Service was good at the pharmacy. Wanted to get the kids Ice cream price was out of this world. πŸ˜…πŸ˜³ 7 bucks for Ben and jerry. ( small container ) Oh well. Other than that service was good.

I don’t understand why cvs sells bad quality chargers even the cashier told me they were bad but i needed one really bad so i got it and payed $15 for a charger which was fine because i’m like how bad can a charger be until it wasn’t working, i only had it 2 days and it stopped working they should sell good quality chargers that last more than 3 days i’ve boughten $1 chargers at a 99Β’ store and lasted me longer than the really expensive bad quality charger i bought at CVS. NEVER BUY A CHARGER AT CVS YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!! i would prefer you go to a Dollar store than CVS!!!!!!! i need a new charger now but i have no money now thanks a lot CVS you may have good service most of the time but very bad quality in chargers so yea get better chargers cause they really suck.

Andrea at the register is extremely rude, angry and lacks in customer service. She should attend an anger management program. She obviously has an attitude problem. Hopefully management can provide her with customer service training or hire someone that actually cares for customers. Good luck keeping customers with a person like that at the register.

They allow to a whole family to cut the vaccination line just because they were complaining .. BTW, I had to stand in line 55 min .. not acceptable

I have never been to a cvs or walgreens that refuses to ring u up if u also have prescriptions. I was the last person in line as i had 5 prescriptions and I needed strips for my blood sugar monitor. I spent over 200 dollars and I had double back through the store to ring up items after waiting in line. When I asked the front they said they were supposed to ring me up. I am immuno compromised and wouldnt normally come in but the majority of the things were not available online and presriptions through mail are taking wΓ©eks not days. The store has very narrow aisles. There was only 1 person on front and 5 people working in the pharmacy? I had less than 10 items.

Ive shopped here periodically over the past 4 yrs and the store clerks have ALWAYS been courteous. They do have good sales on cases of bottled water,(as low as $2.22/case. Two dislikes that I struggle with are some of the sale tactics and picking up prescriptions. I dont appreciate when they advertise;Buy one, get second one, half off, or even, Free, and ALL OF A SUDDEN the Regular price is well above what you normally pay for it. I get called regularly by a really nice man who informs me that my prescriptions are ready to be picked up. then when I get there, Im given a partial order, and told to come back tomorrow for the rest.

Many times the medicines are not available. The cashiers at the pharmacy make sure that you wait minimum of half an hour though the pick up is ready.There are a lot of people to help still they do not do anything.

I go in, they tell me my prescription will be ready in 30 minutes. I return in 30 minutes, they say itll be ready in about an hour. An hour passes and I call to make sure my prescription is ready before I drive over there. I get put on hold and then hung up on. I will not be coming here for my prescriptions again.

They dont inform customers when their prescriptions are delayed. A relative had to go from CVS to CVS to see if the medication was available because the rules said they couldnt say whether it was in stock

They have a pharmacy but they take a long time to give the medication and they do not want to speak in Spanish. The average time is one hour and sometimes they wait until an hour and a half. I do not recommend it
