery Family Eye care in the Food Lion Shopping Center! I had my first appointment today and was very pleased. I was greeted immediately upon arrival, and the place was extremely clean, shiny and gleaming. Very friendly staff, was called back for my eye exam quickly. Dr. Merhi was attentive, knowledgeable, professional and explained what was going on with my vision in laymans terms! After my exam was complete, the optician Efraim helped me pick out the perfect pair of glasses, cleaned up and repaired my old glasses, and also made arrangements to put my new prescription onto a pair of tinted lens for my old sunglass frames. The price was reasonable, they took my insurance for the eye exam, and the entire experience was above and beyond! Highly recommend if you are looking for new eyecare professionals in this area!
