Ive been to my share of Insomnia shops, and this one really stands out! On my first visit, I was in a bit of a time crunch, but I decided to order the vegan cookies anyway, even knowing that they would take time in the oven.Eventually, the employee came out and said hed just taken them out of the oven and would take a few minutes to cool. I explained my hurry and asked if I could just have them hot, and he said Absolutely! and brought them out. Yum.And seriously--the vegan birthday cake cookies are better than the regular ones. Try it out!

Went in for cookies, immediately upon entering a lady came from the back very rudely telling us we must wear a mask! The mandate is lifted, vaccines have been given, why are you requiring the mask?We will never be back due to her rudeness. I will gladly support local mom and pop business over big box any day! During this crucial time I would think as a small business you would welcome back your customers and be grateful for their business. This business will not survive with this type of customer service. I Can’t wait to support whoever replaces them. Until then I will take my hard earned money elsewhere.

The staff are extremely rude. I attempted to walk in and was told Im not allowed inside because I had no mask. I explained to the two ladies outside that were smoking that I was vaccinated. They stated they didnt care and that they were too. No curbside service or anything was offered as an alternative. I will never return here. Do yourself a favor and support a local bakery instead, youll get treated better.

The name itself lets you know it’s a late night cookie place. The cool thing is they deliver and stay open late. Nothing better than a cookie delivery. I actually went to the actual store and ordered a cookie. It was warm and pretty yummy! Not the best cookie I’ve ever had, but when you’re craving a warm cookie at 11:30 pm, it hits the spot. The store itself can sometimes be hard to get to parking wise. It’s in downtown Tucson, and it’s hard to get a parking spot nearby especially on weekend nights.

OMG!!! You can’t be serious????????? Yes!! It’s true!! Sweets available for sell fresh until 3:00AM! I was in my hotel thinking I was hungry 😋So I thought I’d do my usual “sweet tooth” at night time thing....I do that when Im home almost every night !!! Bad habit eating a lot of calories at night! But oh well!!😊So I thought I’d go grab a snack at the vending machine. Remember I’m in my hotel. Then I decided to google what’s open to eat around me?? And this place pops up!!! INSOMNIA COOKIES !!!!🍪 So I had to check it out!! It was delicious and all sorts of ice cream 🍦 as well! What a great idea 💡 I travel all over the country!!! I’ve never seen this!! And guess what?? THEY EVEN DELIVER!! Seriously Awesomeness! Good Stuff!!

While the guy not wearing the mask working behind the counter, the lady had the nerve to tell me to wear mask before I could get the pickup order. They both were really rude when I pointed out the hypocrisy. You would think that they would be nice if I am spending $26 for a cookie.

Way too much money for the quality. They also refuse cash. I will not be back and know of several other places to go that have better quality, nicer staff, and cost friendly. I can go to a gas station to get blue bell ice cream.

For what it is and the price, the quality of service lacks, it shouldn’t take 1 hour or more to get cookies! People are rude and are reluctant to help when you call to ask where your order is over an hour later!! Last time we’ll be ordering from here.

I have ordered twice from this place and each time the delivery time has been over an hour. I will have to call corporate to talk to somebody about my order and even they didn’t answer corporates calls. This place has gone down here.

Theres a very mean snotty college age teen with blonde hair who works here during the nights. both encounters i had with her were very unpleasant. she also treated other customers around me poorly as well. her attitude is very aggressive and uncaring. she would be nice to one person and mean to the next. management needs to look into their cameras and watch closely. i will not be returning here

We got to the store and the doors where wide open. There wasn’t anyone around other then two people in the back talking with there mask pulled down. We were looking at the menu and this lady as she was putting her mask back on said we needed a mask to be in the store. I feel there should of been a visible sign saying so. If there was one on the door then we didn’t see it because like I said the doors where wide open. So we left and will not do business there ever. I will tell everyone I know not to go. Just to be clear I will wear a mask if asked or if it says required but just very mad that she did not have hers on and waited until she did, to say anything to us. Rude staff.

Incredibly slow delivery time.. The last 2 times I ordered it took over an hour and a half.. And I live 10 blocks away from the shop. They need to figure it out.

The food is delicious. But it takes FOREVER TO GET HERE. I have ordered 3 times in the last month because I kept wanting cookies and to give the company another try but every time it says 20-35min delivery that means you will wait 45 min to then finally receive a text that says it will be delivered in another 55 minutes. It is absolutely ridiculous. At least put on the order that the ETA is 2 hours and don’t have me expecting it in 20 min when that is so far from the truth. After 3 times of this, I am over it.

Delicious tasting cookies. Really really wish there was one in my city, but they have selection few locations. You dont want to miss out on the opportunity if its there. Quite pricey for cookies, but taste is well worth it.

Very good place to find some nice treats even if you are craving them late. They stay open several days a week to meet your needs. They also have a delivery option if you don’t feel like going out for your treat on a lazy day. I recommend trying them if you have not.

Sugar cookies like grandma used to make, and the chocolate chunk cookies are almost impossible to resist. Love the hours for night owls; with wide awake staff, ready to greet you and offer a favorite reccomendation if asked. Only reason for one star taken off: cookies dont stay fresh for longer than a day or so, in my experience. That likely means that they use fresh ingredients and little preservatives (so that is a plus, health-wise). I just learned the hard way when getting almost a dozen cookies as gifts and realized that they werent as soft as I would have liked to present them the following morning. Now I know theyre a more an in the moment- indulgence. Insomnia Cookies still make my mouth water. Thank you for helping those of us who used to consider eating raw cookie dough straight from the tube a delicacy. This is a definite upgrade.

These guys forgot my order and didnt call for an hour, then offered me nothing but a refund (but only in 3-5 business days). How does that seem fair?Supervisor Erin was super fast to lose her temper while I was calm. I know its hard to work late nights but I wont be spoken to like that again

Was asked multiple times to keep mask above nose because of being high risk but had employees come around from making cookies with his mask hanging from his ear . When asked why he didnt have his on the statement was he didnt have to wear on in the back. Will not go back!

Every time I am I Terre Haute, I have to treat myself to one (definitely two) of these amazing cookies. The staff here is extremely friendly. Its the main reason I go back every time!

First of all, the people that work here are very friendly and have excellent customer service. If you are looking for a cookie at 2 am you are probably not going to be very picky, however, these cookies are actually really delicious! There are vegan/gluten free options and all cookies are served warm, right from the oven. I highly recommend Insomnia Cookies for late night cookie cravings.

I have had mixed experiences with this place, but most have been good. ☺️ The workers that I have met in the afternoon through evening have been super friendly; the workers that I have met on my one or two times of going late at night have been more grumpy. That may be only a coincidence. The cookies are consistently good. A tip for the staff: Please learn to make consistent, round scoops of ice cream for Cookiewiches; it is no fun to have a clunky, fragmented scoop between the cookies. 😋

Ordered some cookies for delivery late last night and never received them had Called the store and the lady that answered was not helpful and very rude to me she then asked if I would like to make another order without even getting a refund for first order. I am in the process of getting a refund but had to go through several annoying and inconvenient steps with customer service in order for them to process my refund. Who knows how long that will take.

Cookie was warm, tasted pretty good. The ice cream was good as well.The drawback was that it was two scoops just plopped on a cookie and another cookie thrown on top. It was impossible to eat. The cookie on top just broke in half and crumbled and the ice cream was too hard to even spoon and combine with the cookie.They need like a circle mold to scoop the ice cream on and then transfer it to the cookie. The portion of ice cream was plenty it just needs to be thinner and act as a layer for the two cookies to stick to. This will allow someone to actually eat it like an ice cream sandwich.

Ive gone in and had cookies delivered. Cookies were warm both ways but oily which made them taste off. Awesome that they deliver but Id rather pick up cookies for a better taste.

Insomnia Cookies is a nice little establishment in the bustling area of downtown. If you blink or are distracted by the noise down the street, you might miss it. However, if you allow your nose to guide you, it will surely take you into the cookie shop. The service was friendly and quick. We were also the only patrons at the time. We ordered two cookie ice cream sandwiches, and they were both very good, warm, and delicious. The experience beckons another return in the future to get our fix of warm cookies ice cream.

Ordered cookies for a birthday since I could not be there in person- never delivered! I called the store and they said they would send back out. 2+ hours later, still no delivery! Called customer service and have to wait days for a refund. Terrible service!

This review is based on the in-store experience, not delivery. We went in and had two cookies and two things of milk. Milk prices are pretty high, and our cookies were okay. Heard a lot of good things about this company in other locations, but our cookies werent very soft and both had one overwhelming flavor.

Very good cookies and ice cream, but the scoops suck and the employees are not very nice. Just flavor is a 5, but I factored in the employees and the ugly presentation.

The man behind the counter very rudely refused to serve me and my Service Dog unless I left her outside alone or waited with her as my friends shopped; despite her obvious vest, tags, badges, and her blatant patience and response to commands. I tried to explain she was a service animal and was interrupted then asked to stand outside... I stepped outside, but was shortly met with a group of angry friends who refused to make a purchase at such a disappointing, and frustratingly demeaning, location. This was a really great way to lose both multiple returning customers, and multiple new customers all at the same time.

Get cookies until 3 AM!! The cookies are always warm and you can always get a scoop of ice cream on the side!!

I could have spent $10 on 4 tubes of premade cookie dough and had 10 times more cookies. These cookies are just cookies. They’re extremely tiny typical flavors and don’t have any special qualities. I mean they’re not bad, but quite boring. The kind of cookies you throw on for 50 cents extra with your sandwich. Way overpriced. I was quite disappointed when I walked in and saw the weak selection of cookies. Shocked they’re still in business! I give this place less than a year.

We never made it inside. We went to the store and parked behind in a small lot. The sign said the spot was for Insomnia Cookies. As we got out, a delivery driver said the spot was for delivery drivers only. We checked the sign. It did not say anything about delivery drivers. He looked like the type, though, who would call a tow truck and make trouble for us, so we got back in and left. Bad business move to let delivery drivers chase off customers like that, Insomnia Cookies.

Wonderful customer service hotline....horrible how much I have to use it. Delivered my cookies to someone else because they didn’t use the street address given or ask the people who claimed it for the name on the order, then spent 30 minutes on the phone to get the cookies delivered. The driver came and told me to be more specific on the address, even though no one else had had issue finding it for delivery. I suggested they use the street address given, even if they know the area. I gave them a second chance and ordered again, but it was the same driver who now refuses to deliver here due to the “incident.” They did not call to tell me that my order wasn’t coming, I had to find out when I checked my email after waiting for 45 minutes. The manager did not send the driver, which I can respect, but I do not understand why the driver has a problem with us. Customer service was mortified and refunded the order, and have a free order scheduled, but I’m worried about there being a ‘special ingredient’ in the cookies if the store is so spiteful....

For those late night bar crawls, once final call is announced this late night stop is sure to satisfy anybodys sugar craving. You can get some amazing sweet treats for under $5. The deluxe smores cookie certainly makes this place stand out.
